I booked a parcel from udaipur on 3rd oct 2018 to be sent to my daiughter at universal business school situated at gaurkamat, vadap kushivili. P. O. - karjat, dist raigad of maharashtra state pin - 410201.

All the charges inr 480/- were paid at udaipur to the booking person ayaz vide pod no. Z72421890.
The parcel was delivered at the destination on 8th oct 2018. The courier person demanded a cash rs 100/- to be paid to him unless he will send back the parcel to the origin. My daughter had to pay the demanded money and taken the parcel.

Similar incident took place in last month also where he had demanded and taken rs 150 from my daughter threatening in same way if not paid the money then i will return back the parcel to its origin.

Trusting on dtdc i have again and again sent the parcels through your company but it is being additionally charged at the destination. This is ridiculous and very unfair on the part of such a reputed organisation called dtdc.

I request you to kindly look into the matter returning me my 250 rupees back and stopping such kind of malpractices taking place in future.

This is regarding the consignment no : k15579612 that is left from siliguri from 04 th october 2018. I was told that it will reach to me within 4 to 5 working days, but to my surprise it has not reached to me yet. After the several time reminders my complain is not solved and the matter is becoming wordt day by day regarding my consignment. I am also trying yo reach you out over phone and over mail but there is no response i am getting from your side.

If this is a condition then i would never think about dtdc courier.

Please help me out from this serious issue this time only further i would never never chose dtdc.

Item was shipped by DTDC courier on 27Aug 2018.Since then I've been waiting for my consignment.The tracking ID is also showing ambiguous result now. Nobody from the courier company is picking up the phone. In this situation I feel helpless and cheated. Hence I am logging a complaint against this to you so that I can get my consignment or my money back at the earliest.I am attaching the tracking ID photo along with this mail for your reference.

Hello, i have sent a shipment from hyderabad to bangalore on 6th october 2018. It was out for delivery on the 8th afternoon and at night after 11 pm the status updated as delivered. However, the package was not delivered to the recipient. The recipient address, phone number, and my address & phone numbers were clear. I am in shock how come they messed up this. Since then i was in touch with their customer support, hyd & bangalore offices, their retail manager. However, received no help until now. I need my shipment and answers where it is. D45156826

Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya sent my transcripts to Canada WES through DTDC. They gave me tracking id N98311511 however this number is not traceable by any mean. I am attaching a receipt of DTDC provided to me by MGU. Please advise the status of this package as my process has been delayed due to negligence shown by DTDC.

I did send my couriers via air and they charged hefty amount for it. I was told i will receive it within 3-4 days but it has been 10 days and i still haven’t received my parcels. To hell with a company like this. I wanted it urgently because i had my exhibition. Now the exhibition is also over and i haven’t received my courier. So much money has been wasted now you have to compensate for this. Serious action will be taken against your franchise and your company as well. I sent courier from jaipur - gangtok. The franchise is of dtdc - space cinema jaipur.

I am sorry to say that am fed up with the attitude of the owner of raj courier service - maa sharda tower -77-b block

I couriered one parcel to chandigarh from sri ganganagar dated-17th sept. Unfortunately during the delivery, somebody opened
My parcel and took off branded tommy gents shirt (New) and kept the torn old gents shirt.

Now since than i am trying to figure out my original parcel and every time the owner gives excuses and tells me he will
Tell me tom, or wait for two days.
Now he has new excuse. He says he had sent his staff member to get details,, is he trying to fool us, since 5 days hes saying that
And now says during this whole process his expenses are adding.. Whose so fool to send a guy under inception on his personal expenses.. Rather he
Would settle down the problem by paying off my loss, rather than adding expenses.

I also wrote a complaint letter under your website, but even that didnt respond.

I would like you to take strict action against the owner as he's destroying the reputed company's name - dtdc.
We are losing hopes from dtdc as well.
Next month am starting my online business, where i need to get in touch with courier company. But such defaulters are
Just not accepted. Owner doesnot attend my call, nor do he listens on the call even if he picks. Everytime he says not to complain, hes' a defaulter.
Rather my friend also suffered from his business. Even her parcel was lost.

My parcel no is a42120298 not yet received while check in online tracking it showing already deliverd and i have checked through sms tracking also in this it was received by asin. How is done we are not yet received with out confirmation & phone call also not done before delivery time and after. Let me know what is the reason. And we are follw up near dtdc courier person they also told us it was delivered on 29.09.2018. Please check and take action as early as possible.

