My parcel last three days at destination but nobody any call me for about my parcel and till date not received my parcel number is A42631393 and till date I dont receive.. Also show recivier not available but no body contact me and 24 hours are available my family member at home but no body contact him...please reply and resolve my problem. Thanks..

Dtdc courier latur has denied to to deliver the courier at address mentioned. As my address is bit away from the market. But comes under municipal region. I ask me to come and pick the parcel. Due to busy day. I could not go to there office. I have paid the full amount to get the parcel at door step. They told if i haven't come in 2 days parcel will return. I want my parcel at my door step. Ref no p48700804.

Consignment no - h11017176. Sent from hyderabad indiranager dtdc brach on 25th october. After 7-8 days, i see in dtdc online portal, i see the parcel is tagged as "customer will self collect". But they never called me, nor the person to whom i have sent the courier. I have mentioned all phone numbers in the address to and from. But they donot care to inform. Sir/ma'am, i had placed an order on an international website and the seller shipped my parcel on 15th of october 2018. Even after 3 weeks had passed by i had no clue about my package which magically was updated on first week of november as on hold at mumbai hub due to the requirement of consignee id proof since 20th october 2018, which i have provided time and again at their mail address. A few days back one of their customer care executive contacted me to get my mail address so that they can share the documents of my parcel and get back the documents along with id proof at the same mail address. Till date no mail has been sent my way. Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi,

I had sent one courier with tracking no b56971174 on 10th nov 2018 from bangalore to pondicherry and was told to me that it will be delivered before 12th nov 2018.

But when it was not delivered on 12th nov, so i tracked to see that my consignment was wrongly transferred to hyderabad and it’s lying there. I called the local dtdc where i booked and he checked to say it was wrongly sent and they will immediately take action to send it to pondicherry and deliver in next 2 days maximum but yet again today i checked to see that it is lying in chennai now.

The documents are extremely urgent as these needs to be submitted after delivery in bank. These documents are my father life certificate..

Request you to please take immediate action and deliver at the earliest to confirm...

I have booked a courier on 14/11/2018,
Which din't reached the destination yet.
Before i have courier so many thing from other courier it takes only 24 hours, but surprisingly i din't know why dtdc courier takes so long, on top of that, the way dtdc courier employees talk was very bad.

My one of courier dates 10 nov 2018 was lost by dtdc i raised lot of emails than received a mail stating it is lost and we wl update.. Their local vendor jeetandra from vaishali is misbehaving on phone refusinc to gibe fir copy and claim and also asking em to come to his office disxonnectinf phone even he is not returning courier money which is against delivery of courier when courier is lost there is no point of money charged on top of that being a female he is asking me to come his office... Dtdc shld take action against such vendor if he can misbehave with one woman he can woth others also

I have sent few things from mohali (Punjab) to baddi (Hp). When my courier reached in destination, half of things missed. My choaclate box choaclate is missing and orignal charger datacable is mising, which was very important to my relatives. I need request of refund.

My consignment number is d46880123, and my package is not delivered at kharghar sector 10i. From last 4 days, it is showing the same status. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on dtdc customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

Courier was sent to our client. Dispatch date is 30 october 2018 but till today it is showing in transit. Tracking no: z76983939.
Multiple couriers are sent but all are in transit. Other tracking no also will provide.

Courier service is not to be so late delivery. We send by courier so that our customers receive courier in time.
In this case we will loose trust. This is causing inconvenience for both me and my customers.
Please look into this or we will have to take it further as i am losing my business.

I have send a courier thru dtdc no:z76462262 on 5th of nov from faridabad -121006 to allahabad (211003) after a more than 10 days courier not deliverd to address mention on my packet this deliverd to wrong place/person. Receiver also signed on courier document. When i contact to allahabad dtdc distribution centre mr lakhmi (Mob:[protected]) not getting the satisfactory answer am following this person for last three days but nothing happen. This coureir i have send on for the gift for marraige of my cousin will be tomorrow. Pls look into the matter on urgent basis. This is really the question of your services.

This is for the 3rd time when i tried to choose dtdc but again i am in huge trouble. First time when i used dtdc, it took more than 7 days to deliver, for the second time it took more than 15 days and even for the third time. They have booked the courier with irrelevant destination.
This is one of the most unorganized way of working.

One consignment m71176204 booked from bhiwandi to kandivali on 12th nov 2018 it supposed to deliver on 13th or 14th nov, now almost 4 days passed but material is not delivered.
It is laying in kandivali east branch from 13th nov.
Dtdc poor service. I will suggest don't go for dtdc, they don't have proper contact details to check update of material delivery.

