till now my couriers not delivered. its been almost 20 days. i am trying calling courier people from past one week. no response.
I have tried calling Hadapsar branch also last week, they mentioned that no power in office and cant check the status.

I wanted to send a parcel to my brother who is located in Chickmagalore district Koppa Taluk. I Couriered the same on August 17th from Bangalore but till now it has not been reached to the destination nor returned. I have beenb tracking the document but no updates after 18th august? so I am feared that whether my product has been lost? I want to submit a complaint about the DTDC courier company. I gave my parcel on 23rd August evening after they assured me that it would be delivered to the given address by 25th of August at the most. But they didn't stand up to their promise and my product is still not delivered. And the customer service also couldn't be reached. Now since it's not on time, it is useless to deliver it and so I want my parcel back as well as my refund. customer service is not at all helpful. my reference number is K90124369

I had sent a very important courier from bangalore to ranchi on 22nd aug from their mittal towers office, bangalore m g road. Since it was urgent, the lady in dtdc office asked me to send it through their so called express service, wherein, it will surely get delivered in 2 days. It has been 5 days now and still the docs are in transit. When called the customer care office, they gave me a case no[protected] and asked me to wait. First of all, why the hell should i pay 330/- for your express service if the same bloody thing reaches in 5 days. Secondly, why dont your customer care nos are not reachable and non answerable when required... Fraudsters... 25 years of legacy is a bull if being in the service industry they are unable to service the clients in time.
Also, would like to know whether posting a complaint here serves any purpose, as i had done that earlier too but no action has been taken.

I would like dtdc to refund the excess which they have charged for faster delivery and if by any chance, the document does not reaches the destination today and i lose the deal, i will make sure i claim entire loss amount from them.

Cheaters... Your tagline should be delivering crap, not value.

I sent a courier on 13th August, 2016. Consignment number K87846080. The package contained important official papers. It has been not been yet delivered. Also I am trying the customer care number and other numbers given by the vendor are all switched off. Such unprofessionalism from a courier service that is charging highly for its services is not acceptable under any circumstances.

DTDC booked the item by flight and charged for same, but with out inform us they shipped the item by road.by sending the road, item got damaged and dtdc is not responding and no refund also. I lose 40k. if item is going to sending by road, I never ship it with dtdc . I can go and pick it up personally .

I have booked the courier doc number "V30660861"on 9th Aug from Delhi, and delivered on 10th Aug at Lucknow to wrong person. when i am tying to call to DTDC and also sent mail to "[protected]@dtdc.com" but still my case is pending. I have sent some legal documents to our clients which is delivered to some other person. And now we are facing problems.

I couriered my item on 16th August.last update was on 22nd Aug that product is out for delivery.Its 24th of Aug and product is not yet delivered.No customer call number available.when ever called saying busy.Mailed to customer care id but no response.How you people are handling the customer issues the hell is my product gone.worst website.No proper details.Whom I can contact.
This is my worst experience ever.

I sent courier containing important document on 25th of Jul'16 from Bangalore to Hindupur which normally take a day or two to delivery but DTDC courier sent this to some other place and when i asked no body responding it properly. And finally they have delivered to wrong person and updated as delivered. worst and pathetic customer service. Looks like they save numbers who raise complaint and do not respond how many times ever you tried to reach them. Why we are so helpless even after paying them service charges ? how can they be so casual to respond to complaints ? what can a common man do under such situations ?

This is regarding tracking no: h67591105, it was booked at narsapur on.[protected]‎, it was showing in online that it is out of delivery on 20th aug. But i received it on today i. E[protected]. How come this much delay??

More over delivery boy is asking to take the courier to other people, where as it came to us. He need to for 1st floor to give delivey, he can't take that pain and he was asking ground floor people to take delivey. What is this??

Finally he came to 1 st floor and he was telling me to keep one letter box on ground floor. He was telling it is not possible for him to give delivery on first floor. I don't understand how come he talk like that?? Is it is not his responsibility ‎ to give delivey to correct customer??? If letter box is avalble how come he drop courier in letter box with out talking signature??

What rules??? How come a delivey boy can show his angry to customer.??

I really very disappointed with his behaviour.

