We have couriered a blank cheque for H.O Delhi-110044 on 7th march 2019.Its an urgent courier.But ur thammanam franchise"Malia Associates" lost it somewhere else. They saying they didnt recieve any courier. They only give pod at last of first of next month with invoice. Please rply a solution otherwise it will forwarded to consumer complaint forum.

My colleague has not received my letter which was deposited on 19th march and i was informed that my parcel will recieve on 3rd day to surat from kolkata
Its an important document and am unable to reach to these servicemen.

I booked a courier on 16 march 2019 from delhi to sonbhadra which was promised to be delivered by 20th march 2019 but still it have not been delivered and have paid rs. 990 for it, the courier contains perishable item which would be wasted on such delay. Please look into the matter the courier i sent was very important, ut had to reach before holi and now its been 4 days after holi. This is very irresponsible on dtdc part

I had booked a product and the same was couriered by the supplier tru one of your channel partner somewhere in pune. The consignment number was p50047309. I had ordered the product on pin code 402204.
The product was delivered to your channel partner at alibag 402201.
I received a call from your channel partner at alibag on 20/3/19 @ 5pm and their office closes at 6 pm. According to them the product will be returned back if not collected in 3 days.21/3/19 was a holiday and the product was returned back on 23/3/19.
What 3 day criteria do your company apply?
Once the courier is accepted with deliver address on pin 402204 why was it not delivered?
Your office had a option to refuse it.
Your channel partner at alibag with address given below is very rude.

I had booked 2 documents from lucknow to ahmedabad on 16th march 2019. The reference numbers are v52603606 and v52603607.

As it was saturday, i was promised that the documents shall be delivered by tuesday i. E. 19th march 2019 on top priority.

I paid inr 330.00 per document. After tracking online, i could see that the documents reached ahmedabad on 18th march. Still they were delivered on 22nd march.

I have sent very important documents on sat, 16 march. It was promised that it will get delivered by mar, 20 but upon checking the status, the courier still shows in transit state.

Please understand that documents enclosed (College offer confirmation) are very sensitive and they have to be reached till today anyhow.

My courier was not delievered till yet. I had sent it by air and the shopkeeper told me that it will reach by morning only and till now i am not able to got the package. It is very urgent package and it had to be delivered by today. The shopkeeper took the fare of air mode. So kindly resolve this problem and refund my amount otherwise i will case on you. Because the package is very urgent.

The product was booked at fort mumbai on 1st march 2019 and it reached bhubaneswar branch on 2nd march. But is is not forwarded further. It is stuck there since 2nd march. Plz deliver the parcel as soon as possible. It is really urgent. Courier boy should have called sender or receipient on failure attempt. It has been too long and the receipient is getting panic. Waiting for you to resolve it.

I order clothes online and the shipment company dtdc delivered man didnt deliver the item and he himself signed it and showed status that it is delivered and received. Thats like how cheater they are!!! I told the man to come and deliver then his saying i will not you come and take it from office soooooo rude i believe we pay for ment to come to house not to office. The customer service is really #!!

I have sent a courier from hyderabad to delhi (Zip-110049) on 19th march with the consignment number h13450912. This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only...

My consignment no. Z92167265 is yet not delivered. As comete address is provided but still they are mentioning the address is sufficient as the deliver ask me to confrm the address but still also the parcel is not delivered.
Now the branch of rohini is not picking up the phone regarding this case.
So kindly take an immediate action as the parcel is urgently required

My tracking id is z86944419 which is not delivered in my address. Last status shown as received at local dtdc hub and i am also going there to enquiry my parcel status but they can not help me out of it and giving me different kind of excuses. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I always had bad experiences with DTDC previous time and it was the same when i ordered books online and book store had DTDC as their delivery service.The delivery was too delayed and unable to track the status. When contacted support team they reported we did not attend calls whereas I did not receive any calls and I returned all my missed calls during this week.

Support center responded with contact no of Irumpanam franchise which was wrong and we tried nearest DTDC center and were told Irumpanam center is closed already.

After several calls to multiple people, we got a contact number through book store customer care and confirmed that my books reach home.

They should have at least returned this to book store instead of keeping it on hold for more than a week as they claim I was not reachable(which seems untrue)

2 parcels has to be delivered. Product not received but in tracking it shows delivered, and the other product it shows could not attempt (Dir) three times.
But none of the delivery people showed and i didn't get any calls too. Why are we providing phone numbers? If the delivery person so lazy to make a call then why to accept this deal. Need my parcel in one day

Some important documents had been couriered through dtdc, from maldives to my office in bangalore. I received a message saying 'your lalan eco latex shipment (V[protected] has been delivered on 20/3/2019 to nisha prasad'. The status check on the dtdc website also shows as 'delivered', but the package has reached me. I contacted the delivery person, mr. Chirag, and he has promised me that it reached the dtdc yelahanka centre and would be delivered to me today, positively. I am still waiting.

My dtdc lite courier from mumbai which was couriered on 15th march 2019, has been stuck at bhilai (Pincode - 490023) with status as address incomplete or wrong - (Cir). The delivery guy did not even call me while attempting to deliver today and updated this status.

I was supposed to receive a package in nanakramguda, hyderabad, telangana today (Where i was present the entire day) but the delivery person without informing decided to mark it undelivered. I tried to get contact information of dtdc branch that handles delivery in this area, but to no avail. Upon contacting other branch offices, they rudely replied that it is not their problem and refused to give me the phone number of the required branch. Very unprofessional, behaviour.
