No action was taken regarding my parcel which was dispatched from yamunanagar on 24 april 2019 for bhubaneswar. It is a very important parcel and had made so many efforts, have called the dtdc team i don't know how many times i have called them, requested them to take an action. They have given me a complaint number since 9 days which is (Your case no. Is 14577088 for dtdc c/n no. Z94868399, we will revert soon with further details.) this is so unprofessional and irresponsible of them that after knowing the importance of parcel still they are not taking any action. This is really unprofessional for such a big company.

I have mailed many times regarding my consignment no V53834867 .I have send shipment through your courier to Amazon teknolgic 618/1 pipardi ni pole, opp to haja Patel sons, relief road., Ahemdabad, Gujarat-380001on 16.03.2019 .In your tracking status it has been updated as the product has been reached to the destination place on 22.03.2018 but The amazon authorities have confirmed that they have not received the shipment to the destination adress.The amazon is asking to produce a POD copy to initiate my refund . And for past 2 month i am struggling to get the POD copy.I have sent many mails regarding this there is no response for that mail.I have raised complaint in your website with ticket no 14358372 till now I have not received any mail regarding this ticket no.I have also sent a mail to [protected]@dtdv.com regarding this ticket no there too no reply. I have twitted in your DTDCSUPPORT also there is no response also. Why to run a customer care center when u are not ready to reply for complains.I have asked to produce the POD copy for many times through mail and I have called many times to my branch office Trichy at karumandapam.The manager is not properly responding to me.The manager is asking me to call the manager at Ahemedabad .They are not picking up the mobile, also if they pick up the call they are not responding properly.I have under gone mental agony regarding this issue. I do not have any idea of what happened to my shipment.I am very much disappointed with their service.kindly do the needful.

Booked consignment no b64869265 at bangalore on 28.05.2019 and still not delivered at mangalore. Important papers were there in the consignment
My queries to dtdc, urwa office, mangalore not only answered. My queries of non delivery even after 24 hours, i had to face a hostile reply and was told to take delivery at their convenience.
More than 60 hours have elapsed and still not delivered. Very very poor service

Our complain that the material found in broken condition in our destination place.

On 25th may we booked one consignment from kuppam (Ap) to vadodara (Gujarat) via air mode and 27th may the same reached to gujarat. Regret to inform you that from 27th to 29th may we were continuously following with dtdc team to deliver the same and they were giving different excuses and finally we sent our person to collect the same but they didn't respond and also not handed over the consignment to us. This is really very unprofessional behavior from dtdc and we are disappointed with the same.
Now, if we don't receive the consignment by 30th morning @10am we will lose the big order from our customer.

I had booked a consignment from trivandrum to be shipped to badhohi, up through dtdc courier after getting confirmation from the courier agency that they would be able to deliver at bhadohi. (Consignment no. D[protected]. It is a carpet bought from naz industries, bhadohi throgh amazon, i returned the carpet to naz industries, bhadohi as per the return policy of amazon by paying rs 950/- as courier charge to dtdc. However, the consignment has not reached the addressee till date. When i contacted naz industries, they have informed that the dtdc courier has never contacted for delivery. I am not getting any response from dtdc and i do not know where the consignmen has gone. Iam afraid i lost the carpet and rs 950/- paid as courier charge.

When i track it showing as out for delivery nd later as customer unavailable... But i was in home oly my tracking id is z88781089... They haven't made any call and even chennai customer care is not responding ro my call... Worst service ever i had... After 2 a ya dey wil say no service area... But i have courier offz just 15 minutes next to my home

Had booked a courier to be delivered to eluru on 6th may at dtdc courier office opp ccpl malkajgiri. Till today the product was not delivered, when cheked in the website it says courier returned to the hub, on 16th may. Though phone number was given it was not notified secondly have been calling the office from that day but till day no response and not where abouts of the product. I doubt since it is a fashion jewellery the staff might have taken it. The consignment number is h14495317

