How could the courier person say that the 'not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)'. At the same address about a week ago, a package was delivered using dtdc only.

The address is clearly mentioned on the parcel along with the phone number of both receiver/sender, don't you think it would be wise to call to look for the address.

My consignment no. V49471575 is lost by dtdc on 1st april. Kolkata dtdc is not corporating with me to get my claim amout. They said that i would get the claim amout in 15 days. But two months have passed and nothing happen. Now i have to go to consumer forum and court to get justice. Very very bad response. It consist of mobile. It was lost on 1st april . Your claim officer susmita das called me and tried to mislead me by compensating with me.she is not coperating with me. She is from dtdc kolkata. I want to get resolved immediately otherwise i have to go to court with this matter due to your negligency.

Dtdc showing irresponsibility on the courier service.. Dtdc calicut (Medical collage)... When i tracked it it show it has delivered... And i havnt got the product yet even after a week... When we ask them.. They dont even know where it is... And from their behaviour i think they are not even bothered about it... But this is the first time worst experience from dtdc from one year experience... Your courier service was an ok for me... Please find my courier

I'm sorry to inform that the lady sitting in shivaji nagar (Opp balaji) is most of the time not available.
Once i have been waiting for more than half an hour outside the office as the door is locked
One more time the office boys are there but nobody to take the parcel. They asked me to wait again for another num of hours until the lady comes.
What pathetic service she is giving. Very unprofessional

My consignment number a90180030 is shipped from surat to unnao 209801 on 27th may. It shows could not attempt at kampur but the parcel was for unnao not for kanpur. What is the problem kindly check. I want my parcel to be urgently deliver. It is clearly written on address that the parcel was for unnao but my parcel went to kanpur why that is not my fault na. Kindly reply as soon as possible i need it urgently kindly contact us if there is some problem

I sent one parcel from bangalore to dss (Bihar) on 27 th may 2019. After 2days it reached patna and for next 3 days when i tracked it then it was in patna only.

Now today 2 june 2019 when i checked its status then it's showing adress in complete or wrong, however its correct in slip given at time of sending parcel.

I didn't get any type of notification and how come address is incomplete or wrong if it's correct in slip?
I can see in status that it's trying to deliver package to some other location?

Request you to please look into this and send the package to my correct address asap. This is worst type of service from dtdc

But provided address is correct. I have sent so many parcel to this address. Its delevired on time always. They would have call my number or respective person to get clear address. I hope for that purpose only we are mentioning mobile number in the parcel. Parcel needs to be reach tomorrow. Its quite urgent. Please look into to this asap.

Tracker says unable to deliver because of wrong address.
Why there was no call to the person to whom the package was supposed to be delivered?
I have not provided wrong address. If there was any doubt why didn't i get any call?
This is an important courier and it needs to be delivered by tomorrow. Please provide update to it. I have also dropped mail to customer support.

Hi, my brother sent a package to me from bareilly uttar pradesh to bangalore on 27th may 2019 which was supposed to be delivered by 30th may 2019. Package is sent to bangalore dtdc office in itpl backgate whitefield. But the office is closed from 3-4 days and owner of the office mr. Pradeep is on vacation. My package is locked in his office and he is not ready to deliver it before next 2-3 days. He is talking rudely over phone and lying. When i first called him, he said it is a wrong number and he is not from dtdc. Later when i went to their dtdc hub office, then he told that he has delivered the package to my office mail room. When i went to the office mail room, package was not there. Then he said it is locked in his office and office is closed. This is disgusting and making fool of the customers. Kindly help in getting my package back asap and put penalty on this dtdc office for doing this with the customers.

He told me on 20 may that something misprint in your parcel so he came to me on 21st and again he has written everythinh where is to be send
Again i have checked the status then i called him he said the courier boy went to your office but they denied to recieve
He always told me false statement

Then on 23rd again i called me whats the status please gimme my documents
He said your parcel will come in some days, there is some issue

I said ok but gimme before 25 and again on 25 i called him still he said once i will recv then i will handover u
Then i called your customer care
He conference with mr yatender
He promised me that it will deliver day before yesterday as he promised
Then yesterday i called him again he said just give me one day only but still he didnt revert me and courier didnt deliver yet
And by today when i called him, he was not at courier store

What should i do
I have booked on 16 may and today is 1 june

I m fed up from your service
Every executive gaving me false and wrong promises and statement.

