My consignment no. C88896119 is in "Consignment Redirected" state. I sent it on 15th May, and today is 20th May and still undelivered. It was urgent to be delivered. When I complained I was given several no. of Lucknow branch and none of them were correct. I don't know after choosing fast delivery options why it is still pending. And also the branch staff at Mahanagar and Chinhat Lucknow are very rude with their behavior. They don't know how to talk to their customers. I want my courier status asap and to be delivered at the destination. For 3 days it's been circulating inside Lucknow but not being delivered and the most strange thing nobody knows where is my courier. Give me surety that the product will not be misplaced and it will be delivered asap.

My currier reached dtdc vashi on 15. It was supposed to be delivered on 16. But today its 20 and i haven't received my parcel yet. I called them twice, they told that they will deliver tomorrow but they haven't delivered yet. They are not even picking my call. There phone comes busy and after 1 minute when i call them again there phone rings but they dont pick my call. I have even registered this complaint on company website but i didn't got any response.

I had not received my Courier on date 13-5-19. delivery boy give this courier to unknown person on my address without taking his sign and mobile no. I ask to my landlord about this courier, he said not received.

I have booked a parcel from yours creations with dtdc o 9th may 2019 from delhi to pandhurna (Chindwara)[mp]. Firstly they have not delivered it in 11 days and whren i cotacted with the chhindwara dtdc contact ([protected]) they gave me another number ([protected]) of dtdc pandhurna... This person ravi kapse (As id on true caller) talked me in very unbehaved manner.. I have the call recordings. The parcel is not getting delivered and the courier person is talking in very disrespective way towards the customer.

M74445707 is my courier tracking no. I have been told by mrs priya from worli branch they aren't able to track as well as they don't have the signature of receiver.

Has not reached the destination till today the 20th may, the tracker is not updated

The last update was on 14th may, that a large it company which works 24/7 is door closed, which is not true.

Many calls to both ends didn't produce any results.

I hope this complaint will also not go, the same way.

My tv was broken badly in transit. When i received the screen was completed cracked as can be seen in the picture.

I was confirmed by the hub where i booked the courier service that i won’t be broken due to the packaging they will put over the tv cover.

I also put the thermacol to assure that damage won’t happen.

After all this, it was received in such a bad condition and it’s a negligence from the company since they need to know that it is fragile and will be broken easily if not handled carefully.

I want to be refunded back for the damage.

First time i have used this service and now i can say one of the wrost service i have ever seen

My courier consignment number is[protected]
When i track it online, the status is that it reached hyderabad dtdc hub on 15th may morning but afterwards there isn’t any update. I didn’t even receive any calls regarding this.
The and no one is responding when i call the customer care number. When i try mailing the email for tracking it says that the consignment number is invalid but the receipt i got has only this number. It expects an alphanumeric id with an alphabet followed by 8 numbers.

Please somehow let me know the status of my courier. Why isn’t it delivered yet?

Such a pathetic service in india which has a franchise of dtdc in sagar, everyone are so stupid over there... Wont take any calls not delivery the parcel on time... Such a pathetic service in sagar madhya pradesh. Do improve.. Very poor.. Pass this message to heads and close that sagar franchise close down and start with a new facility and good standard.. Such a poor service. Thank you.

I booked a dtdc plus envelope from coimbatore to noida (Up) vide consignment number v53282428 on 14.5.19. Being dtdc plus it is supposed to reach next day and i paid rs.290.00 for this. Bit so far (Today 17.5.19) it has not been delivered resulting in undue loss to me. As of now, it is still not delivered. I ask immediate action for delivery, and refund me extra charge paid as consignment not delivered next day as per booking. Dhl franchise no. Ef030, coimbatore-641030 and consignee mr kanishk kharbanda, sector-110, noida (Up).

Owner of franchise on dated 10/5/2019 for mumbai address since last 8 days yet not receive my courier to concern party i contact every branches of services till nagpur but they are not giving me updated and said it's misplaced so giving solution regarding this my docket number m74738592 dated 10/5/2019 booked by mr rohit kharat. Shegaon if tomorrow afternoon not getting any solution will submit legal actions against all office under this region in court as well as in grahak manch at aurangabad office

I had a package to be delivered from ahmedabad to ooty.. I had been trying the e tracking facility and said the destination to be madurai, though the sender had provided the right address.in order to enquire regarding that i called the nearby office which is dtdc ooty branch and one mr vijay was the one who attended the call. He was very rude over the phone and was not ready to listen to my actual query. I thought dtdc was a corporate which provided satisfactory services, but this shook me. The worst enquiry service i've ever experienced.. Dtdc should be a tad bit careful while recruiting the employees.. Highly disappointed..

Till date the courier not reached destination.

Services are very bad. Trying to call dtdc person also but no answer. Since 3 days a i am continuously following up for my courier, but also no help i received.

Sorry to say but this experience is very bad.

My parcel still not received. It's over 2 month and still its not received. My tracking no is z86944419 which still now showed as "in transit". This parcel contain some of cosmetic products which is coming from delhi to barasat.
I also complain in dtdc website and my complaint no is 14161496 but they did not provide me any kind of help. I also call center of dtdc but they did not response my call. Please kindly do the needful.

Last status update is showing of 14.05.2019 time 19.15 hrs and showing receiver not available. I like to make it very clear no one turned up nor i was contacted. I was shocked to see the status as no one came and above all when i tried to contact them on phone most of the numbers are not working. When some how my call get connected on number [protected] i was told to contact on[protected] he told me to get in touch with [protected]. Talking with this person i was told we get in touch with you in 15 min & inform you about the latest status. Now he is not picking up the phone...
Highly unprofessional behavior not expected from dtdc

I have to get a courier from hyderabad to srikalahasthi which was submitted on 10th may in hyderabad and reached tirupati on 11th may. Till then there is no change in the progress of status. I didn't get my courier on time and i have an emergency. I have been complaining the same thing via call to the concerned person. Still no action on the issue. Very bad at service. It is been almost a week. The consignment number is h14316318 and i don't know why it is showing the destination as chittoor in etracking. Kindly respond at least today.
