I prem kishore singh sent original doc's to tinsukia assam pod no z80074111 on 17th dec 18 from south extn part ii, by santosh gupta malviya nagar branch but still it is undelivered and no track no reply from dtdc courier co. My doc's has been lost by the company which cause monetary loss of rs. 1, 50, 000/- for me which i want from the company. Kindly loadge my complain

Returned the parcel updating as the receiver refused rather than updating they are unable to service as a courier agent. Dtdc especially the one in kazhakootam, trivandrum have never done their job as a courier agency. If they are unable to deliver the parcel and wanted the recipient to come to their office and collect, then why do they run the courier agency? If the delivery area is not serviceable they should...

This is meghana, i was supposed to receive a parcel from patiala but unfortunately haven't received it and the website says has been delivered to some security guard in rajajinagar. I reside in massachusetts, usa and my parents had sent me a package with savory snacks, sweets and pickles from hyderabad, india. Some of the food items were opened and were eaten. Also, seal and protection cover removed in order to eat some of the sweets was not secured again. Which in turn caused huge damage to the package when i received. Not only i lost few sweets when they opened and ate but also i got severely damaged sweets because...

We, sri selvakumaran industries, erode, tamil nadu has booked a parcel (One box containing motor pump controller, written with handle carefully on top of the box) to rajenda kumar sarma, balangir, odisha with booking docket no:[protected] on 28.12.2018.

The parcel has delivered to customer with whole damage to product after 15 days of travel....

Impolite rude and threathening behaviour of dtdc dhanbad branch people on being requested to deliver courier to given address. I corrected mobile number by calling but considering women they misbehaved abused and said will not deliver courier and asked me whatever to do i can.

Please help since that courier is for poor kids not having access to clothes in winter...

One of the most irresponsible staff and customer care i've dealt with today. Even trying for hours, my call was rejected to anwwer the query. Shipment status says it's rejected due to incorrect address but none from the delivery team has ever called me for any verification. This is a very important package to have delivered and any further delay will be escalated very serious levels.

My packet has been intransit since last 17 to 18 days.. And very time i call them they say i will check.. Now they r saying i hav e ti check cctv. This will take time..

When my courier was brought to be delivered, i wasn't home and they refused to give it to the manager of my apartment. They apparently told the manager that they'd contact me and deliver it again later. It's been a few days.

For an item booked under express delivery from dtdc, origin from yelahanka, bangalore consisting sensitive material was destined to panagarh, west bengal.

The dtdc yelahanka accepted gladly the business coming to them, on promise that the pin code 713420 was serviceable by them, subsequently full payment was made for the promised services.

Yesterday (10th jan 2019) courier person called me in the morning and said he will deliver, but he didn't came.
I went to office but they were unable to find my parcel. Today i called him and he is saying it may get returned.
I didnt understand why he returned it. Its an emergency document. Please look into it and deliver as soon as possible.

I have sent a parcel (Medicine) through dtdc courier on 3rd jan 2019 from manjunathnagar branch, bangalorer to kalyannagar bangalore. Which is to be delivered within 1 day. My consignment # is b60129093 & tracking history it shows that it is redirected. But still now i didn't received any confirmation from your end, at present tracking shows hsr layout branch redirected.

I am sorry to say it was pathetic...

I have sent a parcel through dtdc courier which is yet to be delivered vide consignment no d47028468 & according to tracking history it shows that it is in held up condition at present at vijayanagar, delhi & they told me that the receiver should collect the parcel over there.
Hence, it is my humble request to do the needful please.

This complaint is related to consignment number b60954153.. I have sent the courier on sunday. I have sent medicine. It was very much emergency but still they have not delivered the courier and if we call the customer service they are also not responding.. Yesterday we got call that today we will receive but not yet received as of now.. Can you please help us in resolve this issue..
