Non delivery of courier but online it shows "successfully delivered" but till this moment not received by us. Now i called your distributor about this he said " your courier will be delivered at 4:00 pm.

We required this documents urgently and we are waiting for this document.

My question is why your system shows the courier is delivered

Hi dtdc,

I’m extremely disappointed in your courier services and you are losing trust. I have booked one consignment vide way bill no."b62582740", dated 16th march 2019 to “singrauli” district m. P. First of all they deliver my product too much delay after so much follow-up.

In the box, there are two items "ortho shoes for baby" and "thermometer" but my relative receives a package with courier tampered & an item was stolen. They saw one item was stolen after consulting with vindhyanagr (486886) branch they are saying that this package came with open from rewa branch. My stolen item was thermometer and value of thermometer was 350 rs.

This is a sheer act of irresponsibility. I demand an immediate recovery of the stolen items or the reimbursement of the value of the stolen goods.

My parcel with tracking id m73398538 and d50077718 were booked on 14th march and are yet not received. Fdm prepared status is from 22nd mar. Could not get the expected delivery date. They must say no if they cannot deliver. Should not fool people just to make money.
486890.. This pin code was verified before taking up the delivery and 5-7 days was the initial communication for completing this delivery.. Now it's been 2 weeks without any update on the parcel.

My certificate was sent through dtdc courier on my request with the institution.
As per the shipment tracking details i got to know that it has wrong update saying it was delivered the next day itself, whereas i never received it.
I have been complaining this with them several times, but nothing has come to me still... I am really worried as my institution has declined me giving me another copy of the certificate.

I have couriered car body covers to buvaneshwar and chennai. They have swapped the covers and sent. When questioned they were rude and misbehaved. They charged rs.500 for each shipment and this is the service they are providing to its consumers. Dtdc, krishnalanka branch, mr. Ramakrishna, vijayawada. I will go to any extent to sue this bugger. Please i need justice at a quick around time. He was threatening to beat me as well which i think is unacceptable. Dtdc is the worst ever postal service i have seen on the face of the earth. There is no customer service center, tracking doesn’t work properly and they charge heavily. I want this guy to apologise me and pay me my money back. I have all the evidences to support my complaint. Thank you!

My consignment i'd is v52349550 and i booked in dtdc kamagondanahalli, jalahalli (West) bangalore 560015 branch.
I booked one item to be send to lekawada, chiloda in gandhinagar gujarat with pin code 382042 on march 13th, 2019 and i was assured that it vl reached the destination by 14th... Bt even on 15th of march the delivery was no done by this agency.
When i asked them by visiting their office they started making excuses. They started saying that we dnt provide service in that area which was written on parcel which they should hv told me before accepting my parcel.
In the end they started blaming me only that i given wrong pin code eventhough everything in address was correct.
At last they said that we r cancelling ur parcel and u can collect ur parcel aftr few days bt again when i went to there office on 23th they said that it has not arrived and asked me to come again.
On 26th of march i went again they said that my parcel has been delivered bt i confirmed from my father for whom. That parcel was and he said that he hvnt received anything.
Now 1) if they dnt provide service in that area they should informed me before accepting my parcel.
2) why they said that address was wrong eventhough i showed them the address on internet also and previously many items have been delivered on that address only.
3) when they had cancelled my consignment on 15th than how it got delivered and to whom it delivered.
It is just pure cheating and fooling ppl by dtdc.

My package is still not delivered and tracking details also not updated in the portal from last 4 days. And its a fragile mark package. Is this bad your dtdc service. First time bad experience. Its worth rs 10000 and fragile.

There is no update on this courier. This has extremely important electronic item. Sms tracking says intransit from last 4 days and so does your customer support. And the people at the local office shamelessness not picking phone.

I ordered a saree from a manufacturer in jabalpur for my friend. The tracking id provided by them shows that the package is in silugiri kolkata but is supposed to be sent to vaikuntam, salem district in tamilnadu. The tracking id is k18170280. The address on the parcel however is the correct address that i had provided. What i don't understand is the tracking status shows that the parcel is out of delivery in silugiri with three failed attempts...

