My name is k. Satya sree and have booked a consignment containing powered food at dtdc express ltd., p. M. Palem, visakhapatnam to hyderabad vide docket no. D 44014724 on 11.10.18.
As on date the above consignment has not been delivered at hyderabad.
Dtdc local office people at p. M. Palem are unable to give us the status of the consignment and even your website for tracking the consignment also shows that the consignment is still in transit.
There is an abnormal delay in delivery and the status is still unknown.
Please arrange to do the needful and see that the consignment is delivered before 23.10.18 since the contents of the consignment are meant to be sent to australia on 23.10.18.
Your early action is requested under advise to me.

We have booked a parcel from delhi to baripada on 23.07.2018 with consignment no. Z62512167, it is observed that neither the consignment has been delivered to the consignee nor returned back to the consignor. Consignor name - damayanti majhi, mobile no.[protected], consinee's name - pad mini prava majhi, mobile no.[protected] (Presently residing at satyanagar, bhubaneswar)

Awb : d45757425 booked on 12th oct yet not delivered and today we are on 20th october.

We are trying to call patna office ([protected]) but no one is taking calls nor dhanbad number ([protected]) anyone is taking call.

This is just pathetic experience, where customer is left clueless and on the mercy of dtdc.

Very worst courier service experience.

Kindly look in to the same and deliver it today or anyhow tomorrow (Sunday, 21.10.18) as it is urgent and person is leaving from dhanbad on monday (22.10.18) morning.

If it is not delivered latest by tomorrow then it will be all waste. I am sitting on the booking office (Panvel, khanda colony) since afternoon but they are also not able to give any feedback.

Tracking no m70941821, is showing received at kolkata hub since 12th october but not yet reached the destination. Could you please track with tracking no and let me know the status that why it is still not yet reached. Destination pincode is 711101. This is urgent now to be reached. Please respond asap. My friend brought one makeup kit from dubai which cost around 5k which he then sent by dtdc courier from bhopal to pune.
The status of the parcel was not updated since 15 oct 2018 and today (19 oct) i have received my parcel.
The makeup kit which i have received is completely broken.
I don't know how they have done the movement of this.
All the products which is inside a metallic box are damaged and the metallic box is itself completely damaged.
Sent mail regarding to dtdc but haven't received any response from them.

My son abhishek singh books have been booked from delhi on 11 oct 18 vide dtdc consignment no d44172659 but after a laps of 8 days not yet received by me at bangalore. It has been observed by me that dtdc service of domlur, bangalore is very poor. Consignment received at domlur on 16 oct but not yet delivered.
Please do the needful for delivery with out further delay. Book is urgently required. J

Ull say that 24x7 ull give services but where is the service?? I have ordered cloth from online its takes hardly 2 to 3 days in courier service but today is 19 i didnt got my product. I[censored]r staff members are in holiday ull shud do the delivery procedure before.. Last status was for 16oct... N dat day would be 4 days... I talk to ur customer care expert she told me u can go pick up ur product by own but now when i am calling ur phone z continuously busy going

Sir monu rani the consignor and consignment number is z69364862 send a parcel on 19 september for bhuj (Gujrat) to consignee pravinder prasad and charged me 180 rs. Package reach to gujrat but not delivered. Dtdc called to consignee to collect the item but from 100 km away. Lastly i want to say that its is not delivered till today. On asking to dtdc point they are telling we have sent it and we don't know where it is now? I want my item/package back. Thank you sir

I am sorry to say that am fed up with the attitude of the owner of RAJ COURIER SERVICE -Maa Sharda Tower -77-B block

I couriered one parcel to chandigarh from Sri Ganganagar dated-17th Sept. Unfortunately during the delivery, somebody opened
my parcel and took off branded tommy gents shirt (new) and kept the torn old gents shirt.

Now since than I am trying to figure out my original parcel and every time the owner gives excuses and tells me he will
tell me tom, or wait for two days.
Now he has new excuse. he says he had sent his staff member to get details, , Is he trying to fool us, Since 5 days hes saying that
and now says during this whole process his expenses are adding .. Whose so fool to send a guy under inception on his personal expenses..rather he
would settle down the problem by paying off my loss, rather than adding expenses.

I ALSO WROTE A COMPLAINT LETTER UNDER YOUR WEBSITE, but even that didnt respond.

I would like you to take strict action Against the owner as he's destroying the reputed Company's Name - DTDC.
we are losing hopes from dtdc as well.
Next month am starting my online business, where i need to get in touch with Courier company. but such defaulters are
just not accepted. Owner doesnot attend my call, nor do he listens on the call even if he picks.Everytime he says not to complain, hes' a defaulter.
Rather my friend also suffered from his business. even her parcel was lost.

I am sending a courier to sri t. Venkateswara rao, a. O lic of india, narsipatnam through dtdc courier doc no.83880503 on 10/10/18. They are telling next day reached the destination. But it is delivered 16/10/2018 after office ours. 17th, 18th lic holoday. My work at lic was very late. Who is the responsible for the delay. I want action against courier. Pl do needful.

I have some urgent documents so my friend send that documents to me from hyderabad to mysore id (H[protected]. They said it takes only 4 days but it actuvally takes 10 dates, when i am checking in online it shows me "receiver not their". When i cal to dtdc office they said heavy rain you can come and collect your parcel. My question is why we pay money. Waste service and these people are not picking my phone cal also.