They are charging the shipment charges more than specified. (They charged 140rs to send a normal courier from hyderabad to bangalore that too eventhough the parcel included only xerox copies of documents).

From the same dtdc if i sent courier from davangere to noida they are charging 60rs.

But here they are charging it 140rs.

They are simply charging without thinking about the desired charges.

Sir, a courier was about to come from delhi to pune, owner name is mr. Tilak raj. The tracking id no is d51043488. This was send from delhi on dated 25th of may. But d last update is only 29th of may. They did try to send my courier on my address, when i want to contact the carrier, he dint pick up d phon. They r making me fool. Very disgusting people.

No action was taken regarding my parcel which was dispatched from yamunanagar on 24 april 2019 for bhubaneswar. It is a very important parcel and had made so many efforts, have called the dtdc team i don't know how many times i have called them, requested them to take an action. They have given me a complaint number since 9 days which is (Your case no. Is 14577088 for dtdc c/n no. Z94868399, we will revert soon with further details.) this is so unprofessional and irresponsible of them that after knowing the importance of parcel still they are not taking any action. This is really unprofessional for such a big company.

I have mailed many times regarding my consignment no V53834867 .I have send shipment through your courier to Amazon teknolgic 618/1 pipardi ni pole, opp to haja Patel sons, relief road., Ahemdabad, Gujarat-380001on 16.03.2019 .In your tracking status it has been updated as the product has been reached to the destination place on 22.03.2018 but The amazon authorities have confirmed that they have not received the shipment to the destination adress.The amazon is asking to produce a POD copy to initiate my refund . And for past 2 month i am struggling to get the POD copy.I have sent many mails regarding this there is no response for that mail.I have raised complaint in your website with ticket no 14358372 till now I have not received any mail regarding this ticket no.I have also sent a mail to [protected]@dtdv.com regarding this ticket no there too no reply. I have twitted in your DTDCSUPPORT also there is no response also. Why to run a customer care center when u are not ready to reply for complains.I have asked to produce the POD copy for many times through mail and I have called many times to my branch office Trichy at karumandapam.The manager is not properly responding to me.The manager is asking me to call the manager at Ahemedabad .They are not picking up the mobile, also if they pick up the call they are not responding properly.I have under gone mental agony regarding this issue. I do not have any idea of what happened to my shipment.I am very much disappointed with their service.kindly do the needful.

Booked consignment no b64869265 at bangalore on 28.05.2019 and still not delivered at mangalore. Important papers were there in the consignment
My queries to dtdc, urwa office, mangalore not only answered. My queries of non delivery even after 24 hours, i had to face a hostile reply and was told to take delivery at their convenience.
More than 60 hours have elapsed and still not delivered. Very very poor service

On 25th may we booked one consignment from kuppam (Ap) to vadodara (Gujarat) via air mode and 27th may the same reached to gujarat. Regret to inform you that from 27th to 29th may we were continuously following with dtdc team to deliver the same and they were giving different excuses and finally we sent our person to collect the same but they didn't respond and also not handed over the consignment to us. This is really very unprofessional behavior from dtdc and we are disappointed with the same.
Now, if we don't receive the consignment by 30th morning @10am we will lose the big order from our customer.

I had booked a consignment from trivandrum to be shipped to badhohi, up through dtdc courier after getting confirmation from the courier agency that they would be able to deliver at bhadohi. (Consignment no. D[protected]. It is a carpet bought from naz industries, bhadohi throgh amazon, i returned the carpet to naz industries, bhadohi as per the return policy of amazon by paying rs 950/- as courier charge to dtdc. However, the consignment has not reached the addressee till date. When i contacted naz industries, they have informed that the dtdc courier has never contacted for delivery. I am not getting any response from dtdc and i do not know where the consignmen has gone. Iam afraid i lost the carpet and rs 950/- paid as courier charge.

When i track it showing as out for delivery nd later as customer unavailable... But i was in home oly my tracking id is z88781089... They haven't made any call and even chennai customer care is not responding ro my call... Worst service ever i had... After 2 a ya dey wil say no service area... But i have courier offz just 15 minutes next to my home
