My shipment number z93809518 was booked on 22 jun from aligarh and it is still showing as "attempted" though it was never attempted as my house is open. When i tried to call the given number""[protected] nobody is picking the phone. This shipment has very documents and i am clueless now. Even the customer care number[protected] is nobody picking up.
This is horrible.

I have transferred a packet of 5 kg from Rajhmundry to Addanki which consist of cranberry, be gay cream, calcium tablets, and almonds, the courier boy have delivered the packet open, when I checked later almonds packet of 2kgs is missing tracking number /consignment number D28413261

ive sent a parcel from NIT faridabad on 7th june to Bangalore, whenever i call customer care nobody picks up phone & when ever i call delivery boy nobody picks up phone i dont know where is my parcel is please deliver it it have medicines .. ive sent medicine to my relative & nobody delivered it he is in problem please deliver it as fast as you can or contact me [protected] or you can contact him ..[protected] his no. One parsel of mine is showing delivered on the address:

And received by rajat as per the dtdc.

But i, rajat tripathi didnt get the parsel. I dont know whom they have
Delivered it.

I, arun kumar singh serving in bangalore had done courier from bangalor on jun 2016 vide courier no B 31556708 . IT HAS TO BE REACHED ON 03 DAYS . BUT TILL TODATED IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO ONE HAD CONTACTED THE PERSON. PLS DO NECESSARY ACTION IT WAS SO URGENT. DUE TO YOUR FAULT I HAD SUFFERED.

My Courier tracking no. is V28220976.
It was booked on DTDC centre 20th june'16.
but the same has started shipping on 23 june'16 . it is evident in tracking site.
why there is delay of 3 days?

Eben there complaint/enquiry website is not working and no proper customer service is available.

the delivery centre of DTDC shall be questions and shall pay compensation on delay of my documents.

I have booked a parcel in my name Sudhir Ohdar and same was came to the gate of Crpf chandrayangutta Hyd on 30 may16 but not delivered and returned. Dtdc has not record parcel details to trace out. A rep called me from mobile no [protected] but he also not intimating details of parcel for tracking. He was called me on 30 may. As per your office record please intimate returning address of my parcel with pin code.

We have couriered 2kg weighing parcel from mangalore to bhubaneshwar on 1st june 2016. till now the parcel didnt reached to bhubaneshwar.
almost 20days over.very bad response to your local office at mangalore.last 10 days i continously communicating...they give readymade answer tmrw it will be delivered but till now not delivered, who will take the responsible our company lost 1lakh payment from our client.as per our scope of work we have to issue the report within days to our client.

very ver worst and bad service in dtdc in future i wont go with dtdc

I have given my courier to dtdc to send it from chennai to kota (Rajasthan)... They told me that they will deliver this around 2 days... Currently already 4 days finished and still my courier have not reached at destination.

Till the branch is saying it will take another 3 to 4 days...
They have charged me for express delivery but there services are worst than normal delivery...

They are only good in advertisement not in service.

I have sent the courier throught DTDC lite on 10/6/16.
And it was said that the courier will be sent by 5-6 days (not working days)

on dtdc site it is saying dispatched on 16/6/16. But it is still not recieved up to date of 19/6/16.
The courier was very urgent to be sent, i had some important files to be delivered on time, with dead line of 18/6/16. Now the date has already passed i have missed my oppurtunity. Now even if it is delivered it is of no use. What kind of service is this... I want to know the reason, my money back and how can i trust this kind of service. Worst service ever...

Worst service I experienced with dtdc. I have sent the courier from Srinagar colony Hyd to local address saidabad in Hyderabad on 9th June...today is 18th...not delivered. I called people. No one is lifting...and one courier office girl said that ur courier is in malakpet...I told I already know that...what is it doing there? Why it's not moving staggneting there on 10th...? Status stopped showing from 10th...so what shall I do friends ? Suggest me...suppose if my courier is lost and they r not able to trace will they pay me money for my item? I am giving u photo here. I have couriered on 16/06/2016 from bhavnagar to bandra, mumbai.
Today 18/06/2016 still parcel not delivered on the address and for regular courier they charges 80 but it was urgent so i have sent the parcel in express courier.
Than too it's not reached in time.
So i want that access 270 rs back.

Hi,

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by dtdc for our consignment no. M36529048.

We sent this package from dtdc mumbai (Malad west - link road office) to gurgaon on 2nd june. If we look at the status on the website it says the package has been delivered on 4th june which is not correct.

I'm the sender & the recipients are our relatives who have confirmed they have not received the package since they were not home on the 4th june. So i called your customer service no. +[protected] and they also confirmed that the package was delivered and it was received & signed by cb sharma. I requested them to send me a copy of the delivery slip on which the recipients had signed. Attached is the copy for your reference.