I have ordered photo frame and it was totally damaged.. Glass over the frame is broken due to that photo inside the frame is also scratched so i cant fix it by anyways.. The whole frame is break down.. Packing is too poor.. Things like this needs good packaging, now who is responsible for this? How nd when can i get my money or parcel back? Look into this matter urgently its not just about things also about someone's feelings for the gifts

Your franchise had despatched that envelope on 27may2019 ie two days delay despatch. The envelope was addressed to sukhpreet rakhra ludhiana-10 punjab. Iam very much disappointed with the service of dtdc and the sense of responsibility of your franchise. Take action against franchise

My tracking no is-a90148009 my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address it was suppose to be delivered to naila - janjgir (Chattisgarh) but it is showing delivered to bilaspur (Chattisgarh) how they can deliver to the wrong city i have given all the details correct the zip code was of naila - janjgir so how can they deliver it to bilaspur such a bad service

I have purchased material from vendor based in mumbai. After receiving purchase order from my company vendor dispatched material through dtdc courier on 26 april 2019 from mumbai ghatkhopar to nagpur. However due to some reason material could not be delivered at its destination and went return to mumbai.
After return, i have tracked that courier by tracking number, it is showing dilivered to mumbai. But when i asked to them, they didnt recieved it at all.
Then i contacted dtdc eprson for the same, but he also dont know its gone. And still they are finding that courier even after a month. Cost of that material is approximatly 2 lacs.

This is for your kind information that, one of the consignment with tracking number : d50633339 is not received in my hand till date. Even though correct address and contact number has been mentioned in the parcel. I didn't get any calls / message from the delivery partner. And when i have traced my package through your web site wrong intimation has been updated there "not delivered (Address ok but no such person - (Cir)". Customer care is also very poor service, i have send mail more than 3 times to them regarding this issue.

My tracking no. P50673119. Its showing, delivered to nandyal on 24th may.but when i called in nandyal dtdc they said its in Kurnool.wen i called Kurnool they said nandyal. And this ### is going on since 3 days.that envelope is so important to me. It has receipt without which i cant get my bike. And they are charging 300rs per day..since 4 days that bike is there..are you people gonna pay those waiting charges for my bike? None of CUSTOMER CARE no. Of yours is working.this kind of sevice you are providing to people, who with full faith ask their any parcel to transport. Solve issuse as soon as possible otherwise i wont mind to complaint in consumer court.

My courier was supposed to come from mumbai to punjab which was booked on 18th of may 2019. From 19th of may it is showing in transit and still i haven't received it. 8 days have passed. The guy who sent me this courier daily calls dtdc and tells me that they says there are issues but do not tell any reason. That courier was so important to me i had waited already for 8 days juts want the reason whats thhe issue and will i get it or not. Really disappointed.

This is the second time with dtdc. The worst courier service. I have booked a parcel on 24th may as urgent. It was supposed to be delivered by 25th may but still not delivered. I need the parcel by 26th may and the customer care number is not reachable and also they are not responding to mails. I have paid so much to get this delivered and still it is not

Hi... We given 10th may 2019 to dtdc aynavaram branch but still courier not sent to destination. They really careless people. They saying courier wrongly routed to other area.
Plz take action.
Everyday i'm calling to chennai ayanavaram branch person but they telling same answer. Not giving any solution. They are careless about it. I thought dtdc is very nice service but when i facing issues they are not ready to solve it and it's worse

But without contacting me, courier service returned my document. When my cousin went to office for enquiry the courier staff mr. Naveen spoke very rudely with her and my cousin called me from there and with me also talking with very harsh words and at least he don’t have little courtesy also how to talk with customer and disconnected the call, very disappointed with dtdc agent. Pls look into the matter.

Hi, this is ravi from addanki, andhrapradesh.. Actually i have purchased cloths online and giving my address with wrong pincode, when i checked the tracking it is showing another destination with different pincode. So i need to change that pincode to get deliver to my address. My parcel already dispatched from the company, so now what should i do.. I need to mention 523201 is my correct pin code, i written there 533201. My mistake only.. So any help in this, i am attaching the bill here with awb number. Thank you
