Dear sir,
I had booked an envelope containing documents (Original) from dtdc counter at it park, dehradun, uttrakhand - 248001 on 22/08/2019, through dtdc plus category booking. The amount paid for booking was rs. 100/-. The docket no. Is z14280841.

The document booked is due for delivery at mr sarveesh ([protected]) house no 29 ashok nagar gooba garden kalyanpur kanpur. 208017. However, the document is yet to be delivered to the consignee.

I had personally followed-up with dtdc support team at dehradun near it park requesting for delivery yesterday but to no avail.

Please ensure delivery of the item else i will claim with heavy compensation through my legal team

The docket no. Is v[protected].

The document booked is due for delivery at shapoorji paloonji sukhobrishti, rajarhat, kolkata - 700156. However, the document is yet to be delivered to the consignee.

I had personally followed-up with dtdc support team at kolkata requesting for delivery yesterday but to no avail.

Please ensure delivery of the item booked by 11:00 am today.

We have been assured to give delivery within two days by your DTDC branch Rayagada

when we contact your DTDC, Jeypore branch they replied simply as are in shifting of their branch

Hope you can understood the negligence of your delivery branch
Due to this our payment delayed by 6 days and we know how much loss we beared

My article has reached destination at jalandhar city but there still not deliver even nonody contact. What the service of dtdc.
Even i tried to talk customer care but nobody pick the call. Delhi mumbai chennai. I think all no. Fake working. Horrible service by dtdc. I confuse how such type of careless service still working in throught cutting competition market.
I am going aware my family memeber and friends as well as social networking taht dont use such type of poorest courier service in india.

The package with awb no. Z14999286 was not delivered on 11th september, 2019 even after the address was correct and status was updated as incorrect address. The delivery executive didn't attempted to call me although my mobile no is mentioned on the package address. The status was updated as not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir) at 22:32hrs on 11th sept, 2019. I have previously received several other packages through dtdc in recent past with the same address details (E. G. V54563733, z26709214 & r[protected]. I would like you to investigate this matter and have the package delivered at my place on 12th sept, 2019 itself through a efficient and mindful executive. Please instruct him to call me on my mobile incase he has any trouble while reaching out to my address for the delivery of the package.

We have posted our package of apprx.3.22 kg in dtdc on 03rd sept2019 and the courier services vendor has inforned that oarcel will be delivered by 7sept2019. Today is 11sept2019..
Parcel is still not delivered.. They have charged for shipment through air but sending the parcel on surface.. Parcel contain all food items of worth around 2000. Vendor not responding even if we go and ask him.. Also claiming that the parcel is delivered.. Customer care and e tracking is showing that the parcel is still waiting in hub to be processed

I submitted a parcel to be sent to hyderabad via dtdc on the 5th of september 2019. It was stopped to reach the next day or the day after. I went online to track the order and noticed there were no updates for the 6th and 7th. I called my local dtdc and they forwarded the hyderabad dtdc number. I called them morning evening and night for 2 days in a row and sent my receiver to pick up their parcel from the hyderabad office on the 7th as we could not reach them over the phone. Unfortunately, even 2 days later, my receiver was sent away and told that their order would arrive on monday (2 days later). Me and my recreational patiently and tracked again online and to our utter horror no updates were made as to the package location after the 5th!!! Today is the 11th, i'm checking the online tracking and the status is set to delivered successfully when this did not happen at all. This is fraudulent activity to mark an order as delivered when you have not. Utterly disappointed never dispatching through dtdc ever again. Utter waste of time and money over seven days.

One Packet containing a sample part was booked for Dehradun on 6 Sep 2019. Doc No: Z26557073. This is important item was sent to us from Delhi for approval.
Till date it is not delivered but surprisingly tracking shows delivered.
The customer care number [protected] is not being answered.
I filled up complaint form[protected]. But nothing happening.

