I booked one document with two envelope in same folder to below mentioned address on[protected] vide doc no as mentioned in subject line through your DTDC Branch at PC Mittal bus Stand, Siliguri, West Bengal.

PAN/TDS Call Centre of Tax Information Network (TIN) managed by NSDL e-Gov
Address 4th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997 /8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune - 411 016.
However to my surprise, I came to know that one envelope got delivered instead of two. There were original paper in it.

The service of DTDC Courier in Narengi, Guwahati (Assam) is pathetic. I got a ca from your narengi branch that I got a parcel to deliver since my phone was not with me at that point of time the delivery person went back and when I called him after sometime he has been insisting me to come and collect from his office. When I refused as I am unwell then he told he would deliver at x time but he didn t showed up and when I called him again he said, you stay nearby why Don t you come and collect it. When I was reluctant then he said he would deliver it.
My concern is that is against the customer service rules.Any parcel to be delivered should be dropped at customer, s address rather then asking to come over to one, s office. Before visiting one should make a call to the recepient rather then calling after reaching the destination to avoid any hassles.

I hope you would look into this matter on priority basis.

We have booked a x Parcel containing Medicines vide Reciept No. V53588236 by DTDC Plus service on 07.06.19 from Sikar Rajasthan to Hyderabad. The dealer promised to deliver the parcel on 08.06.19 evening but still on 09.06.19 the parcel is not yet delivered and the delaer is not picking my phone also... we have paid the premium charges but are very disappointed after all this. For me its very bad experience and will not prefer DTDC in future and never recommend anyone.

My tracking no. Is Z11394761... it was supposed to be delivered on 6 june. But my parcel did not got delivered to me instead its been returned back. I didn't recieved any call from delivery boy. Without calling me they returned my parcel. I ordered tat parcel through online and by doing advance payment. Now i have to face this loss because of these people irresponsible behaviour. Atleast they should have called me once before returning my parcel. I just want them to stop returning of that parcel and deliver me my parcel pls... its a request...

I didn't receive my courier which was booked from Mathura (U.P.) on 20 may 2019 to me in Bangalore (Karnataka). Tracking status is showing delivered (see attachment). I asked to DTDC Mathura Jugendra Singh [protected] says its lost, DTDC bommasandra Bangalore [protected] says that go to electronic city phase 2 Bangalore office when i go there they said we have sent it back to Mathura and costumer care no [protected] says tomorrow we will deliver . No reply on mail from [protected]@dtdc.com. Daily i am calling all of them but no satisfactory answers, all of them are misleading me.

Consignment no. B64659813 has not been received by Subhas Chandra Bardhan. Either it was not delivered or delivered to unknown person (cdf). It's showing that it was delivered on 6th June, 2019 at 20:28. How the product being delivered without calling the receiver (Subhas Chandra Bardhan)? Why should not we take legal action?
We were sending cloths, soaps, still band old wristwatch.

Registering complaint from whitefeild, bangalore region.particularly whitefeild branch very poor delivery services from your associate.lot of times documents missed because of your employees inability.first not at all informing properly and not delivery yet.This is not a first time might 6th time, everytime I directly visted and collected my documents, Many times office was closed even not responding my calls also.

The consignment no. B64379581 by the name Neeta Prasad sent by Harsh Purnia from Bangalore to patna has not been received by me. I haven't received any call for conformation of address or any other call from your delivery man and he has created fictitious delivery POD, As your tracking website is showing that my consignment has been successfully delivered but I haven't received neither any call nor any courier by DTDC. So I request you and implore you to look forward into the issue and deliver my consignment as soon as possible otherwise I have to take futher steps and create complaint against your company.

This consignment does not relates to me therefore you are requested to stop this consignment if there is any misshaping with this consignment I will not responsible your co. Will be responsible

I recently did speed courier services using DTDC service. Basically the courier has to be sent from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 5th of June 2019, as per the promise the courier supposed to delivered by 6 June 2019, I am filing a complaint on 7th.

The service shows false promises and there is no proper customer care response from the DTDC centre, no proper tracking details are available on the website. Even if you approach to the nearest DTDC hub even there you get a proper response.

The documents which I was sent is very important, and have miss hundred the documents.

Sorry to say entire dtdc service doesn't sounds standard .Hope youll consider and improve

I have checked the consignment status and it is showing me to delivered to security guard. No body contacted me while delivering and even i have not received any mail/sms for the same. I have checked in my office mail room as well as with security guard they are saying as we have not received any courier in your name.

So request you please provide me a quick update on this what is the current status and when i can expect to get my consignment(V[protected]

I had sent a mango box parcel from Karad consignment no P5110872 it's been redirected. There was a 6 lane missing in the address but the pin code and road no was correct. Now they said the mangoes have gone bad, than they said it's not in a box but a cover which is a lie coz I have a pic of the parcel. Than they said it's too far, now they are saying wrong no if called back. If this is not resolved. I will file a legal complaint in consumer court. It's all a form of harrassment

I have sent job offer letter through express delivery of dtdc plus. They guaranteed it will be delivered next day before12pm. The document was not delivered even on the next day. Who is going compensate the loss now.

These people should be severely penalized for such unprofessional act and playing with future of people. Their license should be revoked. Consignment number E75966254.

I am suppose to get a parcel from banglore to gurgaon. I have tried tracking it on your website n was showing as "delivery attempted but parcel could not be delivered due to unavailability of receiver". I haven't received any phone call from the delivery person. And when i have called gurgaon see. 23 dtdc office, they were not even responding to the issue.
Kindly do the needful in receiving my parcel.

My dtdc consignment no - f11321611 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel....

With ref to my dtdc plus cosignment booking receipt and cosignmnet no v53647402, my cosignment not delivered today ie 05-june -2019, which is very urgent and valueable for me and i also paid for the same, but cosignment not delivery today bofore time.let me know for what purpose i paid the premium amount for urgent deliver. kind note cosignment is very valueable for me . i just confirmed three times before i booked cosignement from ulhasnagar branch as it was very valuble for me to reach at time.And for delay in service i didnt got any intemation till 1pm on date for holiday cleared as i will arrange for another option the day in morning.

They dispatched in on 3rd of June, 2019 at DTDC COURIERS. AIRWAY BILL NO. IS C89388032

Through online tracking i came to know that the courier came to pallikaranai office yesterday at 12.47 pm on 4th of June, 2019. Yesterday they went to deliver but they didnt.

Today too they started morning to deliver it.

At the time 6.31pm today (5th of June, 2019) they delivered it to somewhere. I got email that the package was delivered. But i didnt receive it.

How they deliver without confirming the right person.

Immediately i tried to speak with them over customer care no. 33004444. But no one is there to pick my call.

I have sent an email to them through their website.

Kindly take necessary action in this regard.

My consignment number is Z99363366 and through DTDC lite it usually takes 3 4 days but it's been 7 days now and still has not at the place of delivery that's Is Hyderabad. I tried calling the customer care number but no one is picking it up. The customer care support is not replying me back through the mail. Please tell When it gonna be delivered? I booked it on 28th may, 2019 and today is 5th June, 2019. Its been rerouted and again forwarded and it's in MEDCHAL MF since 3rd may and no further movement. Please look into the matter.
