DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Shipment#d29017951 is undelivered from last 16 days.
I sent it from uppal hyderabad to bhopal on 30-jul-2016 and it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days.
I am in constant conversation with dtdc staff who says give us more time.
No one in the dtdc is stating which date the shipment will be delivered.

I request you to please help me solving the problem, please.

Rakhi sent through dtdc from chiranjiv vihar, ghaziabad to gurgaon on august 8, 2016 has not been delivered even after 8 days. All contact numbers are busy to answer. After paying rs75/- for a letter, there is no responsibility of the company. Either the letter be delivered by today evening or refund money.

No future transaction with you. Poor customer service.

Dtdc service has delivered my consignment to wrong address and they are not taking any steps to find my consignment where it is delivered. I have been making calls yet no answer. I have also logged the complaint 2895738.
It contains the companies data of around million of RS. I have courier from Nagpur to Mumbai.company is located in banglore

My relatives courier a wedding card from delhi on 03rd aug 2016 but it is not delivered till 16th of aug, 2016, but actually it received at mandi dabwali distt. Sirsa on 5th august, 2016 that is shown by your website (http://dtdc.in/tracking/tracking_results.asp)
Please refer attached image for the status of courier.

Please take hard actions against your distributor at mandi dabwali. Please do the needful as early as possible. I am waiting a response from your side. Please update the actions taken by you.

I would like to make a complaint about my parcel which was sent from mumbai on the 30th of july 2016 consignment no. m38871087 be receive in varanasi (uttar pradesh). but till today i. e 15th of aug i still haven't received my parcel. when i went to dtddt varanasi mahmoorganj branch to enquire, the staff were very impolite n un co-operative. i would like to know where is my parcel and when will i receive it, it has my very much valuable things inside. so kindly help me with this issue. tracking stutas show the out for delevery

I would like to make a complaint about my parcel which was sent from chennai on the 13th of July 2016 consignment no. C68870880 to be receive in imphal (Manipur). But till today i.e 14th of Aug I still haven't received my parcel. When I went to dtdc imphal main branch to enquire, the staff were very impolite n un co-operative. I would like to know where is my parcel and when will i receive it, It has my very much valuable things inside. So kindly help me with this issue.

I packed some cosmetic products and it totally costs 7146 rupees through DTDC EXPRESS LTD courier service located at SAKET HYDERABAD to VIJAYAWADA on 09-08-16 at 8.30pm, and when the packaged delivered to the address one of the high cost cosmetic product Rs.1399 was missed in that box when the addressie opened the box seal.so please do me favour to find the missed product and recover to the addressee.

I sent a shipment # D29017951 from Hyderabad to Bhopal on 30/07/2016. Mr Vishnukant Reddy DTDC manager said that the delivery will be in 4-5 business days.

Its more than 10 days but no delivery happened, and there is no reply from anyone from DTDC office. I call them 4-5 times daily to check the status but every time they say i will call u back and no one call.

I am attaching the copy of my DTDC receipt. Pl take this matter seriously and reply back asap.

Shipment no. Z95944863 booked on 3rd august failed to reach its destination even after 10 days.

This was booked at vaishali center for raj nagar, ghaziabad.

First, on enquiring from the office, i was told that the address mentioned was wrong (Which wasn't, as it was addressed to a government organization).
And if the address was wrong i should have been informed or called to check. But i did not receive any call.


Then i was given another no. On 11th august, to enquire about my parcel and there i was told that it will be delivered today.
Also, i was told that that dtdc was facing some issues with there courier office in raj nagar. So some of the packets were not delivered.

On 12th august, i again called up, and i was given the number of the delivery boy who was to deliver the packet.
He told me "madam it is with me and i will deliver it tomm."

That packet contained my application for a post, which has now crossed the last date which was 11th august.

The parcel was left undelivered for 10 days. Now even if it gets delivered it will be of no use, as it is not going to get accepted.

Now i want my parcel back, along with me fees and compensation for this unprofessionalism

I am supposed to receive a courier from Hyderabad which was sent on 03/08/16 to Bangalore communication address.I have checked with the courier office in Hyderabad and they have confirmed to me that parcel has been delivered on 10/08/16.

In the past also I had this issue where in bommanahalli courier executive has delivered it to the wrong address and after my complaining the parcel was handed over to me.Now this is the second time this has happened and now I do no know to whom is has been delivered and the details in the parcel are confidential.I am looking to take this further as I am not happy about my things been delivered to some unknown.

