Recently I order a product through Furper and they said they will send it through DTDC courier ( The tracking id - I[protected], and I live in Bagdogra, Bhuttabari. Now when its time for delivery it says this " Receiver Not Available ( CIR) . I was home the whole day, they didn't even gave a call and now they're saying that I wasn't home. At evening I even checked my nearest DTDC office but they said they haven't got any packages. Which means the package is still at Matigara, DTDC Khaprail Branch . And even if I report a complaint against it and the product is delivered, they will say that my phone was either switched off that or some sort of excuse like that.

This is reference to the order with DTDC tracking no. I53081751 which was undelivered. The staff (lady) with Mobile no: [protected] @DTDC Mudinepalli of Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh is very rude and impolite in her behaviour and is commanding the customer to step to the DTDC service centre to collect their respective parcel. Furthermore, she is still stating that the DTDC courier [protected]@ Mudinepalli has no delivery agents and keep on saying that it receives 5 to 6 parcels per day and could not engage delivery personnel for limited number parcels that would come to their courier centre. After informing the same to my supplier i.e. zenith suppliers pvt limited, she is saying that that they will deliver to the parcel the next day because she did not know the address it's seems. Hence it shows the gross negligence of the lady who is incharge of the [protected]@Mudinepalli. Further more she is providing fake status updates stating that receiver is not available.

In this regard i request you to take prompt action on her otherwise the same issue will be taken down legally.

My courier with tracking number B12769513 is wrongly delivered to some other address which we don't know. Currently, it is marked as delivered and the receiver's name is shown as "Monoram". We don't know who the hell he is.
I was told that the OTP will come before getting the parcel delivered. How can your delivery guy deliver without the OTP.?
Find it and deliver it asap at correct address.

Dtdc dhankawdi branch have given false information about my package and later gave false commitment of delivery leading me to face loss of buisness

My courier was booked on 1st of September from Dhanbad to Mumbai Pincode: 400101. the courier guy didn't dispached i on the same day, so i called him on 2nd of September and he dispached the product on 2nd.
I was tracking the product, the on 3rd of September it is showing the status as delivered. As per the dashboard the product delivered in Andheri DTDC.
The destination pincode was of kandivali. so how the product got delivered.

Courier didnt delivered and not giving proper response
i didnt received any calls and i was keep on calling to the customer support
whenever i call them they says it will deliver today,
its send on 26 aug-its delivered on 29,
i was an payment CHQ 75000/-,

how do i get the proper response

I need to change the address to another place.
I've entered the address but no one is there to pick it up in that address.

I am Debabrata Dutta, my house is Sonamukhi, my one courier K39631804 came I went to pick it up at dtdc sonamukhi fr point, I was told today 1st September 2022 at 7.30pm it will not be delivered today nor will it be delivered tomorrow 02nd September 2022 12noon, no any reason I contact Bankura DTDC Head Office their all They called me and told me to give the phone to Sonamukhi Dtdc office staff but no staff of Sonamukhi Dtdc fr Office picked up the phone, I told Bankura DTDC Office Branch Manager that they will not talk on the phone, you can make a video call and see their behavior, then Sonamukhi Dtdc Office Staff Manoj Bit told me to throw the phone and break the phone, I told Bankura DTDC Office Branch Manager what is bad use, Branch Manager from Bankura DTDC Office told me you wait After doing the parcel was given to me. I could not accept this kind of abuse and harassment with a customer, I demand strict punishment for them and I demand to close this courier office and open a new courier office, otherwise I will be obliged to take legal action, thank you.

On 25 august i send a courier from trivandrum dtdc ambalamukku to alappuzha dtdc. Today is september 1 yet not recived the courier. Dtdc coustmer care didnt working. I called many times didnt pick my call. What sholud i do...