In spite of the residents staying in the given address, the courier number K14927206 has failed to deliver as checked in the online tracking. Kindly call the receiver of the parcel to enquire. The receiver didn't receive any call from the delivery incharge. The receiver's address is:

Respected sir (Urgent attention)

This is regarding the consignment no : k12502618 that is left from cuttuck from 12th september 2018. I was told that it will reach to me within 4 to 5 working days, but to my surprise it has not reached to me yet. For the same complaint is forwarded first complaint on 29 sept, second on 27 sept, third on 28 sept and the last on 3rd of october. The complaint no is :12572441. After the several time reminders my complain is not solved and the matter is becoming wordt day by day regarding my consignment.
If this is a condition then i think dtdc is breaking a trust of a customer. Please reply me in this regard so that i can get my consignment.

Will wait for your reply for couple of days. If not solve soon i will have to take a pain to forward the complaint to consumer court.

We sent the package on 13 sep 2018 from dtdc tirunelveli (Ktc nagar) the package was not delivered at the sent location. They have not informed anything about it until we contacted them. There was no proper response from either customer care or the local service persons. On 8th oct 2018 we got the package back after continuously following up with them. The package was completely damaged - it was wet and attacked by rats. The clothing inside it is beyond any use & nothing is left of the food items. This is only because of the complete negligence of the dtdc management. We have decided to file a complaint at the consumer court.

Now he asking my credit card details for payment, i request them for invite me in there office but they disconnect the call.

Please advise me how can i receive my packet from dtdc courier company.

DTDC Visakhapatnam — I lost my phone

I have lost my mobile phone worth Rs. 25, 990 (VIVO V11 PRO) through your courier service. I have sent this packet on 29th September 2018 from Visakhapatnam to Dehradun with Consignment Number: D44008699 as a gift and also got it insured worth Rs. 10, 000. The packed reached the receiver today[protected] at 5:45 Pm and it was delivered empty. I shall take every necessary action against this company if i'm not refunded the entire amount of Rs. 35, 990 plus 1000/- courier charges at the earliest.

The courier service was availed at Visakhapatnam DTDC with Pin code 530014 in the name of Pranjal Kanderi and the courier charges were Rs. 1000. The receiver was Mr. Utkarsh Kanderi and this incident has caused utmost inconvenience to the parties and we are hoping to have an immediate remedial action from the forum. Keeping the belief in the system and looking forward to a response.

I would like to inform you that your franchise with ps international at lucknow near sgpgi, is not properly been utilized infact it is in wrong hands. I have been using the dtdc services for official as well as personal purpose since a long time, but i have never ever faced such a rude behavior of dtdc staff from any branch in any city until now.

The only girl sitting in this store is not interested in customer satisfaction or bringing the business to this organisation i suppose that courier service company provides the services with utmost care in delivering the parcel. But she clearly said to me that we are not responsible for same delivery of this parcel. I guess one should provide solution rather than just neglecting and cutting of her way. If courier services are not responsible then who is responsible for safe delivery just tell me this. She started yelling at me as if she is the only one who can deliver my parcel and its her courtesy to deliver my goods.

I would really ask you to look into this matter. As your regular customer i still wants to continue the dtdc services but with not such kind of behavior.

I had ordered on 6th october. And i got a message on 8th october that my order has been shipped. But after tracking my order it's just showing that "data not available". Please help me out. I have to get this order.

I have booked my consignment from dtdc delhi office on 3rd oct 18 and they have promised to deliver it to the destination (Lucknow) within 2-3 business days.. Now as of today 6 days have passed and still package is not delivered, when tracking online it shows out for delivery at once and area non servicable ultimately, it has repeated twice and i m higly unsatisfied frm the service of such reputed private courier service provider. My documents contain a job application consignment nb. V49140969, was sent through dtdc courier, burnpur booked on urgent basis on 5th october 2018 to reach bangalore by 6th october. It was deliberately sent to kothrud, pune from asansol then from pune to kolkata, then hyderabad then to destination. I have been constantly enquiring but the personnel assured that it has been sent to kolkata directly. They didn’t take any action at once thinking that i am receiving wrong tracking details. It’s their mistake that my application couldn’t reach on time and i lost an opportunity. Never rely on them. Moreover in burnpur, courier office remains closed from 1-5pm. If you book after that, your post will be delayed by 2days.

Consignment booked vide consignment no. M69591594 on[protected] morning at dtdc thakur complex, mumbai-400101 office for mulshi road, bhugaon, pune. Till 11.17 am of[protected], it is undelivered. Reasons given by booking offices: i.) miss-routing, ii.) shortage of delivery boys, iii.) non-cooperation of pune dtdc offices, iv) fight for jurisdiction between dtdc pimpri and dtdc pune offices, v.) wrong pin code provided (Informed vide email by thakur complex office of dtdc).
A responsible courier service provider will never make such excuses.
