I had received an OTP for a DTDC parcel to booked under my name. The OTP was to to be shared with the delivery person upon receipt. I was tracking the order and it showed that it's out for delivery on 25th October '22.

I waited till 8pm in the night for delivery, but when I didn't see it getting delivered I checked the tracking details and it shows delivered on 25th Oct at 5:21pm.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PARCEL AT MY ADDRESS TILL TODAY!! Please hand over my parcel to me.

The shipment hasn't reached me yet but it shows delivered on the tracker to someone I don't even know on 26/10/2022. It was shipped on 20/10/2022. I need the parcel asap. I have even raised a query on their system. tracking number is T15163501.

My package is delivered to wrong address. Kindly pick it up from there and deliver it to correct address.

I have couriered a parcel through DTDC courier to my cousin shipment number H69510908 on 21october2022.they said it will deliver in 2days and it was in Thanjavur for last 3days and this is 5th day no response and showing FDM I have called to my near courier office they saying it will go like that simple responses.i kindly requesting you you resolve my issue have a claim or handover the courier to my receiver.

I purchased live plants from kerela and they send it through dtdc air which they promised will arrived in a week which booking is done on 17 october, 2022 now its 25 0ct 2022. parcel is still at kolkata .will they pay for my dead plants . its already 9 days. i reported this isuue they said its on time that also in air mode of delivery.I its delivery by flight and they also charged a lot for that still they havent delivered my parcel.

My courier "Tracking number: D50467517" is booked on 16th October 2022 at 9:05pm from Jalandhar.

It is processed form Jalandhar to Ambala on 18th October 2022 at 9:19am.

Last Status is updated on 19th October 2022 at 7:46am [from: Ambala to Vijayawada].

My delivery was due yesterday, on a Saturday (22/10/22). At night the status turned to "Office closed or door lock (cir)".
I didn't receive any call from delivery guy. I provided two contact numbers didn't call on any.
Consignment number is X77182279.
What do I do now? Will they attempt redelivery?
Do they deliver on Sundays or national holidays?

Problem - this is working laptop so I need on urgently basis that's a reason booked through DTDC counter with higher amount of shipment charged.(1850rs)
Please provide the shipment asap otherwise I need to administration help.

I have booked a couple of boxes for shipment from bhopal to pune.The boxes are heavy and are measuring over 100 kg in weight. The delivery team is refusing to bring the boxes from the lift and delievr it to the doorstep. As per them they only deliver to ground floor and will require extra 100o rs for arranging the labour to deliver it to the home. I am an old woman with no help around and these conditions were not mentioned while the booking were made. They had agreed to deliver it to 9th floor via lift. Please help to address it at the earliest.

I send laptop in courier my laptop is good before and I sent courier but the my lap top has display gone the way they taken 8s not good who is the responsible for this

B14441418 was out for delivery since 17th October 2022. They never did the delivery did not contacted me, I contacted their sub-branch and enquired and they tells me that they don't know. It's a lousy approach and I contacted their customer care and filed multiple complaints and hasn't still resolved the issue.

All my peers have received the package and I am the only one who is left behind. This is scam, because it has been 2 days and both the time they are showing the same problem

It's second time they are showing RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)), this is pure scam. Respected authorities, please take appropriate actions

As that is my graduation mark sheets than how can I refuse to take…
I already put complain on 19th sept 2022…still no action taken upon it…very bad service you are giving…even without a call how can your employee update customer refuse to take…
I need my order…how much more time it will take

Such unprofessional behaviour from trusted brand like dtdc is not expected.

I am Nisha writing this message to inform you about the irresponsible and the worst service offered by DTDC courier nearby me located at Neendoor, Kottayam, kerala.

On last thursday dated[protected], my nearby DTDC courier guy called me from the number [protected] and informed that they have got the parcel for me and will try to deliver it on the same day. But they didn't deliver it. I waited for next 2 days, and on saturday[protected], I called back them on the same number and they provide another number like [protected] to contact and I called the above number, and they replied they will try to deliver on monday. As today is Monday, I called the same 2 numbers, and they replied they will try to deliver on evening.

I have been waiting for my parcel for the last 5 days, as it is held by the nearby DTDC courier office (their office is just within 1 km from my home), they are irresponsible in delivering my parcel.

This is not the first time, this DTDC courier, located at Neendoor, Kottayam is offering the worst service towards me; this is the 4th time I am facing the worst service from them. For the last 3 times, I went to their office and collected my parcel as they were refusing to deliver at home, my home is just within 1 km from their office. In all the previous cases, for all parcels I had paid extra delivery charges for home delivery. But these guys didnt deliver the parcels.

So kindly do the needful to get my parcel at the earliest. I am going to complaint to the consumer court also.
