When i was tracking the parcel status i is saying not delivered. Tracking no:z60501415. So iam request you to kindly deliver the parcel materials on respective address. Hi,
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by dtdc company in bangalore. I handed over the packet with reference consignment number b53858819 on april 24, 2018 at k r puram sub branch and i was sending this courier parcel to kolkata. And their staff member assured me to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by dtdc company this time. I never complained about any of courier services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown. Even there is no information found when trying to track with this consignment number for past 3 weeks. This packet contain very important documents and it can be misused if it gone to some cheat people. I have repeatedly call to different dtdc office but no action have been taken care properly till date.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that i will receive my packet with few days or it will deliver to the detention address. I have given my items such as clothes, teddy bear, induction and study table to dtdc lakshmangarh to deliver my items to muzaffarpur bihar. But when i received my items i found that my induction as well as my study table was badly broken and when i call them they said its not their responsibility. But at the time of delivery they ensured me that all the products will be delivered safely. Please take proper action againt dtdc “lakshmangarh “.

Worst service provided by jaipur dtdc office under fastrack delivery service. We was delivered a good under fastrack 'dtdc v+ ' type with paying extra charges at may16th 2018 but till todays date we have not get our good will try to call customer care we don't get any response.
Finally i approach your main office and collected it. How worst service provided by dtdc.

I don't required data entry job because it's costly to pay my money and getting job and i require part time job such that it should be free registration and it should help me i don't require such a job what your company has preferred in google as it part time job everyone likes to paid i am already finding my job i think it's a useless job because it demands the people to give the money of 599 and then start to work and the money paid finally is also less so i am lodging this complain so that people should be aware of these things thank you

Dear, myself vineet gupta running a factory on ambala chandigarh highway in the name of m/s ajay silicate nd. Chemical works ambala, our party m/ s steel auto yamunanagar sent a courier carrying dd via docket no z60132547 dated 17.05.2018 supposed to reach by us on 18.05 but your person didn't deliver at our address. He kept the courier with him and put online that it has delivered to our servant hari and also used fake sign of our servant hari. After taking to the lady sitting at your sarafabazar branch she said it has been delivered to your house on 18.05 we searched it every where in our house and also enquire to our servant but he refused that he didn't receive any courier yesterday. We again called at your office and said our servant can't sign in english and now in the afternoon at 1.35 pm we again called at your office we said we are going to complaint for the matter then she admitted that our person took the courier with him to his house and will deliver you in the evening. We said this courier has very important document (4.5 lacs draft) and tomorrow banks are closed so please deliver it at priority instead she started shouting at us and said she will send the courier back. Now firstly your delivery boy did a wrong act by keeping courier with him and by doing fake sign of our servant hari and moreover your person that lady handling phone queries should know how to deal with customers. We had sent parcel from Bangalore to Silchar for television through DTDC courier and corgo. They took total 14 days to parcel the item and moreover we forced and chased the person to deliver. later we were obliged to go and collect from other place instead of delivering to home. Later conditions was very poor. But the item was damaged once we opened it. The top corner was completely damaged. Inside the components were hanging. This shows their incompetency to deliver the items.

5 reached madurai on 17/05/2018 at 9048 am
6 tracking on web it is still in madurai
7. On enquiry in your branch, at 60.30pm on 17/05/2018. It was itimated by the person that it will show the destination of the current posiition
It appeaed that. He bluffed, and the consignment is dumped in madurai. Your booking branch or the nager coil branch is not bothered to get the consignment and delivered.
I have send the mail also to you., but all in vain. No action is seen from dtdc courior
I request you to file thecomplaint and take suitable action for improper service

DTDC courier company accepted my courier after checking the pin code of the place where I am supposed to parcel the courier and after 7 days of waiting I come to know that after reachin to nearby city, they refuse to deliver it saying the place I have courierd doesnt come under their limit. and they are returning the parcel to the origin.
On top of that the parcel contained urgent medicines which needed to be delivered in time but the company is now not taking any responsibilty

An article booked at DTDC by the University with article number H07820303 which contains certificates but till now the article not delivered contact so many times phonics and by message to the concerned supervisors but no response from them
Kindly help in this view as the certificats are so valuable for my future.

I hav booked courier from dtdc nd docket no of dtdc s m65464639 but it has not been delivered i hav booked on 10th may 208 noe its 17th now but it has not been delivered please resolve this issue as soon as possible its a request courier has booked from mumbai to howrah pincode 711204... 2nd time i m facing this issue.. Please take action in a day or two...