I wish to bestow your personal attention to the following matter I experienced, when my son Laban TP tried to sent me an article on 7/11/18 through your courier agency at Bangalore Sanjaynagar branch BF821 to my home at Calicut (KERALA).(consignment no B[protected]
When the article reached calicut, one fellow ( mob no +91 [protected]) instructed me to come and collect it from its KaloorRoad branch at Calicut immediately. When I requested him to deliver it at home as I am out of station, he said he cannot do it as my home is beyond his jurisdiction. ( please note that this KaloorRoad office is only 500 metres away from my home..) . And further he threatened me saying that ; he will return the article to Bangalore if I am not collecting it from his office immediately.
When I reported this matter to the sender (my son), he immediately contacted in that number and informed me then that your agency will deliver it at home through another branch at Pottammel.
The guy in that Pottammel office was also not behaving properly and was scolding us when we asked about its delivery. Fearing that, that guy may tamper the electronic article ; if I complain this before delivery, I could not complain this in your customer care service about this.
We had to seek help from the KaloorRoad guy again for getting it delivered to us.Fortunately this time that guy helped us a lot and after several reminders and requests made by me and my son, they delivered it to me at my house on 14/11/18 evening.After a long period of 7 days, your agency had the mercy to deliver an urgent electronic article from Bangalore to calicut (distance is only 357 km by road ).
The actions and responses from your offices at Calicut make me believe that, it is highly unsafe to depend your agency for any transfer of articles .
It will be better for your agency, make an enquiry in this matter to avoid such incidents in future for your “valuable” customers

Hi i raises a complaint against my courier not deliveres i booked it on 5 nov and it reaxhed bhopal center on 10 nov since than it is not been delivered despite of too many emails i m.snot gettinf a proper solytion or reply either i need it gets delivered by tommorrow.else pay me.anoumt of sriff i side the courier m...this is really pathetic. The parcel was booked on 3rd nov 18 @ chennai.
The parcel contains all food items which was clearly embossed and booked under air cargo for speedy delivery.
Upon continuous follow ups, dtdc failed to deliver even now.
We worry the parcel food items might be contaminated or rotten.

Hence dtdc has to provide suitable compensation due to loss of time and non commitment on delivery.

With reference to subject matter, this is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. We handed over the packet with consignment number Z[protected]Origin- Vaishali, Uttar Pradesh and Destination is Faridabad) on date 10th November, 2018.
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. this parcel Contains very important and confidential documents of the company.
When We contacted Customer care either it says Number is not in service or remains all time busy. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by 16th November, 2018.
If we will not get proper response from your side, we will file complaint before District consumer Disputes redressal Forum against your courier company.

My parents sent the package on 1/nov/18 from Nanded. DTDC agent told them it would reach by 6th. After 4th NOV, DTDC site showed no updates. After trying to contact them, their several offices, I finally got a reply on 13th saying it is sent via SkyLine express (www.skylineexpress.in). as per Skyline site, it was booked on 5th and status was - SHIPMENT ARRIVED AT HUB READY FOR DELIVERY. on 15th I was told that UPS (www.ups.com) will deliver my package on 16th, Pathetic service. This was my first Diwali without my parents, this was supposed to be a special one for it was my first after marriage. My Parents prepared confectionery for me to offer during prayers and clothes to wear during Diwali. Their efforts and love are hurt by DTDC guys. You have ruined our Diwali and have no sense of regret. They are casually saying that it happens sometimes - I dont get it why it took 10 more days . I request the court to kindly look into this and demand DTDC to compensate for the loss

As per your mail status of my consignment is delievered to me but i have not received my consignment. Let me know where and to whome it i delievered as i have not received. No call was made by your side before delivering my consignment. The delivery boy was not contacted me and without inform which places are deliverd my document. It is urgent and important document so plz give responce immediately

I had a pre-paid package coming from jaipur with consignment number z78250157. The e-tracking status says it was delivered yesterday (14.11.2018, attaching photo) but i have not received the package. When contacted the courier office kempapura (Bf-1099), maria complex, coffee board main, bangalore - 24, ph no: [protected].

The office staff, a lady gave the phone to a mr. Rao, the delivery person. Mr. Rao says he delivered the package to the next building neighbor (Photo of signature of the receiver attached in the phot) because my house was locked. My mom is a retired employee, she never leaves the house.

We searched the neighborhood with the name and description given by mr. Rao but did not find anybody. Mr. Rao then says he had been to the so called house and found the door to be locked. I then get a call from the courier office saying that mr. Rao will go the house where he delivered the package at 7:00pm today and get the package.

Why mr. Rao did not call me up on the delivery day? He said he tried. But my phone was on all day.

Why mr. Rao did not call me up again today after reaching my neighbor's house? He should have called me up to show the neighbor's house but he dint.

He then refuses to give me his mobile number.
