Dear DTDC,

We are send a courier on[protected] shipping no: H57939143 but still it is not reached delivered. Already gave a compliant on local DTDC office but they are not responding properly please process that courier within two days otherwise we will take serious action. Please find attachment and give me the replay of status report.

‪@DTDCSupport I'm shocked with what you do to the customers. Just got abused by one of your employee working in Srinagar( J&K) branch. Your employee bearing registered phone number +[protected], refusing to state his name has abused and insulted me over phone for the order which is already delayed by a week's time.The shipment bearing AWB[protected] has already reached yesterday after a week's delay and what I get after prolonged waiting is, a rude and abusive behaviour from your employee at Srinagar, J&K branch. A big no for your service in Srinagar. As a customer, I feel led down, small and insulted. Just because I cannot do anything about my order, doesn't mean I'll keep mum against your terrible service. Instead of being sorry for the delay, the @DTDCSupport has shown me the real side of their professionalism. ‬

DTDC Barakhamba Rd charges me 2700rs for courier of wooden handicrafts and 2400rs for insurance, however they delivered damaged products. Once I contacted the agent, he asked me to call their customer care, and their number didn't work at all. There are companies like Amazon and Flipkart who take guarantee of safe courier even for products costing less than 100rs and here is this company who charged out of world charges and damaged the goods and took no responsibility.

your staff pickedup cover by 30.01.2017 morning @ our bangalore offiec to Tirupur courier nr : B41381493. till now time 31.01.2017 11.26 pm, the cover is in Bangalore which is urgent document for suppliers in Tirupur who are our customers. We marinair regret that we used booking of DTDC. on top of all we made more than 50 calls since today evening to [protected] and[protected]. very poor. no human being answered the calls. why you keep such staffs as employees. instead we suggest you to close your service and better take rest or sleep wll

I have booked a courier from madurai to be reached to Darmstadt, Germany on 02.01.2017 to the following address.

Till now it has not reached the destination. Whenever i ask them they tell my destination address is not correct. I checked with the university about the address and they made sure that the address is correct. I have attached the university mail with this complaint.

No proper response from the staff. The staff name is Moses and his phone number [protected]. Whenever i call him and ask, he tells he will check and tell and till now no proper response. I also contacted to other number [protected] and no-one is picking up the phone.

I have paid Rs.1300 for this. I either want the courier to be reached to destination or I want my amount back.

Docket No V35151711 was booked on 27th January under Plus Category (Rs.280/- per KG) for Next Day Delivery from Delhi to Mysuru. The packet contained 35 T Shirts for a conference at Mysuru. The Franchise assured next day delivery.

The shipment was not delivered on promised time and the conference went without the T Shirts. Even it was out for delivery on 3rd Day.

Worst Services, customer care people dont pick the phone in Bangalore, Mysuru even after continuously calling.

Tried calling their senior Ms. Shwetha ([protected]). She picked up call and asked us to call back after 15 minutes and left for the day. Reema ([protected]) doesn't pick the call at all.

Worst company for any important delivery.

I have booked a parcel to be delivered from Noida to Varanasi under 2kg weight category (dated 23/01/17). I was told that the parcel will reach in three working days. I am writing this on 31st Jan and there is no clue where parcel is gone.
I have called twice to DTDC office Noida sector 62(TOT Mall). Every time they ask me the details of address n stuff but no action or response coming my way. Very Unprofessional Staff telling me that their cargo van might be stuck in legal issues with no sense of responsibility, also pretending as if it is very obvious.
These guys are very frustrating; they do not bother about your parcel neither they value time. Value of parcel and criticality of arrival time is out of window once you chose DTDC. To my surprise there is no place on their website where you can lodge your complain or can get someone to investigate why your package is not delivered or went missing.

I hope DTDC like a so called big organisation must have some liabilities regarding to customer service and their valuable materials (parcels).
Originally parcel booked (2 boxes of 2 kg & 5 kg size) from karnal (docket No. D[protected] on dated 21 nov. 2016.
but as per my inquire from different centers of DTDC only 1 box of 2kg size reached Hyderabad which was sent back to the karnal. and after my inquire from your karnal booking person (Mr. Saini) sent back this 1 box of 2kg booked again from the another docket no. D31701238. Which one only I received on 28 dec 2016.
and that particular box in very poor condition fully damaged by rats.
My original complaint is that my another box of 5Kg size, i did not received till now.
and same problem I communicated so many time almost 20-30 mails to DTDC care but no response till now on mail or over phone also.
Not only over e mail I contacted all the centers from karnal to hyderabad but no response at all not only different center staffs, Mr. Amithab from mehndipatnam, Hyderabd In-charge like senior person is so care less about customer just handed over call to the the his junior Mr. Shekhar and after that no response.
And after 50-100 times is you call then only once any body can attend the call.

Hence I request before closing the case kindly arrange the delivery of my another parcel.

Sir my order number is D26396265, I have packed my luggage and set it for DTDC courier service from sadalpur (Raj) to Hyderabad. And the officer gave me assurance that the delivery will be made by 28th of January but now no one is taking care of my complaint and no one is helping me out and I guess the parcel is misplaced or theft or damaged and therefore anyone is not ready to answer my questions at the office. and as it aslo has sweet which can even spoil which is my main cont, So please help me out sir,

The package was sent to goraya from ludhiana on 25/01/2017 but the package is stuck at amritsar from past 3 days. Z16008789 is shipment number.
im disappointed and customer care is also not helping me.
I[censored] check your records you will get to know that i have contacted soo many times and sent mail to your customer service head but still no proper revert from them..

