On 20th november, i had sent a parcel to my family member on the above mentioned address but the parcel didnt reach the destined address. And there has been no sign of returning of the product and when i tried calling, they don't even give a proper response. It has nearly been a month and they still haven't delivered nor retuned my parcel.
I humbly request you to look into this matter and give me a definite response.

Courier person booked my courier for wrong address though given me slip with right address and pincode and now the parcel is untraceable.
With docket number d44886161 written on slip but he put wrong slip on courier with docket number d448859. Booked on 29 the november 2018 for delhi 110015 not reached till date from obra 231219
Containing clothes worth rs 5000
No action taken even after complaining at number of places.

My consigment no. D47242057 which is arrived at noida just near to the delivery address not even more than 10 minutes of way but since 1st december till now its not yet delivered even after calling the courier person disconnecting my call and and telling lie thay pakage is out for deliver what a cheap behaviour which is not expected thats why dtdc is worst ever in courier.
Only charging money and not delivery is a kind of fraud so need my refund back with action on agency.

Authorised service of dtdc in babatpur is very bad my consignment no. Is k30223175 and it is send by kolkata on 28/11/2018 but the consignment is not get yet to me. Suddenly i got a call from dtdc the no. Is [protected] he told me if you want your consignment then you have to come to our office otherwise i will return it. If my consignment is not recive to i will file a case in my police station and also one in consumer cort. This is a local offence.

Courier number v50068898. Sent on 5dec2018. Supposed to reach hyderabad by 6dec2018. Paid inr.1940 with a promise that it reaches hyderabad on 6thdec. Till now it did not reach. Dtdc courier speed categories are bogus and just to lure customers to cough up more money. Courier guy and dtdc customer service are blaming each other and in the middle we are left helpless with no service and loss of money.

We have booked the ecommerce product from vaishali origin to gonda on behalf of the docket number z77629898 & since last 10 days regularly i am trying to get the update on the same but no one is ready to update on the same.

Please check the same & resolve the issue asap.

As you know you have a branch in kottiyam (Kollam, kerala) which is very near to mayyand (My home town). I am a policy holder of maxbupa and i collected many documents from your office as well as home delivery. It is well known that, the sender and reciever gave priority to home delivery service and many times we get that provision from your office too. But unforutnately i had a very bad experience from one of your lady staff in kottiyam branch when we enquired about home delivery of policy document that max bupa send to your branch. They said that there is no provision of home delivery and if we cant collect it from office they will send it back. So i asked them to handover it maxbupa representative in federalbank which is very near to dtdc kottiyam branch. I have some medical issues to travel but i want to say you that, as a reputed company you have to be very careful when giving subcontract to others. I also informed maxbupa about my worst experince got from your courier service and requested to cancel the dealership with your service. Sorry to say that i will never and ever use your courier service for any purpose

My laptop couriered on 5th of december and charged high for speed post. Told me that it will be delivered with in 245 hours and now it is 8th of december not yet delivered. I demand a refund for this unconditionally. Today is saturday which is a holiday so even if it reaches today there is no use. Please refund my amount for being such non professional and lethargic.

I posted a courier through dtdc on nov 06, 2018 and i was told that package will be delivered within a week however today is 13th day and its still in transit.

Since last 3 days its showing in bhopal and when i try contacting on their phone numbers they just pick and disconnects the call ([protected]) all of their customer care numbers are fake and doesn't connect. I am not getting any update on my order and i am pissed

Hi,
The package was expected to get delivered yesterday. The delivery personnel was unable to connect to me at that time due to network issues and i called him after sometime when he called the sender to tell the same. I asked him to come back again but he refused to do so and also i was at the home whole day and no one treied to deliver the package in my presence. It was a rude behavior on your side and i was forced to collect the package on my own. Very pathetic service.

This is abdurraheem from ruku spices. My tracking number is m71567554. This courier i was told by your customer care executive that it is lying in parents hub. Already 4 days gone by till now i have not received the courier. I have already given a complaint to your customer care. They are saying today, tomorrow by simply dragging the time. If i am not able to get the sample by today, i will have to go for a legal action. Ensure that it is being delivered today without fail.

