I am sender from pune thakur khatri documents i wanted to send to mumbai santa cruz.
On date 16/11/17 at afternoon at 1pm lady told me if i want slow service or fast i asked for fast service which was charge rs240/- after 2 days delivery not sent but on dtdc portal it was showing that the delivery address the person not available when i called the call center and went to dtdc in pcmc where i booked the document. To send they said that the person not available at location when i called my receiver he said he was all along from 2 days haven’t went out from home. I managed to find a number of mumbai location called so person said they did fake update they will received parcel by today. I spoke to call center for 23times with all different person the lady agree that they did mental harassment of customer miss dipali.
I want composite.

They send me emails with the loop where they agree that the fake delivery status updating. Mine documents were urgents i wasted my whole day behind the people of dtdc i need composite.

Courier service agent was misbehaving with me and talking very rudely. Even he charged me money for cancellation of the order. He charged 100rs. For the receipt of the order which i cancelled. And the wife of that agent was using very abusive language. I request u to take strict action against him. He is from muradnagar, gzb - 201206 near ofm gate....

Just to inform you that we have place an delivery order on dtdc on 14-nov-2017 and suggested us that, it will be delivered on 16-nov-2017. On 17-nov-2017 we tried calling and they are not picking up and till today it is not delivered yet.

Could you please take this in high priority and i requested because 17th nov is my wife birthday and i sent gift but no use finally.

Myself satish, i got bad experience with dtdc courier. It's a worst courier i seen in india. From ap to mumbai it takes more than 1 week for delivery. It's better to send by india post office they are sending fast. I will give this feedback to my friends too. I will tell them not to send any shipment from dtdc courier. I will write in social media site also, so that everyone should know about ur courier service.

Am from hosur and my courier consignment number is c78306392. Am following up to receive it for the past three days but couldn't. Am receiving irresponsible answers from the concerned hosur branch. Am not even getting the status from them. The answer i received was the "courier is not with the delivery boy and also not in office, we will check the status and tell you". But never received back call from them. Even after calling and complaining repeatedly i haven't received the courier. Am supposed to travel today with the courier but couldn't as i havent received it yet.

I have been in other cities but haven't felt such lag in service. But dtdc specially in hosur provides the worst service. I have experienced the same with hosur dtdc before also. And the manager never picks up the call even called for hundred times. Manager of hosur dtdc delivery service has to be definitely changed or the unit has to be shut down if it continues with such services. Totally frustarted with their response and actions.

Returned to me till date. I am following up with dtdc from long time but till date i have not received the consignment. Regret to say but dtdc is unaware about the international formalities for which i am unnecessarily paying the price both money and physical stress. I will appreciate your help in this regards.

Dtdc courier service is cheating with giving wrong consignment no (D[protected], it always shows that item received but not showing the current position and also not showing the expected delivery date. When i tried to complain about it no one is responding and their feedback system is not responding. Hope this company is a partnership with fraud online companies, which cheat people by giving false courier no e. G comparedth.in, healthmug.in etc.

I had shipped one parcel on 11th november but it is not yet delivered. Since 13th nov., 2017 it is showing not delivered and no body is able to provide me a specific reason. Everytime i got the same response that our team is working onto the matter, we will update you. Every body is giving me one or another number to contact but not getting any satisfactory response. I am worried about my parcel, these people are least bothering about it. Not satisfied from their service.

Sir, my father sent a document (Worth rs 1000) from amravati to pune m56205609 it shows delivered but on 10/10/2017 but uptill it dont get me!! When i try to call or visit dtdc kondwa office they are not beheaving properly!! And said that we cant do any thing and they said that u go to police and do anything we dont care!!! And misbeheave and use bad words!!! Sir what can i do i have to submit that document on 20/11/2017 otjer wise my admission get cancelled!!! Sir plzzz inform me what should i do

Courier was sent from pune india on 14 october to berlin germany.
Its been 31 days and still waiting for courier to arrive.
Customer service is worst. No one pick up calls, if picked up answers rudely with negative attitude.in-spite of charging heavy money service is #.
The courier was returned without asking sender or receiver which is immoral.
Officials are not even responding to calls which is degrading company image.

I want my courier.

I have not received the courier even after a week and the executive at eluru dtdc branch says that its delivered to a wrong address in rajamundry where as the original delivery address was dharmajigudem (Via., eluru)... The tracking id is v40287206.

The parcel is required in urgency.

I have attached the courier receipt herewith. Please resolve it at the earliest.

Dear concern this is to inform you that we made a parcel courier from your dtdc vikas marg branch on 23rd october which was suppose to be deliver at building no - a/4 flat no-51 kundan garden, uti officers flats near sndt university juhu tara road, santacruz west, mumbai-400054.

Dtdc courier service is really very bad. It’s the third time they are troubling me like anything.
It has been 3rd day i have not got my courier yet. They should understand the term urgency. This is the last time i have used this courier service from now onwards it is a big no.

My parcel no r 27190815 booked from calicut on 07 nov 17 to sukna cantt darjeeling wb has not been delivered yet by dtdc. Plz deliver d parcel imdtly which contain some life saving medicines. Sms status delivered nd collect by self is not understood. I lodged complaint twice but no response from dtdc. I wil file case in consumer court if any loss of my parcell.

My package was given on last wednesday. It was to be delivered from west bengal to pune by last saturday only. But till yester i haven't received the package, and didn't get any convenient response from dtdc brunch.

It has not accepted by amazon due to some problem and it was returned. But i have not got till date and its tracking is not shown after 10 nov 17. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Send my box soon and resolve problem.

I have send courier of medicines from dtdc sec 63 branch. The tracking no is z39524885 on 24th oct 2017. The courier was sent to gurgaoan but unable to deliver due to address not found. I keep on calling preeti who is gurgaon branch but they say dey have sent the courier back in noida branch and told to call manoj mehta, i called mr mano mehta but he always keep my call on wait and said he is unable to contact preeti from gurgaon branch,. The medicines are expensive. Who will bear that expense? I am unable to get any proper response from any person in dtdc its all passing the ball. I am highly dissatisfied, please return my courier back its been 25 days and the courier is misplaced. Px revert me about the status of my courier asap.

My parcel delivered on within time but receiver got letter from feddx to pay additional charges at 18gbp. I was not aware before courier that parcel to uk. No body told me this charges and i already paid required amount for courier that is rs3800
I contacted courier office located in sanghvi pune. But they are not providing any answer. Could you please let me know why additional tax applied on courier,
I think dtdc service only bare that charges.

I had sent a parcel in the diwali dhamaka counter which was put up at chitale's franchise shop in aundh, the date is recruiting is 15/10/17 and the ref no is *n98342858 *, it has not been delivered till date, tracking says the no is invalid. I have been made to run from pillar to post by various branches of dtdc, and no one is ready to take the responsibility, i hope it will be looked into, otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against dtdc.
