DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

On 17th of August 2022, I sent my parcel which contained 7 glass frames of lord Krishna pictures via DTDC from Vrindavan to Kolkata. The support person who arrived to pick up the parcel was Pawan Sisodia (mobile:[protected]) who assured us of best packaging and safe doorstep delivery. I had paid Rs 6700 for the delivery and packing whose screenshot is attached. But on unboxing the parcel on 26th of August 2022, we found all the photoframes glasses and frames were broken and have the unboxing videos for proof as well. The Consignment no. is D14881230. We contacted Pawan Sisodia but he is not responding and coordinating. We also mailed a complaint for our loss to [protected]@dtdc.com but not received any response inspite of follow ups. We also dialled up DTDC help line: [protected] but every time a new support answers after waiting for more than 30 minutes and assures the same thing that my issue is being looked on priority but still no actions have been taken and no response has been sent as well. I felt cheated and hurt as it seems the parcels have been intentionally broken to hurt our religious sentiments. This has been a huge loss not only in terms of monetory value but also in terms of religious sentiments.
I would request to take immediate action and refund my money so that I can use it to repair our Lord's pictures.

I have tried to call many times and done mail regarding delivery of my pacakge but there is no response. they made many fake attempt and made address wrong.

I have two parcel from cherthala, kerala on 22nd August. My Parcel number is R49129436 & R49129437. On 23rd August Parcel number R49129436 reached at kattanam office. I spoke the customer care agent and he told me that the location is unserviceable. So i have to come and collect the parcel. the reason they are saying my pincode is 690501. They will deliver only 690503. This is highly untrue as I have received parcels from DTDC to my location in Same place earlier . But they refused to deliver my doorstep, so i requested to deliver your pincode area 690503 I will come that area and will collect, everyday I am seeing they are coming that area (called Mangaram). But they refused. So I go to kattanam office and collected. Unfortunately instead of two packet i received only one packet. They answered they will not received the second parcel. next day from charummood office they are calling one parcel received come and collect. How I can go there? first day one parcel received Kattanam, second day one parcel recived Charummod. both parcels are sent same day same party. Really now I'm here totally worreid of with their service please help me to get my parcel back. THank you

I have sent a product on 16th August 2022 from Hyderabad to Pune. The product is in the Pune office and is not delivered yet as the status reads “Delivery Failed”. I spoke the customer care agent and she told me that the location is unserviceable. This is highly untrue as I have received parcels from DTDC to my location in Pune earlier. She also mentioned that the product will return to Hyderabad unless I come and collect it at the Pune office. This is atrocious. Why should the customer have to collect from an office when the service has been paid for and the sole purpose of the company’s service is to get out to my doorstep.

The courier which was started from Rajahmundry and received Chennai...but the items got missed in that...there were four things but delivered only 2.

I made a online purchase from iha designs on 10/ 08/22. My contact no given was wrong .They corrected it and send it on 19/08/22 and gave me a tracking no R48951645.it is showing data not available.

I have ordered electronics on 18th August and saw the status on DTDC tracking that the courier reached to Yelahanka on 20th August and I was very happy. I live 30 kms from yelahanka but I am submitting this complaint on 25th August where I am yet to receive the courier(I[protected]

Well this is not the worst part, they were supposed to deliver it yesterday as it was showing out for delivery but in the night status was updated as Delivery failed(Receiver was not available) .
I mean it is okay to tell that we were not able to deliver but holding a person responsible who has been waiting for the courier taking off from office specifically for this is not acceptable at all.

My brother has posted a courier from vishakapatnam to vadodara gujarat on 12.08.2022 with a address of vadodara and phone number on the envelope... Now it's 23.08.22 still it has been not delivered to me... I have a very important document which had to be required on urgent basis... The tracking number was tracked for the details of the courier... I it showed the courier is in Mumbai... I have tried multiple times to the customer care number... They have taken my complaint but there is no ware about my courier... It again tried to contact them it's long waiting period and the call is cuts by it self saying we will call you back... Which never happened... Please do needful

This is happenning regularly. I have already escalated twice for the same agent. If he is not able to deliver. Then handover the franchise to me. I will do proper delivery.

My consignment number is H31460391. I sent an item to Bhilai-3 on 17.08.2022. From the day one I'm tracking it, and informing the same to my uncle. Yesterday night I checked it shown as item has been delivered at 09:18 pm. And I called to my uncle asked about it. He replied neither he received any call regarding any item nor any delivery boy came to his locality.
Sir, if an item is not delivered to a concerned person then how could they change the status that "an item has delivered".
This is the first time I'm facing this type of issue.

I've booked a parcel from rewa Madhya Pradesh to Pune Maharashtra on 6th august and it's today 22 august abd still i didn't get my parcel and there's no update of parcel after 8th aug.
What kind of trash company is this I complaint Three times to them they just say we'll let know about the status of parcel but i didn't get aby slight update of parcel.

Hey, mine courier is misrouted and still not delivered and I want it within 2 days as I have mine personal reasons to need that courier quickly.

Deliver it asap or else I will reach consumer court soon.

This is a complaint against DTDC. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of August 2022, I had gotten a message with the pin number to tell the delivery agent at time of delivery. But the package never arrived . Package tracking id D49052089. The package was out for delivery from Taratala Master Franchise. It never reached . It has been a week since then. They have uploaded successfully delivered on the tracking site and the proof of delivery shows. scribbled signature.
I have called the customer care number multiple times and nobody has answered, i have been in automated lines for 10-20 mins at an extent. I have tried calling the taratala master franchise, but the line says busy all the time.
I have mailed DTDC for assistance multiple times and never recieved a response. Please deliver my parcel or give me compensation for the same.

Its really frustrating to say that customer like us believe DTDC for fastest delivery as we request the documents on urgent basis but its been 3 days my courier is stuck at Vaishali Branch with no delivery option.

Its around 8-10 times i have called support team to help and expidite the same but didn't find any result.

Below are conversation with support team:-

1. On 16th i call the team and got the confirmation that i will receive my courier in 4 hours.
2. On 17th an agent picked call and very rudely said it will delivery by 18th only you have to wait.
3. On 18th so person from DTDC called and said as thier Indirapuram branch is closed now, delay is there. Again i have to wait.
4. On 19th i call the team and got the address of vaishali branch.
I visited the location provided to receive my courier myself but didn't find the office.

As i have a customer i have to wait only no other action can we taken as my documents or other this is with them.

I sent a rakhi with sweets from online shop from india to germany, and they provide me tracking details of dtdc couriers. It supposed to be reach before or on 11th August. But, since 11th August it's showing out for delivery, but still it isn't delivered yet. What about sweets I sent? I want concession flr that one. As they collect my order on 1st August. My order number is N25198192. I raised many complaints but they are not responding. And their international contact nunber is also not valid. Then how should I contact you?
