I wish to bestow your personal attention to the following matter I experienced, when my son Laban TP tried to sent me an article on 7/11/18 through your courier agency at Bangalore Sanjaynagar branch BF821 to my home at Calicut (KERALA).(consignment no B[protected]
When the article reached calicut, one fellow ( mob no +91 [protected]) instructed me to come and collect it from its KaloorRoad branch at Calicut immediately. When I requested him to deliver it at home as I am out of station, he said he cannot do it as my home is beyond his jurisdiction. ( please note that this KaloorRoad office is only 500 metres away from my home..) . And further he threatened me saying that ; he will return the article to Bangalore if I am not collecting it from his office immediately.
When I reported this matter to the sender (my son), he immediately contacted in that number and informed me then that your agency will deliver it at home through another branch at Pottammel.
The guy in that Pottammel office was also not behaving properly and was scolding us when we asked about its delivery. Fearing that, that guy may tamper the electronic article ; if I complain this before delivery, I could not complain this in your customer care service about this.
We had to seek help from the KaloorRoad guy again for getting it delivered to us.Fortunately this time that guy helped us a lot and after several reminders and requests made by me and my son, they delivered it to me at my house on 14/11/18 evening.After a long period of 7 days, your agency had the mercy to deliver an urgent electronic article from Bangalore to calicut (distance is only 357 km by road ).
The actions and responses from your offices at Calicut make me believe that, it is highly unsafe to depend your agency for any transfer of articles .
It will be better for your agency, make an enquiry in this matter to avoid such incidents in future for your “valuable” customers

Hi i raises a complaint against my courier not deliveres i booked it on 5 nov and it reaxhed bhopal center on 10 nov since than it is not been delivered despite of too many emails i m.snot gettinf a proper solytion or reply either i need it gets delivered by tommorrow.else pay me.anoumt of sriff i side the courier m...this is really pathetic. Complaint against Consignment Number Z75371999 is registered Successfully with ticket Number 12998132.

The parcel was booked on 3rd nov 18 @ chennai.
The parcel contains all food items which was clearly embossed and booked under air cargo for speedy delivery.
Upon continuous follow ups, dtdc failed to deliver even now.
We worry the parcel food items might be contaminated or rotten.

Hence dtdc has to provide suitable compensation due to loss of time and non commitment on delivery.

With reference to subject matter, this is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. We handed over the packet with consignment number Z[protected]Origin- Vaishali, Uttar Pradesh and Destination is Faridabad) on date 10th November, 2018.
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. this parcel Contains very important and confidential documents of the company.
When We contacted Customer care either it says Number is not in service or remains all time busy. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by 16th November, 2018.
If we will not get proper response from your side, we will file complaint before District consumer Disputes redressal Forum against your courier company.

My parents sent the package on 1/nov/18 from Nanded. DTDC agent told them it would reach by 6th. After 4th NOV, DTDC site showed no updates. After trying to contact them, their several offices, I finally got a reply on 13th saying it is sent via SkyLine express (www.skylineexpress.in). as per Skyline site, it was booked on 5th and status was - SHIPMENT ARRIVED AT HUB READY FOR DELIVERY. on 15th I was told that UPS (www.ups.com) will deliver my package on 16th, Pathetic service. This was my first Diwali without my parents, this was supposed to be a special one for it was my first after marriage. My Parents prepared confectionery for me to offer during prayers and clothes to wear during Diwali. Their efforts and love are hurt by DTDC guys. You have ruined our Diwali and have no sense of regret. They are casually saying that it happens sometimes - I dont get it why it took 10 more days . I request the court to kindly look into this and demand DTDC to compensate for the loss

As per your mail status of my consignment is delievered to me but i have not received my consignment. Let me know where and to whome it i delievered as i have not received. No call was made by your side before delivering my consignment. The delivery boy was not contacted me and without inform which places are deliverd my document. It is urgent and important document so plz give responce immediately

I had a pre-paid package coming from jaipur with consignment number z78250157. The e-tracking status says it was delivered yesterday (14.11.2018, attaching photo) but i have not received the package. When contacted the courier office kempapura (Bf-1099), maria complex, coffee board main, bangalore - 24, ph no: [protected].

The office staff, a lady gave the phone to a mr. Rao, the delivery person. Mr. Rao says he delivered the package to the next building neighbor (Photo of signature of the receiver attached in the phot) because my house was locked. My mom is a retired employee, she never leaves the house.

