Dear sir,

My parcel arrived yesterday on 04.02.2019 at dtdc courier gandhinagar (Gujarat). Delivery person did not went to my residence and returned back and while calling they are telling no one at home but already i was at home but he did not came. Also dtdc courier service is totally # in gandhinagar (Gujarat) no one properly answering the call or responding. No response from there office also while following up for my parcel. Below is the reference number for my parcel

A sensitive letter from my bank was to be delivered to me, and a message was sent by dtdc that it would arrive to my address on[protected].

At near about 2:30pm i received a message that the item has been "successfully delivered".

I checked the shipment status in the website and it shows that the item is delivered to a "relative named teja". There is no one named teja where i stay nor do i know any teja. The security said no one from dtdc even arrived in the building and the cctv camera footage confirms it.

The package was to be delivered by an agent named "madhu". The contact number was provided. As expected, it is out of service all the time.

I called the bangalore customer care number yesterday as well as today and it is only showing as "temporarily down". There is no way to contact and locate where my package is.

Courier person returned my parcel without any information and when i called him he started abusing just like hell.
He asked me whatever i want to do i can do he but he will not deliver my parcel due to his personal reasons.
Now who will pay for my losses as i am not able to received my parcel on time.

He mentioned wrong reason in tracking update.

My son had sent a courier from guru gram to nashik, this month, bearing no z83880666. The courier arrived in nashik, but i was never called/informed. No msg was sent. I myself called their nashik road, nashik branch to collect. To my shock, they informed me that courier has been flown back to delhi, for want of incomplete address. My address was complete. They never gave a call. Their staff, consumer care people, nashik branch head are completely rude, unprofessional, never called back after promising to call back within 5 min. The licence of this co should be cancelled. They must be punished for fleecing consumers and and shouting back on them. Never ever use dtdc. They have no ethics.

Sir, my parcel which arrived at dtdc courier lambaline, jungleeghat, portblair, a&n, island on 31.01.2019 but till 05.02.19 its not delivered. When i track my parcel and come to dtdc office lambaline, portblair. Just ask why not to door delivery the parcel which is just back of that office i. E. 100 mtr away, he replied "your just go and give a complaint in our main branch, they not give us our money so we not deliver it" when i asked at least one phone call u can made. He replied "if i make a phone call then your problem solved then no one can ask us, we are not give any call" and when my wife who is with me just ask him at least one call u can give we must arrived and take the parcel. He replied her very rood and miss behave with her and me and use bad word like "i m local here no one can do any thing of mine, what ever you want to do go and do". Firstly he refused to give our parcel and told you do what you can do, after request of my wife he give our parcel. Sir after a same full conversation we come back from that office.

This is regarding shipment delivery issue by dtdc courier having awb no : k17060807 the shipment is supposed to be delivered on 16/01/2019 as i got message it is ‘out for delivery’. But no one delivered the shipment up to 19/01/2019. On 19/01/2019, when i asked my nearest branch (Annasandrapalya), they told that they will check and let me know. They also took my mobile number. But they did not contact me. On 21/01/2019, when i asked again regarding the shipment in annasandrapalya branch. They told me the shipment is delivered. I asked them to whom you have delivered and the name of the person and when you delivered. They told that it is not delivered by our branch (Annasandrapalya). It is delivered by domlur branch. When i called domlur branch they told it is delivered by annasndrapalya branch. Like this they are just playing with me. The shipment is not still delivered. As per their status update the shipment is delivered and received by me on 21/01/2019. But at that time i was in my office at different location. The shipment contains important documents which is very urgent for me. I am pretty sure they have lost somewhere my shipment. Would request, please consider my issue on high priority basis. Help me in getting the proper justice.

As I had done a recent courier from my pincode 800001 to 110049. The Company booking hub charged me extra 100 for the careful shipment. But Today the shipment delivered and it was broken. The company has just fooled as they told they charge for extra careful shipment. I assure you that no one going to use your courier service from my side. You people just fool your customers. My Tracking details is "K17107196" Weight was 315 grams and amount charged was ₹ 260.

