Dear Sir / mam.,
As per complaint submitted on 6th June for the undelivered of the Above Mentioned Consignment till date, there is no Feed back from the team or branch till date and now also. As i had calling them serial time too but they are not able to give the proper reply... just saying v are searching it such an bad service with this kind of company

I had placed an order from printster.in on 5th June 2019.

My consignment number is Z00287917 and it had to be delivered to me at Rawatbhata(Rajasthan) which is near Kota.

The consignment had reached Kota on 10th itself but on 10th it showed "consignment redirected".

Again on 11th it was out for delivery and again it shows "consignment redirected". It has not been delivered and the status as of now is "consignment redirected" again.

What should I do?

My courier was booked on 29th May from Faridabad and it was received at hub on 1st june in Hyderabad. It was received on facility, Hyderabad at 6th June. Now, it is 12th June and my customer has not received it in Hyderabad so far. I contacted the contact person, DTDC in Hyderabad and he told me that he go to office only after 3PM and was not also polite with me. He asked me to complain about the same on customer care. He told me that there is no vehicle to dispatch the material and he has complained about the same to his corporate peoples. I have sent that courier to my big client, a well known pvt. ltd. company in hyderabad there and this will create a very negative impact on my company reputation. Docket number is D49947007. Please dispatch it as soon as possible so that we can use DTDC in future with confidence.

Sheel Technologies have delivered a packet with required material against PO of our Party, Garware Bestretch Limited, Wai via docket No. Z88619949 on[protected]. The packet is not delivered to our party and fake update is uploaded on your tracking details website. The delivery location updated by your person is of Latur and our party is located at Wai, Satara. The capture details are attached for your reference.

This irresponsible act has costed us expenses of Rs. 50, 000+ and also our party is also not ready for further services with us due to delay.

So I request you to reimburse this amount and send us the packet also couriered.

The courier has been out for delivery on Monday 11/06/2019. but due to my unavailability, I have not able to get the item. I asked them to reattempt delivery on Tuesday 12/06/2019. but I have not recieved any call or response from the agent till today. And they have sent a fault message on 12/06/2019 that they reattempted delivery for which I have never been called to take the package.

My DTDC tracking number is B64802794. Without calling me a single time, the courier guy updated the status that RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-CIR. Why the hell is this company running, if they cannot do the primary thing that they are supposed to do - Deliver the courier. This is the second instance that DTDC has done this. Earlier, they returned the courier to the source, without calling me. Pathetic service. This company is filled with lazy courier guys who wants salary without doing their job.

A courier from mumbai was sent through dtdc to my address at pincode :-768218(belpahar)(state-odisha)
But when tracking online it says destination at cuttack[protected]state-odisha)
This is a compelete negligence by dtdc, please take appropriate action to reroute my parcel to my address at pincode 768225 .Tracking no.-m74375446

I had sent an application for an examination via DTDC from Lucknow to Varanasi on 8 June, morning . The last date of receiving the application form is today, 11 June .. it’s been 4 days and the courier has been lying in varansi from past three days . Highly disappointing.
I am a doctor and the courier contained an application form for a fellowship but now because of poor service by DTDC I won’t be able to sit for the exam and have to apply next year .
A Strict legal Action needs to be taken against them

This is to bring to your kind attention that we have received a courier from Hyderabad in the packed conditions. The concern is that the box container does not have the sample inside it and the pictures are attached for the reference. The box was cut in between and was taped again from the top.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest because the sample is important for us and we have paid for it.

We send courier from aluva to kulakkada but they didnt delivered it to kulkkada R33669204 they received it on kottarakara dtdc office and informed as to take the parcel we said we paid to deliver items on specified site but they denyed to do so this is not happend once when courier send from hydrebad they showed a status of delivered but we dont received the courier after that we qureyed about it and collected it from the kottarakara office

I live in Bilaspur as i have my job posting here. My company has couriered my business cards more than a month back. Its been more than 35 days and I haven't got my parcel . When i didn't receive parcel for so long I called dtdc and asked them about my courier, they told that address was incomplete which they didn't even inform me. I called them and told my correct address and they told they will deliver it now but still they haven't delivered it (its been more than 10 days) and now they are not picking up my calls. I really dont know how to handle these guys. Kindly help me in getting my parcel.

