I called more than 30 times to customer care and dtdc guy. They didn't respond. Everywhere i complained but no one responded. Such an irresponsible service. Now i decided to move in consumer court. I will wait for tomorrow. It is a very important document as it contains hospital document. So this is enough....

I bought a cloth for my 5-month child and couriered it through DTDC on 18th September 2018.
After 10 days status on DTDC tracking page was shown delivered, but we did not receive it.

On 29th September...

My shipment was not delivered. Even they did not attempt for delivery though i provided correct address with two correct phone numbers. Instead they updated in tracking tool receiver was not at home. Receiver was there at home all throughout the week. There was no attempt of delivery. Simply updated the status. I would think twice next time before using the service of dtdc. So much unprofessional irresponsible courier. Very very bad service...

My courier no. Is h10376259. It is being forwarded from guwahati to silchar in 25 sep. Till now i didnot receive my parcel. I tried calling, mailed them but they didnot respond. It contains very important documents. Pleas i beg you to fix the issue. I called to silchar dtdc. They told till jow they didnot receive it. I called guwahati dtdc but they didnot respond it. It is such an irresponsive courier service i couldnot believe it. Please...

As the package already arrived at dhanbad dtdc branch on 24 september, but nobody contacted me yet, after passing of 8 days from the date of delivery, dtdc dhanbad branch keeping mum, they are really ruining my future, how eagerly i am waiting for the book and, and exam. Veryyyy poor service. Noone is caring about the courier after paying also so much money. After calling number of times to dtdc courier center, they are also not bothering much. I want to send it very urgently thats the reason i had chosens this service but it was inven in beliving dtdc. Its my kind request to evryone who want to send their documnets to respective university, please use any other service than dtdc....

This is to inform you that the two parcels which i received was torn and sarees was torn also. One with id number z40092486 and another z40032374. Parcel should be handled with care. The cloth was in a very bad condition. The cover was damaged.in future if this continues it will be difficult to send parcels through ur service. Hope u take this into account. And take a immediate action...

I placed a book of biochemistry for medical student from amazon in, and already paid the amount online, date of order 8 september 2018, dispatch date 18 september, and delivery date 24 september, through dtdc courier services from mumbai to dhanbad, and on contacting the seller, they informed me book arrived at dhanbad on 24 september, but nobody from dtdc courier services contacted me, not delivered the book, same type of activity dtdc courier...

But, due to your irresponsibility and mistake which done at your end regarding wrong Pin entered 177001 from your side instead of 177201, still Medicine packet NOT delivered after paying you MONEY.

I ordered an item from ayurveda cart. They dispatched item through dtdc courier on 19 sep 18. The shipment tracking number was z73296634. When i tracked the item on dtdc site it shows the item was delivered on 25 sep 18, though i have not received the delivery physically, after making enquiry through the ayurveda cart about delivery they checked and said the item was delivered and signed by individual as they confirmed from dtdc. I sent a courier through dtdc on 26.09.2018. The tracking status is showing that it has been delivered at shivajinagar, pune where it should not be. It's a wrong place where it is showing delivered. My cinsignment number is k15611276

It is very disgusting to express about dtdc courier service which i never expected n irresponsible response their staff @ kurnool main branch. I have booked one cover from knl to razole, east godavari dist., vide their no. H83574626/26.09.18 through dtdc. While booking cover their staff had confirmed to deliver on 29.09.18. They have not delivered....
