DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

The guys in DTDC are repeatedly manipulating the tracking details such as location wise cargo status & timing. I have extracted below their online tracking status system. My booking tracking number is V27271215, dt.15-Feb-2016.

X[protected]courier was returned back without contacting the person at least once.When I went to courier office they are telling they called on my mobile numebr.But I never received the call.

Customer service is pathetic and tracking the product is impossible.
Worst service.

I had parceled a courier(Microsoft Lumia 535 phone) with consignment number V23879045 from Panvel -MF 122, NAvi Mumbai in a secure pouch. It was told by DTDC that it would reach by 4th August, 2015. It got lost in the midway and inspite of repeated follow ups for the next two months via mail and mobile no. no such reimbursements as promised by DTDC has not been received till date.

I have mailed the Manager of Customer Care of Mumbai and MP region Ms. Vijayata Rao several times but no eagerness on the part of DTDC member staffs to update about it is seen except some lame excuses.

It has been told on the part of Kolkata Team that the case has been closed by the vigilance Team and Kolkata Team and that the courier has been lost has been confirmed but there s no sign of reimbursement.
After repeated follow ups the claim form has been sent to me by Mr. Jean Rodrigues, the Assistant Manager (CRM & CLAIMS) Mumbai which has been duly filled up and sent but after that no process has been taken forward .

So I would request you to help me in this matter to get back my reimbursement cause the mobile phone was new and was quite important to me. I have all the mails which had been sent to them and replies which I have received as proof . Kindly let me know if those would be of any help.
I would be really grateful if this matter gets sorted out as alrady its been 7 months.

To whom DTDC delivered i don't know? Consignee address is mine and i didn't any
courier neither i received or signed.

Some DTDC courier has given two number


But both the above number is always busy and also in their site contact page always give error.

The phone number [protected] number of DTDC domlur, Bangalore but nobody answering the call. I am trying for four days. There is some irresponsible people they are not picking the call.

Hi,

I would like yo inform you that I had booked a courier on 11th of Dec from LAKE GARDEN - KOLKATA with consignment number V26688191 through DTDC PLUS service.
Knowing the importance of the courier as it is containing medicines still now I have not received the consignment.
If this stays the condition of DTDC then its worthless to do a courier through it.

Hopefully by knowing the importance of the courier you will take some action against the Franchaise.

We availed your DTDC Premium service on 12th February 2016 and paid 10 times extra amount to deliver parcel from Panchkula to Hyderbad. As DTDC plus assure delivery in one day but today is 15th February 2016 and still status is "IN TRANSIT" Consignment number is V25339660.
Please deliver this parcel immediately to the given address as it's been delayed already.

This was a highly urgent and important courier which was expected on last Tuesday 09th Feb 2016. Hence, it was sent by express delivery. Till now we haven't received the courier.

As per your tracking status it seems to be on the way back to the origin on 13th. Your delivery boy called and asked for the landmark which was clearly explained to him on 10th and still it did not reach us.

We tried calling various useless numbers which are given on your tracking website but nobody cares to pick up the call. Surprisingly Bommasndra office email id is also not given. Whatever could be found on google is not being responded. Apex Bangalore number doesn't work at all. I think Indian Post Office services are now better than DTDC which I would let people know through various internet consumer/complaint/forum with these detais. This also explains why Indian companies are known for their poor services and lags behind MNCs.

At the end of the day we are on the loosing end and DTDC keeps making money through these malpractices by charging for express delivery and never delivering it despite several attempted followups.

I am writing this massage after trying all resource and all concern person for dtdc courier and haven't solve my issue till date that since 28/08/15 i send one shipment to surat but haven't reached destination after call customer care same shipment show that shipment was take place on 06/11/15

My Fiancee thought of giving me a surprise this Valentine's Day and so she had a book a courier through DTDC. However, the executives at the DTDC Chandmari Guwahati service point convinced her that if she chooses DTDC plus, the courier would receive Kolkata that same day and it would be delivered to me the very next day morning.I did not receive the courier the very next day nor the day after. When my fiance called the DTDC service in Chandmari, Guwahati they said that they could not deliver the parcel to me as the next day was Saraswati Puja in West Bengal and nobody was working there. Now i fail to understand if it was a holiday the next day then why on Earth did the executives asked my fiancee to book the courier through a premium service by paying a premium price instead of just sending it through standard delivery. Paying a premium charge for a dispatching a courier is not a big deal if it serves the purpose of speedy delivery but it is been 3 days now and i have not received a single call from DTDC courier as yet. Believe me it has been a good Valentine's Day surprise for both o[censored]s. This is a pathetic service from DTDC and I will make sure I will never use their service again nor recommend it to anyone.This is height o[censored]nprofessionalism.

I had to send a parcel to noida i asked the dtdc guy in Mumbai he said it will be delivered by Saturday but that didn't happen which was false information.Now when i inquired where the parcel was their website is down and when i tried reaching no number in the world apart from the one in Bangalore is working this is how great this company is no numbers reachable.I wasted 40rs calling them to know where is my parcel.Today i recahed sector 7 noida line and the guy was so rude i asked him where is my parcel he said it will be delivered when ask about time he said "jitna bata raha hu use khush raho ".I was like wtf bhai paise diye hai bhejne ke log humpar upkar kar rahe hai ye parcel dekar .Company please look into it .

It is bring to the kind notice that i have booked the material from Kothakota mahaboobnagar dist to bengalore, Still they didnt dispatched to my address.

I was booked on OCt-2015. Still the delear is not responding properly. Due to his neglegance i lost the damaged product from my client Rs420/- and courier charges Rs160/- in addition.

Due to his time delay now the client will not accept my product so request you to please arrange my total cost Rs580/- as early as possible.

I regret to inform you that your DTDC Sinnar, DTDC Roorkee and DTDC Haridwar office has shown exemplary UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE because of which we may lose business from our clients,

We have supplied goods (find invoice, challan, way bill attached in chain of email) to Shahnaz Herbals Roorkee which was delivered without invoices WITHOUT PAYMENT OF E FORM PERMIT. When the recieving party objected Mr Pramod said that he will get the papers later. But the later never came and the consignee party is now refusing to make payment for goods delivered and also threatening to cancel business with us. Please see preceeding chain of emails for contact nos of the concerned persons in Shahnaz Hussain Herbals.

On second occasion goods were despatched to Haridwar to DELTAS PHARMA and once again your person Mr Deepak refused to give papers saying that they are at the border and asked my client (Deltas) to accept goods without papers or wait for the papers. Till date no intimation of delivery has come. My client may cancel the order and not give further business to us.

Please either look into the matter or direct me to the concerned dept of DTDC which looks into consumer complaints or i will be forced to go to the consumer forum and claim loss of potential business of these two clients of mine due to negligence by DTDC.

Now NONE OF THE CONCERNED PARTIES ARE LIFTING THE PHONE !!!
