A parcel with track i'd b65293092 is not showing any data since 21 plz update and send to destination rajahmundry very soon. It's a humble request to solve this problem it's an very urgent order. That parcel is for marraige purpose i asked them to do for dtdc for ur good services but now it's too late and they are abusing me. Plz solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have booked a courier b65160909 from dtdc bellandur, bangalore on 17th june for delivery in dommsandra, bangalore. I have checked online and it shows booking on 22nd april 2018. I called booking store [protected], [protected] but couldn't get status updated online and courier is still not delivered. The tracking is not updated so i am unable to complain on their customer support. Please help

My packets (Trackin no. Cc0001533) were received in dtdc courier balugaon, odisha since last four days. I got a message from dtdc that my parcel will be delivered to me on today i. E on 21 jun 19. I contacted the delivery boy (Contact number provided in the message), but he told me that he was on leave, so he will deliver it on 22 jun 19. Also i got another message qouting that i requested for change of delivery date, which is totally false. Again on 22 jun, i got a message that it will be delivered today i. E on 22 jun 19. I call again to that delivery boy and he again told me that he is on leave and will deliver tomorrow ie on 23 jun 19. I tried to contact dtdc center balugaon but they did not pick up the call.
Its causing irritation and difficulties to me to get a parcel which is already lying in balugaon since last 4 days

Unfortunately it was a bad experience from dtdc where i was assured the parcel would be delivered within 3 days. Just to brief you about the incident i wanted to deliver a parcel to hyderabad and the delivery was urgent so i went to dtdc mumbai-dombivli office on 18th june 2019 where i was assured that the parcel would be delivered by friday -21 st june 2019, tagline of dtdc - delivering values i was happy to see that you stand by your words. But unfortunately the parcel was not delivered of friday when i tracked the order it was showing that the parcel reached mahabubnagar facility on friday 07:17 hrs and it was out for delivery by friday 10:05 hrs. The parcel was not delivered and by 16:54 hrs the status showed not delivered - could not attempt - (Dir). When contacted mumbai dombivli office on saturday morning they said that their hyderabad counterpart could not be reached i took the hyderabad' number and contacted that agent i asked him about the parcel he casually told that the parcel would be delivered by saturday evening when i told him that the parcel has to be delivered urgent and it was supposed to reach by friday he said "if it is urgent then you come here and collect" wow is this what your tagline says - delivering values. I was silent for a second thinking what to tell this guy. If iam supposed to go and collect the parcel from mumbai to hyderabad then why i paid 1200 rs to dtdc. Is this how you serve your customer, what values are you delivering if your agents does not understand the meaning of value. Any ways you have lost one customer. And i will also not recommend dtdc to any one. I regret to chose dtdc.

One of my package from consignment id D50719688 is not delivered yet. I booked almost 128 kgs of parcel costing 15000 on 24th may from bangalore to guwahati. I thought dtdc is good for their courrier services, but among them one package is mistracked. I enquired the bangalore ejipura branch for almost 3 times but they also can't provide me any details. I am really very disappointed and in tracking it shows last update on 31st may only in patna hub. Please enquire the matter and deliver my package asap.

There was a consignment delivery dated 12 th June scheduled (ref no: A[protected] from Surat to Vizag. when checked for the status of the shipment, The packet was received at Sagar Nagar branch on 15th June and since then it has been sitting there and even after making several calls, the item was not yet delivered. I had also written an email to customer care but got no response from them even. I think even DTDC is offering hopeless services.hope to receive the packet soon otherwise will cancel the delivery.

I sent a post to gurgaon from hyderabad on 17th June 2019. It says consignment redirected. It was to be delivered to the accommodation my friend was staying in. She didn't get the post neither did she get any notification or call from the delivery person regarding the post arrival. My reference number is : H14684548. Please do let me know ASAP regarding the whereabouts of the post as it is urgent to be sent and can't delay any longer.

I have a parcel to receive from my company AWB:B64553724 via DTDC courier but the courier has not received yet and even not got any call from courier person. Its showing delivered to a person named S when I asked for the identity the DTDC people are arguing that the product is delivered we can check they are very rude while talking to me and they have missed my parcel with important documents . its pathetic and the customer support is the worst one I have ever seen in my entire life.

As I thought DTDC Courier & Cargo is an excellent service provider in INDIA but today I got a bitter experience from the concerned delivery person. Due to bad weather, I requested him to wait for 10 min but the language he used make me angry. Please take the necessary action if possible for the betterment of DTDC Courier & Cargo.

Multiple statuses u put n no communication n no delivery..the worst..wasting our time making us worried in our busy schedule.
Out for delivery from afternoon n not yet reached home...one of the worst courier services..no communication n no delivery..tried ringing n not even call getting connected..very irresponsible n worst..

