Package not delivered even after 8 days.
Package is in gurgaon hub from last saturday and after that no status update is there till today 25th.
I triend calling various helpline numbers but i am not able to connect to any helpline numbers.

The ae block kolkata office ph numbers are switched off and other helpline numbers are always busy.

Please take this forward and solve my issue.

We had sent important document on 19th october which supposed to be delivered to vyalikaval bangalore and the document was sent from koramangala bangalore through dtdc. Dtdc took 5 days to deliver it to the company in vyalikaval that is with a limit in bangalore city not even out station.
I agree friday was holiday due to deepavali festival, sunday was holiday but saturday was working still they haven't delivered. When i asked our dtdc courier vendor he said he has dispatched that on thursday (19th october) itself when he took from us but i spoke to vyalikaval branch they were bluffing saying today (Means monday 23rd, oct) it will be delivered but it wasn't it was a serious lapse, they kept a courier for 5 days with them when it is really emergency and it was a company audit document which was supposed to reach within a day. And this is a worst service happened with us many times. You guys have to serious take action on this.

Courrier booked on 18th oct for gurgaon. On 24th the status was at gurgaon hub... On 25th till 1.30 pm not delivered. Meanwhile complained at customer care number verbally as well as through mail on 24th but still no response. Today i was told to contact gurgaon manager amresh on [protected] but the phone does not respond at all. It rang but he did not pick up. I have sent 2 sms messages also but still no trace. It is pathetic...

I have given an item with consignment number z44641116 on dtdc courier & cargo from aligarh sub office with pin code 202002 on 11th october 2017. The officials said that it wil reach my delivery address with pin code 670102 with 5-6 days...
But till today[protected] the item is not delivered. The item was sent for an urgent matter. But it didn't get useful because the date was over.
So i am requesting to get deliver my item and take quick action against this and give compensation against for my item for the mistake made by dtdc courier&cargo.

Last tuesday my sister send a courier through dtdc at chennai. While trcking the courier parcel it is arrived on 23 rd october. I phone to nuzvid courier office on 25 th october then only they intimited. I am highly dissoppint with this sevice. After arriving u could make a cal or sms it is better to know about my parcel. With out intimation how can i approaching the office. And one more thing i am staying in collage. They said that there is no service to my college and u can collect your parcel

In your website it is showing that consignment successfully delivered with receiver name self from gurgaon sector 46 office. But till now it is not yet delivered to me. I am not getting any response from dtdc staff for the consignment status from gurgaon haryana office.
There was no follow-up or call back arranged in-spite of leaving my details behind.
Pathetic service….. I am deeply disappointed with your services

I booked a consignment containing a gift metal lamp small and non perishable sweets at kalyan facility. Shipment no m55960599 on 18 oct 2017 for destination guwahati iit. It reached on 24 oct in tamperwd condition and over it the metal lamp was lost. U need to underatand the swntimenta attached to the parcels. This is a routine with dtdc as i can see the number of complaints pouring in. This happened even previously with me. Reply nd refund foe your irresponsible behaviour.

I had used dtdc courier service for sending my tv to my home. They had charged me extra for its proper packing but they had done nothing extra except that is provided with new tv. Also from seeing the condition of consignment, it can be clearly seen that any pointed object has hit the tv screen and damaged it. It is clearly due to there mishandling the product.

The man picked up my package at 11.30 on 23 oct 2017 am promising next day delivery.
I found put that in spite of issuing me a receipt and booking of the package on 23rd, he dispatched it on 24th - the day it was supposed to be delivered.
My family had no place to stay for a whole day.

I sent a letter to delhi on 13.09.17 vide cosignment no. K03534958, but while tracking, status shows that letter has not been delivered to delhi and that letter has been returned to salt lake, kolkata on 22.09.17, but till date (14.10.17), it has not been returned to our address-dd-24, ieswm, sector-i, salt lake, kolkata-700064. For this, i have sent complain three to four times, but no response from dtdc i got. This is so bad service by dtdc.

