It’s been 2 weeks since my package of books was sent through the courier by Allen Institute to me, but it still hasn’t reached me. Infact it is still on its transit from Delhi hub . Don’t know when it will at least reach Cochin hub and then to Trivandrum. Worst courier service . Professional couriers actually does the same service quicker . Courier was booked on 06.07.2018 from D.H. Road branch. It was supposed to be delivered on 07.07.2018, but the office was closed since saturday and sundays are week off. Tuesday i.e 10.07.2018 i got a call from the office, where it was supposed to be delivered, saying that they have not yet received any courier. but when we did the tracking it was showing that the courier was delivered on saturday. I have to receive a courier from Mangalore which has been shipped on Saturday. The tracking is M52169835. The tracking reflects as 'no data available'. Could you please sort this out. If I try sms tracking, it says the tracking number is invalid. Since Mangalore has not been normal due to continuous rains, I don't know if the courier is not available...kindly let me know......

My Courier docket no z64427945 is returned due MB no not mentioned in address. If I have to sent any letter to PM of India then how can I arrange MB of PM? I have never expected this kind of poor service from DTDC. Its been 10 days I sent the courier from Bangalore to Ludhiana .
After calling DTDC number of times, I came to know that its stuck in Delhi from last 8 days. No one knows the reason. I wanted that parcel to reach ASAP. I raised a request through email also but no revert. Whenever I call Delhi helpline, they have no information about my parcel....

I booked a packet from meerut by DTDC Carrier at 04.07.2018 for sent to Basti (U.P.). The consignment no. is Z67388328. But when i track it show it has delivered.The packet has been sent more than one week. Customer care are not picking up the phone. For this reason, I have become mentally disturbed. Get my packet to its Destination as soon as possible.

Very pathetic condition of service as they did not try to reach my address and returned the parcel back to my friend and in second case they called me and asked me to collect from a location 30 km awayfrom my address. Very non ethical and poor service ever experienced and they argued to me saying that the parcel will b sent back if i fail to collect from the place they told me .. Its 30 kms away from my house address i mentioned in the amazon...

My consignment with AWB No- D44482299 containing Mi TV 43 inch was damaged when I received it. The LED panel was broken and there was dent on the packing carton. I contacted the delivery Station DTDC Office near me.

DTDC Office in Visakhapatnam told me to contact to the despatch point i.e. Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh.

DTDC Ambala has the worst service and sent my courier to the wrong area (Dera Bassi instead of Zirakpur) and refused to deliver it to me! They told me to come and collect it from an area which is around 30km away! The staff is the the laziest and most pathetic bunch of people I have ever seen in any establishment...the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to help us!