We gave the consignment no to cb sharma and asked them to check with the local courier franchise for dtdc. According to them the delivery guy claimed to have called the recipient on 4th june on [protected] and was advised by mr. Cb sharma to drop the parcel in the drop box since they were not home.

This is an utter lie!!! Because

1) the contact number we provided is for mrs. Sharma and not mr. Sharma. The delivery guy did not make an effort to call
2) if the parcel was left in the drop box who mentioned the name cb sharma in the received by section in the attached slip?? This is a clear case of fraud

The gurgaon courier team had sent the delivery guy to our mr. Dharma's residence, the same address on which the package had to be delivered.

The delivery guy was very shaky and nervous which clearly indicates that he was lying. The package had something which was very valuable for us monetarily as well as emotionally.

I want my complaint to be dealt on priority and we want our package back. If not we will be reporting it to the police.

We want someone to call us and discuss. I fed up of calling you guys numerous times and no body seems to answer any calls in dtdc. Unprofessionalism at its best.

I wrote to their customers service email and all they had to say is —

Which is posted Monday night from Bangalore (domlur) to Bangalore (Electronic city) has not been delivered.. And it's more than 4 days...but still there is no proper response.. The customer care has given branch number but it's switched off always... I never have seen such a worst service in my life.
I don't know what to do..., ..., ...
It's very urgent documents need to be submitted...

My sister has sent this courier from gorakhpur on 11th june 2016 after confirming with the shopkeeper in gorakhpur that it will be delivered in 3 days.

“this was very very very very urgent containing important academic form of my brother in jamshedpur. But till now it hasn't been delivered and the shopkeeper told that it will take another 2 days. “

Now i lost my faith in dtdc courier company as it is misleading its customers for just rs 100 providing false information that it will reach in 3days.

A courier has been sent from mumbai to guwahati on 11th june but is has been stuck since then in the source station itself with the latest status updated as "processed & dispatched from dtdc facility". It has been 4 days since i could see no movement in the tracking details. I have tried contacting the customer care and source courier station and they have no clue where the shipment is current stuck. I have raised a complaint with the customer care with the complaint id 02382628.

Kindly get the courier moving and get it delivered asap as it has got some urgent materials. I can wait for couple of more days but any further delay would prompt me to move consumer court as there is no point in spending more and send a courier as compared to normal registered post. Pfb the cn no. :

I have sent some medical reports to Jammu via DTDC courier consignment number V30155572 on 8th June 2016 from Bangalore.
As the reports were urgent and were required to reach the destination on Saturday I had sent them by DTDC plus service which were supposed to reach in 2 working days as told us by the DTDC courier center in Indira Nagar branch HAL 2nd stage. For this I paid INR 300 just because i wanted that courier must reach as soon as possible hence opted for express/plus service.
The courier has not reached the destination till today 14th June 21:44 pm.
I wrote a mail to DTDC regarding this but there was no reply from there side.
I called DTDC head office today 14th June and talked to complaint manager on mobile number [protected] in Bangalore and they told that consignment has reached Jammu on 11th June and talked to Jammu office keeping me in Conference. It was told that consignment has reached Nanak Nagar branch in Jammu and they promised us that it will reach today and said sorry for the delay. The complaint number which I raised with DTDC is 02376102.After promising The courier is still not delivered today.
Kindly take appropriate action.

Hello sir,

I have ordered books of class 3 cbse school for my elder daughter, and i have still not recieved any delivery. Below has the details of the dtdc courier track number and when i called dtdc, their response is vague. They said they taken my complaint and gave me a complaint number as 2380130, which they said will be sms'ed to my mobile number. But till now i have ben waiting for more than an hour, and no sms arrived.

In dtdc courier site, below is the last status shown as in transit. Its more than 5 days it says dispatched, but no courier arrived. Please do the needful.

Hi,
I have booked a courier (H[protected] at hyderabad to varanasi on 6-jun.

Booked date: 06-jun
Expected delivery 11-jun. (Verbal commitment, official 5-7 days)
Status: it shows reached delhi (As on 14-jun)
Un-delivered at destination.

It was told, delivers on same week, but not delivered yet.
1) online tracking is pathetic... No updates for a week-long, please screen shot.
Waiting for a week to know the status is so pathetic condition of the company.

2) when i contacted local pick-up counter, they says it was sent to lucknow by mistake and re-routed to delhi. It is so careless company.

3) customer care phone is not answered. Useless cc support. No responses.

Packet was dispatched on 9th june'16 from delhi under po no. Z88584630 which was suppose to get delivered at madhapur, hyderabad, telangana. The packet reached hyderabad airport on 11th june'16. As per the online tracking it is still lying there, i have trying to reach dtdc officials to track the same but no one is able to answer. I also logged a complaint with there dtdc head office on 13th june'16 against complaint no. 02373503. I also wrote a mail to [protected]@dtdc.com; css. [protected]@dtdc.com. Till now netiher i have received any tracking update nor any revert from their end. Pls help