Our material were booked through air on 16-oct-17 and supposed to be delivered by 18-oct-17 in guwahati but unfortunately it has still not been delivered causing a huge loss. Please do the needful to ensure the delivery by today.

We are continuously trying to contact to dtdc but nobody is giving me proper response.

A consignment has been sent from dtdc courier services from jaipur to mathura with consignment number z35108410. The consignment has not yet been delivered but online portal of dtdc shows that it has been delivered successfully on october 16, 2017 (Pfa snapshot from website of dtdc courier services). Dtdc, please provide the information to whom the consignment has been delivered and contact details of the reciver. And if the consignment has not yet been delivered then why the false information has been provided on website?

For your information, consignment was booked on jaipur office for mathura. Address of addressee can be shared on request.

We are very regretful to inform you that the dtdc courier service is not standing with it's word of providing services within 72 hours. We stay in noida sector 15-a and very hopefully our parents from assam send a gift item for their son-in-laws birthday for 21st october. They delivered the item on 18th october bearing airway bill no. V40796826 but unfortunately we received it today on 23rd october.
It was suppose to be a beautiful surprise but it didn't happen because of some negligence on your part. Please do consider the situation seriously so as to regain the trust with your service.

We have sent a parcel of 1 kg to sindagi location - near vijapur karnataka.

Consignment number - v[protected] sent on 16th october 2017,. We have paid a higher payment - which is green delivery line. It was supposed to deliver on 18th of october 2017 - but as on today 23rd not - not yet delivered.

There is no proper response to the calls - sindagi - [protected]

Consignment no - d37575730 booked on 11th oct, reached at pune hub on 15th oct, still not delivered to warje area (Recipient address). No response from [protected]@dtdc.com yet. It is now 7 days, status is still showing as in pune and last updated on 15th oct itself. Pune head office does not pick up the phone ([protected]) either and other's are switched off[protected]. Complaint no through dtdc agent app is 08961584. Please let me know what more i can do to get my parcel delivered. Please revert back on email at least.

I letter has been forwarded through dtdc vide no. K[protected] from lumding for guwahati on 18.10.17. Lumding is about 200 km away from guwahati with all possible means of transportation. But till date i. E. On 23.10.17, i have not yet receive the same. I contracted dtdc counters of guwahati over telephone but they did not responded properly. I even tried to contract their regional office of kolkata but failed. It is pertinent to mention here that while booked the letter at lumding, they assured to deliver the same within 2 days.

I couriered some documents to italy on 10 october 2017 (Tracking no. N[protected], but as of today not delivered the documents. I raised a compliant online by using dtdc website and also send a mail to customer care, but no response. I tried to contact land line number of dtdc hyderabad customer care, no body attending the phone calls. These documents are very urgent to deliver to customer, but no response from dtdc and i'm able to resolve the issue with them.

Consignment no - k04486925 booked on 16th oct, reached pune on 17th oct, still not delivered to pimpri area. No response from [protected]@dtdc.com. From facebook got a message that delivery is delayed due to diwali holidays!! It is now 7 days. Tomorrow i will be reaching pune personally. If i would have carried the parcel it would have been better. Pune head office does not pick up the phone ([protected]) either. Complaint no through dtdc agent app is 08922780. Please let me know what more i can do to get my parcel delivered.

I am from tirupati, i have send a package to the hyderabad on 10/10/2017.. Which is supposed to be delivered in two days... But it is not delivered till today.. I have been trying to contact the customer care, and the some dtdc staff who is responsible for delivering the package since a week or more.. No one is responding... Please take action against this dtdc parcel service... They are playing with cunsumers trust..

I do not recommend dtdc to anyone.. I have added my consignment number below pic.

I booked consignment on 26 september 17 but till today neither it is delivered at destination city nor any rep of dtdc contacted me. 3 times i have sent mail on their complaint email id to get the update on my consignment. On 14th october first time they have updated dtdc tracking portal and it was showing that destination address is out of service area. Via mail i request dtdc to return my product on my origin city but till now no action has been taken by dtdc. The consignment contains an important documents and i need them urgently. The customer care is also not responding on any tele nos available on their web site.
