I recieved a call from a person who parcel the things. He totally refused to deliver my parcel at giving address and he said come to my place i[censored] want the parcel. I went there after half an hour and got it. But when i open, it was in bad condition and broken. So i requested to u to look in to the matter and take necessary action because another one not suffered by such a problem.

    The courier was coming from aligarh (202001) it was than at bhiwandi warehouse for 4 days. I received the courier on 2nd march, 2019. The box was empty, had holes and the product was missing. Thats very unprofessional. And highly disappointing. Please take action against the same as soon as possible. I am not getting no updates on the same.

    Dont want to drag it in court.

        courier returned to source due to unknown reason

        I had a courier addressed on my name and address. When i tracked it based on consignment number, i could see that it went out for delivery, but receiver not available. Note there was zero communication from dtdc personnel to me before they updated this status in their system. Due to this, i contacted dtdc madiwala ofc regarding this. Then, they gave me dtdc sarjapur road contact number. I called them on 1 march 2019 and gave my consignment...

        I had ordered a dress yesterday through online and they had sent that product through your dtdc courier to manamadurai. They had also assured that it will reach you by tomorrow itself. Tracking id is as follows v52459490. Now i'm enquiring about that product and they are telling that please contact us on monday. I had paid rs 120 extra for that express delivery. I want a solution now itself. Also your customer care is not at all responding my call. Please guide me immediately. It is an important product and i want that today itself.

          It’s been 1 month my parcel is stuck in ahmedabad it’s not getting delivered to amazon return dock. What the hell is going on. No response from any one and all the guys are reeling one and other reasons i don’t no plz i m requesting to dtdc head plz take action on dtdc rr nagar branch and they are giving us so much harassment and talking valgar word i paid 2240 for courier and 7000 bug for my oven it’s ful lose for me even and they are returning my parcel back also plz plz take action on rrnagar office they don’t no how to talk with ladies that fellow talked so rude on me plz take action on him

            Address: 27th main road HSR layout, 560068

            Consignment number b61764054 dated 23/02/2019 was sent from bangalore to mumbai. The consignment was nicely packed and handed over in dtdc booking counter situated in 27th main road hsr. However while upon receiving the content of the package was found missing and the package was damaged and the damaged part was found sealed with cellophene tape by the transporter. I request to refund me the total worth ₹250 to me. Please suggest me the mode and method of the refund.

              Hi, i have selected dtdc to courier my old clothes, kitchen utensils, toys from australia to india. Total weight is 80kg and cost i paid aud 684 for door to door delivery. Shipment has been reached to igi airport at delhi and dtdc india is asking me 8000 inr + gst + any other charges for custom clearance over the phone call. And the person called me is not ready to give the split how this 8k charges comes.

              I am not sure for the used clothes and utensils this much of custom i should pay. Also dtdc is asking me to come to airport for this process.

                I have sent a courier from bhubaneswar to bangalore with awb k17893186. The item when given was weighing 2kg. Which was containing 1 saree, 1tshirt and 1 shirt. When the item received the weight mentioned was 1.49 kg. Only saree was there. Remaining items are missing. Also there was a gray tape pasted on the parcel, which might have done by the thief. Please look into this matter considering this complaint.

                  A courier which addressed sending by me to destination address give by me to dtdc courier agency but responsible person send it to wrong destination address. Which will be cause i can lost my sone important educational documents and late delivery result of this my time and moment lose.                     Courier from indore with awb - d49065165 dated 25/02/19 with handle with care / fragile tag received today with lot of glass shattering noise coming from the parcel. The gift was not opened and when the manger mr radhey was confronted on phone gave lame and nonsense excuses for breakage and even blamed company for booking such items. He even tried to misled us for taking the delivery and raising complaint after but we simply refused to take. Mob:[protected]. Related pictures have also been taken by us.

                          Courier not accepted by recipient and the same is still not delivered back to me despite of continuous follow up from last one month.

                          I tried with contacting booking branch and called so many times, now they are not responding as packet is not traceable.
                          We need to get it back or claim of rs 10000/- to be made.

                              It is all about docket no k16180827 booked dated 26.02.2019. On 27 feb it has been reached at destination hub at patna. Today is 28. Feb i have called to your didargunj hub representative mr kundan to deliver it. He told me that he has no time deliver the same on time. When i request him that it is an urgent parcel he replied that i will not deliver it and will return back,, meri marzi jhadav boliyega to vapas kar dense humko job man hoga time hoga hum deliver kar denge. His mobile no is [protected]. Is this a professional behaviour. Should i except that my consignment is not in safe hand. This is unbearable behaviour.. I need immediate solution.

                                Hello sir,
                                On 25 feb 2019 i received a message from dtdc that tracking no x30531199 this consignment is delivered to you but i didn't received any consignment, so i called that delivery agent of yours but he said that your consignment is delivered to a third person he will give it to you, how without my concern they can give my consignment to third person and now am unable to get that product.
                                Please look into this issue and reply.
