DTDC Visakhapatnam — I lost my phone

I have lost my mobile phone worth Rs. 25, 990 (VIVO V11 PRO) through your courier service. I have sent this packet on 29th September 2018 from Visakhapatnam to Dehradun with Consignment Number: D44008699 as a gift and also got it insured worth Rs. 10, 000. The packed reached the receiver today[protected] at 5:45 Pm and it was delivered empty. I shall take every necessary action against this company if i'm not refunded the entire amount of Rs. 35, 990 plus 1000/- courier charges at the earliest.

The courier service was availed at Visakhapatnam DTDC with Pin code 530014 in the name of Pranjal Kanderi and the courier charges were Rs. 1000. The receiver was Mr. Utkarsh Kanderi and this incident has caused utmost inconvenience to the parties and we are hoping to have an immediate remedial action from the forum. Keeping the belief in the system and looking forward to a response.

I would like to inform you that your franchise with ps international at lucknow near sgpgi, is not properly been utilized infact it is in wrong hands. I have been using the dtdc services for official as well as personal purpose since a long time, but i have never ever faced such a rude behavior of dtdc staff from any branch in any city until now.

The only girl sitting in this store is not interested in customer satisfaction or bringing the business to this organisation i suppose that courier service company provides the services with utmost care in delivering the parcel. But she clearly said to me that we are not responsible for same delivery of this parcel. I guess one should provide solution rather than just neglecting and cutting of her way. If courier services are not responsible then who is responsible for safe delivery just tell me this. She started yelling at me as if she is the only one who can deliver my parcel and its her courtesy to deliver my goods.

I would really ask you to look into this matter. As your regular customer i still wants to continue the dtdc services but with not such kind of behavior.

I had ordered on 6th october. And i got a message on 8th october that my order has been shipped. But after tracking my order it's just showing that "data not available". Please help me out. I have to get this order.

I have booked my consignment from dtdc delhi office on 3rd oct 18 and they have promised to deliver it to the destination (Lucknow) within 2-3 business days.. Now as of today 6 days have passed and still package is not delivered, when tracking online it shows out for delivery at once and area non servicable ultimately, it has repeated twice and i m higly unsatisfied frm the service of such reputed private courier service provider. My documents contain a job application consignment nb. V49140969, was sent through dtdc courier, burnpur booked on urgent basis on 5th october 2018 to reach bangalore by 6th october. It was deliberately sent to kothrud, pune from asansol then from pune to kolkata, then hyderabad then to destination. I have been constantly enquiring but the personnel assured that it has been sent to kolkata directly. They didn’t take any action at once thinking that i am receiving wrong tracking details. It’s their mistake that my application couldn’t reach on time and i lost an opportunity. Never rely on them. Moreover in burnpur, courier office remains closed from 1-5pm. If you book after that, your post will be delayed by 2days.

Consignment booked vide consignment no. M69591594 on[protected] morning at dtdc thakur complex, mumbai-400101 office for mulshi road, bhugaon, pune. Till 11.17 am of[protected], it is undelivered. Reasons given by booking offices: i.) miss-routing, ii.) shortage of delivery boys, iii.) non-cooperation of pune dtdc offices, iv) fight for jurisdiction between dtdc pimpri and dtdc pune offices, v.) wrong pin code provided (Informed vide email by thakur complex office of dtdc).
A responsible courier service provider will never make such excuses.

I had sent a mobile phone with accessories from ludhiana to barielly consignment no. V48804356 on 30/10/2018. The parcel was not directly delivered to the reciever. It was left in the institution office where the reciever works. Neither the reciever was informed about the arrival of courier on phone. The institution office informed the reciever about the parcel. When the parcel was opened the charger and earphones were missing from the parcel.

Tracked the shipment it shows out for delivery - failed to attempt. On the 4th day they update it saying reciever not available. When clearly no one came. I did not recieve any phone call, no door bell, no information of any one coming. This is harrassment.

I even signed up for e-notify and filled up inquiry form too. Where i gave my phone number and email id.

The person i paid and bought the item from is least bothered about the matter. There isnt much one can do anyway. Since it's dtdc's job now.

