I had booked 3 consignment containing clothes and home appliances to kolkatta by air on 13.10, 18 and paid rs.9300 vide booking ref. No. D46826310. And i was given assurance that the same will be delivered on 15.10.18. The consignment reached on 15.10, 18 at kolkatta hub and was withheld that there is four days holidays in kolkatta from 16.10.18 to 19.10.18. I was given assurance that three consignment will be delivered on 20.10.18. I was very much surprised that they delivered me only two consignment on 20.10.18 and told that one consignment is not traceable. After my regular visit and frequent request the third consignment was delivered on 27.10.18.

It is a negligence on part of duty and i had paid huge amount of booking by flight but the consignment was delivered after 15 days. I may be paid compensation for this otherwise i will file complaint in consumer court

It has been 25 days that the package is not yet delivered. And yesterday they have given a fake update that it has been delivered.

They are not receiving calls and replying to the emails.

I've attached the last email i received from them. After that i've tried contacting them multiple times but they are never responding.

Strange and weird thing is when the delivery location is shillong, they have fake updated delivered and the location is begumpet, hyderabad.

There are two fake updates in this :
1) that it was out for delivery and receiver refused delivery. And it was out for delivery at hyderabad where as it was supposed to be in shillong. Clearly shows manipulation.

2) that they delivered the product.

Consignment no h10414957. I have sent my shipment on 11/10/2018 from hyderabad to assam and have been told it will reach by 4 days but its not reached yet. Its been 15 days have not been delivered yet. After so many calls and mails to customer care there was no response regarding my shipments. I want a quick response regarding this matter and if my product is safe or lost.

I booked a courier from suri west bengal with the concerned service provider named as m/s. C g enterprise on 5th oct'2018 with the consignment number k14990866 and it was to be delivered at new delhi. It was communucated to me that by 09th oct the package was going to be delivered at the subject destination. Now the package contained mutual fund documents for which there was an ecs scheduled in my bank account on 10th oct'2018. Now on tracking with your e tracker it was found that the package was lying in agartala and i was clueless about it. I lodged a complaint in your portal with the reference number as 12766081. An amount of rs.590 was deducted from my bank account for ecs failed charges. I narrated the whole incident to your service provider at suri and he communicated with your agartala team and told to deliver the package at delhi address. When i told him about the refund of rs.590 as a result of mistake from your end he started behaving differently and was blaming me for my delay in informing him. He even insulted me and i am very much disappointed with your service and attitude. Not only do i want the refund of rs.590 and i also want the package to be delivered at the stated destination. If the case is not solved i will be forced to move to consumer forum and spread the news in public forum.

Parcel no: h10976610 from hyderabad shipped on[protected] to prof. Chinta sudhakar, dept of botany sri krishnadevaraya university, anantapuram 515003 india, and delivered empty cover without any papers inside opened parcel on[protected] at 1.30pm.
There are important documents needed urgently. It caused all over delay and lost important papers that can not be reproduced.
What is your answer for this. It left me with no option and you should be answerable for this loss.

I sent a product through dtdc makum via dtdc guwahati to dtdc pune on 7th 0ct 2018. I made payment for air parcel which was supposed to reach it's destination in 3 days. But it has been more than 20 days now. Neither the product has been delivered not the whereabouts of the product are known to me. And none of the branches or customer services are giving any response. Consignment no is d46021537.
Plz help me out

Tracking / Docket No. M71149795 was booked on 23.10.18 from Vikroli to Bhayander but till date its not delivered.
On 24.10.18 I got a call from DTDC agent to pickup my document from his bhayander office as he is not having sufficient staff, due to my heavy schedule i denied to pick up the document from his office & told him to kindly deliver direct to my residence, for that he said he will deliver it on 25.10.18 but after waiting till evening on 25.10.18 i personally called to asked about my courier they said they will revert back but no response received from them & when i called again no one is picked up the call.
More ever it is surprise to see that even the document was booked on 23.10.18, in DTDC portal booking date is showing 24.10.18.
DTDC pretend their band as like the best one & charge accordingly but if they cant deliver 24.10.18 document till 26.10.18 from their agent office to my residence then this its self shows their so poor service

First thing, a cell phone no. Is given so that when the courier arrives, u gotta give a ring. Initially there was no tracking given, saying my consignment no. Was wrong and they forgot to book the courier, even after countless calling and visiting the dtdc office, neither they or me had any clue as to where the courier was. Then i went to warehouse and found out that it had already been delivered 3 weeks ago to a person "shihli sharma" in a totally different girls' hostel then mine. And i had to go all the way to the other hostel where my courier was seemingly delivered and then i find out there's no person named "shihli sharma" there and never was. And now my couriers missing and i don't even know where to search!!! How can one be so reckless, u could have made atleast one call. Such irresponsibility on ur part, now get me my autographed book back dtdc.

