Hi,

I have couriered two box of chocolates from Bangalore (Pattanagere office) to Noida via DTDC express delivery on 24th April which has to be delivered by today i.e. 25th April.

The normal rates were Rs. 270(up-to 1 Kg) but I paid Rs. 540 as they asked for 1 day delivery. I checked with the company guy again and again about the delivery and every-time his words were "Sir, we have promised to deliver it before 6 p.m. So, it will be delivered".

I even call the customer care 5-6 time and after waiting for 6-7 mins each time, for once I was able to talk to them and they said that my courier has reached Delhi. So, it will be delivered before 6 pm but I waited till 7:30 pm but no delivery.

I called the company's office person after it and after sending him the consignment number, his number went unresponsive.

Even if I track the consignment from their website, it shows the status as In Transit and package is in Bangalore only.

There is so much heat in both the cities. What if, it melted or rot. Who is going to take the responsibility of it??

I want the courier to be delivered tomorrow as I have no choice left and the full refund of the my courier charges and product.

I was supposed to receive a parcel, from arus jewellery, which has been booked via dtdc courrier .. but when the parcel reached delivery address that is mine . I opened it to find a plastic box which was empty . I have immediately notified the vendor who has sent me the courrier. The sender has sent me video footage showing the placed the item in the box
But when I received it it was empty. The jewelry company is showing the proof that they have sent it. I have the video proof it's Missing.

Dear sir/madam,

I have to receive a courier from you vide tracking i'd: p50229052, however in your website track it was showing as delivered today. I had not received any call from your delivery officials nor received any contact number regarding delivery to contact any one for delivery.

I recieved broken gift(micro art with frame prize is 2000)at bengalore which was sent from hyderabad. Actually gift was pasted with stricker handle with care and cast it for 450 rupies for transport. i didnot get correct response from the dtdc customer service.we contacted both bengalore and hyderabad service centre they replied and telling its not happened because o[censored]s contact bengalore office and vice versa. so this is the not good way to handle customers and providing poor services to the customer. you are transporting means you should take care of the things in good way and who are responsible for my thing(gift), make habit of adapting this. onworda we will never use your courier service and will tell others to don't use

Hi,
I ordered for a cycle part from pune to bangalore on 27th mar. Till date the status is saying reached "bangalore air hub". I enquire'd in bangalore local office and they suggested to raise a complaint from pune. So, pune - nibm road dtdc office raised a complaint and some mail exchange has happened and still no update from past 2 weeks. And now the pune office owner is not picking my call nor replying to my message. So, ultimately no solution and this is way they treat their customers. I dropped an email, wrote an enquiry form to dtdc nothing helped. Customer care number is a big blunder as nobody picks the call even after waiting for 15 mins.

Please find the below details:
Consignment number : p50098167
Couriered from : dtdc nibm road office, pune
Couriered to : rajajinagar, bangalore

I am looking forward for any reply from dtdc.

Thanks,
Madhusudhan

Consignment no. Z98526104
Destination: chandigarh-160047,

Consignment is destined for chandigarh. However, online tracking is showing destination as ludhiana with wrong pin code.
There is no customer care helpline no. Provided by dtdc. No one to listen the complaint.

It is an urgent package and after 3 days it still has not been delivered.
Resolve the issue asap.

I sent a parcel DTDC on 10.04.2019 from Dharuhera to Muzaffarpur Bihar. The consignment number is D49997992. But even after 10 days, the parcel did not reach the customer. If a company like DTDC does not deliver parcel within 10-12 days then what will happen to another company? I did not know if your service was so bad. You are requested to send the parcel delivery as soon as possible.

Consignee Address:-
KEI Ind. Ltd.

Consignment Number: Z97758805
Sender'Name: Deepak Rana from Delhi
Receiver Name: Preety Subba (Namchi, South Sikkim)
The courier was sent on 13/04/2019 and reached Siliguri at 20/04/2019 but yet today 22/04/2019 it has not reached to Namchi whereas the service provider had told me that my courier will reach by 20/04/19 evening. My courier contents some important official document that I need it at earliest as possible but due to the pathetic service I had to face difficulty.

Kindly do the needful.