Wat is this..they didn't even make an effort to come to my apartment to deliver..I asked our apartment security..they said no one has come..wat is this u don't make an attempt to deliver n u put such statuses.
Please I need it right now..make sure that my package is delivered right now...it's high time since I have paid n bought the stuff..

I have sent a courrier through DTDC having consignment no R33907150 on 14th of June but still the package has not received in Ghaziabad .in tracking status it's showing no data available kindly do the needful.its being around 5 days but no update is shown till now kindly do the needful urgently as I have to send it till 25 th of this month as it's is urgently required to get my project approved.hope u will look into the matter urgently

I have a shipment with tracking number C89348220 from Coimbatore to Bangalore.Yesterday till evening it was showing Out for delivery. When I checked the status by 6.30pm yesterday it was showing status Not delivered- Consignment redirected. On further contacting a local DTDC courier person I got the status "Shipment not delivered due to last mile misroute - OTR". Please let me know the reason for this.

I had couriered 20 kg of items from DTDC, Velachery - chennai services to my address in UK on 7th June 2019.
The list of items are rice cooker, mixer grinder with jars, idly cooker, pressure cooker, Kadai along with grocery items.

The courier charges were 14000/- and 500/- were paid separately for packing to the same courier services, my tracking number 3759744 . I was promised that the items will be delivered without any damages as the packaging cost is paid and will be arranged appropriately. First instance the package did not arrive on 12th June 2019 as promised by the courier services, it reached me only on 19th June 2019 after several tracking.

The items on arrival have all been damaged. Rice cooker and kadai completely bended. Mixie broken and damaged, pressure cooker handle broken, idly cooker handles broken, chilly powder package completely tampered and item wasted. The total value of the items sent is close to 12000/- in current market rate.

I would like to raise damage claim for the goods sent and the courier service charges paid

I sent a courier from DTDC Hosur branch to Cuddalore on 02/06/19. The consignment has not yet delivered or either returned back to Hosur branch. The documents in courier was supposed to reach Cuddalore atleast by June 10 which has not happened and it is incurring me the loss. The staffs at Hosur branch are responding so lethargically on this issue, giving irresponsible answers. Requesting you to act earnestly on this issue and provide me a solution ASAP.

My driving license has been lost by the above mentioned company it was being shipped from bokaro steel City jharkhand to New Delhi. On 6 June 2019 but it has not been. Given to us yet . They say that it has been lost and no action or response has been given to us regarding the shipment. As per dtdc tracking we have seen that my shipment has been received by nearest dtdc office and they have sent it back without acknowledging us about it and now they are giving response regarding the shipment . I am not being able to drive my vehicle due to which I am suffering in my business .

I ordered a product from lakshmiKrishna_naturals and it was prepaid order. I received a tracking number c89464106 i'm continuously tracking with awb number on dtdc's website. I didn't get any call from the courier but the track says receiver not available fro the continuously 2 to 3 days Till day before yesterday status was like that but 18-jun-2019 status is showing successfully delivered but I din't get any courier not even a call regarding the courier

Had to face bad experience from dtdc kollam thrice...they deliver consignments to near by area only on alternate days as per the lady attending phone ..(*voice record available)
Actually keeps 2/3days ...Even when it is marked urgent /live plants ..I[censored] ask them about non deliver shouting is the response and once they returned my consignment marking 'refused to accept'., now also a consignment reached 6.30.am on18/6/19 is kept in office(now it is 15.06 on19/6/19...Hardly 7mt distance in two wheeler...Shame on dtdc ...If kollam dtdc people are not going to change...It is black mark on dtdc as a whole...Please see the feedbacks...Present consignment no is R33937228, ...Ready to share old consignment details and voice recorder..

I have booked a parcel on 13th june 2019 from Hinjewadi phase 3 branch and they told me that it will be delivered by 19th june 2019.
There is no data in tracking page. So i have to goto dtdc office again to check he gave me a number of Howrah branch[protected]. A lady picked and she has no clue as she only can see it was in santragachi branch since saturday 15th june 2019. no other details of the shipment. She then said that she will raise a complaint but in a second not sure what happened to her and she said that I need to write email to some emai address and she just disconnected the call. so poor service from DTDC. There is no online of on call support for this courier service. Pathetic service

As I'm a regular customer of DTDC this is the very first time I've faced this issue of non-deliverance. It was a office courier (Z[protected] by the name of Sushma Kumari on dated - 5/6/19. Your Amritsar staff gave me the numbers of your chandigarh staff when I complained for the said delivery. Thereafter I followed the given number and they told me the delivery has been dropped to security mens, just because of heavy load of courier. when I cross checked with company they still not received it. Now the Chandigarh DTDC staff said, that they didn't give the courier to security gaurds, they delivered it in office. With due respect I wish to state here that, there's no name and number mentioned
to whom courier has been delivered by DTDC boy, in the link provided to me, Sir/Mam, this is not the way you deal. Where's the said courier gone, still no reply from Amritsar/Chandigarh (DTDC) side.
