I had an issue with dtdc where they had not delivered the product to me but on their system it showed that they had already delivered it. On calling them, they said they had delivered it on wrong place. I asked them for the details/id proof of the person they delivered the product to, they couldn’t. My tracking no. Am67071438

My order package is in ambala hub dtdc it is showing delivered on 4 but i haven't received it yet neither i get any mesage or pick up call from your delivery boy. Neither there is one for call attend in ambala branch. How can your branch is so careless customer is waiting here for package and there is no delivery. If my problem is not resolved i have to take action against dtdc.

Subject mentioned courier is lying in destination city since last five days. Everyday i call them they say same thing that special delivery has to be made to reach our area and same will be delivered today. All other deliveries made by amazon / flipkart / paytm are delivered in 2-3 days. However i don't understand why dtdc is feeling difficulties in reaching our area. This shipment contains uniforms for my daughter and schools will reopen tomorrow. Same when explained to dtdc they are taking things casually. To get these deliveries faster i paid extra money to shopforschool.in however till date i have not received my parcel.

One mr sajeev. (Branch manager, kollam district, kerala) he talk to me very badly and he dont know how to deal with a customer.. I called him on 12/06/18 for enquiring my parcel's status. At that time he dropped my call without my permission.. And i again called him but he replied very fastly like..."we already send to the correct address then why did you call and that status we will update the site at correct time."with very bad voice with harshly.. Penetrated voice type... Definitely i dont use this service again and dont recommend this service to any of my friends and relatives. Thanks

I have placed my courier on june 6th 2018 in dtdc courier saravanampatti, near kaalapatti pirivu. They promised me to deliver my courier next day. We have called post two days from the date of courier. They said they will deliver the next day. This answer last for one week and their response was same. I had to followup daily on this where as it's their primary responsibility to give us an update incase of any failure. Today i called them and their response was offensive and they said us to get back the courier as they doesnt have service to kanyakumari. My question is, these people doesn't know whether they have service to their courier? These people made me tense and also made me wait for more than a week. Then i manually asked those courier person atleast to hold the package and spend my money, traveled to nodel point and got my courier.
If money was their (Dtdc) motive, then am sure they will fall soon.. Very frustrating experience with dtdc. I dont know where to raise this as complaint. But need justice on this irresponsible behavior of this courier service.

Consignment m65172952 booked by dtdc from dahisar, mumbai on june 7th has not been delivered to final destination karvy, hyderabad till date (Was to be delivered on june 9th, 2018). Rigorously following up with dtdc, hyderabad &mumbai but are helpless in tracing the consignment. Consignment number z24137996 has not delivered calling the agent i got the worst service experience. He behaved with me rudely and also dosent care about my article. He was not even worried of the complaint am going to submit. It is only because of the lack of strict actions against improperly behaved employe, the worst experience with a parcel company. I even complained to the asm in charge but there was no action or my problem never solved

Dear sir i am gyanendra kumar samal i had posted a very important courier from hyderabad to kolkatta, they had assured me it will be delivered within 2 days but its already 8 days it has not been delivered. I tried to get in touch with customer care but no response from their side. When i tracked by consignment it says it delivered successfully, so visited the dtdc lake view branch, kolkatta which was showing as the last destination, but the people over there responding very carelessly. My consignment no. H08163566. Its a very important packet for me please help an urgent basis.

H08532405 this courier started on 4th june and till now i haven't received and no updates to me.
Please share any info on this immediately. From past three days i'm checking the status and there is no change i have seen yet. Didn't received any status and please share me the updates with when can i expect the courier will reach to me.

I have to receive some important document from chandrapur, booked on 08/06/2018 @ 11.30 am having tracking no: m65690617.
The document reached mumbai on 09/06/2018 but not yet received till 11/06/2018, the document shows out for delivery @ 11.21 am and my office is near by 15 mints from dtdc office but till 3.30 pm not delivered
Please update asap.

My courier dispatched on jun6th 2018 from mumbai to delhi - chatterpur (110074) through dtdc and my consignment number is m65068677..
But the courier is not dispatched.. Its showing out of delivery status for the past 3 days... Its in delhi then y its not delivered yet.. If we cal the respective numbers they are not responsing properly.. Pls make a note and do the needful.

I had bought a mobile phone from amazon and since the vendor sent the wrong color of the phone i had to return it back to the vendor myself and i had used dtdc for this. I had sent that on the 16th of may 2018 and later after 2 weeks i came to know that dtdc has lost the package.

I just sent a claim form filled with also a cover letter asking for a complete refund of the product that i had shipped. The dtdc vendor here in bangalore tells me that i will not get the full refund but only some parts of the money. Adding to the problem the local dtdc vendor states that the collection guy had put a wrong value of the product and so on. But i dont see any wrong value put on the tracking slip. Iam totally disappointed with the way things have been handled and i used dtdc as its reputed and reliable.

Its too early for me raise this complaint but i felt i should send it now anyway before the claim form reaches you. It would be great if you all help me with a full refund cause it was a gift for my mom and all this chaos has happened from your company.

My name is k. Murali krishna my contact no. [protected]. I had sent an urgent consignment to my friend at kayalpatnam tuticorin. I booked the parcel at nungambakkam chennai on 4th june2018. When i tracked the consignment it has reached the destination town on 5th june2018 and the same was handed to the delivery agent on the same day as the tracking shows the product was out for delivery. But i wish to say that the consignment reached the concern party on 8th of june 2018. When i question why the product was delayed dtdc customer service sends me the delivery report of the consignment and no more explanation regarding late delivery. The concern party left india on 7th of june night. What is the use of sending a consignment believing that the consignment will reach the concern party's on time. This is a very bad attitude by dtdc couriers & cargo. I am most displeased with the delivery of consignment and the attitude of dtdc couriers when i approach them when there is a issue in delivery. Normally couriers will take 48hrs to deliver a consignment to the specified destination above. This matter should be taken seriously and actions should be taken against dtdc couriers and cargo.

On 12/05/2018, i sent a packet to naresh kumar m kiri, railway station road, deyodar, gujarat vide no. H08167084 through dtdc courriers, maintained by a. Krishna, branch manager, plot no. 4, nethaji nagar x roads, kapura, r. R. Dist, 500062. Code hf1799. Tracking shows delivered successfully. Courier acknowledged by vinu bhai on 16/05/2018. To my surprise, i received a call from courrier office that the packet returned.in the circumstances stated above, i request u to look into the matter and and refund the amount as the purpose of sending not fulfilled.

Parcel sent through dtdc courier services. It has been over 3 weeks and the parcel hasn't reached. They give frivolous excuses saying it might have gone to lucknow instead of varanasi. How can they expect us to accept such ridiculous excuses?
A complaint has been placed and the number given is 11512670.
The book is a dummy copy of a book about to be published and has a number of editorial changes carried out.
In case of loss, i shall have no option but to sue dtdc courier services in the consumer court.

Despite several follow up the courier has not reached our at chittoor. Your staff have been completely clueless and shows a fake signature saying the courier has despatched.

Our granite factory at chittoor functions 24*7 and our staff are always available to receive courier.

Please investigate and trace my courier sent on 9/5/18. It's almost 1 month and due to inefficient service my documents have not yet reached out factory!!!

My subsequent mails to their customer care is not responded and the case#11492562 is yet to be attended.

It's laying in cuttack facility center from 31st may'2018, but still its is being there, not even move for delivere. I tried to call the such centre mostly but no body neither answer the my call nor sending for deliver.
