DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I send a courier on 23rd May 2022 from Hyderabad to Indore.
Consignment Number :- D23223180
The tracking shows it has reached Indore on 26th May 2022 but it has not been delivered to me. The DTDC costumer care has not resolved the issue and keep telling it will be delivered in few days.

I have booked a shipment on 31 May 2022. Ref ID: D21661987. Today is 7 June and still not delivered even after raising query tickets many time....

I wanted to complain against DTDC Nautanwa. It’s my 3rd time experience, they never deliver to given address, instead always ask to pick it up from their office.

What’s the meaning of giving complete detail home address, if it has to delivered in DTDC courier office only?

They just always have some false reasons like delivery boy is not available to deliver, he met with an accident, tried to call on number...

My parcel has reached pune market yard hub at morning 1130am, I am staying 1.5km away from the dtdc office. Tomorrow is a holiday we will receive our parcel only on Monday. It contained an emergency medicine. Even after paying extra money also parcel not delivered.

Since two days I've been waiting for the parcel, and these lazy **'s are updating the status with "RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)" and "OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)". I have contacted the customer care support many times all they do is raise a complaint, and nothing happens later.

Please choose a better service to save your time, people....

The parcel is not delivered & marked 'door closed'. I asked the concerned local office to share proofs: call log SS, location etc, but none were shared. They are asking me to pick it up from their office. It is booked for delivery at my home, not from wherever you ask me to. You have intentionally not delivered the package and now marked as RTO.

Condignment no. D35057453 sent from Palakkad to Pune Camp was receivdd only on the 8th day(yesterday) with the carton broken& contents in damaged condition. Complaints over email & through Customer Care number have not evoked any response till now. I am really sorry to say that the grievance reddreesal mechanism seems to be moribund in this Courier Company. I have suffered a loss of Rs 3000& the cost of mental agony to this senior citizen...

They doesn't check the address and mention the wrong address, wrong number, person not available and so.
Most of time they call and tell them to pickup the package at our office.
They had returned many due to this types of behavior.

They need to cross check and what is requiremnt for run a franchise....

Service by DTDC is pathetic. They simply update the status by sitting in their office. Customer care do not have the details of delivery person. Even they are unable to provide information related to parcel. If someone recieved his parcel on time then it is only luck of his....

I had been raised many complaints directly with customer care number [protected] . They are keeping me waited or executives in silent.
