My home is within 2km from their office.dtdc mevaram, kollam, kerala)But they hesitate to deliver my item. Already the item was late. So i enquired. But the staff was so rude and misbehaved. And they said they wont deliver my product and will definitely return this. They were too rude and misbehaved and cut my call. Even i called them back and they didn't attend the call....

I have not received my package. but in the shipment tracker, it is showing as delivered with someone else's name as the receiver. this kind of service from dtdc is not expected. blue dart and other courier services have excellent service. please resolve the issue asap as I have books in the courier for my upcoming exam.

There was a package that was sent like 6 to 7 days ago and its been 5 days since when its showing status on tracking. Not sure even it its late why they are not even bothering to update the status. And not even their phone numbers are responding.
