i have sent an urgent courier by dtdc, but its shows still rerouting, and yet not to delivered.

My courier destination is ladnun (rajasthan) and you shows it in your portal naguar (rajasthan) please also correct it in your portal.

Kindly deliver it as soon as possible because its very very urgent courier.

My consignment was booked from Kolkatta on 23.07.2022 and reached Raipur on 24.07.2022. But it was not delivered till 29.07.2022 and wrongly update on DTDC tracking website which is mentioned below Date wise ---

1) Date25.07.22 Address incomplete
2) Date27.07.22 Address incomplete
3) Date27.07.22 Receiver refused delivery
4) Date28.07.22 Receiver refused delivery

Finally I had contacted DTDC Raipur branch and collect the consignment on 29.07.2022 at around 7.00PM.

Please do the needful otherwise I am going for legal action because consignment was medicine and may it effects my life.

Hi Team,

It's been more than 3 weeks and my shipment is yet to be delivered. Below find the sequence of events:

1. My parents submitted my courier to DTDC agent in Patna on 8th July. Courier agents came to our home and collected the items.
2. Although they have to ship it immediately, they shipped the items on 16th of July using DTDC.
3. In between they gave us different wrong tracking ids.
4. The consignment which was shipped on 16th of July was routed with wrong pin code 500076 i.e. correct pincode is 560076.
5. Consignment has been waiting on Hyderabad since 21st of July.
6. I tried calling DTDC agents for same but no action on their ends.
7. As of now I am yet to receive any response from Hyderabad team.

Kindly help in delivery of shipment as my shipment is yet to be delivered and it's been long.

IT'S VERY URGENT...

I have placed on order on COSMIX website. The delivery was handled by DTDC. The orders shows as delivered on 27th June but I have not received the product. The tracking ID is B12272979, Reference number is[protected].

Pod no U17706055 was booked on 6th july to be delivered to ghaziabad but till date it has not delivered, called several time but no positive answer. Raised several mails on customer service but no response.

I have never felt so helpless that today I am facing right now. The team of your Gurgaon Sohna Road are not humans. Because human beings would have listened and solved my problem that I have been facing for 5 days.
I am calling 3-4 people 100 times but the maximum time they are not responding and by chance they pick then they will give tomorrow a date which never comes. I wish I had never used DTDC but since I have I am bearing this pain and trauma.
They are giving dates from Monday to Tuesday, Tuesday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Thursday. From morning 10 am to afternoon and afternoon to evening . I am really tired now. I don't have the strength to go to court or the police station
but I don't know where to go and how to get my parcel delivered to my sister.

This is the last time I am mailing you. you please don't reply that we are tracking and keep patience, i am sick of hearing this. I cannot bear this pain any more.

I have a screenshot of all the chats where I have been harassed by these people ([protected] manager, [protected], [protected]). they do not deserve to be in service. They are not humans, all i can say.

My company SUNGRACE PHARMA sent joining kit for me from Ahmedabad to my address FROM DTDC COURIER (TRACKING NUMBER:- A[protected] but yesterday DTDC Delivery Boy has been delivered to wrong person and wrong address and also they didn't informed or called before the delivery and at the time of delivery.

Now No one is responding. Please help me to find out my courier. It's very important for me for my career.

I have placed an order on 19th july and on 25th july 2022 I got a call from your guy asking about the address. When I said my address he said I cant deliver there and some another delivery boy will come next day. On 26th July when I called back he said I cant come you have to talk to main branch here in Bharuch. Then I talked to the main person here-Jigneshbhai, he said we have sent back your parcel to Ankleshwar and cant deliver you! Next day when I asked again he said we have sent back it to Mumbai the main branch. Now I have talked to main DTDC costumer service number and they are like we cant do anything! We have to wait more! Very poor service by so called DTDC courier services! The parcel contains my kid’s uniform!

My Shipment -V93394440 was supposed to be delivered from KANPUR TO BANGALORE. Tried calling customer care a lot of times..they were keeping th call on hold. Finally the call got connected i asked the update they said collect the shipment from the office Bommanhali which is far from my place..Then they connected me to their senior executive whi was way too rude.. I asked him "why have u updated the status wrong status that the customer is not available" so i was told "We updated it thats is what we do"
There was no call from the dtdc to give us an update. the people were constantly fooling & making us excuses and they even told me that "Iam wasting their time" is this how DTDC talks to their customer. im so disappointed with the customer care service. these people have no ethics to talk. Even after constantly asking them to provide me the status when can the shipment be delivered..i got no answer. I just need my shipment asap., THERE SHOULD BE A STRONG ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM OF DTDC SERVICES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM FACING THIS ISSUE WITH THIS DELIVERY SERVICE.

I had sent one spare of machine for repair to our Noida office through DTDC courier service in last of June month but still this is not delivered and DTDC company is not responding on that.

Dtdc tracking number: Dtdc C17792279 was booked on 20th July and usuall in 1 or 2 days would be delivered by courier still pending. I tried to call [protected] but commitment will delivery same day after 2 days again called answer is same.

Dtdc tracking number P61704385 was booked on 8 th July yet to delivery.

Dtdc courier have mailed that the delivery would done on 26 th July without fail. This shows that DTDC only intention is pickup and not delivery.

This is serious issue and total complaint 9700+ complaint raised against DTDC courier is unresolved.

My friend has booked a dtdc courier for me from Telangana yesterday on 25th July 2022.
But still there is no tracking data found in the website tracking status.
Please help in tracking it and get the product delivered to me at the earliest.

I have purchased one saree online from Lakshmi Sarees pvt. Ltd., Mangalagiri. The item has been reached DTDC center, Thotaplem, Vizianagaram on 21.07.2022. Still I have not yet received the item. Please do it needful.

I have made a courier from Pallikaranai (Chennai) to Mangalagiri (Guntur) on 20th July 2022. Tracking number is - C24859409. Its been almost a week and yet my courier is not delivered to the delivery address. I have tried to reach the DTDC customer care, they are picking up the call only at first instance, promising to deliver as soon as possible but nothing is moving on. I have raised multiple complaints in their query portal and multiple calls over customer care number. Still my courier is not delivered. Request to deliver my parcel to the delivery address or return back to my sending address so that I can arrange for a better delivery service.

Booked shipment on Wed, 20th Jul'22 but its not delivered till 25th Jul. Called customer care multiple times but no proper response and no ETA they could provide.

Due to this, am facing huge loss and mentally disturbed because of this useless service.

Your delivery executive Ravi Kumar has denied delivering my package A49354543 as he said that he will not get inside the society it wastes his time. I have since 8th July 2022 raised at least 15 complaints to DTDC via phone and email but no response and no one is willing to help.

Your customer service team is extremely pathetic and you do not have any escalation matrix that a person annoyed with your services and support can approach. It is such a shame for a company like you.

I am not expecting you to respond because DTDC has a pathetic response and support rate that is written everywhere.

This is just a complaint I am filing here before I will go to the consumer court and sue DTDC including the delivery point and its employees for negligence and also Delivery Executive Ravi Kumar.