I havent recived my package from mumbai to hyderabad which will hardly take a two to three days span. Its very upsetting even after charging a high nominal for the package it is still lying in mumbai from past 8 days and no response has been yet given on this. Even after several emails to the same. Its very disaapointing to see such kind of service. My tracking number is d47382060

I never expected this worst service from dtdc. I sent a key from gandhi nagar bangalore and she informed me 1 or 2days for delivery. Today is 5th day it's still showing transit. My house owner made a worst issue at my home saying i didn't send house key. Bcaz of dtdc also today in my life i had one bad memory which is a killer. U didn't see a person burning alive infront of your office. But my situations and my personal problems and here dtdc brutally murdered me with this where people started many and which made issues at my home... That bloody roadside lady who is at store isnt the good one as i faced her when i am doing courier... Now this thing... Don't torture people and don't kill them dtdc... You people will truly regret for this... My courier tracking number b60348035... I will visit bangalore high court tomorrow and send a legal notice if i won't get my package delivered today... Dtdc is just #... Better eat something like that instead of failing in giving service or giving fake promises which will mess people

My courrier was not delivered yet i am applying for the jaipur to mumbai for its been more than 15 days and stil not delivered yet i submit the documents on 22nd november and my tracking number is z77514685. That documents have to delivered as soon as possible its about my job but you ruined it. If my courrier will not delivered in one day i will case a file on your company.

I have given consignment no. M80205094 dated 30th nov, 2018 in dtdc courier office at dhamankar naka bhiwandi and till dated in their website showing received at hyderabad hub and also no status updated on email by their customer care. My consignment is not delivered to icici lombard which contains all original mediclaim papers. Today been 9th dec 18

My documents, (Z[protected] which were to be delivered to kharghar are kept on hold since few days at juinagar sector 1 branch. The reason given is that the distance is too much to cover for them. This is ridiculous and i don't understand what kind of service dtdc provides. It has been more than a week since it was booked from sector 12, dwarka office, new delhi. The docs are important and i trusted dtdc for a timely and safe delivery and now nobody is taking the ownership of the issue. The number provided are continuously switched off. Whom do i talk to help me deliver the package. I am really disappointed with the lathargic and alid back attitude of the company. It is taking the customers for granted. You should stop the services if you cant deliver a simple envelope within the radius of few kilometers.

Tracking no. C85353564, from tirupur to bangalore not delivered yet. Parcel send on 4th december from tiruppur and today been 7th not delivered in bangalore. While tracking its showing in bangalore from past 3 days. They are not gonna delivering today.
Also they are moving goods from one point to another point in bangalore only. Whenever i called the customer they are responding properly

Hi, my name is devanshi and i live inbangalore, my parents sent me a very important courier through dtdc assam. The courier never arrived so i tracked it and it said delivered on the website. When i called the branch which delivered, the manager (A very arrogant, rude and aloof man) came with the delivery boy and delivery list where he showed us the signature which was clearly a fake of somebody receiving the package. On the same list right below my delivery there was a delivery made to my husband on the same day which was received by my watchman.
When i complained they accepted that my parcel was lost or stolen by dtdc but they will try and repay me for my loses but nothing happened. They kept me hanging for two and a half months with hope that they will help me but they were taking me for a ride and fooling me.
Dtdc, koramangala branch run by mr. M is a scam and they are thieves stealing from people who trust them. They said i don’t have insurance so they cannot do anything but what about my parents paying ₹750 for the courier fee? What does that mean? They did not even ask my parents about the content or about insurance while they were sending it.
Dtdc is responsible for making sure i receive my courier and they instead stole it. Dtdc has given out the franchise or whatever to thieves and we are falling prey to their lies.
Dtdc should take actions and do something about it. I am very upset and had to face a massive loss because of dtdc’s negligence.

One parcel with docket number h84724345 has been delivered and h84724346 has not been delivered yet.

Your office says nobody is answering the calls for the address mentioned, the address is wrong. Then how was the first parcel delivered? Now what is the problem to deliver the second parcel when it is to the same address? Why is this parcel showing a red mark in ur tracking system?

I have to digest so many apologies, u make me wait for several number of days and keep sitting on ur apologies.

Is my parcel lost? What action r u taking for it? Will anything materialise in a solution for or only talking will be done?

Your company is making customers suffer - who will bear all the loss for all of this?
