The product was booked at fort mumbai on 1st march 2019 and it reached bhubaneswar branch on 2nd march. But is is not forwarded further. It is stuck there since 2nd march. Plz deliver the parcel as soon as possible. It is really urgent. I tried to contact bbsr branches but they are saying we cann't resolve this issue and plz connect to the branch where the parcel was booked. So plz

Still not delievered. Shown many failure attempts but we have received no phone call from the courier boy.
Kindly check its very urgent
Courier boy should have called sender or receipient on failure attempt. It has been too long and the receipient is getting panic. Waiting for you to resolve it.

I order clothes online and the shipment company dtdc delivered man didnt deliver the item and he himself signed it and showed status that it is delivered and received. Thats like how cheater they are!!! I told the man to come and deliver then his saying i will not you come and take it from office soooooo rude i believe we pay for ment to come to house not to office. The customer service is really #!!
The delivery man name is rajesh and his number is [protected]. Stuiped guy seroiusly no manners at all.

This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 3 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. My consignment no. Z92167265 is yet not delivered. As comete address is provided but still they are mentioning the address is sufficient as the deliver ask me to confrm the address but still also the parcel is not delivered.
Now the branch of rohini is not picking up the phone regarding this case.
So kindly take an immediate action as the parcel is urgently required

I always had bad experiences with DTDC previous time and it was the same when i ordered books online and book store had DTDC as their delivery service.The delivery was too delayed and unable to track the status. When contacted support team they reported we did not attend calls whereas I did not receive any calls and I returned all my missed calls during this week.

Support center responded with contact no of Irumpanam franchise which was wrong and we tried nearest DTDC center and were told Irumpanam center is closed already.

After several calls to multiple people, we got a contact number through book store customer care and confirmed that my books reach home.

They should have at least returned this to book store instead of keeping it on hold for more than a week as they claim I was not reachable(which seems untrue)

2 parcels has to be delivered. Product not received but in tracking it shows delivered, and the other product it shows could not attempt (Dir) three times.
But none of the delivery people showed and i didn't get any calls too. Why are we providing phone numbers? If the delivery person so lazy to make a call then why to accept this deal. Need my parcel in one day

Some important documents had been couriered through dtdc, from maldives to my office in bangalore. I received a message saying 'your lalan eco latex shipment (V[protected] has been delivered on 20/3/2019 to nisha prasad'. The status check on the dtdc website also shows as 'delivered', but the package has reached me. I contacted the delivery person, mr. Chirag, and he has promised me that it reached the dtdc yelahanka centre and would be delivered to me today, positively. I am still waiting.

My dtdc lite courier from mumbai which was couriered on 15th march 2019, has been stuck at bhilai (Pincode - 490023) with status as address incomplete or wrong - (Cir). The delivery guy did not even call me while attempting to deliver today and updated this status.

The consignement no is d49547505. Please look into the matter asap as it has been already 6 days since it has been couriered in mumbai

I was supposed to receive a package in nanakramguda, hyderabad, telangana today (Where i was present the entire day) but the delivery person without informing decided to mark it undelivered. I tried to get contact information of dtdc branch that handles delivery in this area, but to no avail. Upon contacting other branch offices, they rudely replied that it is not their problem and refused to give me the phone number of the required branch. Very unprofessional, behaviour. I would never again use dtdc

I had booked a Consignment from Pune, Pashan on 19.03.2019 at 6.00 PM to Mumbai ( UCO Bank Kandivli) as the Consignment was very urgent so i booked on fast track paying Rs.290/- as i was promised it will reach by 12.00 pm next day.

Consignment reach the Bank at 4.13 PM instead on 12.00 PM I am in a big loss due to the late consignment delivery. What is the use of fast track. The letter was very urgent need to reach before 1.00 PM as now it is going to be delayed by 1 week for my loan. As i am a senior citizen and the papers had to reach on time. because of you i am suffering.

I need the compensation for the same against DTDC Courier. The most useless services i ever saw.

my courier has neither delivered to me nor send back to sender.
Any customer care or services of your's are not responding 20 days back it had been couriered.Your courier service wasting my time your time next time i wont use these service and tell other people also not to use.I am not understanding whether it is delivered back to sender or not because when i track my courier
it is showing had returned to place from where it was send.

Plz send back to sender as soon as possible .

We had sent parcel from bangalore to silchar for television through dtdc courier and corgo. They took total 14 days to parcel the item and moreover we forced and chased the person to deliver 100 times by calling every day since the package was heavy they were not ready to deliver so lazy workers. Later we were obliged to go and collect from other place instead of delivering (10 kms from my place) to home. Later conditions was very pathetic. However the item was damaged once we had opened it. The top corner was completely damaged. Inside the components were hanging. This shows their incompetency to deliver the items. It was packed properly with bobbles wraps, therm coal and card board. It was clear that the person (Courier guy) had purposely threw our parcel.

I had delivered a packet on 11th Feb'19 at the DTDC centre, Janki Apartments, Contractors Area, Jamshedpur. On not being delivered till 13th Feb'19, I started to follow up, but the packet is not traceable till 2 days hence, i am running from pillar to post but have not got any support from the said centre.

There is over charge 10 rs by courier center and also bill with 65 rs but I got mail by dtdc there mention only 55 rs
Its not a 10 rs issue but type of service and standard of dtdc so please tack action