I spoke to the DTDC office no[protected] on 11/08 and they have taken my no and agreed for a callback but till now I didn’t had any response.I have to submit the documents to one of the organization which were sent by courier and because of your companies incompetency its been getting delayed.


I want this issue to be taken seriously and I also want some sort of action taken on that courier office in Bommanahalli.

I have today visited bommanahalli branch today and the person whom I met was very rude and didn’t even acknowledged my complaint instead told me that they have delivered thousands of mails and they don’t know where it has been lost.When I have told him to check the details he started saying that his branch would have not delivered the courier and asked me to contact devarachikanahalli branch when clearly in the past the courier used to be delivered from this branch itself.

He was not even ready to check the details and just passing the buck from one person to another.I am now seriously considering not to use your courier services going forward as this just an adding insult to an injury in getting my parcel.

I have sent a courier through dtdc on 2nd aug'16 from nagpur to tilda (raipur), consignment no. d29324736. it has not been delivered till date & no one at dtdc knows where it is. even, if there is any confusion regarding the address they should have called the customer but neither they are calling the customer nor able to answer the queries of customer. the customer care executive first said they don't have office at tilda but later when i enquired i found they have an office at tilda.
Now, it has been more than 10 days but no one knows where is my courier & always reply that we will call you which they never do.
I don't know what to do now.

Such a worst company, more than 20 days went still shipment not delievered. It is showing mis route
The address is clearly provided with mobile number. I don't know what job they r doing. No one contacted in mobile no response no reply to mails. Fit for nothing dtdc courier is a waste.

Help me to get my shipment, they should be responsible to customers. They should be warned for such a worst service, cancel the license.

Sir, on 5th aug 16 i had sent one envelop containing two rakhis and rs. 2000 in another envelop inside it. My consignment no. Is z96398281. It was booked from ferozepur cantt. Sadar bazar, punjab branch. The recepient got the inside envelop in torned condition having no money inside it, but two rakhi was there. During the time of booking i had told the agency person that i was sending rakhi but i had not disclosed about money. I know it was mistake in my part, but at the same time it is not acceptable that some one should open the envelop. It is very heartening that such type of theft case is happening from such renowned agencie's franchise. The ferozepur cantt. Branch is doing another type of forgery, in some occassions they are producing duplicate octroi slip while delivering any product and charging some amount against it and the proof if required will be produced. Pls do the necessary...

I want to register a complaint against dtdc courier service. On 2nd august 2016 i have booked a courier from hyderabad to rewa. Since then i'm tracking my courier but till now it is not delivered. On checking dtdc website they are showing update till 5 august 2016 that it has been reached jabalpur but after that there is no update on dtdc website. How long it will take to deliver one courier. Such a pathetic courier service. If you are not capable of doing your business properly please shutdown. Dont harras the consumer. Dtdc doesnt answer through mail not through phone also.

Im habeeb booked an item through ebay. On booking time they asked my pincode and shows shipping available.
After few days i received a call from dtdc to collect the item from their franchisee and they will not ptovide door delivery. I am complaining around 20 times top to bottom of dtdc by mailing and by phone, still the complaint open.
The dtdc staf[censored]sing abusive language and didn't respond mail.
Very poor and bad service i experienced from the courier company.
After 7days i didn't get my item.

I have to claim the payment for the courier from a company. I call dtdc office, rohtak (Haryana) everyday. Everytime i am being assured that the bill will be sent tomrrow, but nothing really happens. I hv repeatedly mailed at accounts. [protected]@dtdc.Com but noone replies. I hv talked to the branch manager. I was assured by him also, but words did not transform into actions. I am being harassed from last 2 weeks just for a bill. Dont know what to do.

Consignment no. D28916797 is still in transit status. Not yet received by destination. It has sent from delhi on 05.08.2016. By giving surety that it will receive by 08.08.2016. But in vain no action has taken by your authority even after repeated calls to your source courier service.

The parcel with tracking no z90605461 has not been delivered yet. Plz look into the matter. They are having a very bad service. Never faced such a problem with any courier service. The courier was despatched on 8 july 2016 from haldwani but still not received in delhi. No helpline no works. Branch people not ready to help out. Incomplete details are being shown on tracking site.
