Hello,
My friend has ordered a item with tracking number a4305703. When tracking, it is showing as "successfully delivered" on 18th january 2019, but she did not get the item till now. I. E. 22nd january 2019. When she contacted the courier office on 21st january 2019, they told that it has been returned due to wrong address. But the status is still shown as successfully delivered. Also, the address is not wrong because dtdc itself have delivered items two weeks back to the same address and it was not the first time she is getting courier.
Also, she had one more courier with the ref number a43070008. When she asked about that, they told the office will get it on 21st january. But on 22nd january morning, it has been updated as wrong address.
The courier people did not call even 1 time before this 'so called return', to confirm the address. Also, if it returned, why is it shown as successfully delivered.
We do not care about anything. If they do not deliver the parcel within 2 days, this will go to bigger issues.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
