Courier P62306891 is not delivered after 5 days, which should be delivered in 2 days, DTDTC takes lot of money and give worst services. Customer cares say system down cant help you.

They said product is delivered on Aug 5th, yet I'm not even received the product.

It's been 5 days since the product status is updated as delivered and yet no product or phone call received, this is not expected there is no update regarding the issue.
How can they update the status as delivered, if they do not deliver the Product and also what's the point of OTP, if they gonna update the status as delivered without the OTP and customer interaction
This kinda companies should not have permission to do courier, shady business tactics, to save there face from their vendors

I was supposed to receive an very important order and DTDC tracking was showing the consignment Z78442030 as out for delivery since 09/08/22 morning.
Later at around 9:30pm it showed not delivered ( door locked -CIR) .
Nobody from DTDC tried to reach me on the provided mobile number and there were 5 people along with me present ay my house the whole day waiting for the delivery. Please look into this asap DTDC mukherjee branch

Very careless... They dont provide delivery . Customer have asked and pickup their parcel by own.

This is to inform you that, i have sent a consignment from Dtdc athirampuzha to trivandrum with tracking no R48671337 on 6th of august and deliverd on 9 th august at 4 pm. One of the product in the packet about 500 gm was missing and the packet was repacked. Please enquire about the subject and do the needful

A packet with tracking ID R 48671337 with gross weight 1.200 kg was booked from Kottayam on 6th August, to be delivered to consignee at Trivandrum. The consignment was delivered to me(consignee) today 9th August at abput 4 PM, however, one of the booked items in the packet, weighing 500 gms was missing, and the packet appears tampered and repacked. Immediately I brought it to the notice of your Kesavadaspuram branch, who advised me to take up the matter with the consignor office, which I asked the sender of the packet to do, and they too have lodged a complaint there. The matter may be investigated at the earliest.

Good afternoon. i would like to lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my parcel sent through dtdc . i am very disappointed with this company's poor services. Kindly note the following details about the said parcel. this happened to me for the second time. on 5th August at about 12.30 p.m. one rajat mohapatra called me from the mobile bearing number [protected] and told me that he cannot deliver me the parcel as it does not come under his service area. The parcel number is A93232529.
it was not possible on my part to go to the place where he is calling me to collect the parcel or not even from their office. there are two elderly people at my home. on the other hand, why should i go and collect the parcel, because payment is given to them to deliver the parcel at home?
one more thing i have marked, when the payment is done earlier then only the problem arises.
last time, when i complained, the delivery boy delivered at home. but it was opened and a cover of the product was broken. it is my fault, i should have complained then.
on 6th August at 4.42 p.m. i got a telephonic call from one person of
bhubaneswar dtdc branch ([protected]). this person is also insisting that i should get the parcel somewhere from bhubaneswar. because according to him my address does not come under their service area. my question is that if my address is not under their service area, then why do these people pick up the delivery?
i have lodged online complain two times. now the interesting thing is that when i search in their website the tracking status shows the material is delivered. but till now i have not got the parcel. on 7th of august their office was closed.
on 9th of August i tried again to lodge a complain through their customer service [protected]. but hearing my reference number they Intentionally cut the connection. and failed to connect second time. again i contacted one personnel of bhubaneswar branch over the number [protected]. The fellow assured me to deliver the same by yesterday evening. but no result. In the late night I tried to solve it by twitter. a message came from their side, that it will be resolved soon. but when the soon will come i don't know.
and i am sure these people are harassing me intentionally. need your cooperation.

The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 01/08/2022.
The delivery person named Jana had contacted the recipient on the phone, misbehaved and spoke rudely in an unprofessional manner. Google location was included in the address when the shipment was booked.
The recipient also visited the Palikkaranai Master Franchisee in person to pick the shipment in person and make a minor correction in the address so that it would be convenient for the delivery agent. But, the staff there also were unprofessional. the shipment has not been delivered yet. I have raised multiple complaints but there in no response from DTDC.

My consignment No.X80008849 not delivered as courier send on urgent basis but from last 5 day courier at surat no one can process further for my courier i am very disappointed with courier service I have try many times to reach their but no one can proper answer. Kindly consider my complaint.

Reference ID[protected] shows that the courier has been delivered but we haven't received the courier. So please look into the matter ans do something as soon as possible.It has medicines which belongs to a old aged person.

