This is vishnu priya from hyderabad. My parents sent me courier with consignment number h82683837 from rajahmundry on 8th sept 2018 it has been nearly 10days but i didnt received yet and also the status is showing misroute on sept 18th at hyd hub. None of your customer service executive is in contact with me and there is a rude response from your executive when i contacted them they gave several contact number in which none of them responded well.
Registred compliant no: 12471058.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because the parcel contains medicine which is very important to me.

My consignment has arrived today with customs bill which was not intimated to me at the time of payment.

Moreover the content of consignment has arrived in poor condition.
I had packed my consignment very carefully and in organised manner but when i received it, it was packed like rubbish in garbage bin.

All my clean clothes require dry cleaning now. My shoes were taken out of poly bags and dumped with clothes.

Even after paying such a huge amount, the package handling is very bad.
I am highly disappointed with the services, will not avail it in future.
Also will advise the same to my family and friends.

My courier number# d45709748. I had couriered on 8th sep'18 from pune and destination was bangalore. From 11th sep'18 morning 7:07am, the shipment is stuck at madiwala, bangalore. I was told that delivery will be done by 14th sep'18 maximum. But till date i dont see any progress in the delivery status. Bangalore madiwala office number is always busy and no contact could be made. People in dtdc office pune always tell me to call after 1-2hr so that they can tell me the status but till date they are incapable of doing that. I have paid 1000 rs for the courier and now i feel utterly disappointed.

I had sent a package using dtdc courier service on 12/09/2018. My consignment number is m69377762. It was a 2 days delivery but the package hasn't been delivered as of today i. E 17/09/2018. Also online tracking shows that the parcel was scheduled for delivery twice but was not delivered because of some mis route. Also online tracking shows the wrong pincode than what i had put in the address provided during booking the package. The booking office and the receiving office weren't of any help and were shifting the blame to one another. Even the customer care number was a bust as i tried calling 2-3 times and was made to wait for 5-6 mins each time because o[censored]navailability of executive. The package contains some important documents

As per the mentioned subject i would like to bring to your notice that the shipment no. M70329586 has not been delivered to the said address. Whereas your tracking sheet says gift box delivered on 13 september 2018.

Request you to look into the matter at the earliest and resolve it.

A consignment c84849474 booked from chennai to bhopal on 7/9/18 has not been delivered to the consignee. The tracking shows that it is still at chennai hub. The customer care nos. Of dtdc are all non functional. Pl ensure delivery under intimation to the senderthere is no response from the courier company in spite of registration of the complaint. The complaint no. Is12473731.

I have purchased from adda247 store two books online which are not yet delivered to me by dtdc. The tracking numbers for two books are z[protected]Adda store order id: #cp2321641) and z[protected]Adda247 store order id : #cp2321695).

Both the tracking numbers are showing 'successfully delivered' in dtdc website. But i have not yet received the above mentioned items. How can the status show as 'successfully delivered' in the dtdc website as i (Soumik das) have never received the above mentioned items from dtdc.

The receiver's name is showing as only 's' in the dtdc website. But no relationship, phone number, email address is not mentioned in dtdc website.

How can the receiver's name show as only 's' and why is there no other information of other details (Relationship, phone number, email address) in the dtdc website?

I have never received a single phone call from dtdc. Most courier/delivery companies call the the concerned person before delivering items.

Why is dtdc so irresponsible? How can they write 'successfully delivered' in delivery status column?

I called your hyd agent on[protected]. They replied that the item is held in hyd because of the particular branch closed. Then it should be returned or to be informed to either receiver or sender.

I have sent a courier to trichy 620 011 on 10.09.18. Before booking the courier i have asked the agent also regarding the service is available in the above pin code and they said service is available. But now the receiver get call from dtdc courier agent in karumandabam, trichy. We don't have service in the above said pin code. So kindly come and collect the courier in the karumandabam office. Patient Examination Table booked on 29 August from Kanpur bearing AWB no:- D45039516 which arrived at Jodhpur office on 11th September(Tuesday), 3 days ago which has NOT been delivered at the given address of Plot 231, Parasram Bhawan, Narpat Nagar, Pal Road, Jodhpur-342008 merely 2 KM's from DTDC base office in Jodhpur at ITI circle, Basni Industrial area.
2 days ago the delivery boy from DTDC showed up at 3 pm on 11th September, and asked the delivery receipt to be signed and he refused to keep the Patient Examination Table 6 x 3 feets covered in a wooden cask at clinic inspite of several requests they were 3 persons and our domestic help and was adamant to Keep it only in our car drive way and channel gate.
The delivery boy Mr Om Giri even conversed in a very rough language and took away the table and challenging that nothing would happen and asked my wife and mother (senior citizen) to come to office and or complain at office.
It is 2 days that inspite of several requests and reminders and also personally visited by me twice to their office and lodging a complain to Manager in charge Mr Pushpender and.Mr Rajesh (second in command).
I Emphasize that such elements which mis behave with the customers and take them for a ride mush be punished and also financial burden must be levied as punishment.
Pl resolve this ASAP.

