Its been 12 days and my consignment is roaming all different places but not to the address where it needs to be or is shipped to.

Called dtdc customer support number 7 times was on hold for more than 30 mins.. No answer.
Contacted the franchisee where i shipped it from - he said he is helpless and shared the contact details of delhi dwarka hub.
Called mr pnadey in delhi dwarka hub - no aswer, called again, he asked to text the details. No outcome. Emailed chain was pushed to different departments but no resolution.

My package was destined for purnia bihar. I roamed to darbhanga-patna-darbhanga-jabalpur-patna-dharbhanga-patna-jamalpur, bt never to purnia.

There is no escalation matrix, your employees have no idea of what ownership means and me as a customer, instead of paying 3-4 times as compared to indian postal service the level of service is even worst.

To contact you people and get a human voice from your end is a biggest challenge of all.

The status in dtdc online is not updating from three days, the parcel courier is very urgent for us. But its showing same place from 3 days. This type of service is waste. Please arrange the courier as soon as possible because its very urgent to use. Customer care number also not working and not answering customer calls. The docket no or consignment number is d53991568

I have sent a parcel with tracking number k21133091 to arunachal pradesh 791110 from guwahati. The document was very important as it had voter id card, and the shipment was placed at 11th september.
Currently the status is still showing ulubari location, i have already filled the enquiry form bur still no response recieved from the dtdc. There is no helpline number for tracking the details of my complaints. I have also checked with both the branch and ask if they could help but nothing seem promising from their end. If not i have to file an fir for the lost items.

I ordered a dress from an online store when i tried to track my order the destination in it is showing me wrong as i have booked it for city: wada district: palghar maharashtra 421303 but its showing me the destination as gurgaon haryana. The item i had ordered has not been delivered to me but it's still showing that it's already been delivered. The problem is that dtdc doesn't deliver in this place i. E. Ravangla, south sikkim 737139 but unfortunately, the sender sent the item through dtdc only. The thing is that the sender doesn't know about the dtdc that it delivers in this place or not but dtdc should be well known in which pincode they deliver and in which pincode they don't so they shouldn't have accepted the item that time only.

I was booked parcel on 1st sep 2019 H89572758 from tirupati to hosur. Product was not delivered . And shown RTO return to tirupati. But it doesn't arrived since last 16days over today 20th september . Now parcel in banglore branch .please forward to tirupati. Fast as possible it is hold in banglore i want urgent .If it is not come then refund amount of item . It is electronics mother board.

I am from purulia, west bengal. Some days ago i ordered a product and after 6 day it comes to my nearest dtdc courier office, but i would not get any call or message form courier, next day i contact to the office, the said that they forward this to other town, because they have confusion about the address. I'm still waiting for the courier for 4 more days. Most useless service i have ever seen.

I have a parcel coming from delhi to kolhapur with dtdc tracking id z21835259 but while tracking online it is showing wrong destination pune where as correct destination is kolhapur to matters worse there is no update even after raising the issue with dtdc customer care nothing has been done. For the last 3 days (Since 18 sept.2019) today is 20th september 2019 the parcel is still at vaishali delhi. Please solve my issue at earliest

Awb number : v55948195, is returned saying wrong cir, i do not what else details dtdc was expecting to. There was no single trial done by dtdc and pathetic replies from the management when a user reached complaining the problem. And they charge more than normal by saying it would be express delivery which dint reach even though after 8 days and returned to origin saying incorrect reasons.

My uncle has sent me a courier from Hyderabad but the delivery boy delivered it to my neighbor without coming to my home as i have installed security cameras at door. While inquiring that why you handed over my personal courier to my neighbors, he talked very indecently. If you're delivery boy are so illiterate and incapable of delivering the courier to that very clearly mentioned on envelope tell me at least one reason to opt our services in future.. very disappointed with your services.

I was to receive important documents from noida. This was couriered to me vide courier no z26792272 dt 14.9.2019. It has been almost a week but my courier is still showing at dtdc noida phase 3 branch.

