I'm vinodh from chennai. I sent a parcel to sri city sez in andra pradesh with dtdc as it was very near to me and that was the worst mistake i have ever done in my life. The package was booked on 26th april 2019 and the online tracker showed that it was reached the right franchise and sent out for delivery on 27th april 2019.
But the update was same until now, 5.30pm 02nd may 2019.
So i decided to call the franchise number that was given online, [protected] and the name is mr. Srikanth.
Such a irresponsible corrector i have ever came across. I have called him atleast 10 times just to receive a text msg asking me to text the issue. I did and waited for his reply for more than an hour, but nothing came. So, i decided to call him again and after 2 calls, the mobile was switched off. Later i tried calling him after 3 hrs and again it was switched off after seeing my number. He was so lethargic to deliver the parcel to my destination which was within 4 kms from his location. I'm still waiting for a resolution. I don't think i deserve it just because i choose to go with the dumbest courier service. All my attempts failed even after calling their customer services 5 times. They literally suck at their services and i strongly suggest no to go with them.

Booked a consignment to setu printers, kanke, ranchi, jharkand on 22.04.2019 vide h87294387 from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Tracking history shows that the consignment is lying at ranchi hub since 24.04.19.

Complaint to customer support is registered as case number: 14399111, shows automatic response and today one mail says
1) that they have not received shipment till date we have not found any update from booking cp so we close the case.

2) this is an auto case closure update for the case number 14399111
Several communications have been sent to you requesting details for consignment number h87294387, registered under case # 14399111. But there has been no response from your end on the same. Hence the case is being effectively closed, due to lack of information to go ahead with.

Both the mails contradict without any follow up.

This can happen if either:
Consignment number was not mentioned in the email.in which case, please send the same email along with only the consignment number written in the ‘subject’ field (Do not add before or after any special characters).

Or

The format was incorrect.in which case please resend your query, with only the consignment number clearly written in the ‘subject’ field of the email. Our consignment numbers are alphanumeric with 1 alphabet followed by 8 numerals, without any space in-between. Example a[protected] please do not add any other special characters to this format.

I am unable to understand why no executive has followed up my complaint. Assigning a complaint number does not end your responsibility. As per the tracking information provided by you, pin code for delivery is mentioned as 700002 by you (West bengal - cassipore), where as the pin code should be 834006, (Kanke - ranchi jharkand. Where the consignee is located. The tracking history shows that the consignment is lying at ranchi hub since 24.04.2019.

In case i do not receive any follow up and delivery of the consignment by 4th may 2019, i will be forced to approach consumer forum for damages, which note

A package was sent to me in vadodara by dtdc (Tracking number p[protected] from pune on 24 april. Rs 480/- was charged for this. By 2 may it had not been received in vadodara. The tracking status had not been changed since 26 april. On enquiring today after repeated calls not being taken, it was found that there was some damage to the package and it has been lying in vadodara since 26 april.
I have been told that they will be delivering the package today (2 may).
Propel use courier service for efficiency. Dtdc is in breach of its responsibility and must compensate the sender for charges incurred.
Vadodara dtdc staff must be held responsible and some explanation be demanded of them.
The delay has cost me a great deal and i demand some action.

I booked one parcel with dtdc and i was promised will be delivered within 3 days but even after 7 days it is not delivered

Please help us and get it delivered. We are very disappointed with the service of dtdc. We never expect from a reputed courier service.
We sent this with dtdc so it will delivered on time. We paid more than double

Our vendor has booked one courier through dtdc on 26th april from vaapi to ranjangaon pune. Docket number d50175577
But still it has not been delivered.
On status is showing it is out for delivery from 30th april but not delivered. Reason given is "receiver not available." which completely wrong. This is our manufacturing plant in which our security is 24x7 available. I myself was present on 30th april to receive this courier.
I suppose dtdc mentions wrong information in tracking details to hide actual reasons for delay. This is very urgent courier and i must receive it today in first half.

I didn't get my parcel as the courier company says that they delivered that parcel. But i don't know they delivered where that parcel. Even they don't call me that your parcel is coming nothing. That parcel is coming from kathmandu, nepal
The parcel have important documents of mine. What should i do. The local courier office of dtdc don't know how to talk to customers. They abuse to me while i contact them (Sharanpur chowk dehradun). I want to take action on that office. I make a complaint to that branch in consumer court.

I had sent my stuff from dehradun to bangalore via dtdc the consignment number given on the bill is f11332857, while i received a message with the tracking link and a different consignment number f11332856. The parcel with consignment number f11332857 has been received by someone in delhi as i got the message for it. I am completely confused as which parcel is mine. Kindly trace back my parcel and deliver it in bangalore or bring it back to me as 2different consignment number are causing a lot of problems for me. I will also be raising this issue with the consumer court.
Kindly look into the matter.

