I had opted for speed post delivery of some urgent paperwork on 23rd September evening from Bangaluru. I was informed that it will reach Kolkata and be delivered by Saturday evening.

The tracking number - E76849222. Saturday evening I get a email stating that attempted delivery but failed. Neither me or my father (to whome the package was being delivered) got any call from the delivery person. I don't know what kind of attempt was made.

After choosing a speed post service and paying ₹400 to mke sure the paperwork reaches on time my father had to visit Rajarhath distribution point office to collect the package himself on 25th (Sunday) morning. If you know Sunday is not a operational day for you guys, how could made such a casual attempt to deliver a EXPRESS DELIVERY!! How callous of your company not to understand the importance of a service you are providing. The next attempt would have been done Monday evening.. If I had that amount of time for the package to reach Kolkata why would I have choosen a express delivery option????

If you are not willing to actually give a service don't fool people into paying you for a service which ultimately they won't get. Understand the importance of such a service before you handle various people's important packages..

For online purchase, the package (with Tracking No. D[protected] has reached the destination city (Hyderabad) on 14/09/2022, and today is 26/09/2022, but still the package not delivered. Have called DTDC customer support 2 -3 times and raised the concern or ticket but still nothing happened. Not sure what kind of service DTDC is providing.?
By this time, I would have personally carried the package and travelled to Hyderabad to give or deliver the same to the destination address.
DTDC is simply sending or re-routing the package to their own hubs, Shamshabad to Mehdipatnam to BasheerBagh and back to Mehdipatnam to Shamshabad starting from 15/09/2022 to till date.
Called their customer support multiple times and mentioned the names of all the nearby areas/ location within 0.5km from the destination address.

I have ordered 2 soaps from Rathira Ayurveda (Order #[protected] on 31-Aug-2022. They sent the soaps in DTDC courier (Tracking #D[protected].

DTDC people updated the courier status as delivered on 14-Sep-2022 but I did not receive the courier yet. It was OTP based delivery. I did not provide OTP to anyone and no one called me for parcel delivery but they updated the status as delivered without delivering the parcel. I have raised complaint to DTDC and Rathira Ayurveda but no response from them.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Am from Chennai. My DTDC courier with Tracking number(T[protected] says delivered on 12th September but so far i did not receive my courier. Neither did i get any calls from delivery person on 12th Sep.

The disappointing thing is that Shipment tracking is marked as Received by Office colleague when actually the rightful owner has not collected the parcel. There is no Receiver phone nor name nor email mentioned. I am at a loss that package is simply lost and not received. This shows how DTDC's service is careless and cannot be trusted.

On 19th September, a parcel was booked under my name to be sent to delhi till 22nd September positively as it was an urgent courier. Also it was booked for airline but DTDC people sent it by surface knowing that it was urgent without even consulting the recipient or me. It was supposed to be a gift for a person whose birthday is now passed and the courier is still not delivered and it’s 24th September now. At first they took express shipping charges and then also didn’t quite deliver it on time.

My parcel with tracking V65682407
has not been delivered yet. I sent it on 20/09/2022. I was told it will be delivered in 1 day.

It was an urgent delivery and it has still not been reached.

I have tried calling customer support multiple times but they are not helping.

My product with tracking number D50144750 found empty, even i called the delivery boy he told me that this parcel was of 30 k.g and denied to gave the contact number of dtdc
Firstly it was a smart watch, so how can it be of 30.k.g
Secondly how he was not having the Contact number

The delivery person took 10 minutes to reach my home after calling me from 10 meter away from house,

This was my 1st experience with dtdc, and it was a shocker, as the parcel i got is empty,

I used to have fedex, this was the 1st time i used dtdc, and was all amazed by the poor quality of customer handling plus customer service, ,

Where is my product, why is it empty, to whome i can contact, , what is the direct number of dtdc...

Till my parcel has not receive me, tracking shows it is lying at Hyderabad after 10 days also, how the parcel is being transferred from one location to another location in India, and tracking details are not updated regularly. No one taking customer care, nobody have try to call or reply regarding delay happens.I am very disappointed with the service provided by DTDC.

Till no parcel was received, no progress happens or anybody have call me or not any action initiated, the worst service by DTDC I have seen in my life, I am your existing customer & connected for DTDC for very long time.
Kindly note that if this happens you loose your best customer base. I am one of the most dissatisfied customers since by your delay in parcel I have lost many things. I may not use your service in future since my mail there is no courtesy to at least to contact or call to me. I have asked higher officer contact detail but no one is interested give it.
I think like me 1 customer loss you may also not happen anything.

I posted a courier with bill on 17th August from Gurgaon, Delhi to PVR anupam Saket, Delhi.

Today (20th September) I came to know that courier has not been delivered when I called PVR to check with the payment release status.

DTDC representatives are saying that they tried to deliver the courier 4 times but it was locked. PVR anupam Saket have their own security guards at the entry gate 24X7.

There was no communication from DTDC about the courier not getting delivered.

Also, they are disconnecting my call when I am calling them to get clarity on this.

Please help in this issue.

Hi I sent my package to Faridabad and DTDC delivered the courier in Gwalior. How can this be possible if the the address is of a different city and they are delivering it in the different city. It was an important document and I asked them to sent it back by calling on customer care. But I didn't get any response till now. I tried to follow up but the phone number is not reachable.

I live in Hyderabad and had ordered a package from a Jaipur based online shopping store worth over Rs. 4000. The business uses DTDC. They shipped off my package fro Jaipur on 8th Sep 2022. The package reached Hyderabad on 9th Sep 2022. Since then, it has been bounded around in different DTDC branches in Hyderabad. It was supposed to reach me on 12th Sep 2022 but hasn't reached me yet and today is 20th Sep 2022. I have been calling them every business day since 14th Sep 2022. Everyday they tell me that they will deliver the package as soon as possible. They also raised a complaint on my behalf but that's all. The amount of money involved is causing me stress.

I want DTDC to please either get me my package delivered, pay me the Rs. 210 which I'll have to spend to get the package myself from their Anandbagh Branch, or pay me Rs. 4, 199 which is the value of the package and keep it.

Courier person has picked my documents from home delivery and address mentioned on it was wrong and courier has been stuck in delhi

I despatched a courier U19396727 from dtdc meerut to hosangabad (mp) in 15 September 22 but its not delivered yet 19/09/22.
dtdc delivered the courier to Guwahati...
I had go to dtdc office .. He didn't entertain me ...

My tracking ID D46692097 showed me that my consignment was supposed to be delivered to me today and the consignment was out for delivery. But then I received a call from the delivery person asking me to confirm my address. When I made sure my address is right, he replied saying he wasn't supposed to deliver to my area and the respective delivery person will deliver it. But then when I tracked my consignment again I was notified 'CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED'. And when I emailed them all I got was a system generated response. This delivery is quite urgent to me and I really want it delivered by tomorrow. Kindly take action as quick as possible.

Parcel not received bt is shows that it was delivered on 16.9.22 by a person named Priotosh Das.. Where is my parcel ?? And who received it?

I didn't received any phone call or anything no network issue but when I checked the tracking section. It's showing the receiver not available. Please send the package asap as it's very important.

My brother booked a percel on 10settember 22, for Kolkata to Rajahmundry percel contains bags material, till today on 16-09-22 I have not received my parcel. Regarding my order no. D50124156 from DTDC courier service.
The delivery boy with no prior call or message came too late at 7:40 pm for my delivery. I was not at the exact location so I told him to come to an alternate location which was within 1 km radius. He refused to come and used very harsh language and threatened to cancel my delivery. His contact no.[protected]