Shipment is still not received and tracking showing as below. Not sure what is going on?

By calling them no response even they do not bother to pick up calls in first ring

My name is sudipta sarkar and i had sent a package on 30/01/2019 through dtdc with secure pack from bangalore and i had paid rs. 600 for 1.8 kgs and i was told that surely it would reach durgapur by 02/02/2019. And even when i checked online it shows that it reached kolkata on 01/02/2019. But no updates after that. And today is 04/02/2019 and still my package is not yet delivered. We pay so much for express services so that our things get delivered on priority. Yet this is the kind of service that we get. When will my package get delivered?

Please refer consignment detail f11277013 was deliver at hyderabad, item has reached on 1st feb 19 and still lying at your facility and not being delivered. The item was booked on 28 jan 19. Even after nine days item could not delivered. Please look into this matter and act speedy.
While booking item it was told that it will three to four day where as till date it has not been delivered which made me to appolise to consignee. I request you to take action against the defaulters who defames the name of the company. Thanks and regards for favourable action

Item was shipped on 2nd February and till now no details on tracking how to see where about a reply asap ..

On 25th january 2019 i received a message saying that my nexa card is being dispatched.
On 3rd february 2019, i got the sms that package is being delivered to some person name "sogn" (As per the online tracking system).
That is not my name neither i have any kind of relation to this person.

I've couriered a box from pune to surat. The box packaging was done in front of me and the dtdc employee. The package was delivered on time but it was torn and inside was damaged badly.
The cloths inside the box was damaged. Box containing chocolates was damaged and 2-3 chocolates were missing from the box. I've attached the pictures of the same. Your service is very poor. I want you to take a note of it and i want some action to be taken because it is a serious issue.

I have booked a parcel in dtdc courier from nizamabad to hyderabad vide booking receipt no. D48754743 on 24/01/2019.
After repeated enquiry the parcel was delivered after 7 days on 31/01/2019.
Generally it should have been delivered in1 or 2 days.
The received parcel was tampered and and additional tapes were put by dtdc.
The parcel booked contained 71 hand made bath soaps and 3 bottles of hair oil, but the delivered parcel has only 44 soaps and 3 bottles of hair oil.
Hence 17 pcs of soaps was short delivered.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and compensate for the loss.
Total value of short items is rs.1, 360/- (17 soaps @80/-).

I placed a shipment in afternoon today, the staff of dtdc office koregaon has entered the wrong postal code, it was supposed to go kerela 680012 - they are posting it to 680021 instead to cochi, when i call them they are not answering, the office address is

I have sent a package from secunderabad which contain medical certificates. Its expected delivery (Tracking number is h[protected] was 31st of january and still its in transit.

I have sent this package to 400612 but its shows different destination pincode. I have tried calling kalyan office but there is no response. I will be in 10000 loss as its not delivered on given time.

I have not received my courier consignment no d49114455 booked on to soham surat 23/01/2019 from raju agarbatti karkhana near radha krishna mandir sanjay nagar raipur showing 28/01/2019 as delivered on raipur but it has not been received by me. And office number is not responding. Please check this consingment this complane. This is very importent part.

We have sent the shipment from bhavnagar - gujarat to vishakhapatnam - andhrapradesh on 28-jan-2019 and delivered at destination on 31-jan-2019.

Shipment was sent through airways so that shipment can reach the destination on priority and it would be safe and secure.

However, the shipment is damaged beyond repair.

Due to dtdc, i am in loss of rs. 94000.

I have couriered my documents on 23rd november 2018 from sgpgims, lucknow to mr r k meena, section officer, csir hrdg office in pusa new delhi and upon tracking it is showing to be delivered on 26th november 2018. But the concerned individual is saying it is not received.
I want clarification regarding this. Also i would like to have pod for above shipment and would like to know who has received the document if at all it is delivered.
