My parcel shows delivered on 7th sep but till date my customer hasn't received the parcel, the receiver signature dsnt match my customers signature seems forged. I have been trying to coordinate with each and every person in charge but my case is not been worked on. I need immediate help in this tracking order k32786982

Dear sir. We have courier parcel from bagaluru to kodinar. Gujarat but parcel not shifted from my locations. And further when i call to the person but not response. And suggest me that parcel collect from rajkot. But clearly address are given to the kodinar. And when i contact to the dttc office he advices me that contact rajkot office and rajkot officers said contact bagaluru office.

My consignment has not been delivered by dtdc & when i complained regarding my consignment being not delivered, then they have replied me with this e-mail.

I had placed an order online which was shipped on 25th september 2019 with awb number as k32779577. Still on 27th september 2019 if i check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available".

I am providing the snapshot of the tracking status that i see while tracking.

There is no way found to contact...

On 25/09/19 printonweb company in noida ordered a package to me in faridabad. When i am tracking it dtdc site is showing delivered on 26/09/19 but i haven't received my package. They even don't call me for that. Sign showing on the site is not done by me. Trying their customer care number but not able to contact. Kindly solve this issue as those papers are important for me. If this is the service of dtdc courier then i am not going to suggest that for anyone.

This is in reference with a courier that was delivered from salouni, distt hamirpur, himachal pradesh (174311) to ghaziabad (201012). I booked the courier at mehre,
On 23 september 2019. They charged me rs. 1200 and i was promised that it will be delivered by next one business day. Unfortunately, the delivery only happened on 26 september 2019. On top of that the laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. The screen of the laptop is damaged and it is no longer useable.

On august 12th my sister sent a courier from bangalore via dtdc's kalyan nagar branch (7th main rd, hrbr layout 2nd block, hrbr layout, kalyan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560043 | ph:[protected]. While sending the courier, it was mentioned that the content in the courier was "clothes". It has been over 30 days and i still have not received my parcel. (Receiving address : kapurbawdi, thane west 400610) the tracking details (Attached) still shows the package is at their bangalore hub. When we tried to call the customer care, the people responsible kept bouncing our calls between the bangalore and mumbai branches, each blaming the other. Finally someone from dtdc gave the phone number of one of the vp of operations, mr. Stanley ([protected]). Mr stanley was too busy to talk. He asked his assistant miss dakshayani ([protected]) to follow up. Miss dakshayani has been following up since yesterday but there is no progress at all! Till today i have received 2 calls from their mumbai office[protected] /[protected]. Both the times i was asked for the contents of my package. I refused to give the exact content as it is not required to know. When i insisted why they want to know the content, the lady on the other side had the audacity to say, "sometimes the address gets erased from the parcel, or sometimes the parcel might get opened. It's almost 20+ days and still, we haven't received the package. I called the customer care 100s of time always they say that give us one more day or we call you back in 1 hour but never got any call from the stupid customer care.

Now they are saying that package is missed and not evening responding properly. Simply they are disconnecting the calls.

My tracking id is h89628317 and we need the package immediately.

Please check issue for dtdc delivery the tracking number - z14460034 it is showing delivered in system but i have not received yet. I called to customer service and their system showed that it has been delivered to me on 23 sept 19 and someone had signed on behalf of me. I am surprised that delivery boy was not called me before coming and he did not checked the id proof before delivery. If he had not done this practice that why i am facing the problem. Please get shorted out the problem and deliver the package to me as soon as possible.

I have couriered documents on 10/09/2019 to dhanbad (Mahuda) from pune and tracking number is p70293225 which was very urgent. My courier is not delivered yet. It almost 16 days gone. My courier is still in dhanbaad. None of customer executive is supporting me.

Pune courier office is not picking my phone.

Dhanbaad office telling me it raining here so so we can't deliver you. If it is urgent get it from our office.

My mom is in mahuda. She is old and can't travel to dhanbaad.

Kindly help me in resolving the issue and deliver my courier asap as it is urgent.