A packet weighing about 2 kg containing nighties etc. Is booked at rajahmundry, ap with dtdc on 20/08/2016 evening, to be delivered at bandra east mumbai.
Having charged the cost of material inside the packet, the dtdc failed miserably to deliver the packet till late evening yesterday i. E. On fourth day.
Tracking particulars further alarm me, if the packet can be delivered today.
Ordinary postal letter reached there intimating the particulars of the packet but the fabulously charging dtdc could not deliver the packet.
I vow not to use this courier at any cost hereafter and advise people to realise.

On 19th july i booked a booklet of sodexo coupon of worth 4000 rps in dtdc at shri lakshmi travel/dtdc office electronic phase -1. Bangalore. The courier has reached the destination on time. But
The sodexo booklet has been robbed by dtdc and they re-placed it with an cardboard of same booklet size and delivered it.

I have all the proofs to drag the dtdc team on to the roads. Kindly help me to get my money reimbursed.

Dtdc service is very bad n poor. They do cheat people n open the parcel and repack it as it was. The staff is so rude and not customer friendly. They don't even attend calls. Keeps on hold fr too long. Worst thing is, no on time delivery. They are fraud. If they don't have service in certain area they should not take the parcel. Had very bad experience thrice.

I would like to raise a written complaint against the dtdc courier.

I had raised the above case on 22nd aug stating that i have not got my courier for the above mention consignment no z97960540

The next day what i see is that the courier is delivered with my name and number. Whereas i have not got the courier. When i checked with the security guard he said that someone from dtdc had visited on 17 aug and as we were not there they did not accepted the courier. Whereas in the system it is showing that courier has being accepted by me. Given below is the contact number [protected] who visited on 17 aug and said that courier is delivered.

Today when i called that number the concern person is saying the the courier is returned back.

It was my rakhi which my sister had send me.

This shows that we should never trust dtdc courier and how worst service you have

Try to get in touch with the concern person and get my courier.

I have trying from morning number comes busy but when call goes and rings no one pickes it up. Worst service. Dont know why they get paid if they dont work properly. Am calling to rajpura hub number [protected]. But no one is picking the call. My currier which is done with dtdc and its traveling here to there. Am checking the status but its showing me in rajpura only but the address is of banur and they also having a service hub in banur. But i dont know why they are not sending it to there and let it be delivered. That currier was very urgent but they guys keeping the delay in it. I want my currier to be deliver in 2 days today or tomorrow.

Lodged two complaints which haven't been resolved till now. Made multiple calls to DTDC Gurgaon franchisee and Bangalore customer help desk to no avail. Highly unprofessional of a courier agency of this repute to treat its customers in such an unethical manner. Employees and Franchisees equally mismanaged and unhelpful

I had sent some sweets from bangalore to lucknow on 16th-aug-2016, at the time of booking it was told that it will be delivered by 18th-aug-2016. But when it was not delivered i called them on 19th-aug-2016 regarding the status of the package at that time it was told that it will be delivered by evening but again they didn't delivered the product. Again i called them on 20-aug-2016, the worst part is to call them 100 times then one representative will attend the call. Finally one guy attended and he told the same story that it will be delivered by 20th evening but again they did the same. On 21th-aug i checked the status online it was shown the status 'out for delivery' and the date is mentioned 20th-aug-2016. I was wondering whether they are kidding or what, as it was 21th and the status for delivery is showing 20th-aug. Again i called them again and again and they have given me the lucknow hub number. I called them it was switched off, with the help of internet i found the lucknow hub number. The most shocking thing was when i asked the update from them they told that they have not received the packet yet. After lot of frustration i went to dtdc corporate office but they are good for nothing. They only giving the false commitments and promises that they will treat it as priority basis. Dtdc is one of the pathetic courier service i have ever seen. Because of them i lost around rs.1500. Please take the appropriate action against them.

I had sent a lenovo laptop to mysore. After it is delivered, the screen of the laptop is found to be damaged heavily. With full clarification from the dtdc end that utmost care will be taken, i had sent it. With fragile and handle with care stickers also the laptop has reached in this condition. What is the point of sending through such renowned courier service if the product is not well taken care of? Please look into the matetr and compensate for my losses.
