Dtdc courier not delivered very important sample from mysore to bangalore even after 5 days, they charged an amount of 325 rs stating it will reach by 11 am following day. Till today they are not attending my phone or complaint. We lost the precious sample sent for sequencing. We need immediately reply from them and they have to pay us the huge damage caused to us....

I had a delivery from badlapur west dtdc courier service handled by dhananjay pawar. There was a courier guy named mr anil who used abusive language which is demeaning for a woman and insults the dignity of the woman. The courier guy need to be polite and patient if the women in the house take a bit time to open the door in the afternoon and atleast give a call regarding the arrival of the parcel. Dtdc silchar main office is completely irresponsible regarding delivery on time. They don't want to deliver taking advantage of even a light shower. They do not book shipments even if they r marked as urgent ones. Also they do not deliver couriers on time despite the update provided on dtdc shipment tracking page. Almost 7days are over and yet we have not recievd the courier. The courier was dispatched on 26th from lucknow to j abalpur and while making call to dtdc jabalpur courier team they are not supporting and giving excuses which are not acceptable.

Very very poor service of dtdc... There is no update from last 3-4 days.. Even after giving complain and requesting again and again there is no response.
Please help me. Its a very urgent item and this is one of the important part of our machine.

That parcel is so important, parcel had been come before 7 days at bharatpur but no one contact me even mobile no. Is clearly mentioned on shipment slip. My address mentioned right and clear. But parcel had not delivered to my address.

I send my document through dtdc courier dombivali west to bhopal, madhya pradesh (My course admission form) dated 14/3/2019 but till date they (Bhopal) not received document till date. I contact dombivali west dtdc courier office but they did not give any response already one and half month pass and lost my admission chance for next year. Signature copy shows accepted by father by basically that's not even his signature on copy and on site it's written watchman.
It's cheat done by dtdc office there.
Courier boy accepted he hasn't delivered when we contacted him he said we can't do anything "office se nai mila parcel"
When we raised this complaint to manager he denied this...

I was supposed to get my order (Consignment no:- k[protected] delivered by today. (Please see the attachment for details)

But suddenly the status of the order is showing as 'not delivered'.

The delivery guy did not even bother to call me.

This is creating very much trouble for me as this is really an urgent delivery for me.

Please look into this matter urgently....

I'm vinodh from chennai. I sent a parcel to sri city sez in andra pradesh with dtdc as it was very near to me and that was the worst mistake i have ever done in my life. The package was booked on 26th april 2019 and the online tracker showed that it was reached the right franchise and sent out for delivery on 27th april 2019.
But the update was same until now, 5.30pm 02nd may 2019.
So i decided to call the franchise number that...

Booked a consignment to setu printers, kanke, ranchi, jharkand on 22.04.2019 vide h87294387 from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Tracking history shows that the consignment is lying at ranchi hub since 24.04.19.

Complaint to customer support is registered as case number: 14399111, shows automatic response and today one mail says
1) that they have not received shipment till date we have not found any update from booking...

A package was sent to me in vadodara by dtdc (Tracking number p[protected] from pune on 24 april. Rs 480/- was charged for this. By 2 may it had not been received in vadodara. The tracking status had not been changed since 26 april. On enquiring today after repeated calls not being taken, it was found that there was some damage to the package and it has been lying in vadodara since 26 april.
I have been told that they will be delivering...

Our vendor has booked one courier through dtdc on 26th april from vaapi to ranjangaon pune. Docket number d50175577
But still it has not been delivered.
On status is showing it is out for delivery from 30th april but not delivered. Reason given is "receiver not available." which completely wrong. This is our manufacturing plant in which our security is 24x7 available. I myself was present on 30th april to receive this courier.br...

Hi i couriered a document form ghaziabad on one day delivery yesterday at 2 pm for bangalore. The document was highly sensitive and critical. Since morning i am following up with the agent.
