I sent a parcel (B[protected] via DTDC Thanisandra, Bangalore on 2nd July to the pincode 686024, which is in Kerala. Even though the slip has the right pincode, when they entered it in the system they put a wrone one and item is missing now. They have lost it somewhere in Raipur (490024). When my friend enquired, someone has stuck a random address on the parcel and delivered it to someone to save their face.

I was schedule to pick up and deliver of my company item but DTDC didn't pick up on time it get delayed my item to be deliver on time so this halt my daily working of office until I received the item.

My Tracking No. is D35297151. My package was out for delivery, I have not received any call from the delivery person. It is a totally valid address. Please can you recheck, as the delivery person is giving fake updates in the portal, and it is now showing Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). It it is not appreciated that a high priority package is wrongfully tagged with incorrect delivery address. This is a recurring problem...

I have received my 4-5 parcels at my home address, and this time delivery executive denied for door step delivery. It was not easy for me to walk 3-4 kms by foot as there was no any vehicle available at my home during the day time.

Hi Team,

It's been more than 3 weeks and my shipment is yet to be delivered. Below find the sequence of events:

1. My parents submitted my courier to DTDC agent in Patna on 8th July. Courier agents came to our home and collected the items.
2. Although they have to ship it immediately, they shipped the items on 16th of July using DTDC.
3. In between they gave us different wrong tracking ids.br...

IT'S VERY URGENT...

I have placed on order on COSMIX website. The delivery was handled by DTDC. The orders shows as delivered on 27th June but I have not received the product. The tracking ID is B12272979, Reference number is[protected]....

Pod no U17706055 was booked on 6th july to be delivered to ghaziabad but till date it has not delivered, called several time but no positive answer. Raised several mails on customer service but no response....

I have never felt so helpless that today I am facing right now. The team of your Gurgaon Sohna Road are not humans. Because human beings would have listened and solved my problem that I have been facing for 5 days.
I am calling 3-4 people 100 times but the maximum time they are not responding and by chance they pick then they will give tomorrow a date which never comes. I wish I had never used DTDC...
