Consignment tracking number H59354891 has been intentionally non-delivered and marked as time for acceptance over. Previously, the same chennai Manapakkam DTDC branch courier delivery boy did the same twice and I complained to the branch office. This time, he intentionally marked it and resent the package. Previously, he signed behalf of me and did not delivered the consignment for four days, until I track the parcel. Upon inquiry, he created massive problem and violently behaved. I am sure, my previous complaint has not been considered for action, even though I have complained to the highest possible center. Worst courier service

Last week Monday i went on[protected] DTDC in Sultanpalya Bangalore (560032) to near Madurai (626133) They told 2 days will deliver to your location, But what is the date today till now not yet deliver, I called so many time they told daily one one story but still not yet reach, Very important medical document inside the Courier I informed them also but no one response still, Please take immediate action, Some emergency only we are send courier but they are not bother about Finally we are suffer. What based this guys response to customer.

Please note that one consignment booked from from one of our customer M/s Multi-Tech Devices, Mumbai Vide your Docket no.D30608815 dtd 30/01/2017 and the delivery at destination is showing 03/02/2017 but physically the material is not delivered at the destination.

This item is related to production and due to non-availability of this item every day we are losing lacs of rupees and we have never expected such service from a courier like DTDC.

You are requested to please arrange to deliver the item to-day itself and confirm.

I send a courier to chandigarh through dtdc office of shadnagar on 23rd dec'16. but courier not delivered and now my courier has been misplaced. I visit and contact to dtdc office many times, but no action taken till date. I am realy frustrated and tired of this type of service. I put my ID document (my passport and aadhar copy) in the parcel. I already complained in the dctdc official customer complaint site. but they closed my complaint without solved the problem. Please help me

One of my friend I yet to receive.But when I search for the tracking order it shows as delivered, but yet to receive.Can you confirm the details? I am attaching below the email conversation with dtdc courier service regarding the delivery of my consignment# d31224332 which was supposed to be delivered on 13th jan but the dtdc delivery person has delivered it to a wrong person and the actual recipient is yet to receive the consignment.!

Issue description summary:
I ordered a gift from presto and presto has delivered it from kolkata to bangalore through dtdc courier services. But dtdc has delivered the consignment to wrong recipient and the dtdc team aren't responsing to any of my queries. The consignment remains undelivered till date.!

Whenever i try to get an update from dtdc customer care, i will always get the same response that "give us 1 day we'll get back to you" and i will not get any update thereafter.

I have also logged a case against this issue (Ref#[protected] which again got no response whatsoever from dtdc.

Will you guys be able to deliver the consignment to the actual recipient or not?? I need a resolution to this asap!!

I might have some important documents which must not be misplaced at any cost and you guys are saying that u have made a mistake of delivering it to a wrong recipient??

This is very unprofessional at your end and strict action must be taken against the delivery guy showing such immature and irresponsible attitude towards their job!!

Also do keep me posted on the status as dtdc website has been showing my shipment as out for delivery since jan 13th!!

I parcel some stuff from London, UK to India pune. The original shipment with number N96682307 delivered to wrong address about a 2 month ago. After continuous following for more than a month they created new shipment, but i haven't received my stuff. The new tracking id is N89114124. I don't even know whether they are doing it intentionally as the person with whom my stuff exchanged already received his stuff 15 days back. No body is even picking up the call on customer care

I have a shipment of ebay purchase with tracking id Z14020031 which is reached destination on 2nd Feb but till 6th also it is not delivered and when I have raised a compiant also with case number 05646071 on 4th Feb but it is also of no use.

When I tried to reach the customer care of Hyderabad after 30 minutes they answered the call and simply said as per the tracking it was not delivered as no service area? How come you book a product when the delivery address is of not service area, where as I received so many parcels from DTDC to the same delivery location so many times. This is simply shows the incapability of DTDC in managing their delivery team. Worst ever service

Hi made a purchase on ebay for a product and the the tracking id for that is : X20373904, i got the product today, but i am really unhappy with the dtdc courier service, first of all they dont have manner to speak, secondly they are not delivering the product to my home they want me to come and pick up, they called me and said they cant come to 12th floor and i should come down to pick when i went down to pick up there were nobody than i called them they said wait for sometime the person has gone out, than after sometime again someone is calling and telling me to come down and pick up i said to him all lifts are working why dont you come and deliver after that again he called and said to come down and pick up, this is pathetic no one will like your service if you doing this type of job even i am going to post about this type of worst service of dtdc courier in social sites, please make sure appropriate action is taken.

It was earlier shown that consignment is hanged up at mumhai hub from 28th jan.

‪@DTDCSupport I'm shocked with what you do to the customers. Just got abused by one of your employee working in Srinagar( J&K) branch. Your employee bearing registered phone number +[protected], refusing to state his name has abused and insulted me over phone for the order which is already delayed by a week's time.The shipment bearing AWB[protected] has already reached yesterday after a week's delay and what I get after prolonged waiting is, a rude and abusive behaviour from your employee at Srinagar, J&K branch. A big no for your service in Srinagar. As a customer, I feel led down, small and insulted. Just because I cannot do anything about my order, doesn't mean I'll keep mum against your terrible service. Instead of being sorry for the delay, the @DTDCSupport has shown me the real side of their professionalism. ‬

DTDC Barakhamba Rd charges me 2700rs for courier of wooden handicrafts and 2400rs for insurance, however they delivered damaged products. Once I contacted the agent, he asked me to call their customer care, and their number didn't work at all. There are companies like Amazon and Flipkart who take guarantee of safe courier even for products costing less than 100rs and here is this company who charged out of world charges and damaged the goods and took no responsibility.

I have booked a courier from madurai to be reached to Darmstadt, Germany on 02.01.2017 to the following address.

Till now it has not reached the destination. Whenever i ask them they tell my destination address is not correct. I checked with the university about the address and they made sure that the address is correct. I have attached the university mail with this complaint.

No proper response from the staff. The staff name is Moses and his phone number [protected]. Whenever i call him and ask, he tells he will check and tell and till now no proper response. I also contacted to other number [protected] and no-one is picking up the phone.

I have paid Rs.1300 for this. I either want the courier to be reached to destination or I want my amount back.

Docket No V35151711 was booked on 27th January under Plus Category (Rs.280/- per KG) for Next Day Delivery from Delhi to Mysuru. The packet contained 35 T Shirts for a conference at Mysuru. The Franchise assured next day delivery.

The shipment was not delivered on promised time and the conference went without the T Shirts. Even it was out for delivery on 3rd Day.

Worst Services, customer care people dont pick the phone in Bangalore, Mysuru even after continuously calling.

Tried calling their senior Ms. Shwetha ([protected]). She picked up call and asked us to call back after 15 minutes and left for the day. Reema ([protected]) doesn't pick the call at all.

Worst company for any important delivery.

I have booked a parcel to be delivered from Noida to Varanasi under 2kg weight category (dated 23/01/17). I was told that the parcel will reach in three working days. I am writing this on 31st Jan and there is no clue where parcel is gone.
I have called twice to DTDC office Noida sector 62(TOT Mall). Every time they ask me the details of address n stuff but no action or response coming my way. Very Unprofessional Staff telling me that their cargo van might be stuck in legal issues with no sense of responsibility, also pretending as if it is very obvious.
These guys are very frustrating; they do not bother about your parcel neither they value time. Value of parcel and criticality of arrival time is out of window once you chose DTDC. To my surprise there is no place on their website where you can lodge your complain or can get someone to investigate why your package is not delivered or went missing.