I have couriered documents on 23/09/2019 to chennai from guntur and tracking number is h89803174 which are very urgent as they are exam records whiy need to be submitted within due date.
The onliy status is showing "office closed or door lock - (Cir".
And i forgot to write number on courier and i have entered in tracking website now and the number is [protected],

Kindly help me in resolving the issue and deliver my courier asap as it is urgent.

Courier with docket number of d53726924 was couriered from kalyani, nadia west bengal for hyderabad, 500058 on 21st september. However it was found while tracking that the courier has reached chennai with pin code mentioned as 600058. This mistake is caused by courier company at some point. I would request you to kindly rectify the same and send me my item. Invoice is attached for your perusal.

I booked a order from goa to indore on 20 sept for indore, it reached indore hub on 25 september but from there it has been transferred to jabalpur hub. The costumer support now asks me to wait for my courier to come back from jabalpur and still it is not guaranteed. Help me out with this issue as soon as possible as i want it urgently. Such unprofessional and irresponsible attitude is highly condemned.

The dtdc plus courier that is supposed to be delivered the next business day. It took 4 days and that too the recipient had to collect the courier themselves from the dtdc center in in allahabad.
The courier was booked on 12th aug'19
And was supposed to be delivered on 13th aug.
I enquired about the delay and the pune dtdc vendor checked and found that the delay was from allahabad vendor.
The pune vendor also raised a case against this with case no. 15101029 but no action was taken.
I confirmed from the recipient that no one arrived with courier and they themselves went at the dtdc office but it was closed as it was 15th aug. They got the courier on 16th wheb they themselves went to collect it.
Please take action against the dtdc franchise in allahabad and refund my money back.

My parcel has been showing in transit since last one month. The tracking details are not updated on the website since 17th aug.

I have made two-three complaints on the customer care and local office but there has been zero response. Have been trying to reach the local office through phone but no one was picking up the calls. I also tried calling all the franchise in borivali but all of them directed me to head branch at borivali (E). Finally i visited the local branch at borivali (E) in blue rose industrial estate. The guys had no clue about my parcel which was highly disappointing. My content in the parcel is extremely valuable/expensive can afford to lose it.

Here at the branch nobody takes the ownership of their works it seems they very less concerns about your problems and no seriousness whatsoever.

Have been interacting with kazi and vikas at the branch and no one of them seems that helpful and kept for asking for more time even after one month of not sending the parcel.

Tried calling shyju the area manager but he seems to be lost too. Security guy informed us that the branch off is closed but they still lied saying that it’s open you can come tomorrow.

Need your prompt response on the above issue raised else il be forced to take this to consumer court as i am not getting proper service neither from the branch nor the employees.

This parcel they are saying it is missing and i have been following up since june and no response from dtdc team.

Please take some action and let me know the status of this.

My courier tracking number is m94091462, last two days it was showing in the status that out of delivery and after 6.30 pm it was showing office door lock or closed but our office is open till 7.30 pm and contact to courier boy told me to collect it from dtdc office, a person name is pratik keshri [protected], do not know how premium courier service it is... To much disappointing... Courier boy is constantly argueing with me... It s called premium service... Person constant say lie that office door close while the office close after 7.30 pm, and courier office near to my address but they can not come. Others courier like fedex, bluedart, maruti they delivered the product on time. The product is a birthday gift for someone.
Look after the matter... Ur customer care is always busy

A docket has come from royal sundaram health insurance against docket number c94838436. Dtdc not delivered the same and is showing as delivered. Today i have gone to dtdc office and found they have done forgery of my signature. They have searched for my docket and couldn't found. They simply saying we will search further. Come tomorrow.

They are cheating customers like this. Kindly take action

Courier a product to Haryana-121103 on 12th Sept from Bangalore and returned to the origin(Bangalore) on 19th Sept. Neither the receiver nor the sender has received any call for delivery or return. product was laying down for the last 5 days in dtdc counter. Today we received the product from the counter.
