My courier no Z82604125 has arrived in ambala city since yesterday morning but not being delivered till now. Mobile no. of courier boy provided says that it won't be delivered today too. Disgusting response from Dtdc.

I sent a parcel through dtdc from bangalore to delhi on 11th april (Monday). Consignment no. Is b31322564
The online tracking is showing "out for delivery" since wednesday but it hasn't been delivered till now! Despite registering a complaint (No.[protected], they seem to be not responding at all on this. Please resolve this issue asap! It's very important.

My friend from bangalore sent my service certificate from dtdc courier. Courier number is cn no:b30963418. I didn't recieve it, but in status its showing delivered on 2nd april 2016 itself.When i asked them they raised so many tickets but still they are not giving soln i asked them to escalate the issue, they told they did it but still its 15th aril today and no response from there side. Please help me.Its matter of my job.

I had booked a consignment in the DTDC, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India for USA on 7th April 2016. They had claimed that the consignment will reach the destination in 3-4 days with a maximum time of 7 days. Even after 8 days they have not bothered to call me and inform about the status of my item. I searched the nos of customer case and tried to find out the status. They said the item has been badly broken and they are returning the same to the source.

Because of their casual handing, I am bearing a loss of around Rs. 25000 and at the same time bad remarks from my client. When I am approaching them, they do not have any solution.

I have booked a courier with consign ment no v28281778 at hyderabad to nakodar ( punjab ) on 11/04/16 in dtdc plus courier service. In this service products should get delivered the next day, but today is 14/04/16 till now it was not delivered. There were no updates on the whole day 13/04/16. The courier reached at jalandhar today and those people r saying they will deliver it tomorrow. Then wt is the use of booking it in dtdc plus courier . U charged the amount high for that . Staff at jalandhar r really lazy and worst. Dtdc service is very worst.

This consignment was booked on 9th april and was containing important document. It's 14th but still it is stuck in guwahati apex. I am trying all the available phone numbers but nobody is picking up. It is very painful. If you guys cannot continue functioning properly why don't you quit.

I am seller on ebay, , on custumer book this i phone 6 16gb as i am going to dtdc courier and send the buyers address on dtdc courier, , now this is the tracking id h64964607 i am shipping this 2/4/2016 but till now didn't deliverd to dtdc courier team, , i am tring to call him dtdc courier but he didn't responding, and also talk to local dtdc courier but he didn't responding.. I have dispatched a consignment bearing number *v28839009* on 11th april 2016 from delhi to balangir (767001) on an urgent basis through dtdc premium service paying a cost of rs. 400. The dispatching centre guys assured me to deliver the consignment on the 3rd day i.E. 13th april 2016 at the receiving address. However the consignment didn't get delivered on the due date at the destination.

I got my courier just now. But the lady from trivandrum office ([protected]) was lying to me that there was no phone number in courier address(on 12th April 2016). They were lying to me. this was reason for the delay delivery of my courier. I am sending the picture of my courier. DTDC bad service. And lying to customers. Please make sure this should not happens to another customer.

I have ordered some jewellery making material from a online store in facebook. They have send the courier on 8th april 2016 from chennai. And courier reached in trivandrum office on 9th april 2016. Till now i didn't get my courier. When i phoned to trivandrum office on 12th april 2016, they were saying that there was no phone number written in the courier address. And they were talking very rude to me. After that i gave my number. They said that till be delivered on 13th april 2016. I waited till 3.45 p.M. I didn't get my courier yet. Today on 13th apr after tracking it online regularly when i did not find any update on where my courier exactly is. I called dtdc indore office they said the courier has not reached indore yet as it was booked late on 11th apr.
The courier contains a very important document and penalty of 300/- charged everyday for not submitting that document in a govt dept.
My issues are:
1. The agent who booked the courier did not book it at his office on time to get it despatched on same day
2. No status of courier is available online it just shows "in transit"
3. Who is going to bear the penalty for not submitting the document on time when it's because of the mismanaged service of dtdc
4. I will go to consumer forum in person to file the complaint because agents of these logistic companies do not bother to work systematically and ultimately we have to suffer.

This is Mohd Mujiburrahaman and my consignment number is Z85192664, this is to inform you that this consignment is still not delivered to the receiver and there is important document in the parcel and if it is not received by receiver within 24 hours then It is not going to be good for DTDC and it will be closed forever. On the packed the delivery address was Gurwaliya Bazar Purbi Chauraha, PO- Gurwaliya Thana- Turkpatti Tehsil-Tamkuhiraj Dist-Kushinagar UP-274302 However it was mentioned on the packed that to hold it on DTDC office Kasia Kushinagar 274402 but after contacting in Kasia office of DTDC they are telling that the packed has not been delivered to them and It has been marked as delivered also as per tracking. Then where is the packed and i want this packet anyhow...

Package (Z[protected] it has been dispatched from chandigarh to gaggal aiport but it is not not recieved at respective location and been misrouted, currently its location is indicating that the parcel is in pathankot but pathankot personnels are reluctant to accept that, that further asked to contact delhi DTDC, on contacting delhi DTDC thaey again ask to inquire from chandigarh station .Kindly help in tracing the consignment its been almost a month that thae consignment is out for delivery,

Myself varanasi hari, i posted an emergency courier to my client in gurgaon as it was extremely urgent for me and my client.They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 4 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is z87000932.Even i went to dtdc franchise office in gurgaon to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.

My consignment number : b30927555 has not yet been delivered whereas online the status shows as: delivered on 1st april .I logged a complaint also online : 01103139, but no 1 has bothered to revert/call.
I googled out the contact numbers for dtdc-delhi/ambala/solan and was surprised to see that maximum of them are not valid numbers, and the ones that are valid are not picking thecalls at all whereas right at teh next moment the numbers goes busy !!
Could someone please deliver my courier :( its really urgent .Adding a pic of the online status .

Worse and pathetic service, total waste of money and time.

One week has passed and returned but still not received to me.

Every time i follow up with the dealer, they ask me to wait and say that the claim process may take 1 year.

Nowhere on there website it is mentioned that the claim process can take this much time

Its almost 5 months now and still my money is not refunded.
They keep passing me from one contact person to another.

Hi, Myself Dr Tripathy from Chandigarh.I had sent acorier from Sec 15 A Chandigarh on 5th April vide ref. no.Z8291685 to a Gazhiabad address.Though the traching shows that It has reached there on 7th April, due to the callous and lethargic attitude of the agent there it has not been delivered to the desired address even after talking to the person concerned there.It is highly shameful and I condem the action.

I have a shipment with awb tracking no:[protected]. The product is out for delivery on april 6th and i haven't received till today i.E., 11th april 2016. They closed their shop before the time. Customer service is not at all responding for my calls they are switching off their mobiles, the worst service ever.I haven't seen this type of service till date. My number [protected]. I need an explanation regarding my package.

My courier was sent from Pune on 6th April 2016, but till date I have not received and when my husband inquired with DTDC office they informed that the delivery guy went to the mentioned address but the house was closed hence the courier wad sent back to their main office.But the comic part is when I called up the same delivery guy he informed me that he was unable to find out the address and when he tried to call me up I dnt answer the call. This is totally pathetic service and when we call their office landlines number we came across a totally different story.
