I have booked a courier from Derabassi to Ferozepur Punjab. The mailing address was written correct. Despite that it was not delivered at that address and returned back. Moreover the DTDC company has charged Rs 70 as delivery charges while booking. After receiving back the undelivered courier, I booked the same courier on same address of Ferozepur Punjab by Govt of India Posts. And it has been delivered by them on time. There customer care and local offices are also not customer friendly. I just all the citizen of India not to trust this courier company as they are playing with our hard earned money and giving zero output with nil customer satisfaction. My consignee number is T13528266 booked on 16 August 22. The Rs 70 amount is also not refunded back. It's a fraud company. Once again urged everybody not to trust this company.

My parcel with tracking Id :D49718666 was supposed to be delivered on 22nd August 2022. It is 31st August today, and the same has not been delivered. I have followed up with DTDC multiple times and everytime they say parcel will be delivered today, but they don't. The parcel has a value of 9000 and is an ergonomic chair as I need to work from home. This is casuing me huge harassment, plus I am unable to carry out my office duties properly. Please help with this, and I believe I deserve a compensation for this harassment I am facing. The product has been at the DTDC Domlur branch (which is 2.5 kms from my home) since the last 8 days and even then they are not delivering the order. I have offered to pay more money / get to the branch and bring it home myself, still they won't deliver it.

We had booked the courier from Delhi to hyderabad.2 boxes .we called to customer care about late delivery and didnot deliver the courier.finally i went to dtdc office found that one box is available and 2 nd box is not traceable.they said that it is available other branch and it's not available in that place also and they don't have any idea about that.as it health care product

My parcel F30305502 was supposed to arrive 3-4 days back.

Everyday the customer care team says that the order wil arrive the next day. It is extremely disappointing. If my order is lost, I demand the compensation for the same.

The delivery boy is refusing to deliver the parcel on my recieving adress and is asking me to reach his office which is 15 kms away from my location.

The order should have been reached to me by 29th August mostly because from past 2 days it was showing out for delivery but now it is showing Undelivered and (OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)) without any communication with me. Now i have been trying to call DTDC care but no response from their side which i did not expect this type of service.

I have paid 23 thousand to ship just two boxed from Bangalore India to Rotterdam Netherlands on 7th July. I have no clue where is my shipment. I didn't receive it yet. I am following up with them everyday but they have no clue, there are 50 plus emails i have sent but no response. please help me with this. we have lot of family items and memories in that box.

I had courier the imac from rajkot to indore with double layer packaging with thermocol and after that DTDC rajkot also done another layer of packaging on that box.DTDC Charged 4080 rupees and told me that this will go through in special Quota for services that is 5 times than in normal courier.IMAC Received in damage condition with display broken.Were you guys playing with that box.How can almost 3 layer packaging box get damage? Is it your service after getting paid of high delievery cost.

I need resolution for my complaint asap.

My DTDC courier was not delivered to the Recipient address but over DTDC tracking the Status was showing as Delivered. When we enquire about the courier DTDC person said courier was returned back to the sender. When we asked them why it was not updated in the system they said courier was misplaced and was missing.

On 17th of August 2022, I sent my parcel which contained 7 glass frames of lord Krishna pictures via DTDC from Vrindavan to Kolkata. The support person who arrived to pick up the parcel was Pawan Sisodia (mobile:[protected]) who assured us of best packaging and safe doorstep delivery. I had paid Rs 6700 for the delivery and packing whose screenshot is attached. But on unboxing the parcel on 26th of August 2022, we found all the photoframes glasses and frames were broken and have the unboxing videos for proof as well. The Consignment no. is D14881230. We contacted Pawan Sisodia but he is not responding and coordinating. We also mailed a complaint for our loss to [protected]@dtdc.com but not received any response inspite of follow ups. We also dialled up DTDC help line: [protected] but every time a new support answers after waiting for more than 30 minutes and assures the same thing that my issue is being looked on priority but still no actions have been taken and no response has been sent as well. I felt cheated and hurt as it seems the parcels have been intentionally broken to hurt our religious sentiments. This has been a huge loss not only in terms of monetory value but also in terms of religious sentiments.
I would request to take immediate action and refund my money so that I can use it to repair our Lord's pictures.

I have tried to call many times and done mail regarding delivery of my pacakge but there is no response. they made many fake attempt and made address wrong.

The Cash On Delivery order of rs.811/- returned by your staff remarking 'customer refused'. twice without attempting the delivery.

Order of 17th Aug has not yet delivered (26th Aug)

I have two parcel from cherthala, kerala on 22nd August. My Parcel number is R49129436 & R49129437. On 23rd August Parcel number R49129436 reached at kattanam office. I spoke the customer care agent and he told me that the location is unserviceable. So i have to come and collect the parcel. the reason they are saying my pincode is 690501. They will deliver only 690503. This is highly untrue as I have received parcels from DTDC to my location in Same place earlier . But they refused to deliver my doorstep, so i requested to deliver your pincode area 690503 I will come that area and will collect, everyday I am seeing they are coming that area (called Mangaram). But they refused. So I go to kattanam office and collected. Unfortunately instead of two packet i received only one packet. They answered they will not received the second parcel. next day from charummood office they are calling one parcel received come and collect. How I can go there? first day one parcel received Kattanam, second day one parcel recived Charummod. both parcels are sent same day same party. Really now I'm here totally worreid of with their service please help me to get my parcel back. THank you

I have sent a product on 16th August 2022 from Hyderabad to Pune. The product is in the Pune office and is not delivered yet as the status reads “Delivery Failed”. I spoke the customer care agent and she told me that the location is unserviceable. This is highly untrue as I have received parcels from DTDC to my location in Pune earlier. She also mentioned that the product will return to Hyderabad unless I come and collect it at the Pune office. This is atrocious. Why should the customer have to collect from an office when the service has been paid for and the sole purpose of the company’s service is to get out to my doorstep.

The courier which was started from Rajahmundry and received Chennai...but the items got missed in that...there were four things but delivered only 2.

I made a online purchase from iha designs on 10/ 08/22. My contact no given was wrong .They corrected it and send it on 19/08/22 and gave me a tracking no R48951645.it is showing data not available.

I have ordered electronics on 18th August and saw the status on DTDC tracking that the courier reached to Yelahanka on 20th August and I was very happy. I live 30 kms from yelahanka but I am submitting this complaint on 25th August where I am yet to receive the courier(I[protected]

Well this is not the worst part, they were supposed to deliver it yesterday as it was showing out for delivery but in the night status was updated as Delivery failed(Receiver was not available) .
I mean it is okay to tell that we were not able to deliver but holding a person responsible who has been waiting for the courier taking off from office specifically for this is not acceptable at all.

My brother has posted a courier from vishakapatnam to vadodara gujarat on 12.08.2022 with a address of vadodara and phone number on the envelope... Now it's 23.08.22 still it has been not delivered to me... I have a very important document which had to be required on urgent basis... The tracking number was tracked for the details of the courier... I it showed the courier is in Mumbai... I have tried multiple times to the customer care number... They have taken my complaint but there is no ware about my courier... It again tried to contact them it's long waiting period and the call is cuts by it self saying we will call you back... Which never happened... Please do needful

This is happenning regularly. I have already escalated twice for the same agent. If he is not able to deliver. Then handover the franchise to me. I will do proper delivery.