Hi i'm writing this email with great disappointment. I have never experienced such a worst service till now. I have booked a product from pepper fry.com and today afternoon i received a call from ur courier guy regarding the delivery. I have informed him that i'm in office and my parents are at home. I have asked him to deliver the product. He said he is unable to trace the address. I said i will send the person in 2 mins i have asked him to wait for 2mins. He started shouting on me and started using abusive language and very rude.
This is not the kind of service we expect from a reputed company like dtdc. You people are spoiling your own image.
Are you expecting us to be at home 24*7 to collect the parcel??? When i called him next time he asked me to come to the office and collect the courier.
Why should i come and collect if you cannot deliver it to the customers place then shut down your service.
I have called on the number which i have received from your end regarding the same issue. She said she is from 3rd party to dtdc and she is from dotzot

We sent a parcel to kolkata on 28.09.2018 from pahar ganj, new delhi your docket no. Is d46145155. But the parcel is not yet delivered to the addressee it is such an important parcel and our customer reached your kolkata office your people are not aware about this parcel and not able to trace.

Please treat this as most urgent.

This is in regards to n20338108. Though the parcel was delivered to the destination but in between courier service people took out items from the box. That was really very disappointing. How can anyone take out someones's personal item opening the box. Experienced a bad service and not all trust worthy. And when i am calling to check up, no one is coming up and not ready to return it back.

I have sent a packet through dtdc on 29th sept 2018 while using the dtdc plus service but still (05th oct 2018) the receiver didn't receive the packet. Packet reached to the city on 01st oct 2018. The nearest center of dtdc is just around 4km away from my home. Even they didn't try to deliver the packet in spite of that they update with "receiver refused delivery". I have been following up with the dtdc since 3rd oct 2018 but not get any positive response. Receiver is my dad and he is a senior citizen and can't go to the dtdc office to collect the packet.
Although the person seated to that center of dtdc was quite arrogant and refused to deliver the packet. The way he talks reflects that he is not caring about the services, it is not his responsibilities to deliver the packet.
Customer care is also very slow.
Please resolve the issue asap otherwise i have to pick some different option (I will go with consumer forum).

I have booked a urgent consignment which having some medicine, on the date of 25/09/18 by dtdc courier located at Nangloi chowk, Delhi. But consignment didn't delevered at destination in 10 days. It's showing wrong destination pincode in online tracking. Many times complaint registered in dtdc customer care & online complaint registered but consignment didn't delevered till now. Very very poor & bad services provided by DTDC COURIERS.

I had sent a parcel quite a few days ago and was informed that it will be sent in 4 to 5 days min from delhi to bangalore. While i, accept that the delivery days maybe off, what upset me the most was the garbage customer service. No replies to emails or calls. Even after repeated complaints nothing. The online tracking was way worse, putting in fake updates like "address ok but no such person" when in fact the consignee was home all day. We received no call for confirmation of before mentioned update they put on. The package is late by a few days and still has to reach. Very bad service and very disappointed. I know that i won't be using dtdc and neither should anybody else. Trash company with trash service.

We m/s. Pragathi broiler farms, chennai - 600106, had issued a cheque (No. 005775 dt: 27/09/2018) against invoice no. Gst/533, of m/s. Manjunatha agencies, bangalore - 560064, for an amount of rs. 79800/-. And couriered it through dtdc docket no. C84886723.

On 28th its found an amount of rs. 99500/- cash has been withdrawn using the same cheque and tracker shows out for delivery.

Enquiry with the bank says that the cheque has been forged and encashed by one sharath kumar, from hdfc bank, mathikere branch, bangalore, using his voterid as proof.

Kindly help to recover the money rs. 99500/- and punish the culprit.

From my company office-kadapa, courier was taken on 1st Oct'18, but booking date showing 2nd oct'18-destination expected given by kadapa branch 3rd at madhugiri office.we have take up inquiry on system but tracking showing kadapa only.branch has confirmed that courier will reach to Bangalore on 3rd evening and at madhugiri 4th morning.we have checked with madhugiri DTDC branch on 11 pm on 4th morning but it was not received, tracking showing still at cuddapah destination only.i have tried Bangalore customer care[protected]wasted more then 1 hour over the phone, every time hold more then 15-20 min, call not allotted to any executive.even i have raised tracking inquiry but no response received.

Attached scree capture showing tracking details on 4th oct' -4:33 pm, still not updated then booking.after continues followup at branch they confirmed that it is at Hyderabad on 4th upto eveninng.

After promising good service & declaring time tracking & good customer service, in this case i found neither as they promised & nor they take any responsibility for any delay.

There not giving delivery i thought i it will reach 5 to 6 days i did payed for it then also it is doing it every time it happens every time they say today, today, today but their today never comes it is doing it of it did not deliver today i will never ever deliver something from dtdc courier services if we speak to them much they shout or say we are not doing

I called more than 30 times to customer care and dtdc guy. They didn't respond. Everywhere i complained but no one responded. Such an irresponsible service. Now i decided to move in consumer court. I will wait for tomorrow. It is a very important document as it contains hospital document. So this is enough.
