I order a product in online shopping she send me the product through dtdc while she send their they told it's home delivery but in karungal courier office they said it's a phone delivery only.
It's very difficult for me to go and collect it because i am out of city and my old mom is at home she can't go and collect it.
Kindly do the necessary as early as possible.

My parcel is showing as delivered on friday evening 18.30 to my office, while i worked till 20.00 without a call or visit for delivery.

How can this happen? This is fraudulent behavior by the courier. I logged a complaint online with case number 13270531 but no answer received as yet.

If my parcel is not delivered today then will be forced to lay a fir claim against this courier for theft, as i will have to reorder this item again.

I have booked a courier-z74592825, for una (Himachal pradesh) on 12th dec.2018 and it was promised to deliver in 3 days. But it is very sadto inform you that it didn't delivered after 5 days also and showing at same place in tracking. I have sent mail to your customer care but there no reply from your side yet.
Pl. Take the matter seriously as there is some urgent goods in the packet.

My courier with consignment number m71570036 was booked on 10th dec 2018 from bhopal and reached hyderabad (Destination) city on 12th dec 2018. After that there isn't any movement and the item isn't delivered yet.

I've raised the complaint in their website but nobody cares to reply back.

There's no customer care number provided other than [protected] which is always out of service. Pathetic service.

Sending kids shoes in it.

In status showing same status from december 9th as received at facality in warangal.

Called so many contacts of warangal dtdc office no calls are received.

Mailed the problem to customer care dtdc but still not delivered.

Please make it deliver fast its been very late.

Sir.. I have courier 2 boxes in which 1 box having.. Puppy toy... And other 1 having teddy beer toy... But... Teedy beer is missing in the box... Sir.. It is pink colour teddy and having weight in courier mention is 1.300 gm i want you to take some strict action and... Plz find my courier gift where it is... Thankyou

Courier send from chennai villivakkam to panchkula sec11 haryana

A parcel containing guitar was sent from bangalore to kolkata. The courier people said it would be box packed and charged accordingly. However they just bubble wrapped it and send it. The guitar is fully broken.

I also raised a complaint in their website and the status shown is closed. I also tried contacting the relevant person for courier and all he could say he can't even compensate for fixing it.

If compensation depends on the insurance why are they running services and charging just for courier.

I have courier m70819716 on 22 oct-2018 but still this shipment not delivered.in dtdc web it showing delivered on pin code 400022 (Chembur) but it is wrong pin code. Right pin code is 400093 and it was sent to andheri (East) mumbai.

When i ask on 25th oct from courier counter that in web not any status showing for my courier. He replied that it have been already delivered. But in web it showing that booking date is 25th.

I am attaching my courier slip. Please resolve it asap.

Parcel has not been delivered even on 14th (Up to 8.30 pm). This is breach of agreement. I had requested for the item was to be delivered urgently but you have failed in commitment. I request that the same may be delivered immediately

I ordered a food product from delhi. Indiamart website gave me a number of a person who sold that product. So i contacted him and sent money to him through my paytm account (My mobile number [protected]). He sent the courier through dtdc courier service. Which is still undelivered to but it is showing delivered when i track it online. The tracking id is :- d47795119

Pathetic service from dtdc in hyderabad. Package was booked on 30th nov'18 (D[protected] in mumbai. The package stayed at same transit location for 9 days without any movement. After 9 days it moved to local dtdc office, then they did not deliver for three days. There is no response to my multiple dtdc customer service mails. At the end, i had to go to dtdc office to collect the parcel. Dtdc office was very irresponsible in their response and behaved as if this kind of delay is very common with them.

Incident description:
1. Their delivery person is not coming to place to delivery the product and updating wrong status in their portal.
2. Delivery person is not even calling if not able to find out the address.
3. There is no any working contact no they have provided.
This is not the first experience with dtdc courier, they are doing always.
Last time they have not delivered my product and updated in the website shipment delivered successfully.

Is the consumer complaint work or simply we are filing the data.

I have not received my package from dtdc since 10 th they have missedplaced my packagae and playing a blame game with there courier boy and the courier boy says he has returned the package in office i need it urgently but i am not getting support from them they are not lifting my phones if i go to there dtdc office in bownepally hyderabad they kust make me ait thr for hours toghther they talk very rudly with me please help me get my parcel i need to ship that out of india

Consignment no. K13959136 was sent by m/s jaxtakart on 09 nov 2018 from siliguri. On tracking on dtdc web, it was shown received at their kolkotta hub on 10 nov 2018 and thereafter no tracking available and i have not received the consignment till date. Made several calls to dtdc regional office bangalore, and offices cochin and chennai offices as directed by bangalore office but with no results. Several complaints made through email was not even responded by the company. Finally i could lodge a complaint on dtdc web which was assigned case#13123629 on 28 nov 2018. I called again dtdc bangalore regional office on 13 dec 2018 and asked to escalate the issue to higher authorities. They refused to connect the call to higher authorities or give any phone numer/email-id. Today i received an email simply stating "till date, shipment not received in cochin apex..".
Request the company to deliver the item immediately.

Booked the dtdc courier from palasa to hyderabad on 7th dec 2018 but it was not delivered till now.

Sent several emails to [protected]@dtdc.com but not received any response.

It has been more than 8 days now. I have complained about the issue to dtdc customer care [protected]@dtdc.com but responded to any of emails.

My consignment number is a42699860 is dispatched from 8th december from surat to taloja - 410208 maharashtra. When i track my parcel it shows last update on 10th at panvel after that there is no update yet. Taloja office says they don't have pacel and panvel office says they also don't have then where is my parcel?? From last three days i am complaining again and again but there is no response not a single reply.