It has been 8 days since I have package has left the source

and it already at destination center but they are not delivering and asking to pick up the package from center

And they have also updated the status as Delivered, I called customer care multiple times but they have taking no action

And I have filed online complaint as well regarding false status but they have closed the complaint without resolution multiple times

A consignment bearing V65591610 was registered at DTDC office located at PUNALUR | KERALA ON "[protected]" .Full payment was debited for Service by Air. Later the DTDC office mentioned that the consignment Number (Refer as CN hereafter) is no longer valid since the item cannot be delivered via air service. So new CN bearing D23448117 was provided from DTDC for tracking purpose .

While tracking out the new CN, it is shown that the item is held at COCHIN Apex Hub and not forwarded to NAGPUR Apex further even after a week .The reason for this is unknown .However we had tried to connect with the DTDC officials regarding the same, and NO proper response / reason for the delay was acknowledged .

So filing this compliant under Section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 which defines a complaint by a consumer to obtain relie[censored]nder the Consumer Protection Act in the case of an unfair contract or unfair trade practice .

*Requesting that the compliant is to be reviewed and acknowledged at earliest .

Today I received a chocolate box sent by my family for festive occasion. The courier was open and a long slit in the chocolate box. 2 out of 3 chocolates were missing from the box.
Ridiculous service despite of charging huge fees..

I have send the package from DTDC on 26th July 2022 and they have told me that it will be delivered within 5 days. But till now 06th August 2022 the package is now delivered. I have contacted their customer service and also logged one complain with ticked id: 3444390 but they are closing the ticked without any reply, its been more than 4 days they haven't replied for my ticket. My package tracking is shows as in transit at Tirupati branch from 29th July 2022 and till now the tracking is not changed now they are saying that it will take more 3-5days. The employee at their office is not polite and also they are not willing to help. Tracking id: D23864591.

On 3rd Aug one of my friend, Mr.Raju sended me a shipment from Bengaluru domlur branch to cochin apex. Actually he has sended me a google pixel 4xl mobile with full box and accessories. But, next day when i went to recieve the shipment i was shocked. When i open it inside it was nothing. Blank box. I was totally upset. My phone is missing. I raised a complaint to dtdc customer care and they didnt resolved my issue till now. They are telling that the actual weight of the shipment when booked and delivered was same (like 0.700kg) . But when i weighed the shipment after recieving in my hand it was only below 100g. I dont know what these people are doing like this. We people are trusting them and transporting all kind of materials ensuring the safety and security. If these kind of things happen how we can bear with them?? Please i need a quick action against them

I ordered on Tru Pedha, Dharwad, Karnataka for the purchase of Pedha (500gms) for Rs.300/- and Kardant (500 gms) Rs.430/- and shipping charge Rs.75/- (Total Rs.805/-) on 01.08.2022 to be sent to to my residential address at Avadi, Chennai-600054. The same was booked by DTDC under No.B12884270 on 02.08.2022 21.10 hrs and received by DTDC Chennai (Ambattur Branch) on 04.08.2022 at 10.01hrs. Despite the fact that the distance between Ambattur to Avadi is only 7KMs, the booked food product reached only today[protected] at 13.30 hrs more than 51.00 hrs delay. As this is a food product the unnecessary delay at Chennai(Ambattur Branch) would have caused spoiling the product and the same was not accepted and returned.
The unnecessary and the avoidable delay by DTDC, Chennai(Ambattur Branch) has caused a loss of Rs.805/- as detailed above. It is purely due to the negligence inefficient and deficiency of service by DTDC
The loss of Rs.805/- has to be compensated to me by DTDC only immediately

d23835733 my order status initially was shown as out of delivery.but now it is changed to receiver not available cir.
But our team never received a call.
Please sort this asap.
As the courier includes a laptop.which should reach office for clearance.
Please help me with this.
Or let me know whats the challenge in contacting the receiver contact number.I can immediately call them an get them in contact with delivery person if required.

If not, as the address is a IT Hcl office.you can leave it with security guard.

I sent my computer from Arunachal Pradesh to Uttar pradesh via DTDC service.
I recieved the broken monitor screen and UPS( unit for power supply.
I have been searching for how to get compensate for the the damaged item but couldn't find any solution.
So I came across this website.
I have attached image of broken monitor that worth approx Rs. 90000
By looking at the broken item it is clear that it was broken due to negligence. It was wrapped in thermocol and bubble wrapper and also marked with handle with care yet they broked it due to their negligence.
I need help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please help me!
