My Shipment -V93394440 was supposed to be delivered from KANPUR TO BANGALORE. Tried calling customer care a lot of times..they were keeping th call on hold. Finally the call got connected i asked the update they said collect the shipment from the office Bommanhali which is far from my place..Then they connected me to their senior executive whi was way too rude.. I asked him "why have u updated the status wrong status that the customer is not available" so i was told "We updated it thats is what we do"
There was no call from the dtdc to give us an update. the people were constantly fooling & making us excuses and they even told me that "Iam wasting their time" is this how DTDC talks to their customer. im so disappointed with the customer care service. these people have no ethics to talk. Even after constantly asking them to provide me the status when can the shipment be delivered..i got no answer. I just need my shipment asap., THERE SHOULD BE A STRONG ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM OF DTDC SERVICES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM FACING THIS ISSUE WITH THIS DELIVERY SERVICE.

I had sent one spare of machine for repair to our Noida office through DTDC courier service in last of June month but still this is not delivered and DTDC company is not responding on that.

Dtdc tracking number: Dtdc C17792279 was booked on 20th July and usuall in 1 or 2 days would be delivered by courier still pending. I tried to call [protected] but commitment will delivery same day after 2 days again called answer is same.

Dtdc tracking number P61704385 was booked on 8 th July yet to delivery.

Dtdc courier have mailed that the delivery would done on 26 th July without fail. This shows that DTDC only intention is pickup and not delivery.

This is serious issue and total complaint 9700+ complaint raised against DTDC courier is unresolved.

My friend has booked a dtdc courier for me from Telangana yesterday on 25th July 2022.
But still there is no tracking data found in the website tracking status.
Please help in tracking it and get the product delivered to me at the earliest.

I have purchased one saree online from Lakshmi Sarees pvt. Ltd., Mangalagiri. The item has been reached DTDC center, Thotaplem, Vizianagaram on 21.07.2022. Still I have not yet received the item. Please do it needful.

I have made a courier from Pallikaranai (Chennai) to Mangalagiri (Guntur) on 20th July 2022. Tracking number is - C24859409. Its been almost a week and yet my courier is not delivered to the delivery address. I have tried to reach the DTDC customer care, they are picking up the call only at first instance, promising to deliver as soon as possible but nothing is moving on. I have raised multiple complaints in their query portal and multiple calls over customer care number. Still my courier is not delivered. Request to deliver my parcel to the delivery address or return back to my sending address so that I can arrange for a better delivery service.

Booked shipment on Wed, 20th Jul'22 but its not delivered till 25th Jul. Called customer care multiple times but no proper response and no ETA they could provide.

Due to this, am facing huge loss and mentally disturbed because of this useless service.

Your delivery executive Ravi Kumar has denied delivering my package A49354543 as he said that he will not get inside the society it wastes his time. I have since 8th July 2022 raised at least 15 complaints to DTDC via phone and email but no response and no one is willing to help.

Your customer service team is extremely pathetic and you do not have any escalation matrix that a person annoyed with your services and support can approach. It is such a shame for a company like you.

I am not expecting you to respond because DTDC has a pathetic response and support rate that is written everywhere.

This is just a complaint I am filing here before I will go to the consumer court and sue DTDC including the delivery point and its employees for negligence and also Delivery Executive Ravi Kumar.

I am expecting a courier from Chennai under the tracking number C24852092, booking date 23/07/2022. Today I contacted your branch in Venjarumood, Triavndrum, the person who was talking to me was very argent nature. My office is located first floor, but he told me that he couldn't deliver the packet to my office, some one should go and collect the packet from the ground level. What is this? this is the rule? Until this time he didn't deliver the packet to my office. If you are not taking a strong action against this branch I will force to take legal action against the company.

This is to inform you that I have ordered a product from ambala on 5 july 2022 which was being shipped through dtdc courier company and the consignment number is T13393936. the order was prepaid order. the expected delivery date of the product was shown 11 july 2022. when i checked the status of product i came to know that the destination set up by them was wrong as it was provided in reciept. i then immediatly cpntacted there service team and updated the destination. when the product reached to the nearest location i.e. Jhansi Super Franchise office of DTDC, i came to know that it is non deliverable. i contacted the office of jhansi and they said that there servuce is not available for the given location and they will return it. I agreed as in case of return i would have get my refund back. So after couple of days when i again checked for the refund status i found that the status shown was delivered successfully, i then immediatey contacted to both customer service and jhansi office. after complaining i recieved the call from jhansi office and they said they have the product and they wil deliver it to me by the next day. but it was again not delivered. i then make 15-20 calls to there customers service team and jhansi office and complaint so may times and ask for the resolution of my problem. but i haven't got any answer from there said they just say that we're working and now it has been 10 days around since complaining.
i request to take strict action and i demand from company to get my product to me or betray my losses made due to them of rs 1135. as i'll not get the refund until the seller will recieve the product.

Our Supplier has been Booked Courier from Agra to Ambur via chennai Date - 19/07/2022 through Air and To pay Charges Rs.1400/- still we have not Received our consignment. We have lost business because of Delayed.

I am parcel some important items from chd to UK through Dtdc courier sector 37 . They put some items in way and my all items were not reached there . When I go for claim they said they can do nothing they file complaint but doesn't give me satisfactory result. Company doesn't give me refund or my items return to india . That's why I want to file a complaint please help me

I cant just imagine such ridiculous behaviour from dtdc side. My grandfather had courierd me airpods and iphone from Hyderabad sr nagar dtdc branch to Bangalore marthalli. When i have received the parcel I felt the parcel was tampered and took an opening video of it. And the airpods wer missing. It was totally tampered from a side. This insident happened yesterday which is 23rd july 22. The parcel was given to dtdc on 21st july 22. I have registered complaint but there is no proper response or actions taken from the sr nagar branch nor the dtdc customer care. On going to dtdc directly to Bangalore branch we got some pictures of before and after it reached Bangalore you can see how tampered it is. And yesterday i was able to see last seen of my airpods as shamsabad Hyderabad which means the parcel was tampered in Hyderabad itself and they reset it. Im attaching a picture of it too. I request dtdc to find my airpods or do the necessary compensation as soon as possible. Dtdc is solely responsible for the loss. The item cost me 24000. I should be getting my airpods or the compensation.

I haven't received the parcel, but they have sent me the message showing that my package got delivered. I have checked with the website, and it shows the same delivered status. I haven't received any call from the delivery representative. Then how could this be possible? The delivery also involves an OTP system. Then how could it be delivered?

Please consider this issue seriously. It contains original documents and makes this issue gets settled.

I was expecting a consignmen in modasa from mumbai via tracking id D44129974, which being sent from Marol branch, mumbai on 19 jul 2022. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected"., my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc mumbai and they shared some phone numbers for modasa himmtanagar offices and none of them are working. I even tried to contact dtdc office in modasa but in vain.
Please reply me as soon as possible