I had booked a courier to raebareily 229305 pincode on 11 september 2018... But on 14 september onwards it was not moved from kanpur. I want to delivery this product at any cost on 14 september 2018... My consignee number is z72533673.
It is too important for me... I want to raise my voice over dtdc... Please take effective step within 2 hour... Niether i will take other option to do this delivery.

I would like to make a complaint about the delay of delivery of the materials that send from H.O in this month[protected] so far not received and also they are not delivering at home aswell, This has not only happened for this time itself but there was also delay in many of previous deliveries.this courier (A[protected] were reached in calicut DTDC main branch (Kerala)by 5-9-2018, and then they have misrouted the courier to another DTDC depo without checking the proper address of mine . Please see the attached status of the courier

I have already told this fact to DTDC Calicut delivery manager but yet there is a problem of delay in delivery .The fact is he is not at all behaving like a responsible incharge . Due to delay in the delivery, our distribution of materials/ cheques to hospitals are also getting delayed .my DTDC docket number is A41762436 and another one more courier is lying in the same office except this courier .

I hope that after this complaint you will take necessary action in this regard

Dtdc courier wrong address delivered

I have not received the courier even after a week and the tracking says its delivered to a wrong address in blr company bharuch where as the original delivery address was g-3, sarvam residency, nilkanth nagar, gnfc by pass road, bharuch... The tracking id is a41926409. Its a important original document document. Its almost 12 days now...

But i did't get any courier from dtdc (Nikol-ahmedabad).

I have attached the courier receipt & received challan with signature copy herewith. Please resolve it at the earliest.

I have complaint before 8 days in dtdc but no reply from dtdc.

It is very bad to say that i was booked a parcel with cons. No. D36706122 on dt.05.09.2018 and they charged us rs.825/-. But this is very unfortunate to say that when pursue the same and contact with your customer care guwahati and i came to knew that this material was sent by roadways. That's why it is late to recive. Why you send by road after i paid lot of money for only 4.5 kg of wt. You all know that why people choose your courier because of fast delivery. But it is not satisfactory service by you that still i didn't get my parcel.
My question is that
-we send this material on courier for quick receiveing
-we paid lot of money for small thing because we need the material very urgent.
- i am thinking that you deceive me and cheating us.
- why you send the material by road instead of on air.
Please clearify me. If you answer quickly and solve my problem than i will be satisfy otherwise i will never send any more parcel in you courier. May be you think that if one go what happened i have lot of customer but sir, we saw so many companies that if they have this type of mentality they were no more survivors.

Today i am compelled to complain regarding intensily late delivery of dak (Rakhi) on very special day rakshabandhan (26.08.2018) instead of our conversation and very special request with your representative at faizabad branch mobile no [protected] who also noted my location and address but very unfortunate for me to not receiving rakhi on same day which delivered me today ie27.08.2018. I am a senior citizen and requested for timely delivery of rakhi to me but your representative instructed me to visit his office to take delivery otherwise it will be delivered by him at his convinience. The matter is very emotional and sentimentally i am bound to esclate the matter at higher level if not resolved earliest.

by the area person assigned is prakash, when i called the concerned area person he 1st told he delivered and now when asked questions he is telling he didn't deliver the parcel, some one else has done ad he told he will get the DRS since 2 days he is not responding. the tracking id C84823251. I need to know to the courier is delivered.

03 nos of service books in respect of govt officers have been handed over to dtdc office mundra vide receipt no A40658715 & A40658724 on dated 21/04/2018 for send to DIG CIS[censored]nit CGBS Mahipalpur New Delhi. But the consignments are still pending with DTDC service. Hence it is kindly request this matter investigate deeply and intimate to me accordingly.

In this connection it is also intimate that the consignments are very important for us, because 03 service books records of the Govt. officers of CISF department in the packets.

I have couriered important papers on 30 august 2018 from dtdc courier service and till today 8 sept 2018, there is no response from anywhere.

I am continuously calling the numbers provided by people from where i posted but concerned are not picking calls.

Highly irresponsible behavior. After this case trust from dtdc has gone. I need some strong action to be taken and compensation to be given to me for all harm you have done to me.

My consignment number is b56317143, and my package is not delivered at korangrapady udupi. From last four days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 6 km away from udupi sorting office, and 4 days have been passed since it arrived at udupi sorting office. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, that is invalid number. Provided one more number, that is not reachable. Dtdc customer care just for formality took complaint, but no proper response from them. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.
