DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

My item has not been delivered to me. Upon inquiring i get the information that it has been delivered. I call the office numbers[protected] or 129 they don't really give good consumer care service and are not faithful in inquiring about my missing parcel. Its an important parcel and i need it. Its dtdc's responsibility to deliver my item home asap. The shocking news is that the dtdc delivery person has delivered it to someone (Or maybe stolen it himself) without asking if the person receiving it is the same individual by checking the identity proofs. Such major deliveries are just done so carelessly and the customer care is least bothered. 99% of the time they are not bothered to lift the calls on their landline care numbers. This seriously needs to be paid attention and so does my parcel. It should reach me safe sound and un-used.

My consignment (Consignment no. M[protected] booked on 31/8/2017 which was supposed to be delivered by 4/9/2017 which has not yet been delivered at the destination i. E hyderabad. I was told that my parcel would be delivered by 4th september, 2017 latest. I chose dtdc couriers since i thought it would be prompt. Please let me know the status of my parcel which has been very much delayed

My certificate has been wronger deliver some where else, the deliver paper with the company has a forger signature with no contact no taken.
This happened on 29 july and till now after so many complaints no one has not done anything.
I really donot know what to do, the university will not issue me a new certificate.

We had sent a rakhi along with sweets to usa. We were promised a 3-4 day delivery. The courier reached usa in a bad state, without rakhi, and that too in 2 weeks with sweets smelling bad. The price of the courier was not reasonable either. We thought we were good price so that it would reach quick and proper. But to our disappointment neither it reached quick not proper. Since it was a rakhi for which we had sent the courier and the purpose was not met, we got frustrated. Their response was far frustrating. Bad customer service.

First time i send item in dtdc. Iam always send another coriour company, iam send international coriour dubai to kerala my tracking number[protected] iam submit in dubai office date 24 ok today date 5 its very late, i can't get delivery another all coriour i have get only 5, 6 days inside ok, dtdc only use in kerala local is good i think,,, my item still in cochin hub iam check in tracking number,, it's very bad next time iam not use dtdc

I have couriered some materials (Anath) used in religious ceremony (Anath pooja) on 2/9/2017. The courier id is - v38247930.
I was promised that it will reach on monday (4/9/2017) but still it has not reached.
This is very disappointing as the purpose of courier failed because festival was to be celebrated in today morning.
It not only costs us economically but also psychologically.
I request you to compensate this loss with penalty.

We sent a shipment from hyderabad to erode. Shipment # v39996812. When it reached package was open. As it was a baby formula i thought of reaching dtdc to understand why it was opened. I tried calling their numbers in almost all numbers listed in contact us page. No one answered it. I sent an email with this situation and question, i got a reply that the package was delivered. I resent the question again and again and getting the same answer. Customer representative is not answering the question. Case # 07578268. Can anyone help and fix the customer care?

My shipment [case# 07578171 : tracking query case status : new... Consignment no : r26960179] is out for delivery and the delivery person has not even contacted me once. The online status is a mis route... Seriously??? Then why do we provide dtdc with delivery address???

Dear team i have handover my parcel with pod number:-z33844695 dtdc office near agroha mod at[protected]:00pm) that person told me today that he had delivered that parcel at[protected] but the online and the telephonic discussion with hisar dtdc person show that the parcel is handover to dtdc is[protected] and i have the proof that the dispatch date and the handover date is different. I was been sent a courier in dtdc plus and i didn't receive the parcel as promised.
My reference number is v39577970.
If would have ordered in normal service also i would have received on monday and in dtdc plus service also same thing.
So why charge extra money.
When call customer service they are not supportive.
I would want a refund as the service is not satisfactory.
Such useless service you and your customer care sucks.

I have booked my consignment on 1st september, 2017 at 6.45pm. Through dtdc express ltd. By "prime time plus 12.00". As per booking criteria, company were bound to deliver consignment with in next day by 12pm. (2nd september, 2017) but they were failed to delivered by that premium time. They were delivered on 5.26pm., 2nd september, 2017.
That consignment has an important documents, due to delay of delivery we have lost our business, which cost around 4/5 lakhs.

I send the courier on 29.08.17 my consignment num is c76959140 still not delivered to the destination i want to deliver the courier immediately and want to know the reason. I never see such kind of worst service with any courier. It will take one day to deliver to the place chennai to chennai still now it's not delivered means am wondering how good service ur dealing with. Thank u.
