I had sent an official document through consignment number K60625584 of DTDC on 22nd March 23. The tracking is showing that consignment has not been delivered yet and reason shown as Office Closed or Door Lock on 25th Mar 23. Please note that this Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please resend the consignment on Monday (27th March 2023 after 11AM till 6 PM)

    My courier id is D59174093…. The delivery status is showing as delivered and I received a message too telling my order is delivered… but I have not received any courier yet…I don’t understand why the status will be updated to delivered without delivering the package.

First they promised me to deliver 20 of march and after that several times promise date got change. In this parcel important book was there for my exam. Please do some thing for me.

        I was supposed to get delivered an order X88583977 today. But suddenly the status is showing 'Not Delivered'. The delivery guy did not even bother to call me. This is irritating and disgusting.

                On 17 Dec 2022 a shipment was sent by DTDC Courier from Goa to Mumbai (Laptop with Confidential Data). AWB No. D24112891. As on 21st March 2023 no shipment delivered nor positive response by DTDC Staff. For their Negligence we have facing lot of issue. Now their customer support staff is also not cooperate with us. DTDC lost our laptop with Data.

                      Missing valuable things in the parcel. the box looks sealed however, I have missed very valuable things from the boxes.

                      I have raised a complaint with the DTDC support, they have closed the ticket without responding to see query.

                            My consignment Z13728902 has reached the nearest DTDC for 2 days now and by end of the day, the status is 'could not attempt delivery'. When I call the customer care, they just say they cannot share the branch number or the delivery tea, details. They just cheat you by making false commitments of the product reaching 'today', but there is zero useful response on tickets. They close tickets without responding. Afsana and Nikita (who refused to reveal their full names) and Tehreen Muskaan and Mary to whom my ticket went to are grossly irresponsible and negligent. I have no clue what happened to my parcel or when it will reach me. I have been a loyal customer of DTDC for the last 15 years and I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. High time we moved away to better providers like Delhivery who are so prompt and professional.