Is this how you guys treat your customers

On 2nd Jan, 2017 I sent a document by DTDC Courier from Maddur, Mandya, Karnataka to Ahmedabad, Gujrat . Its consignment no is B41367402 .It has been One Month, my document could not be delivered.When i queried from customer Care they are not responding !

Hi i was supposed to receive my courier on sunday in my office. But as it was a holiday i was expecting a call from the courier guy. In tracking its showing that it is successfully delivered in office but no one have recieved that courier. I am calling to customer care no one is giving response. Where does it gone??
Can you please reply me as soon as possible. I need the contact and name of the person who have collected.Its urgent pls resolve as quickly as possible.

An envelope containing a document had been sent via DTDC courier from Brookfield, Bangalore on 28th December 2016. The envelope has not been delivered to me in Parappanangadi, Malappuram.
When tracked, it showed delivered, but after further enquiry at the Bangalore office, they gave address and phone number of DTDC office at Changuvetty, Kotakkal. The phone numbers given were not functional.
Next, I tried calling the Kochi Regional office, but unfortunately none of the numbers available on their website or on the internet worked.

I wrote a mail to their consumer support on January 18 with all relevant details and they registered a Case# 05520933. One mail asking the Kotakkal office for update was also copied to me. A few days back, I wrote another mail of enquiry regarding the same.

For the last 10 days though, I have got no responses at all.
At any cost, I want to receive that document. The document is extremely important to me.

Complaint: Parcel No.C73045105 in the name Of BA. PAUL

A parcel has been sent to thrissur on 24 th jan 2017 from Coimbatore. The same has not been delivered yet. On enquiry it has been revealed that they are not willing to deliver the same and asked me to come and pick up the parcel 5 KM away. I I am a man of 61 years.

No body called me to say that i should collect it by myself. When i called them they said that it has to be taken delivery from their office. I tried to call your office number. Nobody was picking the phone and finally i tried your customer care number in Bangalore which also was not working. My request is to let your customers know the customer care phone number.

I have advised all my business people not have any business with your courier . The service was deplorable . You should atleast have one working Phone somewhere, where hapless people like me will be able to at least make a complaint.

My father had booked a consignment with DTDC to send me a parcel which contained LIC documents and ₹300. The parcel was booked on the 5th of Jan-2017. After about 5 days when the parcel was still not delivered to me, I tried to check the status of the consignment in the DTDC online tracking system. To my surprise I found that the parcel has been returned with the comment 'Returned Parcel Forwarded to facility'. I had received no calls or any information regarding the delivery and when I enquired about it to the customer call center the executive told me that the delivery boy returned the parcel as i was unreachable whereas my mobile number was clearly mentioned in the parcel. After several follow-ups and warnings over mail they returned the parcel to my father on 25th of Jan 2017. But, the ₹300 was missing from the parcel. So, we need to think twise before sending important stuff through DTDC courier service.

I have sent a watch to Fossil Services in Bangalore from Visakhapatnam by DTDC and they had given me a consignment number "H69515759". It's shown that the product has been delivered but the fossil services didn't receive any courier from them. So now the company is asking for PROOF OF DELIVERY (P.O.D). I am ARUN KUMAR, i ciurier a bag on date of 16 jan 2017 From Nasik to Shadnagar 509216. Today is 28 jan 2017, till now i did't got my courier.
When ever i am ask to Dtdc staff at Nasik, they said it will take 2-3 days time.
But it will take 15 days time& till now my courier.
IF I NOT GET COURIER ON TODAY, I WILL COMPLAIT IN CONSUMER SERVICE COURT.

I had sent a courier CN No. M44216913 from Mumbai on 20 January, 2017. I was informed that courier will be delivered to its destination Amritsar within 2-3 days.
As per the tracking history available on the website, courier reached Chandigarh on 21 January, 2017 but no update after that.

I called so many times on Chandigarh Customer Care but they just say that they have sent the courier, it should have reached Amritsar branch. But Amritsar branch says that the courier has not reached there.

None of the customer care executives is answering the issue. Neither they are trying to figure out the courier status.

This is to inform you that I have been waiting for my courier for the past 2 weeks and it hasn't been delivered. The courier is from Jalpaiguri District and was supposed to reach the given location by 18/01/17. However due to miscommunication of information, the pin code was stated wrong and upon fixation, DTDC claimed that it has been sent to it's Madiwala Branch and would be sent to me by Saturday which is 21/01/17. However, I didn't receive any calls from DTDC on the 21st regarding any delivery and the number which was provided was switched off the whole day.
On 24/01/17, I received a call from the manager of DTDC Madiwala Branch, Bangalore saying that the courier is with them and I should be going to them and collecting, otherwise it will be delivered to me by 28/01/17. Upon my further query as to why it cannot be delivered within the week, the man mentioned that they have more important couriers to deal with and they aren't available to deal with small couriers like these till saturday and the call was hung up. Ever since, I haven't heard anything from the service and none of the people incharge have been picking up the call.
