Hi I sent my package to Faridabad and DTDC delivered the courier in Gwalior. How can this be possible if the the address is of a different city and they are delivering it in the different city. It was an important document and I asked them to sent it back by calling on customer care. But I didn't get any response till now. I tried to follow up but the phone number is not reachable.

    I live in Hyderabad and had ordered a package from a Jaipur based online shopping store worth over Rs. 4000. The business uses DTDC. They shipped off my package fro Jaipur on 8th Sep 2022. The package reached Hyderabad on 9th Sep 2022. Since then, it has been bounded around in different DTDC branches in Hyderabad. It was supposed to reach me on 12th Sep 2022 but hasn't reached me yet and today is 20th Sep 2022. I have been calling them every business day since 14th Sep 2022. Everyday they tell me that they will deliver the package as soon as possible. They also raised a complaint on my behalf but that's all. The amount of money involved is causing me stress.

    I want DTDC to please either get me my package delivered, pay me the Rs. 210 which I'll have to spend to get the package myself from their Anandbagh Branch, or pay me Rs. 4, 199 which is the value of the package and keep it.

        I despatched a courier U19396727 from dtdc meerut to hosangabad (mp) in 15 September 22 but its not delivered yet 19/09/22.
        dtdc delivered the courier to Guwahati...
        I had go to dtdc office .. He didn't entertain me ...
        My client cancelled my order due to this ...
        Samples has not delivered..
        Who bare this loss..

          My tracking ID D46692097 showed me that my consignment was supposed to be delivered to me today and the consignment was out for delivery. But then I received a call from the delivery person asking me to confirm my address. When I made sure my address is right, he replied saying he wasn't supposed to deliver to my area and the respective delivery person will deliver it. But then when I tracked my consignment again I was notified 'CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED'. And when I emailed them all I got was a system generated response. This delivery is quite urgent to me and I really want it delivered by tomorrow. Kindly take action as quick as possible.

              I didn't received any phone call or anything no network issue but when I checked the tracking section. It's showing the receiver not available. Please send the package asap as it's very important.

                My brother booked a percel on 10settember 22, for Kolkata to Rajahmundry percel contains bags material, till today on 16-09-22 I have not received my parcel.                   Regarding my order no. D50124156 from DTDC courier service.
                  The delivery boy with no prior call or message came too late at 7:40 pm for my delivery. I was not at the exact location so I told him to come to an alternate location which was within 1 km radius. He refused to come and used very harsh language and threatened to cancel my delivery. His contact no.[protected]

                      My luggage was sent by 12 th sep from UP to Bangalore from DTDC where it was promised it will be delivered by 15th but its 17th now no update and even i didnt get any support from customer care need to escalate on it.

                        I have sent a Very Very Important courier from DTDC Ranipool Sikkim branch to Capital of India New Delhi (Zip-110080) on 11th Sep 2022 with the consignment number K56578911. This has very important package and the online tracking on 16th sep 2022 now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave absolutely right address and 1 contact numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now in portal it’s showing not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

                        It’s request to DTDC please send my package asap.

                          This is regarding the shipment no-V65812976 which was supposed to be delivered by 14th September 2022 but it has not delivered yet. i am not in a good position because of the trauma and the product is very urgent to be delivered as soon as possible. i want to file case against DTDC Courier.

                            Customer is calling us for the same concern from almost 15 days and still the issue is not resolved its fake updated as delivered . He'll take next step if shipment will be not delivered to the correct address and also he needs a proper response on this case by today.
                            Kindly help us to resolve this issue asap.

                              I sent medicines for my mother through DTDC on 1st September from Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra to Rajeev Nagar, Patna, Bihar. The AWB No. is P62219741. It is showing at Chennai since 3rd September and no further information is shown. I tried calling the call centre of DTDC to register my complaint but it has not helped. The medicines are emergency essential medicines of my mother which are not available in Patna and thats the reason I had to send them from Pune. I have been constantly trying to call the DTDC center from where my courier was despatched but even they are not able to resolve my issue.
                              Kindly assist me in such a scenario where I feel I am stuck and played badly at the hands of DTDC.

                                On 26 of August I received broken printer from DTDC courier service. I mailed this company many times but they ignore my mail and do not resolve my issue yet

                                      We have sent a product worth RS 7000 through DTDC... But our product is fully damaged nd undelivered I can say that it was happened purely through the negligence of middle man one who ship the product bocz we have given to known delivery partner nd he took full responsibility while packing nd sending the product.. only after sending it in the middle of the shippment some accident occurred nd our product got damaged.. now if we ask them they are not ready to take the responsibility... We can clearly make out that this damage occurred becoz of negligence of a shipping person, we can see some burnt mark on the package nd full of dirt and all so plzz help us.

                                        My DTDC tracking number is D16146788.

                                        The correct destination pincode is Chennai - 600100 (written on the parcel as well).

                                        However the destination pincode is wrongly taken as Mumbai - 400068. Also, the parcel is travelling to Mumbai now instead of Chennai.

                                        I request DTDC to please divert the parcel to Chennai - 600100. Images of parcel attached for further reference.
