I, d. Uma sankar booked a courier through dtdc with consignment number: d52116887 on 04.06.2019. Firstly, i was informed that my courier will be received in 6-7 days but there was a slight delay and i received it on 14.06.2019 (10 days) which is fine for me.

But when i opened my courier, i was utterly shocked by the way in which my carriage was handled. My books were shattered, it's pages were torn apart, my 1 tb hard disk which contains all my personal data and my memories is in curved shape (Luckily, right now, it's working fine). What affected the most was my induction cooktop. The way the package was grossly mishandled can be in seen the pictures attached.

Hence, i request for compensation for the defective pigeon induction cooktop (Costs around rs.2000).

P. S: i had already complained the issue to dtdc vide mails dated 14.06.2019 (The same day i received my courier) & 22.06.2019 but there was no reply from their side.

Your delivery boy denied to deliver my consignment on given address. His way of talking was very bad and forcing me to come your civil lines allahabad office to collect my consignment. He also denied to tell me from where package is coming.

He called from this no. [protected].
I cannot express how badly he was talking. Make sure my package will be delivered at given address.

We have booked the parcel on 22nd june 2019. But item still not yet delivered.in tracking it showing area non serviceable (Dir). Nearest dtdc courier was at 3km distance from our home. We are ready to collect but the item is showing in gorakhpur. When calling gorakhpur branch they said call deoria branch. At deoria branch no body is attending our call. What shall we do now?
None of the dtdc person called us regarding delivery. So that we can collect by own.
We request you to kindly tell us where the parcel is and from where we can collect.

Worst experience with dtdc.

I have booked a pracel with dtdc services with tracking no h13162289 and this is not reached destination.

I have booked this on 31st may it is still on trasit.. How many days it will take.. Please update me the status.

I had sent a consignment via dtdc, the worth of the consignment was rs.50000+, i have been trying to get the drs copy for months now, no help has been provided, my tracking number is d42170949, all i need is the drs copy to see who is the person who received it, as the owner says he hasn't received the package and wants to know which of his employees is responsible for it, but dtdc is not being helpful at all, they have been neglecting my...

Worst service i had experienced. Shipment no b63995533. Couriered on 22 june 2019. Till date not deliverd. No contact no of courier co work. Several attempts were made to contact their head office also. No response. Booking agent says they can do nothing & not ready for answering further even met them in personal. Is dtdc is under closure as their.

Consignment booked on 18th june 2019 based on delivery mode suggested by dtdc vendor knowing that it contains food item. The said vendor told that the parcel would be delivered atmost by 4 days but there is no sign of delivery yet.

All customer care numbers mentioned in various forum is out of service and dtdc website suggests a tracing query with no customer care numbers. I tried calling +[protected] but it's busy since days (Could contact just once).
The query form available on site was duly filled on 23rd june for which no response has been sent yet.
The delivery guy whose number was shared for delivery says that he is not responsible for my delivery area and does not hold my consignment.

Problems faced are
1. No update on thier tracking tool. As on 24th june, the last update was of 20tj june.
Contacting customer care states that they have advanced tracking tool and they can see consignment is received on 23rd but customer can't see it yet. Ideally customer is one who should be really updated with such info.
On 24th june they shared update stating the consignment is received by bangalore branch and it has been 2 days that parcel could not be delivered within bangalore.

2. Pathetic customer service
The delivery guy whose number is shared is clueless about the parcel. Customer care is not reachable. Not sure what a customer should do.
Knowing in declaration form that the item contains a food item, it's a least priority for them.
I feel really harassed.

3. No response over mails as against thier claim that they best courier service in india.
I can see 100s of such complaints in various social forum wherein it shows their least concern over customer.

Please suggest in appropriate action against such irresponsible vendor who just charges thier service fee but are least concerned in delivering service.

M[protected] tracking number ; booking done on 10th june & got tracking too but till now i am not able to open tracking details. When i put tracking number, it says "no data available". Its already 26th june. Till now customer didn't recieve courier.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Courier should reach gangtok. When i called customer care they were rude & said tracking number is wrong.

Hope to get positive response from you asap.