We unfortunately booked a parcel containing two passports from Banglore to Kolkata vide consignment no. V50061647. While booking DTDC had expressly confirmed thatparcel will be delivered on 16rth or at worst on 17th October. But though the tracking status shoed re ached at hub -Kolkatta, no track afterward. None of the phone displayed on various sites responded. With great efforts could contact Bnglore DTDC, where they reudely told it is not matter of our office. Kolkata is closed from 1th to 22nd so we can enquire or deliver only on 23rd or so. We had to fly for Phuket on 19th Oct and these persons have completely spoiled our trip and expected tp cause us loss of 30-40000/- Worst is that their 24X7 numbers are not working. I have talked to my lawyer friend for the remedy and compensation. He has suggested to file a case in Consumer Forum I still can not understand how a courier service can remain closed for 5 days. And if it was so why they continue to take bookings without any consideration for problem to others.

I have booked a courier (Consignment no-v[protected] from bangalore to kolkata on 14th october via dtdc plus which was promised service to deliver by 16, (Keeping 17th as buffer date) as i need it on urgent basis as it contains travel documents required for my international travel scheduled for 19th costing more than 30, 000 inr... But i haven't received it yet and when i am trying to reach below mentioned kolkata numbers, nobody is picking up calls and most of them show as busy... [protected], [protected], +[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected] i paid extra charges for a service which ensured delivery in 1-2 days, still didnt get any reaponse or courier from them... Also at the time of booking i was not informwd about this delay at all...

To all please start posting on twitter the complaint with sourav ganguly tagged to it as he is the brand ambassador for dtdc.

I send one consignment on 20th aug'18. From coimbatore to bangalore. I checked on 21st aug its updated as not delivered (Reschedule by receiver) but we didn't get any call from dtdc.
Again i checked on 22nd aug'18 that day also they updated same above.
On 23rd aug its updates as successfully delivered.
Still, we didn't get receive the parcel i checked with my friend.
I don't know without our knowledge how can they handover to someone. We both asked in call and also dropped mails. We didn't get proper response from bommasandra branch.

The consignment number z71591071 is not delivered so far. Please deliver the letter asap. I have posted the letter on 21 october 2018. I called the dtdc center where i have posted the letter. However they refused to help me. Rather they do not know how to behave properly to the customer. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. The letter is very important for me.

I was supposed to receive courier with tracking no. Z74139501 on my address i. E. D-150, 1st floor, saket - 10017. However, this courier has been shipped to mumbai according to the tracking details. The courier contains a sony playstation 4, purchased for rs. 18450.

This is a major disappointment. I had chosen dtdc because it was trustworthy. After multiple emails to dtdc, i have not received any response from them.

Please update me and send me my courier at the earliest.

It has been 2 weeks since the product was dispatched.

Do not expect such mishaps from a global courier company like dtdc.

If i do not get a response i will file a criminal complaint against dtdc.

Myself cgo kamal k aggarwal, defence officer of ima dehradun. An emergency courier was booked from kolkata on 01 oct 18 as it was extremely urgent for us. Dtdc told us that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but it took 11 days to deliver the item to senior general officer of the indian army. Consignment no was d45323030. Even we went to dtdc franchise office in cannaught place dehradun to know about the status of the courier and the response was not good as they tried to shirk the responsibility on their local premnagar sub office. Moreover, while tracking the article on net, the dtdc portal was showing half/incomplete information of 05 oct to 08 oct 18. Even dtdc premnagar dehradun office had fed wrong information stating their rep visited the addressee on 09 & 10 oct 18. However, no one visited our office at all. We again approached connaught place dehradun office on 11 oct 18 wherein the officials have given us the mob number of dtdc office premnagar dehradun where our rep collected the article finally on 11 oct 18. The response of the dtdc at dehradun & premnagar both were not satisfactory. It needs more responsible and matured staff to handle their valued customers. Hence, the authority of dtdc needs to take corrective action at these officials on immediate basis for irresponsibility in delivery of our article

The consignment containing my original degree certificates were sent from kolkata vide consignment number - v49448592. It reached me on the 3rd day in a torn condition. My original degree and marksheets were manhandled by the courier (I can furnish photographs of delivery). The delivery boy refused to take responsibility and asked me to lodge a complaint against the courier

My parcel with consignment number b58823805 was supposed to delivered as per given address on 15th oct 2018 instead delivery was attempted on 16th oct 2018. But the courier guy refused to deliver it to the said address. He refused it even after requesting him to do so, infact he even threatened to dispose off the parcel. It was study material for my friend for his exams fast approaching without which he will suffer significant lose.

A consignment valuing Rs.41, 900.00 was booked from Kolkata to Ministry of External Affairs, South Block, New Delhi on 14.09.2018 vide C.N. No. D46011468 and they charged a hefty amount of Rs. 65 per kg for the same as it is a ministry delivery.
But today even after a month it is still not delivered and DTDC is not even responding properly. First time delivery was attempted at a wrong address and there after they have put up false delivery attempts on their website. There is no records of vehicle entry at the Ministry at their given date and time.
I want them to either deliver the machine in good condition to the consignee with a apology letter or return the material to us with a compensation of order cancellation.