We searched the neighborhood with the name and description given by mr. Rao but did not find anybody. Mr. Rao then says he had been to the so called house and found the door to be locked. I then get a call from the courier office saying that mr. Rao will go the house where he delivered the package at 7:00pm today and get the package.

Why mr. Rao did not call me up on the delivery day? He said he tried. But my phone was on all day.

Why mr. Rao did not call me up again today after reaching my neighbor's house? He should have called me up to show the neighbor's house but he dint.

He then refuses to give me his mobile number.

Product booked from hyderabad to dehradun on 5 nov (Service type : lite). From the past 3 days the product has reached dehradun but hasn't been delivered. The office at nanda ki chowki isn't responding properly. Also the customer service no of dtdc isn't functional. Worst service ever..!
Please register a complaint and penalize dtdc for it's idiotic service provided to it's customers.

One consignment was booked on 6th nov with docket no: d46880516 from gvk emri lucknow, uttar pradesh to hyderabad, telangana.
It reached hyderabad hub on 11th nov, but till now it was not yet delivered and no customer care service is answering our calls.
When the material will get delivered? What is the reason for the late delivery?
When we are booking the consignment was it was informed us that it will take four days to delivered the material.
But it’s been more than 10 days and till now there is no update…..

My track no is M71673527. My consignment has still not been delivered and its been 15 days. I have also registered a complain but there is no response yet ( case no.[protected] I tried calling local desk at Ranchi severl times but phone no does not work or people do not pick. Customer care also does not respond. I am writing this after a pathetic service of DTDC which was never expected from the elite organisation like yours. A normal consignment does not take 15 days and still not reaches.

Very bad service by dtdc. It's been 5 days I did not receive my Courier tracking no. D47268945. I tracked in morning it was in madiwala office and now it says wrong address. Dtdc not even called or informed me. Kindly deliver my parcel at SNN Raj serenity, C3-302, Yelenahalli, Bangalore,

I booked my items from Belgaum, Karnataka on 05 Nov for Ahemdabad. On checking from the web site the parcel has reached Ahmedabad hub on 8 Nov. It is still not been delivered to the customer. I request you to kindly expedite the delivery and give reasons for its delay.

What else do you want me to write. I will put up your unprofessional work procedure and round of way to avoid addressing problems on the social media. The phone numbers provided by you are not being attended to In Ahmedabad.
Very poor show

I have submitted 2 packages on 15th october 2018 to Dibrugarh DTDC office after full payment and complete procedure to be delivered to guwahati on the next day. The product was delivered after nearly a month on 12th november 2018 after complaining many many times. Now that when the package was delivered and opened, items inside the packages were missing. Its was a mental torture for me and pathetic experience with dtdc. Response from dtdc regarding my problem was even worse. Always kept waiting for any solution. In real they have no solution. They are the worst courier service ever. A customer should never trust dtdc for their goods n items. There must be leakage and loopholes in their entire system for stealing customers items and losing trust.

Consignment number - d47002428,

We have sent a courier from chennai with diwali food items. Total box weight 8.3 kg. When the courier delivers in kanpur, our customer received only 6.3 kg. Balance 2kg your courier people opened our packed cotton box and taken also overall box damaged. My product worth nearly 1000/-

I spoke with chennai customer service team, he told, we don't have assurance and check let you know later. We are doing inquiry. I am calling and asking last 6 days. But i didn't get a proper response. One people redirect with other people. Who is the final in charge?

I called to customer service people bad response. One people one answer another people telling another one. This is my very worst experience. Customer support telling, we do not guarantee your couriers. What is this? And i spoke with chennai customer service.

Dtdc silchar has received my consignment d46104287 on 31 oct 2018 but till today14 nov they didn't deliver yet. If it is contacted through phone, they keep on repeatedly replying that the consignment is out for delivery n cut the phone with an aggressive manner. It is unfortunate to learn that they run their business throughout the country without proper service. It is shameful to the staff of dtdc silchar for their pathetic service.

Dtdc courier people not calling to the customer mobile numbers and directly they are changing the status of courier as customer not picked call and address is incorrect etc. We are mentioning phone number in address but courier boys not calling us again we are checking the status in net and searching for your phone number and asking to come. This is very worst really fedup with dtdc. Very worst service.
