    Address: DTDC Gurugram Apex, Gurugram

    1. Not picking up the call since past 5 days.
    2. Courier has been delivered to DTDC Gurugram Apex Branch but they are not picking up the call nor they are responding.
    3. Due to holiday on Haryana Day on 01st November, they did not dispatch the courier that day and marked the status by themselves that address is wrong.
    4. Still we have taken 1000 follow-ups but there is not clear status, even the people who have taken DTDC Services have told they cheat people and loose their parcels like this or keep their for couple of weeks because of their laziness.

      After so long wait the order was finally at my nearest branch of DTDC and the same day it showed as out fpr delivery and then undelivered(consignment redirected)no one tried to contact me..
      What kind of service is this... Extremely disappointed.. Not acceptable...

          Address: Dtdc central spine vidyadhar nagar sector 2, 302039, jaipur(raj.)

          I couriered homeopathic medicines on 31 october 2022 from jaipur to bhiwadi.
          The bottle of one medicine broken which damaged the other medicine also...
          So all the medicines got damaged
          The medicine cost was 1600 including courier charges...
          I want refund

            Status showing delivered but package is not received

            HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - F30343768. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also.

            DTDC is worst regarding delivery as they are asking for pick up order even order paid for doorstep delivery, and which is just 6 km far from there office.

            even after 4 days that package reached to nearest office they not delivered yet even after several complaints.

            If you know area is not under serviceable why you are fooling your consumer. and wasting their time and money.

            Here is tracking history, if delivery for the area is non serviceable then why false assurance provided even provided complete address.

              My consignment no. is V94130331. It consists of my official documents and it is very important to me. The consignment is not delivered yet but it is showing delivered to Ravi on the DTDC website. There is no person with the name of Ravi available in the delivery location of the courier. The delivery man has not arrived at the (delivery location) destination as no entry was made at my office's main entry gate. Even no one was detected by CCTV of the premises from DTDC.
              Delivery man not asked for any OTP and made a fake signature on the dtdc official papers.
              The delivery man or DTDC is doing fraudulent activity.
              I kindly request you to please help me.

              FROM DTDC NO ONE IS HELPING ME AND SAYING YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND DO AS MUCH AS COMPLAINT YOU CAN.

                My company send Diwali gift by DTDC courier from Hyderabad. In between transport and delivery courrier packet is cut and my electronics gadget is theft. I also compaint on DTDC Customer support but no one give response from last 8 days. MY Consignment NO: H33886913

                  Every time we had to go and collect the package or courier from dtdc office in R R Pet, Eluru Andhra Pradesh.
                  We questioned them multiple times but they refuse to home deliver. I could see many other customers are also picking up the parcels on their own.
                  This is quite problematic as they are failing to serve the sole basic purpose of a courier service.
                  My home is in Chodimella, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh 534002.

                    So I placed my order on {print on web media}on 19th of oct 2022 and they print my notes and consigned them to DTDC on 20th oct.. but since that day to the present day I have not received my order..
                    the tracking id given to me is D50377903 I used to track my order daily but it is roaming in my city.. its been 10 days since my order reached at the DTDC jaipur branch but not delivered to my GIVEN ADDRESS.. I AM suffering from a huge backlog as I ordered some important notes to get print.. AND THEY ARE NOT DELIVERED YET.. MY SERIOUS REQUEST TO DTDC IS TO PLEASE DELIVERED MY ORDER AT MY ADDRESS TO THAT I CAN RECOVER MY STUDIES...OR ELSE RETURN THE CONSIGNMENT TO PRINT ON WEB MEDIA SO THAT I REPLACE MY ORDER ND GO WITH INDIA POST..

                        We Booked an Consignment of 1 Box weighing 17kg Approx On 24/6/22 From Rayagada, Odisha To Vijayawada, AP, with Tracking Number-D22553114.
                        SENDER Name- Kalipa Nayak.
                        RECIPIENTS Name- Twills Clothing Pvt Ltd.
                        Its Been more Than 4 Months We have no Idea on its whereabouts, Asked the DTDC Courier Service Rayagada Branch Regarding They Say The Tracking Number They Provided is Wrong, They will Find out In regards and update us Further with the Actual Tracking Number, They Have given us an Hand Written LR Copy With The Tracking Number Mentioned Above.
                        I Have Been Calling Them Regularly and they have been giving Reasons.
                        Request You To Intervene in this Regards and Help Us.

                          Courier Reference : M16863257

                          A courier was sent to me on 19th Oct but not yet received the same. Have raised a complaint(No: #4279988 IssueM[protected] on 27th Oct, they said they will check on the same. However on yesterday it marks as delivered but I didn't received yet. Again I raised a complaint(#4300892 IssueM[protected] on about undelivered. However they closed both the ticket without resolving the issue.

                          Kindly help me to do the needful.

                                  My company has send me a courier before 15 days and still it is not delivered. when I track my delivery with the tracking ID B94136730 it says wrong address . My Address is completely valid because I am ordering my online product on same address from long time.

                                  If they are not able to track my address then why I have given the phone number on my address . they should have called me once but they don't feel its necessary .

                                  Very very poor service never use this service and send any important documents through this service.
