Dtdc express limited,
This is draw attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with the reference no v49357102 date 21/09/2018 at your saket nagar office and your staff member assured to deliver the packet within 4 days. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date. But there has no satisfactory measurement. I hope you will make a serious notice of the complaint immediately.

I had ordered books from made easy institution and they had couriered them via dtdc services with the consignment number d45440150. People from the dtdc called me and asked me to collect the parcel from the main office (Chamarajpet), which was nearly 10kms away from the delivery address mentioned on the parcel. As the parcel weighed 19kgs, i had to pay extra for its transport which should have been done from the dtdc services.
The extended part of the same parcel was sent via dtdc again from made easy institution. This time they called me and asked to collect the parcel from another location (Gandhinagar) which was still more far away from the delivery address and costed me more than the previous time.
The whole point is, what is the use of paying these dtdc services if we had to collect the parcel ourselves? People who called me were so arrogant that they told me they will send the parcel back, if i don not collect it within a day or two by myself!!
I am very much fed up with the services. Felt it to be one of the worst services. I want a refund of money spent unnecessarily.

My consignment number is b59741677, and my package is not delivered at hailakandi district, assam-788151. From last six days, i clearly mention delivery address & pin code over leaf. It is very important documents for me i have to submit it in university, document submission last date is 23.10.2018.
It is showing the wrong destination pin code. My destination pin code is 788151 which i clearly mention. Receiver's address is 2 km away from hailakandi.. I talk to courier office dated 22.10.2018 they telling we will correction it but still now my consignment status is same. It is a very small mistake of them but it is related to my future & carrier if i am not able to submit this document in university in time i can't able to sit in exam & this is the last chance to clear my degree. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

I have an important and urgent courier to be received at pincode of 600020. By mistake, the pin code was given by the sender as 600017. Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is m68027304. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced. Let me know if anything else is required. I tried contacting dtdc but they were very rude and unwilling to help me. They said they will return the package...

Hello, neeraj tapadiya here. I have made a dispatch from mumbai on 15th oct'18 to sagar m. P. It has been reached to dtdc sagar facility on 18th oct'18. But till today haven't received. And those stupid people haven't picked the call. My friend has tried to call them but no response. Their contact number is "[protected]". Close this facility in sagar and give it to anyone. That product was for someones b'day which was on 20th. Stupid duffer peoples. I need compensation, deliver my order and give me money also

I have done a courier from pune to jabalpur on 19 oct 2018 using thier so called premium green service for fast delivery as i need to deliver this parcel by 22 oct 2018, nd at the store they told me that it will reach by 22 oct... Bt today it is 23 five days have been passed nd still it is not delivered, plus they charged me for fast green seevice bt my product is still not delivered, r they making fool of customers.. I will make sure that i will complain to consumer court.

The status of my package sent on 18th oct is not yet delivered nor the status is updated online after 18th oct. It has been 5 days now and this is damn serious and urgent. This was supposed to get delivered in urgent. It is not for the late delivery that a person chooses dtdc over other courier services.

I have a wedding and the contents of the package have to be wore in a function.

I made a courier to nisa, hakimpet, hyderabad, telangana, 500078 on 6 august 2018... My delivery date was 30 august but my courier is yet to be delivered... On further tracking it i got know that they have send it on the wrong pin code ; 500001... I have visit the nearest dtdc centre but they are not responding to my complaint and on asking my delivery receipt.. I am not getting it... I have my personnel original document in the packet... And i want it to be delivered it on the correct address or i want it back to me... Kindly response me as soon as possible or else i will go to the consumer court...

DTDC promised to deliver the courier before 5pm on 22/10/2018. it was a very urgent document to be delivered on time. However, the status is showing 'Receiver not available (cir)' where as the staff was available. I tried calling DTDC customer care but no body picks up the phone. My mobile number and mobile number of the receiver are written on the envelop, the delivery person did not call to verify. Extremely disappointed at the DTDC service.

My wife shafali agarwal sent one courier to denver usa on 13/10/2018 and the total tentative weight was 23 kg and dtdc dwarka sector 5 branch told us the rate 600 per kg.

At the time of dispatching the actual weight came around 17 kg and volume was 19 kg. Now the courier franchise manager is not returning the money citing various excuses. Please resolve this issue asap.

Consignment number k15408531 is dispatched from bhagalpur on 10th oct to nagamangala city of mandya district in karnataka. Till date it's showing as reached hassan city and delivery is delayed since customer requested for other day for delivery. Customer has not received any call from dtdc for delivery. They package has reached wrong address. It should be sent to nagamangla of mandya district. Nobody is responding at dtdc office. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have mentioned the contact numbers clearly below for further contact. Kindly oblige.

My name is k. Satya sree and have booked a consignment containing powered food at dtdc express ltd., p. M. Palem, visakhapatnam to hyderabad vide docket no. D 44014724 on 11.10.18.
As on date the above consignment has not been delivered at hyderabad.
Dtdc local office people at p. M. Palem are unable to give us the status of the consignment and even your website for tracking the consignment also shows that the consignment is still in transit.
There is an abnormal delay in delivery and the status is still unknown.
Please arrange to do the needful and see that the consignment is delivered before 23.10.18 since the contents of the consignment are meant to be sent to australia on 23.10.18.
Your early action is requested under advise to me.

We have booked a parcel from delhi to baripada on 23.07.2018 with consignment no. Z62512167, it is observed that neither the consignment has been delivered to the consignee nor returned back to the consignor. Consignor name - damayanti majhi, mobile no.[protected], consinee's name - pad mini prava majhi, mobile no.[protected] (Presently residing at satyanagar, bhubaneswar)

Awb : d45757425 booked on 12th oct yet not delivered and today we are on 20th october.

We are trying to call patna office ([protected]) but no one is taking calls nor dhanbad number ([protected]) anyone is taking call.

This is just pathetic experience, where customer is left clueless and on the mercy of dtdc.

Very worst courier service experience.

Kindly look in to the same and deliver it today or anyhow tomorrow (Sunday, 21.10.18) as it is urgent and person is leaving from dhanbad on monday (22.10.18) morning.

If it is not delivered latest by tomorrow then it will be all waste. I am sitting on the booking office (Panvel, khanda colony) since afternoon but they are also not able to give any feedback.

Tracking no m70941821, is showing received at kolkata hub since 12th october but not yet reached the destination. Could you please track with tracking no and let me know the status that why it is still not yet reached. Destination pincode is 711101. This is urgent now to be reached. Please respond asap. My friend brought one makeup kit from dubai which cost around 5k which he then sent by dtdc courier from bhopal to pune.
The status of the parcel was not updated since 15 oct 2018 and today (19 oct) i have received my parcel.
The makeup kit which i have received is completely broken.
I don't know how they have done the movement of this.
All the products which is inside a metallic box are damaged and the metallic box is itself completely damaged.
Sent mail regarding to dtdc but haven't received any response from them.

My son abhishek singh books have been booked from delhi on 11 oct 18 vide dtdc consignment no d44172659 but after a laps of 8 days not yet received by me at bangalore. It has been observed by me that dtdc service of domlur, bangalore is very poor. Consignment received at domlur on 16 oct but not yet delivered.
Please do the needful for delivery with out further delay. Book is urgently required. J

Ull say that 24x7 ull give services but where is the service?? I have ordered cloth from online its takes hardly 2 to 3 days in courier service but today is 19 i didnt got my product. I[censored]r staff members are in holiday ull shud do the delivery procedure before.. Last status was for 16oct... N dat day would be 4 days... I talk to ur customer care expert she told me u can go pick up ur product by own but now when i am calling ur phone z continuously busy going