Yesterday (25-mar-2019) i have received message from your end as "out for delivery shipment will be delivered today" but still i have not received my shipment yet but when i track the status it shows as "your order was successfully Delivered" for REFERENCE NUMBER:-X61662586, agent phone number which is received in SMS is:-[protected] and i have received call from:-[protected]. Kindly look in to this and help to get my shipment as earliest.

My parcel with tracking no-b[protected]Bangalore to chennai) is showing status as delivered, but the receiver hasn't received the package yet after 17 days. It was posted on 8th march and status changed to delivered on 9th march. But till now it is not delivered. I have called several times to the chennai office and they have been nothing but rude. I don't see any way to contact them, as they are not at all concerned about helping the customer, even if it is a mistake from their end. Whoever updated the status as delivered without delivering the package did a crime and a big mistake. This type of carelessness causes the customer to suffer who has paid the amount. This is really unethical. How do you expect the customers to put their trust in dtdc when you have no concerns about their valuables which they have trusted you with.

I've booked a courier from pennya-banglore to malleshwaram-bangalore on 19.03.2019 docket no : b62701894. Still the courier is not deliered. As check the dtdc portal, last update was on 20.03.2019 showing as in domlur-bangalore. After that there is no update. As check with the booking office, they are saying that the courier has been wrongly booked to some other deatination and no one knows about the current satus of the consignment.

I've already raised a complaint (No :[protected]. But there is no respose from dtdc.

I am not satisfied with dtdc service.

My trimmer sent from nizamabad to gurgaon, but it is redirected. Why it is redirected i don't know. My contact number is [protected].in gurgaon i have to receive that product. They came for delivery but did not informed at least.

I've also registered online for drop off reference #[protected]. online tracking is showing that the courier is in Germany for more than 2 days. Since it's an emergency, I have chosen 3 days delivery slot. I don't know why it's still in Germany. I just want to check if the destination address is correct. We have couriered a blank cheque for H.O Delhi-110044 on 7th march 2019.Its an urgent courier.But ur thammanam franchise"Malia Associates" lost it somewhere else. They saying they didnt recieve any courier. They only give pod at last of first of next month with invoice. Please rply a solution otherwise it will forwarded to consumer complaint forum.

My colleague has not received my letter which was deposited on 19th march and i was informed that my parcel will recieve on 3rd day to surat from kolkata

I booked a courier on 16 march 2019 from delhi to sonbhadra which was promised to be delivered by 20th march 2019 but still it have not been delivered and have paid rs. 990 for it, the courier contains perishable item which would be wasted on such delay. Please look into the matter the courier i sent was very important, ut had to reach before holi and now its been 4 days after holi. This is very irresponsible on dtdc part

I had booked a product and the same was couriered by the supplier tru one of your channel partner somewhere in pune. The consignment number was p50047309. I had ordered the product on pin code 402204.
The product was delivered to your channel partner at alibag 402201.
I received a call from your channel partner at alibag on 20/3/19 @ 5pm and their office closes at 6 pm. According to them the product will be returned back if not collected in 3 days.21/3/19 was a holiday and the product was returned back on 23/3/19.
What 3 day criteria do your company apply?
Once the courier is accepted with deliver address on pin 402204 why was it not delivered?
Your office had a option to refuse it.

I had booked 2 documents from lucknow to ahmedabad on 16th march 2019. The reference numbers are v52603606 and v52603607.

As it was saturday, i was promised that the documents shall be delivered by tuesday i. E. 19th march 2019 on top priority.

I paid inr 330.00 per document. After tracking online, i could see that the documents reached ahmedabad on 18th march. Still they were delivered on 22nd march.

I have sent very important documents on sat, 16 march. It was promised that it will get delivered by mar, 20 but upon checking the status, the courier still shows in transit state.

Please understand that documents enclosed (College offer confirmation) are very sensitive and they have to be reached till today anyhow.

My courier was not delievered till yet. I had sent it by air and the shopkeeper told me that it will reach by morning only and till now i am not able to got the package. It is very urgent package and it had to be delivered by today. The shopkeeper took the fare of air mode. So kindly resolve this problem and refund my amount otherwise i will case on you. Because the package is very urgent.