Consignee has complained of not receiving the packets from dtdc

I have send a courrier on 14 th of this month but it got booked on 20th having consignment no r33907150 but till now no update of status of package is available i have to send it urgently as it contains important documents without which my project cannot be approved it has to be reached at the earliest i have sent it through dtdc as i has to be sent urgently kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

I have made a consignment on 20th of june 2019 and i was made assured that it will be delivered by 22nd of june 2019. When i checked my status it showed that product was not delivered till 24th of june. When i called dtdc helpline gorakhpur they behaved rudely. Let me clear one thing that if you can’t reach to any particular address then why did you book consignment and same answer was given by the dtdc gorakhpur that we can’t go to your address as it’s a rural area then for what we’re paying. We’re paying only so that our products could reach to the address as quick as possible but it is totally disgusting that we get answered we can’t reach to your address, you have to travel 20...30 kms to reach to our office and take ur product i hope my issue will be resolved as soon as possible

Dtdc delivery man arrived at midnoon, senior citizen was at home who opened the door with chain on, the man misbehaved, shouted at the lady for keeping the doorchained, what the hell is this? Why r we supposed to answer him for oursecurity measures,

This is complaint from kolhapur it has happened 2 times that the online status for shipment show it's been delivered but the courier actually get delivered after 3-4 days i am attaching the screen shot the shipment one courier was delivered by online status on 14/6/19 but actually delivered on 22/6/19 and other courier is by online status delivered by 19/6/19 but till time not received the same...

A parcel with track i'd b65293092 is not showing any data since 21 plz update and send to destination rajahmundry very soon. It's a humble request to solve this problem it's an very urgent order. That parcel is for marraige purpose i asked them to do for dtdc for ur good services but now it's too late and they are abusing me. Plz solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have booked a courier b65160909 from dtdc bellandur, bangalore on 17th june for delivery in dommsandra, bangalore. I have checked online and it shows booking on 22nd april 2018. I called booking store [protected], [protected] but couldn't get status updated online and courier is still not delivered. The tracking is not updated so i am unable to complain on their customer support. Please help

My packets (Trackin no. Cc0001533) were received in dtdc courier balugaon, odisha since last four days. I got a message from dtdc that my parcel will be delivered to me on today i. E on 21 jun 19. I contacted the delivery boy (Contact number provided in the message), but he told me that he was on leave, so he will deliver it on 22 jun 19. Also i got another message qouting that i requested for change of delivery date, which is totally false. Again on 22 jun, i got a message that it will be delivered today i. E on 22 jun 19. I call again to that delivery boy and he again told me that he is on leave and will deliver tomorrow ie on 23 jun 19. I tried to contact dtdc center balugaon but they did not pick up the call.
Its causing irritation and difficulties to me to get a parcel which is already lying in balugaon since last 4 days

Unfortunately it was a bad experience from dtdc where i was assured the parcel would be delivered within 3 days. Just to brief you about the incident i wanted to deliver a parcel to hyderabad and the delivery was urgent so i went to dtdc mumbai-dombivli office on 18th june 2019 where i was assured that the parcel would be delivered by friday -21 st june 2019, tagline of dtdc - delivering values i was happy to see that you stand by your words. But unfortunately the parcel was not delivered of friday when i tracked the order it was showing that the parcel reached mahabubnagar facility on friday 07:17 hrs and it was out for delivery by friday 10:05 hrs. The parcel was not delivered and by 16:54 hrs the status showed not delivered - could not attempt - (Dir). When contacted mumbai dombivli office on saturday morning they said that their hyderabad counterpart could not be reached i took the hyderabad' number and contacted that agent i asked him about the parcel he casually told that the parcel would be delivered by saturday evening when i told him that the parcel has to be delivered urgent and it was supposed to reach by friday he said "if it is urgent then you come here and collect" wow is this what your tagline says - delivering values. I was silent for a second thinking what to tell this guy. If iam supposed to go and collect the parcel from mumbai to hyderabad then why i paid 1200 rs to dtdc. Is this how you serve your customer, what values are you delivering if your agents does not understand the meaning of value. Any ways you have lost one customer. And i will also not recommend dtdc to any one. I regret to chose dtdc.

One of my package from consignment id D50719688 is not delivered yet. I booked almost 128 kgs of parcel costing 15000 on 24th may from bangalore to guwahati. I thought dtdc is good for their courrier services, but among them one package is mistracked. I enquired the bangalore ejipura branch for almost 3 times but they also can't provide me any details. I am really very disappointed and in tracking it shows last update on 31st may only in patna hub. Please enquire the matter and deliver my package asap.

There was a consignment delivery dated 12 th June scheduled (ref no: A[protected] from Surat to Vizag. when checked for the status of the shipment, The packet was received at Sagar Nagar branch on 15th June and since then it has been sitting there and even after making several calls, the item was not yet delivered. I had also written an email to customer care but got no response from them even. I think even DTDC is offering hopeless services.hope to receive the packet soon otherwise will cancel the delivery.

I sent a post to gurgaon from hyderabad on 17th June 2019. It says consignment redirected. It was to be delivered to the accommodation my friend was staying in. She didn't get the post neither did she get any notification or call from the delivery person regarding the post arrival. My reference number is : H14684548. Please do let me know ASAP regarding the whereabouts of the post as it is urgent to be sent and can't delay any longer.
