Parcel lost by courier company

Hello, My parcel with tracking ID:- C18781090 is deemed as lost in transit in the Tracking portal of DTDC. It was of a great sentimental value. I want atleast a refund of the value on that item....

This is very unprofessional way of providing the service . Please intervene and do the needful for getting me the courier.

    My brother send me a courior in dtdc . And he send me the consumer id also . So i try track my courier but it show wrong information, it showing that came nearest dtdc office and out for delivery . Then i visit the office and ask them . They told your courier is just booked in Chennai . If that not came from Chennai then why it showing out for delivery .plz show right information .

    And for one mobile courier the dtdc office worker want rs 1400, when i say no they want 700 rupees, is that the chrges style of dtdc courier

      For shipment No. P62662506, booked from Pune to Wani. Delivery person asked to collect it from office and refused to deliver at mentioned address. . I request you to deliver as the Delivery Area belongs to the same PIN code he denied delivering and he himself put the remarks that RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY(CIR).

      Kindly help in this issue.

          HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - B94340087. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also.

            My parcel was sended through DTDC to geyzing west Sikkim 737111. although the destination pincode had to be 737111 it's given 737136 and when it reached 737136 its rerouted again . Altho I have my address but the pincode which was suppose to be 737111 is 737136

              My order with AWB D45192040 wasn't delivered to me today. It was out for delivery with OTP but I guess the delivery person decided not to deliver it. It's now showing consignment is being redirected.

                Every time when I need to get a delivery from DTDC, the person from DTDC office calls me and asks us to pick our Parcels. They give a silly reason that there is no delivery boy. for one day or once in a while thats may be true but how can all the time the same reason. our house is just 2 km from the office. Why cant they do home delivery. instead of delivering the product, they are warning us to pick the order otherwise the products may get spoiled. Even after raising the complaint to DTDC through customer care also, no action is taken regarding the delivery. The worst customer service ever.

                  Delivery boy demanded petrol charge or money for successfully delivering my product.
                  It was very sensitive product, products was DSC mtoken so I was helpless and paid to get my product.

                  DTDC COURIER SERVICE is a fraud courier service, even customer care supported that courier delivery boy and CCare told me that pay for that successfully deliver product.

                  Manoj Sharma (khasmahal, jamshedpur, Jharkhand) is the branch officer, he was also forcing me to pay otherwise delivery boy tak return the product to office.

                  Whole DTDC Company and Everyone those who is working their all guyz literally fraudulent the customer.

                    I received a message that my package with id-D47808236 was out for delivery this morning but I haven't received my package yet.
                    When I checked on the tracking it is showing Last date over for submission(otr).
                    I would like my package to be delivered ASAP.

                        Shipment X82413714 was supposed to reach me by 2nd Oct, 2022.It has reached Yelahanka Apex centre on 1st Oct, 2022 but the same hasn’t reached me yet. I raised a ticket with DTDC - 4049260 and other than “we are working on it”, I haven’t received any further information. The shipment was urgent and unfortunately DTDC has disappointed yet again.

                          One important consignment number H[protected] booked on 28.09.2022 from Vedayapalem, Nellore to KOKAPETA, Hyderabad and on tracking it was reached to DTDC /KOKAPETA on 29.09.2022.
                          But the consignment not delivered to the below address.
                          The same was brought to the notice of DTDC/KOKAPETA /Gachibowli as well the DTDC complaint cell through various emails but all are in vain and the DTDC is not taking any action about my complaint.
                          Hence I urge the officials of consumer cell to take serious action against non delivery of my consignment (which is to be sent to USA )and non response of DTDC officials to my complaint.

                            I sent a parcel from Nashik to Delhi on 30/09/2022.The promised delivery date was 03/10/2022, but the courier has still not been delivered.
                            Tracking number: P62611606.
                            Worst experience, It was a very important and urgent book, I had to suffer a lot due to this courier company. If the book is not delivered by tomorrow 05/10/2022, this will be my last parcel with this company. I can't trust them now in the future.
                            Deliver the book by tomorrow at any cost. Its very very urgent.

                                I had booked my courier on 22nd of sep which is suppose to deliver my parcel by today where there is no phone call or any update they had updated in their portal as Door closed which means i am available when they reach us but no such thing happened when i try to contact them through the official contact number its switched off and where non of them answered nd no one take initiate to help us on this. and only this courier which make us to collect the parcel even in case of Door step Deliver. its totally a mess up with this courier team. no proper information nd there never minds on the customer satisfaction. my first experience is totally worst with the DTDC courier team

                                  I initiated a delivery package from Bareilly, U.P. on 30 Sept 2022 to Noida, U.P. It consisted of very important medical prescriptions which were urgently required for me. I opted for an urgent delivery method which cost more than the standard delivery method, The package was supposed to be delivered by 1st Oct 2022 still I don't have a clue where my package is and customer care was not able to solve my problem or respond properly. This whole scenario cost me huge losses, mental health, and serious inconveniences.

                                    I lost a part of my family heritage due to callous packaging done by the courier company. All pieces were bundled together and the bubble wrapping was done. Each piece should have been bubble wrapped- that's the standard norm but the crockery pieces were put together and then the bubble wrapping was done from outside. Due to this I was left with 4 pieces of crockery from a parcel of 15 kg for which I paid Rs 3000+ 250. No response to the complaints.
