I had booked a Consignment from Pune, Pashan on 19.03.2019 at 6.00 PM to Mumbai ( UCO Bank Kandivli) as the Consignment was very urgent so i booked on fast track paying Rs.290/- as i was promised it will reach by 12.00 pm next day.

Consignment reach the Bank at 4.13 PM instead on 12.00 PM I am in a big loss due to the late consignment delivery. What is the use of fast track. The letter was very urgent need to reach before 1.00 PM as now it is going to be delayed by 1 week for my loan. As i am a senior citizen and the papers had to reach on time. because of you i am suffering.

I need the compensation for the same against DTDC Courier. The most useless services i ever saw.

On 15 march 2019 we send a parcel from to our Customer in New Delhi Vasant Kunji, Pin code - 110070 but till date packet had not delivered. i am complaining in DTDC office, and Mr Arvind pick my call but his behavior is very bad and talking nonsense way. we want dtdc take action . but response is very bad, and my customer compiling in my admin and our bushiness affected .

my courier has neither delivered to me nor send back to sender.
Any customer care or services of your's are not responding 20 days back it had been couriered.Your courier service wasting my time your time next time i wont use these service and tell other people also not to use.I am not understanding whether it is delivered back to sender or not because when i track my courier
it is showing had returned to place from where it was send.

The docket no. H86430779 sent on 02.03.19 to our whitefield office from visakhapatnam hasn't been received yet whereas it shows as delivered in the track status. My repeat contacts with sender dtdc branch, whitefield branch, area manger hasn't brought any result of the courier status.
Please share the receipt scan copy of the person who had received and the stamp/ sign.

We had sent parcel from bangalore to silchar for television through dtdc courier and corgo. They took total 14 days to parcel the item and moreover we forced and chased the person to deliver 100 times by calling every day since the package was heavy they were not ready to deliver so lazy workers. Later we were obliged to go and collect from other place instead of delivering (10 kms from my place) to home. Later conditions was very pathetic. However the item was damaged once we had opened it. The top corner was completely damaged. Inside the components were hanging. This shows their incompetency to deliver the items. It was packed properly with bobbles wraps, therm coal and card board. It was clear that the person (Courier guy) had purposely threw our parcel.

When you track it both states that it has been delivered but it has not received by authority (They have confirmed me 3 times)

This documents is with respect to my exam
To raise the documents it requires money and time. I have put lot of effort to get this done.

Its 2 months they have not received the documents.

Where as after this i have couriered other documents from other service provider it has been received an acknowledged by them.

Please sort this problem asap

The consignment despatched from Chennai on 11th March. Still it is not reached me. The consignment reached whitefield branch by 14th. But delivery was not intiated at all. After making many calls. For the past 2 days. The status is out for delivery. But I haven't received single call or they didn't come for delivery too. But the 18th they have updated customer refused delivery. What does it mean?? When I am waiting for the parcel. Today again same story . Receiver not available... what is happening with dtdc. If you couldn't deliver a parcel or consignment properly.. why do you intiate booking. Highly disgusting

My package with consignment# d49695135 was out for delivery but it is not delivered and the consignment is redirected. I am not what does that mean? I need this package to be delivered as soon as possible. Please look into this. It is very frustrating. Please provide correct details as where is the package and when would it be delivered?

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached baraut on 19th march itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

I have initiated a return since your service in dimapur was closed. I initiated return to my utter dismay it is still not in the process. Shipment no n96945691. No return number was also provided to me. I was instead ask to come to another state to collect my stuff. Customers should be informed in advance if your office is closed and no more functional.

We had made a shipment of a lithium ion battery via consignment number d48406496 dated 15th march, 2019. The battery was delivered on 18th march but in a badly damaged condition. The battery has become totally unusable now and we are answerable now to our clients. We want to hear from you what happened during transit and why proper care was not taken during transit.

We need full compensation for the damages and need to speak to the highest authority to lodge the strongest possible complaint.

The tracking id (Dtdc) for my shipment from prepladder is: d49341939.

The tracking details showing that the attempted delivery failed because of wrong/incomplete address.
1) i got no message from the courier service that my notes are out for delivery today, and there was no update in the tracking details until tonight.
2) the address i put was completely right, even a previous shipment from the same sender was...

I submitted my parcel on 15th march and it's still undelivered. They said it will delivered within 3 days but it's been 5 days. The unprofessional dtdc employees keep the receiver apart so as to avoid customer support and the email is useless. I regret for using this so called dtdc courier service. None of the phone nos. Work properly. Dtdc is highly unprofessional.

I was expected to receive a courier having consignment number z64861084 which is show as invalid. This has been courier to me on 15-16 jan and this is untraceable. There is no customer care number on which i can talk. Please provide me your assistance because the product which is couriered, required urgently.
As we also talked to courier agency, they are not providing any help.

I am not satisfied with your service and your commitment . You are charging very high delivery charges as compare to all other courier service companies. You are making misuse of your goodwill by charging too high charges and not ensuring delivery on time as per the commitment . We will not `buy any service from you in future because of your poor behaviour with us . Its very disappointing that having a good goodwill you are not taking care of your customer . This is with reference to courier no – v51429851 sent from mumbai to dehradun on 4th march 2019.

I have courier 700 grams handbag – for which i have paid rs 570 as courier charges.

The agent available there said rs300 for normal courier and for insurance courier rs 570.

Since my bag for expensive bag rs 3500 – i preferred to go with insurance courier.

The bag was delivered molded and has changed the shape only.

Now when i am approaching the agent about the condition he is saying we do not refund for damage – only lost items are refunded.

If it is so – why he did not mentioned this at the time of taking the order???

He is also dying for insurance courier. It is the responsibility of the agent present there to do proper packing of the item & he is saying aapne packing kaise kiya tha though i have not done the packing.

He also asked me to bring all packing item from outside and then he did the packing. There is complete misrepresentation which is not at all acceptable.

Request you to please look into the same.

My parcel didn't receive by it's receiver though in it's official website tracking it shows received destination hub. My receipt tracking number is k18055184. Sending guwahati to dibrugarh. Please work on it's service quality. This need to be fix up. The delivery man also misbehaved the lady receiver when she asked about the parcel with the receipt number. As we do many transactions before with dtdc service she had the delivery man's number

I have sent important documents to my son vivek tiwari from shajapur, madhya pradesh to gurgaon. Docket no is m73757676, which is still not received but your tracking site is showing successfully delivered. That is totally false.
This document is very important, please take action against delivery boy & hand over couriered document immediately.