We sent one envelop containg some medical reports to Dr JAGADEESWARI, Gandinagar, Kakinda on 9-5-2019from your office at Golconda X roads Hyderabad . The envelop was not delivered to the addressee till today i.e[protected]. We requested your office at DTDC at Golconda X Roads Hyderabad many times to get back the envelope to our address in Hyderabad as it was not delivered . We request you earnestly to send back the undelivered envelop to our address in Hyderabad as it containing some important medical reports .

I booked one document with two envelope in same folder to below mentioned address on[protected] vide doc no as mentioned in subject line through your DTDC Branch at PC Mittal bus Stand, Siliguri, West Bengal.

However to my surprise, I came to know that one envelope got delivered instead of two. There were original paper in it.

Dear Team,

The service of DTDC Courier in Narengi, Guwahati (Assam) is pathetic. I got a ca from your narengi branch that I got a parcel to deliver since my phone was not with me at that point of time the delivery person went back and when I called him after sometime he has been insisting me to come and collect from his office. When I refused as I am unwell then he told he would deliver at x time but he didn t showed up and when I called him again he said, you stay nearby why Don t you come and collect it. When I was reluctant then he said he would deliver it.
My concern is that is against the customer service rules.Any parcel to be delivered should be dropped at customer, s address rather then asking to come over to one, s office. Before visiting one should make a call to the recepient rather then calling after reaching the destination to avoid any hassles.

I hope you would look into this matter on priority basis.

We have booked a x Parcel containing Medicines vide Reciept No. V53588236 by DTDC Plus service on 07.06.19 from Sikar Rajasthan to Hyderabad. The dealer promised to deliver the parcel on 08.06.19 evening but still on 09.06.19 the parcel is not yet delivered and the delaer is not picking my phone also... we have paid the premium charges but are very disappointed after all this. For me its very bad experience and will not prefer DTDC in future and never recommend anyone.

My tracking no. Is Z11394761... it was supposed to be delivered on 6 june. But my parcel did not got delivered to me instead its been returned back. I didn't recieved any call from delivery boy. Without calling me they returned my parcel. I ordered tat parcel through online and by doing advance payment. Now i have to face this loss because of these people irresponsible behaviour. Atleast they should have called me once before returning my parcel. I just want them to stop returning of that parcel and deliver me my parcel pls... its a request...

I didn't receive my courier which was booked from Mathura (U.P.) on 20 may 2019 to me in Bangalore (Karnataka). Tracking status is showing delivered (see attachment). I asked to DTDC Mathura Jugendra Singh [protected] says its lost, DTDC bommasandra Bangalore [protected] says that go to electronic city phase 2 Bangalore office when i go there they said we have sent it back to Mathura and costumer care no [protected] says tomorrow we will deliver . No reply on mail from [protected]@dtdc.com. Daily i am calling all of them but no satisfactory answers, all of them are misleading me.

Consignment no. B64659813 has not been received by Subhas Chandra Bardhan. Either it was not delivered or delivered to unknown person (cdf). It's showing that it was delivered on 6th June, 2019 at 20:28. How the product being delivered without calling the receiver (Subhas Chandra Bardhan)? Why should not we take legal action?
We were sending cloths, soaps, still band old wristwatch.

Registering complaint from whitefeild, bangalore region.particularly whitefeild branch very poor delivery services from your associate.lot of times documents missed because of your employees inability.first not at all informing properly and not delivery yet.This is not a first time might 6th time, everytime I directly visted and collected my documents, Many times office was closed even not responding my calls also.