Hi i couriered a document form ghaziabad on one day delivery yesterday at 2 pm for bangalore. The document was highly sensitive and critical. Since morning i am following up with the agent. He is committing from morning the its on the way and will be delivered in a while. Now he is saying that is off in bangalore and could not be delivered. Hi team, i am tanmai mallipeddi, we need to receive the courier but it didn't come and when i called to tiruvuru dtdc they told that my number is not connected that's why they put the return.

1. But in tracking it is showing address is ok but no such person available, actually i am in home only how they put that status.

Without coming to my address they updated the status.

He is very irresponsible also when i called to him he is telling we call you but your phone is not connected that's why what he is talking???

And who is responsible for delivery charges???

Would like to complain that my order id: z97968576, is not yet delivered to me.
Upon checking the status of my order it shows that it has been delivered to wrong person to mr. S. Pandey.

This is ridiculous and a serious offence by dtdc, it was a very important courier and i want it delivered to me.
Please see to it else i will have to take stern action.

Consignment number z87843174 source from noida and destination is narayanpet, telangana state.
The product is not yet delivered and the tracking status is displayed as delivered.

The dtdc cargo has created lot of problem and none of them or responding properly and there is no toll-free number.

Please do take necessary action and penalise them for the delayed caused as the documents are very important and the delay of delivery inturn causing me penalised for delay at registration as the documents are concerned to vehicle.

AWB : M91687650. The consignment has reached Gwalior on 29th April @13.00hrs, showing out for delivery @13.38hrs and Delivered @17.51hrs. But the consignment is not delivered to me. When I call the DTDC Gwalior office, they reply saying that they called. But I didn't receive any response from them. And they replied me saying, u come and collect from the office or else we will deliver it on Saturday. Is this the service given by dtdc. It's soo annoying. This is not happening with me for the first time, but couple of times. I was patient then. These people are trying to test my patience every time. That is ridiculous. Please take the necessary action.

I have posted an application form along with Rs 3000/- DD to be delivered to Manjula, Dept. of G Surgery, Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad. Posted on 09/03/2019. The consignment number is H 13247810. It is not delivered and also not returned till date.
We requested several times to Mr Srinivas DTDC centre at Rotary nagar (Indra nagar), Khammam. He replied that to cancel the DD and get your money back. Please help us in this regard.

Persons at Nashik Road communication very difficult to get. I was directed from one number to other for hours. The service provider as reluctant to cooperate.

I have already requested the party to avoid DTDC services henceforth.

I sent a courier from Kolkata to Noida on 26th of April. I paid more than double for the urgent service. They said urgent courier will be delivered the very next day i.e. 27th of April. I paid so much but the courier didn't get delivered yet and the DTDC guys never revert. DTDC should be sued for this and my money should be returned or I will have to take this matter to the court and ask for compensation.

Already reported to the government's consumer forum.

Pls note the document parcel sent from Bangalore - DTDC yelahanka 26th April 2019 to Mumbai address Ballard Estate thru DTDC service - PLUS and being assured by DTDC delivering with 1.5 day on or before 4pm 27th April 2019.( booking ref:V[protected]
I'm complaining from past 2 days but no action & response from DTDC team in customer care and no proper information of who is working or resolving & delay of more than 60 hrs still no status of delivery of important documents.
DTDC PLUS service- Rs.350 charged higher by Rs.200 more than normal delivery of 2 days.
Irresponsible ways & no commitment to service by DTDC still no updation of delivery.
I would like tell them to resolve within hours or book a consumer forum complaint thru FIR.

I booked old washing machine to be sent to Hanur (PIN 571439) in Kollegal dist. through DTDC docket no.D50208753 on 20/04/2019 at Byatarayanapura Bangalore -560092 .At the time of booking agent promised the delivery with in 3-4 days unfortunately not delivered till now & no response from the agent. Kindly help as I don't know what to do now.
DTDC web tracking says in transit from 24th April. no updates later on.

Courier sent on 30 mar 19 from hyderabad to mumbai. Since a month waiting for a courier. Repeated complaints made with them case number : 14298960, against consignment number h04571161... But except the standard reply we are looking into it... Nothing happened.. It's pending for delivery since 11 apr 19 after reaching the nearest hub chembur. Matter was highlighted to their core team, as usual false assurances, the item is still lying their. And now on tracking, they have done a fake update imand shown delivered..

Jabki hamara courier[protected] ko hi unke pass pahunch gya tha...
Agar aise hi raha to hame court case karna padega...

Consignment no. Z92322237 was accepted by your office on 01..04.2019. It was to be delivered at seohara, where you do not have any branch. You delivered it at dhampur. Again, now, you accepted consignment no. Z92337038 which is also to be delivered at seohara. This clearly shows that you are a very dishonest courier which is ready to do anything to increase its business. Please, deliver this consignment at seohara otherwise be ready to face the court.