I tried to contact them through phone numbers given on internet but none of their number is working. I launched a complaint through email but no reply from their side

I have never came across such an unprofessional company like dtdc courier. If they can not deliver the goods. Why they are offering their services.

Hello Team,

My shipment no. is X64258262, was our for the delivery on 16th Sep 2019, but still that's not delivered, but i got the massage that its already delivered. I got the multiple web call from DTDC and every time i choose the 2nd option that i have not received my shipment, even i got the call on 17th Sep and i informed the same, but still no further update from DTDC and i am still waiting for my parcel.

Please help.

In august 1st week, my sister sent me a courier tracking number awb:kvl71553 ; which i did not receive yet.

I have called the customer care on august 7th that and complained.
They raised complaint id: crm295247

They said, courier struck at near by courier station (Marthalli), will deliver by evening.

Its been 10 days, they did not deliver yet, but they closed complaint, which is very very bad response from dtdc.

I am not at all happy with the service dtdc provided.

How come they neglect a courier and neglect complaint??

I am going to sue on dtdc soon

I got a msg on 17/09/2019 that my consignment no[protected] has been delivered. But the receiver have not received the courier kindly confirm to whom it is delivered.. All the customer complaint numbers are not working what a bad service. And the number of courier delivery agent was also switched off since yesterday.. I want to know to whom dtdc company has delivered my order. Please it is a very important courier

It's been 9 days now that my parcel is not still delivered. F11498527. It's in the mumbai hub for like 5 days now. It's just 9 mins away from the delivery address and these guys are not able to deliver it. Dtdc guys really need to change there speed and time of delivering goods. Processed and forwarded, rerouted again forwarded again received like what the # is going on? Just deliver it please.

I had a courier from byju's bengaluru in the name of my son arnav sharma under tracking id b90884396. Dtdc palampur courier service did not call me once and returned the courier. It was a very important document iam suffering a lot due to the negligence of dtdc palampur. Kindly take necessary action to solve my problem so that i may not be suffered in future.

I book my latter in dtdc plus service my voucher no v56073451 this is a very important latter need to reach today in destination and i pay 240/- for that but till 10 pm i don't received any update for that i call the guy who take latter from our office he didn't respond my call. We are always delivering latter and materials through dtdc but this time their response is too poor.

I had booked my item for courier at dtdc, jharli, dist jhajjar, haryana on dtd 16.09.2019 for delivery medical card document to artemis hospital where my wife is admitted for operation.
My dtdc reference number is z14926730.

As per communication with mr bhupender, dtdc jharli franchise representative on dtd 16.09.2019, he committed to deliver my courier on dtd 17.09.2019 (Around 10 am to 11 am) at artemis hospital. Item was booked and he charged me rs 250 for that. I have audio recording with mr bhupender, where talk are there regarding delivery commitment and charges charged by him.

Till now, courier has not been delivered to artemis hospital and no status is being updated at dtdc website (Attaching screenshot of status).

From the full day, i am doing follow up with mr bhupender and he is claiming courier will be delivered within 10-15 minutes. At 16:30 hrs, i called him and his phone was not available for call.

Than at 17:00 hrs, i had visited his shop at metro market, jharli dist jhajjar and he was not available at shop and phone number were switched off.

Than i called to the customer care number [protected] but he also not helped me in this regarding. However, he told me that item was not booked under premium service for what mr bhupender charged me. He told me that courier is booked under normal dtdc lite. This is the case of cheating by mr bhupender.

Therefore, it is my apprehension that intentionally online details were not uploaded by mr bhupender as by checking online it will come to my notice that courier is booked under normal dtdc lite.

As courier was very very urgent to deliver at artemis hospital as patient is admited and ready to operated by doctor.

This delay is on account of dtdc and heavy financial loss to me.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly deliver courier at destination at priority, take necessary action your franchise and compensate for financial and mental loss to me.

Matter may please be treated most urgent and important.

They didn't even attempt to deliver. This is very frustrating. I even provided them the appropriate address. They didn't even call me before redirected it. That consignment is very important to me.