Sir i have not received 4 books out of 40 kg parcel which i booked on 10/10/2018 from dtdc lado sarai to trichy.. Have spent 2400 rs for this parcel as packing is also done at lado sarai office but they missed 4 books while packing..
Have spent lakhs of rupees for coaching in delhi there and now my priceless notes are missing in their parcel sent and they donot have it now!
I need my notes back.. Hopeless service by dtdc as i received consignment after 2 weeks on 25/10/2018.

I have sent the consignment numb v49331486 from kota to ahmedabad - on dated 22/10/2018. It is not been delivered as of now.

Dtdc consignment#m71748085.
On 20th october, the dtdc courier office in midc andheri east assured me that my parcel would be delivered latest by wednesday. The parcel never reach destination. It still showing in transit even today. The parcel contains educational documents that has to be submitted for scholarship from state and is now nearing the last date for submission, 30 october. Dtdc courier service is the worst, they give false promises. Please look into this.

: dear sir,, my self mr kiran maru from dombivli, there was one consignment which book from pune as on 09.10.2018 (Consignment no is p47799242 & consigner is bag & bagged decaan pune) which supposed to be received to consignee (Maru bagged zone dombivli) 2/3 working days, but till today we r not received above mentioned parcel/ consignment, after making various telephone enquiry plus personal visit it has been told to me that above mentioned consignment is misplaced from lower parel dtdc office, there are some imp document in tht consignment,
As ur reasponsiable person just make note of this & do the needful as early as possible

I am waiting to receive 2 couriers (#x28355511 & z[protected] one of your employees called me and said that as my village is not under service dtdc service are the courier will be sent to sangareddy but when i visited there they said that courier has been returned to chandanagar.
Calling the recipient is the minimum responsibility of courier service. I don't understand y you people are running courier service and troubling people make them suffer.
A year before i sent a courier to guntur till now neither the receiver recieved it nor i received it. I don't understand y you people are in this field
Your minimum responsibility is to call either sender or receiver.

Previously when i faced similar issue with professional couriers, they sent to sangareddy and i picked it from there

The courier (Consignment No. M[protected] which was promised and supposed to be delivered by Tuesday is not delivered till now. The tracking status shows it was misrouted and the same wasn't delivered today either. Despite having each and every detail, I am still wondering how the same can be misrouted. The courier contain some important books which the consignee needed by this Thursday on urgent basis. The society is popularly known in the city, still it got misrouted. I tried calling the customer care but due to the executive being rude in her behavior, the same wasn't resolved. The mail sent by me wasn't delivered as it showed incorrect Consignment Number despite feeding the correct Consignment No. I am utterly disappointed and being aggrieved by false promises and poor service of DTDC, I lodge my complaint here, so that the officials take due notice and get it delivered ASAP.

My item (Consignment no v[protected] returned back without delivery to my address at air force station yelahanka. Reason showing in tracking status that address incomplete while address was completely returned on that with pin code. I contacted to dtdc office also they also telling same thing that address is not complete. My all order are coming on same address then how they are saying that address is not complete. I want my item on or before 27 oct 18.

I am much frustrated with dtdc service, it has been 9 days and my consignment is still not delivered. I had posted one very important document (Consignment # z[protected] on 16-oct-2018 and till today have not received it.

I do not understand why these people have provided customer care number, almost all the numbers are not connecting at all and if any one is connecting no one picks the call.

Because of this delay in delivery, i have suffered a lot. Will dtdc will pay for their mistake?

Just one advice to dtdc team, if you are unable to handle the service please shut it down rather than providing this miserable service.

Myself keerthipriya, i posted an emergency courier to my frnd as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 10 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is r31308962. Even i went
To dtdc franchise office in kasaragod to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good. They told me to do whatever you want. They behaved very rudely also.

Please help me out in this issue.

I have booked one material of consignment no. : d44076661 on 20.09.2018 from rashbehari avenue dtdc office but till date it has not been delivered till now. Moreover we have given mails to customer support of dtdc but they have not delivered the material to our customer. We have given mails to dtdc higher authority but all our effort were in vain. More than one month has already been passed. Kindly help us regarding this matter.

This is very pathetic service from your end. I had sent a parcel to silchar assam and it was found in damaged condition please help us sir.

This is the worst experience i have with any courier company. My tracking number is k15032933. It has been more than 10 days, the parcel has not reached me. The tracking status shows out for deliver for last 7 days. Everyday the tracking status shows it is out for delivery but has not reached me yet.
I tried and spent so much time connecting to their customer care, but to the worst they were never available to raise a complaint.
It was an urgent parcel and now i am really frustrated looking at their service

There is no information if they are bothered to deliver the parcel.

This company should be really shut down. Pathetic service.
