To whom it may concern
Sir your branch in bargah not delivering my courier. He has different style of their service. When they receive any courier for delivery they make phone call to take the party his consignment. If concern party will not receive on his premises they are returning the document with heading party not available on delivery time. Tomorrow i receive a phone call from mobile no [protected] to receive my document belongs to utkal automobiles bargarh. I told him to make delivery but they have return back document to concern company. It is a very shameful behavior and service provided by dtdc company

I havent received it yet and its 5th day. It is clearly seen on the receipt it is delivered to unknown person, no sign, name, relationship mentioned on the documents. Whats the use of word express then. Nobody is picking phone and responding.
Why soo much is charged when you cant provide the service.
It has important docs in it which needs to be furnished to avoid fines.

Its really shame on your team to spoil the name of such firm.

And at last whatever will be the charges/fines you have to pay for that or will report a case on your firm name.

I am raising this complaint regarding DTDC courier service .
On 10Th-Nov-2018 i have booked courier service by DTDC where their executive came to my home and packed 55 inch TV in wooden pack than the packet has been carried to their office by them only . They have charged INR 8500.00 (which is included the wooden box cost) for this shipment to deliver it to ASSAM, Dist: Dhubri, P.o-Gauripur, pin 783331. On...

I had booked a sansui led tv for transport from nagpur to bhopal on 13 nov 2018, tracking number d47502859. It was finally delivered today received by my wife since i was in office. When the box was opened in evening and the tv was installed and turned on, there is a big crack of the inner screen and nothing is visible. I am also attaching a photo of the same. I will also file a written complaint with the dtdc hub near prabhat pertol pump in bhopal who has handled the parcel in bhopal. I dont know what kind of delivery service is dtdc providing, after charging 1580 for sending a parcel 350 kms, taking 7 days for a 6 hrs road trip, delivered a damaged piece. Made a mistake by trusting dtdc with a 25000 worth tv. I will post this soon on facebook, twitter and other social media platforms tomorrow along with a formal complaint in consumer court.

What ever contact numbers have provided in website all are faked.
I have searched the 24*7 customer care number of dtdc, none of the numbers are in service.

Please take an action against dtdc, why they are cheating with customer

These two numbers they have provided, none of them are working.

Incident description:
1. Their delivery person is not coming to place to delivery the product and updating wrong status in their portal.
2. Delivery person is not even calling if not able to find out the address.
3. There is no any working contact no they have provided.
This is not the first experience with dtdc courier, they are doing always.
Last time they have not delivered my product and updated in the website shipment delivered successfully.

I got a message from dtdc saying package is delivered "your shipment no z77131278, by dtdc is delivered on 19-nov-18+16:04, received by sign" it hasn't been delivered to me! No courier guy called me! And what delivered by sign? Your courier guy forged my sign? I'll sue you.
Stupid courier company doesn't even have an customer support email address or number.

My consignment delivery pin code was 763008 but in online the destination pin code is showing 673008 and my consignment is diverted to wrong pin code to kerala instead to odisha and not delivered yet.

I am giving daily mail and reminder to dtdc but they are not taking any action and not also not replying.

I have the more expensive item in this.

I am not able to describe the lost. I am taking courier service on 10-nov from Indrapuram gyan khand 2—to Gwalior with my consignment no Z78574533 today is 19th November and I still don’t know where is my parcel . Every time when I tracking my parcel it showing in Vaishali ..the parcel included window train tickets of my parents without these tickets they are not able to travel ..they travel plan cancelled due to this when I call to DTDC they told me that the parcel lost ..who is responsible for all this who fill my loss they give me fir copy of lost item ..I need proper action against DTDC

This complaint is about dtdc delivery, muzaffarpur, bihar.

I got a call from dtdc office, muzaffarpur, bihar, that my shipment is arrived and due to heavy load, you have to come to take your package from delivery office itself otherwise it will delivered after one week.

I find this behaviour completely unethical, how could anyone say thing like this. I have paid all the charges for the delivery and you know what, the shipment is?, it is the book what i need in my upcoming exams. The guy at delivery centre does not know the importance of time in the life on an student. Dtdc should be ashamed of itself of making such kind of argument.

If they don't deliver it at right time then i have to reorder new one through other shipping service, because it is costing me time.

My courier which is supposed to be delivered to mathura on 16th nov. Consignment no. Z68563140 is still not delivered and it has to be delivered by the company. Now the executive is telling me that it has not delivered as they don't have branch their. This is a complete loss for me as the last date is already reached. This is totally unprofessional and above it they are saying they can not do anything

We have given an original degree certificate covered and packed to dtdc courier offc but if it got to the delivered address they found the certificate is teared and mud in its backside also the cover also teared. They received the certificate and they signed without any damage caused to the staff of dtdc becoz they didnt open it bcoz lot of couriers coming to the offc after they opened they informed us it has damaged and want to submit it or not. It was for uae attestation. We have informed dtdc and they told they dont know it was original certificate. Its our customers certificate and will be fired by him bcoz of this and also he will neglect our service.

This is in regard the delivery of a courier that i have being harrased for over almost a month since my very important document has not yet being delivered through your dtdc courier service, neither it has been returned back. I raised a ticket regarding this and the ticket no. Is 2827584. The consignment no. Is k15616472 which was supposed to be delivered at godda (Jharkand), booking date was 4th october'18. On 21st oct'18 when i checked it online, the status was showing as undelivered as area is non-serveceable. I had to visit the office to enquire about the status and they said they would again send it. After 2-3 days, status was showing as delivered but it didnot reach the concerned person. Since 21st oct i am visiting your office almost everyday and everytime i raise a ticket with the website, they close it showing it as resolved. Kindly return my document if it cannot be delivered to the said destination.
I need my document back or deliver it at the mentioned address. Kindly take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

I had couriered one packet from noida to dehradun on 1st of nov. But till 18th of nove not delivered. Whenever asking for the coirier false information getting from dtdc people. This is in reference to awb b59438381. I have sent this package to chennai from bangalore on the 12th and yet its still not delivered. According to the tracking details it says "not delivered (Address ok but no such person - (Cir)". Not sure what exactly this means as it is supposed to be delivered to headphone zone, 63/18 dev apts 2nd floor, 1st main road, gandhinagar, adyar, chennai - 600020. Contact number [protected]. These guys do not even have the courtesy of calling the recipient or calling me if they are unable to deliver the package. Dealing with dtdc is an absolute nightmare. This package contains an expensive mp3 player which i was sending for a warranty replacement. I am not sure what to do now. Written an email to their customer care, case number 13021522 to no avail.

Sir, please find the attached receipt of your company dated 13 11 18 for a very urgent purpose i had sent the material by querier through your company and the agent told me that it will be delivered on 15 11 18 but status showing that it has been booked on17 11 18 it is gross negligency on your part. I am recording my strong protest in this connection and want your answer and solution of loss i have incurred for the abnormal late delivery.

Note:- i ccmplaint several times but there is no any action from your side.

I have sent an consign ment no D45297305 by dtdc but the consignment not deliverd also not updated after 07 nov.and when i send email to custormersupportdtdc but there also no reply and dtdc hub not answering on phone call. It was return of on line purchase. So I con't refund the amountAsh & Roh

All couriers sent through dtdc are showing it is in pune hub. What is it doing over there.