A shopkeeper sent me a courier from Mumbai to Indore (Zip-452001) on 6th September with the consignment number M77006066. This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir).Also, DTDC never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

I have used your services for sending medicines to my patient on friday, 06/09/19 from nashik city to mulund colony, mumbai bearing consignment no. P51422884. It's really very much appalling to know even at the time of writing this complaint (Today being 3rd/4th day excluding sunday) the consignment has not reached the related courier office from apex yet. Medicines (Declared on packet) were sent through your courier with intention it will reach next day but in vain. Even postal services deliver any consignment within 2-3 days.
I had high regards for dtdc services as i used to send medicines all over india through your service but this experience has changed the impression.
Hopefully this complaint will be taken seriously to improvise the services.

I have used dtdc services at model colony, pune office to send a parcel to ludhiana, punjab. I am not able to track the package. It is showing me data unavailable for the given consignment number online and on sms as invalid consignment no. I have attached a copy of receipt. Also customer care no. Call not being received. How do i track my package or know whether it's being shipped properly?

I have courier an item on 5th sep and it takes only 2 days maximum for delivery if we deliver by normal post. Bt i deliver dtdc plus they said it takes 24-48 hrs bt till now product not delivered. Consignmt no is v55689570. I track my consignmt it shows processed and forwarded from last 2 days again and again. If i ask whts the problem in system???. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My relative had booked a courier from DTDC from Sambalpur, Odisha to Koraput, Odisha which is by the way only 450KMs with the following consignment number K20204372 and at the time of booking i was told by the DTDC agent that the consignment will be delivered in 2-4 working days maximum but its been almost 9 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from DTDC to address my issue, I am trying to track my consignment from past one week and its showing the same dress again and again but the parcel is still not delivered. I called the support team and also written an email to the support team but there was no response, I am still not sure where my consignment is and when it will be delivered and there is no support for a customer to properly track the consignment or to know why the consignment is delayed. Attaching the bill and tracking details in the attachment below.

Eluru dtdc courier has charged high cost eluru to vijayawada it's just 60kms distance i asked to send 1 parcel it's weight below one kilo they ask 350rs and they used false weights machines they give in proper answers after that i can go another parcel service put in weight machine it's weight 600gms please consider this problem and take preventing steps

I have couriered an item on 12th august 2019 and still it has not reached. After complaining them they are not taking any action and telling that i will not get my courier. Now a days they are not picking my phone also. Even they have blocked my no.. I also called in head office but they are also not picking my phone. 1 month approx is going to pass.

My consignment no ' z21799449' booked fro lucknow to kanpur on 2nd sep '2019 not delivered till date. When contacted to the concerned collection centre, they are saying we redirected to tatmill centre when contacted them they say we have rediredted to mall road and the relay continues and we as customer continue to suffer.
Very disappointed with the approach

Dtdc pashan has misplaced our very important courier which had critical medicines for our family. The address is : shop no 5 nikas lawn, sus road main road, pashan gaon, pune - 411021, state bank of india nagar

The owner is very arrogant and does not listen to anything. They have such a pathetic service and stealing people stuff. There must be strict action taken against them.

We have sent courier last friday[protected] to chennai addressed (Ibraahim isaac, old no 14, new no 25 cathedral road, chennai-600 086) the same was not delivered yet, while we trying to reach chennai office they have not picking up calls this is what their dream dare deliver policy?

Cathedral area branch code cf2132 haveb not responding to our calls and simply they are updating person was not available while we are at the same address, if the deliver person not able to find the location are we responsible for that?

We need immediate response on this.

My self dr gayathri mohan k.. I got a call from koyilandi dtdc.. That i have a courier tracking number d53175493. They said they cant deliver to ma address by saying ma address is out of their delivery area.. My adress pincode is 673304 its just 1 km near to atholi dtdc office... From my adress there is 8 km to the koyilandi dtdc, they saying if i not collect it will return back.. It was earlier deliverd by bluedart and other courier services.. So my question is why dtdc accepted the order i[censored] cant deliver to the adress. Its ia complete waste of time and money. I[censored] cant deliver please give a reply or letter. For legal procedures.