I had booked a consignment from anandbagh branch (H48) [sainikpuri (Afochs) (Hf1206)], secunderabad on 14 may 2018, consignment number h08218685. The consignment was booked for bellandur, bangalore.
The tracking history shows tuesday, 15 may 18:57 hours - not delivered (Mis-route), madiwala, bangalore. There have been no updates thereafter.
My efforts to contact various customer care numbers have failed, except, [protected] (Dtdc bellandur). The person contacted says, his dtdc center has not received the item.
I wrote two emails at [protected]@dtdc.com. They have given me a case number 11404654 on 16 may 2018, but there have been no forward movements. The landlines that are given in the email do not work.
Please help to resolve this matter asap.

Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The parcel has yet to reach the destination location (Kottayam) still it shows Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility(Cochin) in the status.So actually where is the parcel now?.Did it get returned? or what is the problem here? It hasn't reached the delivery location and yes it hasn't attempted a delivery too.

I sent a parcel on April 7th 2018 to USA. Its a large wood Gopuram. It came chipped and damaged. This piece is very expensive and hard to repair.
Tracking No. N[protected].DTDC). FedEx track No.[protected].
I am very dissatisfied with the service we have been subjected to. Even before sending it, we had trouble. We had to call repeatedly for the status
of the package and were given no answers. The price that was quoted before shipment and the price later charged did not match.
Everyone we talked to directed us to someone else and no one gave us a straight answer. It was beyond frustrating.
This package was supposed to come in 3 days, but we didn't receive it until one month later.In the package they attached other customers Tax Invoice too. This is unacceptable.
This is a very expensive piece and we were expecting it to be sent in one piece, not chipped and damaged.
We are beyond disappointed and frustrated. We expect a solution.
We either want a refund for the shipping or payment for the damage repair.

We had sent a parcel which had two artwork frames from vadodara to gurgaon on10th may 2018 which was received on 14th may 2018 in a damaged condition. We were promised it will reach intact - which did not happen. The articles were damaged and it was in bad shape. I request a refund for the courier fees. Below are the details.

My friend Amol Gavate sent me parcel through DTDC courier services from Pune to Nashik. DTDC failed delivered parcel to me instead returned parcel with out delivering to me. They didn't contact me or sender while returning.DTDC never called me or visited my home for delivery. I visited their office in Jail Road, Nashik. they couldn't locate my parcel.I called their Jail Road, Nashik office multiple time but they didn't give satisfactory answers before returning.We asked them resend parcel to me they are demanding extra charges.

Our ho booked an urgent consignment at gurgaon on 03.05.2018 to be delivered at mulbagal, karnataka but it is not yet delivered despite continuous persuasion and failed to deliver till now. One more thing is the branch office at mulbagal do not bother to deliver the consignment at the given address instead the customer has to enquire about the details and go and collect the courier. I don't know how can these agency collect charges when they cannot deliver at the given address.

Our consignment no h79729075 was not delivered today and somebody from head office nagpur called us and told to collect consignment from head office. Is it rule to collect consignment personally by customer. Then what is need of delivery boy appointed in dtdc.
He was talking very rudely and he also lied that the courier boy called us earlier as there is no record of miscall in my mobile. It is evident. And another lie is that we were not at home but the reality was that we were at home all the time for delivery and courier boy neither called us nor showed up. Also the person who called us from this number+[protected] threatened us to return the consignment if we don't come personally and collect it.
What kind of service you are providing after collecting charges. What kind of manners the way the person calling to customer. Dtdc is for name sake but what standards you people maintaining for reputation of dtdc. Please look into the matter and see the consignment should be delivered immediately. Otherwise you never deal with dtdc in future. This matter will also brought in front of appropriate authority for deficiency of service.

As per DTDC tracking my shipment Z60592595 was out of delivery on 8th May and status updated on tracking site was receiver not available.DTDC delivery person did not turn up to give the shipment at the given address, as my parents are there at home. Why your system is wrongly updated.I made a followup call on customer care to check when the parcel will be delivered. CC agent said they will cross check from their end and I will get update asap, for which I got SMS on 10th May.11th May I got call from DTDC, 1 lady called to confirm whether I received the parcel and she hanged up the call as soon as I said not. She didn't even bother to listen further.12th May I got SMS it has been escalated. After 12th and till now no response from DTDC and I haven't received my parcel. Very disappointing I have paid sender 2000+ amount for my parcel which I am still waiting.
