This is Mohd Mujiburrahaman and my consignment number is Z85192664, this is to inform you that this consignment is still not delivered to the receiver and there is important document in the parcel and if it is not received by receiver within 24 hours then It is not going to be good for DTDC and it will be closed forever. On the packed the delivery address was Gurwaliya Bazar Purbi Chauraha, PO- Gurwaliya Thana- Turkpatti Tehsil-Tamkuhiraj Dist-Kushinagar UP-274302 However it was mentioned on the packed that to hold it on DTDC office Kasia Kushinagar 274402 but after contacting in Kasia office of DTDC they are telling that the packed has not been delivered to them and It has been marked as delivered also as per tracking. Then where is the packed and i want this packet anyhow...

Package (Z[protected] it has been dispatched from chandigarh to gaggal aiport but it is not not recieved at respective location and been misrouted, currently its location is indicating that the parcel is in pathankot but pathankot personnels are reluctant to accept that, that further asked to contact delhi DTDC, on contacting delhi DTDC thaey again ask to inquire from chandigarh station .Kindly help in tracing the consignment its been almost a month that thae consignment is out for delivery,

Myself varanasi hari, i posted an emergency courier to my client in gurgaon as it was extremely urgent for me and my client.They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 4 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is z87000932.Even i went to dtdc franchise office in gurgaon to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.

My consignment number : b30927555 has not yet been delivered whereas online the status shows as: delivered on 1st april .I logged a complaint also online : 01103139, but no 1 has bothered to revert/call.
I googled out the contact numbers for dtdc-delhi/ambala/solan and was surprised to see that maximum of them are not valid numbers, and the ones that are valid are not picking thecalls at all whereas right at teh next moment the numbers goes busy !!
Could someone please deliver my courier :( its really urgent .Adding a pic of the online status .

My courier is undelivered after waiting for so many days.

They are advertising for three attempt, but only one attempt is made.

Also number mentioned but no one called on that number.

Worse and pathetic service, total waste of money and time.

One week has passed and returned but still not received to me.

It is real kind o[censored]rgent document and they are just delaying.

My consignment was lost by dtdc courier.

Every time i follow up with the dealer, they ask me to wait and say that the claim process may take 1 year.

Nowhere on there website it is mentioned that the claim process can take this much time

Its almost 5 months now and still my money is not refunded.
They keep passing me from one contact person to another.

Hi, Myself Dr Tripathy from Chandigarh.I had sent acorier from Sec 15 A Chandigarh on 5th April vide ref. no.Z8291685 to a Gazhiabad address.Though the traching shows that It has reached there on 7th April, due to the callous and lethargic attitude of the agent there it has not been delivered to the desired address even after talking to the person concerned there.It is highly shameful and I condem the action.

I have a shipment with awb tracking no:[protected]. The product is out for delivery on april 6th and i haven't received till today i.E., 11th april 2016. They closed their shop before the time. Customer service is not at all responding for my calls they are switching off their mobiles, the worst service ever.I haven't seen this type of service till date. My number [protected]. I need an explanation regarding my package.

My courier was sent from Pune on 6th April 2016, but till date I have not received and when my husband inquired with DTDC office they informed that the delivery guy went to the mentioned address but the house was closed hence the courier wad sent back to their main office.But the comic part is when I called up the same delivery guy he informed me that he was unable to find out the address and when he tried to call me up I dnt answer the call. This is totally pathetic service and when we call their office landlines number we came across a totally different story.

This is the second instance that the delivery man at palta, north 24 parganas insisted on a cash payment of rs 10- rs 20 for climbing stairs to deliver shipment. Its acceptable once as a complimentary tip, but why always? My shipments were from Shushrut Ayurved industries, dharwad, Vocabsolution, shakarpur, delhi. I will unfortunately have to inform the vendors to not use your organisation for my shipments. I am complaining as dtdc has been my preferred shipper always.

when i am tracking this consignment no. on dtdc tracking website its show's delivered while i am not recieved till now pls do something about that.

As promised, the document which was opted for Sunday PTP passport service was not delivered and no one answers the call. Tried the local vendor where booking was done, tried customer care and complain number (from Saturday to Monday 11.35 am) no one answers the call. The vendor very clearly told if I choose PTP Sunday passport service-delivery is 100% for the pin code i submitted. Consignment number E[protected]. Hopeless service. If it cannot be delivered then why did you charge me? It could be straight forward that the delivery was not possible?? The urgency and importance of passport to be delivered for official purposes was clearly told at the time of booking. Horrible service from DTDC

I had sent one envelope of valuable documents from indore to pune.
Sent by: sandeep adkar, indore.
Sent to : ajeet pathak, chinchwad pune.
Consign no. : m 30667622, booked on dated 30 mar, from dtdc outlet, sch 54, indore.
Last status in tracking: dispatched from dtdc. But not received.
Normal delivery, was expected in 4-5 days. As told by local outlet.
Fee charged: rs. 90.

Please share the status and make sure it is safe enough. When can it be delivered ??

My docket no. D27004287 from mumbai on 2 nd march 2016 to kotagiri, tn.
The company is unable to trace the big parcel???? What's the meaning? They have taken more than a month with about 50 emails exchanged but no result.
The agent in kotagiri mr lalit has visited many times assuring that they will trace the parcel!
It's a real shame!
Very very unhappy constomer.

A cosignment no z85850125, was booked on 02.04.2016 from dehradun to be delivered at ratlam. It was told that it will be delivered within 4-5 days i.E latest by 7th april 2016, if booked normal. As per my requirement it was before 9th april 2016 but on friday 8th april 2016, when i checked the status on line the consignment reached at indore on 6th april 2016 and was at indore on 7th april 2016. I was shocked to know the status and loughed complaint to the booking centre, it was informed that the status will be informed but assurance can not be given that the delivery will be made today. Though they tried and the consignment was delivered at 7.00 pm on 8th april 2016.This shows the inefficiency of one of the renound private courier agency dtdc that the consignment between two major cities took 7 seven days in delivery. Why the clint should use this private agency, when their efficiency is even less and payment is more, than the government system. The services of your agency are degraded a lot. In future i will use speed post of post office than dtdc.

We are having important documents in that

we are old customers for DTDC still we are getting this type of service so sad

Dear sir,
A courier was sent on 29th march'16 from gorakhpur with some delicate items which could be damaged if delivered late. The courier was not delivered even till 7th march'16.
When contacted mr. Tej pratap and also on the customer care no proper response was given to me and yet the parcel was not delivered.
The items in the package will be damaged for sure, so i wont take the delivery and thus would like to file a case against the courier partner for the loss of the item as well as the amount paid for the courier delivery

I have ordered for one item from amazon and it came via dtdc courier. The courier person doesnt have manners at all. His name is arun. The order id is[protected]. The dtdc courier id is z86171118. The courier person came to the delivery address i.E. Aptean bangalore office and he is shouting on guard to open the office gate. He behaved very rudely in front of all the employees. When i called him back asking about the incident, he started shouting on me, saying that when i told you to be there at 2:30, why are you not at location. He was not ready to wait for even five minutes so that i could come to reception. Instead, he was telling me to go to police and do complaints. He started using all abusive words to scare me. Can you kindly take strict action on the person so that this never gets repeated with anyone.

On tracking from your site it is showing At DTDC Apex, jaipur apex on dated 02.04.2016 at 01.42 PM. Further it is not showing anything.kindly do the needful.
