Kind attention dtdc team,

I have one consignment, number-k16146272, which is lying on guwhati depot since 29th november which is totally ready to be dispatched, till date it's not dispatched, since then i am getting dates that it will be delivered but nobody is giving exact details neither people from dtdc team respond. I have a marriage function to attend and i was suppose to wear the dress what i am going to do now?

My courier - consignment number m80161082 was not delivered to banglore address. I shipped it on friday 30th nov from your lower parel office which is also relocated to my surprise. I need to know the status of consignement, my number is [protected] or mail to [protected]@gmail.com.

Upon ur telling i got a call from your office saying the located parcel is dislocated and dislocated parcel will be traced out by today afternoon. And this is the information on the 7th working day still.

Is it your company policy to deliver both parcels at once?...

I couriered a lehanga on date 24/11/18 from dtdc jammu,. Raghunath market as slip attached still my receiver did not received the same... It have been delivered to bangalore not mummbai while i coruier mumbai as u can see slip also... Now agancy owner not responding mr. Ankush [protected]. My customer is waiting he paid already for this.. Pls help me to get this delivery on right place asap..

While tracking for my consignment in ur tracking system online its coming as a red mark. Is this the tracking system u made for checking our docket numbers....

Upon my continiuos calls to the local vizag office today after 6 working days - we have been informed because of call from you that one parcel is traced out and one not yet traceable also.

They are still talking of traceability and not talking of delivery.

My consignment number is Z76989513, and my package is not delivered at Thalambedu, N.R.Pet (Post), Chittoor (M&D) . From last ten days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 10 km away from UDUPI SORTING OFFICE, and 10 days have been passed since it arrived at UDUPI SORTING OFFICE. I called customer care but they are not responding me why my package is not delivered...

Consgn. Z79162629 was sent on 20.11.18 thrigh DTDC Courier service from Tis Hazari Courts, Dekhi. While congnment. tracked over website of dtdc, message as "NO DATA AVAILABLE IS SHOWING" was being flashed.
Some important documents are there in envelope. I am facing grave hardships due to such negligency in services.

Document was booked on 30nov-18 on air freight but it had taken to reach at baroda on 4th dec-18 8:26am. Till now not delivered. Your concern person is explain that as per his rules another 48 hrs will be taken.
We couldnot understand what is the duration time to get any material through your courier.
Otherwise we may can shift to another courier service from next time...

On Oct 30 2018 I couriered a Bluetooth ear phones to Amazon seller returns mamidipally Hyderabad through DTDC courier service Perambra, Calicut. The consignment was delivered after 10 days. Then I got a call from Amazon stating that they received the consignment empty the Bluetooth ear phones were not inside the consignment..they told me to contact DTDC . We have shipped two couriers through dtdc (Akkayyapalem branch, visakhapatnam) on 28th november'18 to the address -
With docket numbers - h84724345 & h84724346.
The due promised delivery date was 30th november'18 which is not yet fulfilled.
When i am trying to call the local branch they are saying today/tomorrow and never did they stick to their commitment. This not the service we expect from dtdc being such a prestigious...

Hello team, i sent my important documents through dtdc and my consignment no - p48494298. I sent it on 24th of nov. 2018, till today it is not delivered to its destination, when i tracked it it is showing that it is received at destination, today again i tried to track by sms with consignment it is showing that consignment no is invalid pls help me out to get my document back....

As discussed with Mr. Utasv Rao (Ass RM) personally with you, my docket no m71133212 booked on 23/11/2018 from indore to Indore has not been delivered till today 1/12/2018 in spite of continuous follow up with person holding mobile no. I have sent consignment 15 days(24 Nov 18) back and I am able to see as "Out for delivery" in tracking site but consignment has not delivered and status looks same as in tracking since more than a week.

It has to be delivered by 27-Nov-18 and still in "in transit " status.

I m not getting any response from customer care .

Hello team,

I have sent a courier with tracking number 'z77944556' on 6th nov 2018. But the receiver hasn't receive the courier till today date.

I don't know to whom they have delivered the courier. Every time, i called them they used to say it has been delivered already. But never accept they had delivered it to wrong address because the receiver hasn't receive it.

Please look into this issue....

Most regretfully i have to convey to that my parcel with tracking id d47161127 is returned back to delhi without notifying me priorhand with a single call or sms.. It was shipped from delhi on 22 nov and today as i enquired i came to know that it is shipped back to delhi.. They mentioned that the customer is unavailable 4 times in their call history but i didnt get a single call of their... I hope this unethical habit...