Hi Team,
It has been 4 days since the DTDC booking of the package, before booking i confirmed and i was assured by dtdc CUSTOMER CARE that the package will get delivered from BANGALORE to VARANASI (checked with PIN/Zip codes) in 2 days.
Now the situation is i am not getting any update the package is stuck in Bangalore with no action being taken.
I have asked several time to provide me with a specific delivery date your teams have been incompetent in doing so as well.
The shipment contains my passport which i need by tomorrow 2nd SEPTEMBER as i have my flights scheduled.
This is the same reason after confirmation i booked a PREMIUM EXPRESS SERVICE.
At this moment the package has not even left the origin. And noone is giving me information if i should cancel or reschedule my flights. This is causing me huge loss with every passing hour.
Its absurd that noone any updates even after me making several calls since past two days and writing countless emails. All your teams say i am checking. Noone is checking this in priority and giving me answers.
Since 30th SEPTEMBER i have made countless calls talked to numerous persons and yet the package is still in origin they only assure me that it will be picked up and delivered. If that is what i required i could have done a normal booking!!
This is now pure HARRASMENT nad causing me mental stress.
I m tired and i just need to know will i receive this on 2nd of SEPTEMBER BY EOD OR NOT???? If not i can cancel/reschedule my flights and save tons of my money!!
Please HELP!!! I need my PASSPORT ON 2nd of SEPTEMBER🙏🙏

****AFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS THERE IS NO DETAILS OF THE DELIVERY DATES.
Why was i assured that the package will be received in 2 days.
This is a false promotion and cause people mental harassment.
On grounds of breaking a Customer trust and and taking advantage of my entrust and calm behaviour. You are liable for not providing me keeping the information about my package and not disclosing the correct delivery dates. And i hold DTDC SERVICES RESPONSIBLE For the mental harassment this scene is causing me. And the amount of losses i will incur if this is not delivered as promised in 2-3 days!!*****

I have booked a courier from Derabassi to Ferozepur Punjab. The mailing address was written correct. Despite that it was not delivered at that address and returned back. Moreover the DTDC company has charged Rs 70 as delivery charges while booking. After receiving back the undelivered courier, I booked the same courier on same address of Ferozepur Punjab by Govt of India Posts. And it has been delivered by them on time. There customer care and local offices are also not customer friendly. I just all the citizen of India not to trust this courier company as they are playing with our hard earned money and giving zero output with nil customer satisfaction. My consignee number is T13528266 booked on 16 August 22. The Rs 70 amount is also not refunded back. It's a fraud company. Once again urged everybody not to trust this company.

My parcel with tracking Id :D49718666 was supposed to be delivered on 22nd August 2022. It is 31st August today, and the same has not been delivered. I have followed up with DTDC multiple times and everytime they say parcel will be delivered today, but they don't. The parcel has a value of 9000 and is an ergonomic chair as I need to work from home. This is casuing me huge harassment, plus I am unable to carry out my office duties properly. Please help with this, and I believe I deserve a compensation for this harassment I am facing. The product has been at the DTDC Domlur branch (which is 2.5 kms from my home) since the last 8 days and even then they are not delivering the order. I have offered to pay more money / get to the branch and bring it home myself, still they won't deliver it.

We had booked the courier from Delhi to hyderabad.2 boxes .we called to customer care about late delivery and didnot deliver the courier.finally i went to dtdc office found that one box is available and 2 nd box is not traceable.they said that it is available other branch and it's not available in that place also and they don't have any idea about that.as it health care product

My parcel F30305502 was supposed to arrive 3-4 days back.

Everyday the customer care team says that the order wil arrive the next day. It is extremely disappointing. If my order is lost, I demand the compensation for the same.

The delivery boy is refusing to deliver the parcel on my recieving adress and is asking me to reach his office which is 15 kms away from my location.

The order should have been reached to me by 29th August mostly because from past 2 days it was showing out for delivery but now it is showing Undelivered and (OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)) without any communication with me. Now i have been trying to call DTDC care but no response from their side which i did not expect this type of service.

I have paid 23 thousand to ship just two boxed from Bangalore India to Rotterdam Netherlands on 7th July. I have no clue where is my shipment. I didn't receive it yet. I am following up with them everyday but they have no clue, there are 50 plus emails i have sent but no response. please help me with this. we have lot of family items and memories in that box.

I had courier the imac from rajkot to indore with double layer packaging with thermocol and after that DTDC rajkot also done another layer of packaging on that box.DTDC Charged 4080 rupees and told me that this will go through in special Quota for services that is 5 times than in normal courier.IMAC Received in damage condition with display broken.Were you guys playing with that box.How can almost 3 layer packaging box get damage? Is it your service after getting paid of high delievery cost.

I need resolution for my complaint asap.

My DTDC courier was not delivered to the Recipient address but over DTDC tracking the Status was showing as Delivered. When we enquire about the courier DTDC person said courier was returned back to the sender. When we asked them why it was not updated in the system they said courier was misplaced and was missing.
