Dear Sir one cover booked on DTDC vizag on 15feb pod no. H62405352 and today is 20th feb still i didnot received cover i enquired in dtdc office they are saying that we are shifting office so it was delayed that is not the right answer for me kindly take action against them. My payment will delay due to their negligence.

I booked a consignment on 6.2.2016 vide Receipt No.H62256861. But the consignment not delivered at Hyderabad so far. The consignment has been booked at M\s. Ravi Agencies, Vijayamahal Centre, Nellore-524001. Three days back when I called the concerned person of DTDC, he informed that the consignment ha already delivered, which is not at all correct. Today i personally visited the DTDC of Nellore Branch, but no responsible person is available there. It is understood that the consignment has been returned without delivery and kept in the Office . They not at all informed me the present position of the consignment. I never expected this type of negligence on the part of DTDC. Now I decited to claim compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000\- as detailed below: Rs.120\- actual amount and Rs.120\- for my personal compensation, the remaining amount of Rs.99, 760.00 should be remitted to Tirumala Thirupathi Devastanam, Thirupathi for the Free Meals Scheme under proper receipt in favour of M\s DTDC. Submuitted for favour of necessary action please.

Item tracking status shows but i didn't receive item i raise a complaint yesterday but you didn't reply and calling but you're not attend call thats not fair

The courier is booked from mumbai.. clare road dtdc office on 14th Jan 2016. and till date not recd... plz help me i[censored] can..

Courier charged from Baddi to Gaurgoan is 190 Rs. But till date not delivered the same.
Please do the needful.

My brother has sent me an item 1 week ego through dtdc couriers and item is received in near by courier office but response from the office is very poor, they are not even attending the call from number and by calling from different number they are telling we will deliver in 1/2 to 1 hr but from last 2 days they telling the same thing...

I ordered "Philips IN-MMS 2550F/94 Multimedia Speaker (Black)" (Item ID:[protected] on 04-Feb-16. and it was to delivered on latest by 6th or late by 17th Feb. Its been too late and i have not received till now. I tried to tracked online but its still shows Kolkatta on 12 th Feb . I dont know where is it now and it must not take so long. Help!!!

It's reached Panjim branch since 14/2 but is not delivered till now.No1 is even receiving the phone calls.pathetic as it's very urgent and already 2 weeks r wasted.

I recieved shirt and gift from my girlfriend which was badly damaged by your employees.They said that it was done by mice.so if your company couldn't handle such issues.please shut it down for the sake of public welfare.Please understand emotions of your customer and take necessary action on the culprits.

Z79593310..this package has not been delivered.but tracking system is showing it delivered which is wrong..I want my package..kindly look into the matter.

The guys in DTDC are repeatedly manipulating the tracking details such as location wise cargo status & timing. I have extracted below their online tracking status system. My booking tracking number is V27271215, dt.15-Feb-2016.

X[protected]courier was returned back without contacting the person at least once.When I went to courier office they are telling they called on my mobile numebr.But I never received the call.

Customer service is pathetic and tracking the product is impossible.
Worst service.

I had parceled a courier(Microsoft Lumia 535 phone) with consignment number V23879045 from Panvel -MF 122, NAvi Mumbai in a secure pouch. It was told by DTDC that it would reach by 4th August, 2015. It got lost in the midway and inspite of repeated follow ups for the next two months via mail and mobile no. no such reimbursements as promised by DTDC has not been received till date.

I have mailed the Manager of Customer Care of Mumbai and MP region Ms. Vijayata Rao several times but no eagerness on the part of DTDC member staffs to update about it is seen except some lame excuses.

It has been told on the part of Kolkata Team that the case has been closed by the vigilance Team and Kolkata Team and that the courier has been lost has been confirmed but there s no sign of reimbursement.
After repeated follow ups the claim form has been sent to me by Mr. Jean Rodrigues, the Assistant Manager (CRM & CLAIMS) Mumbai which has been duly filled up and sent but after that no process has been taken forward .

So I would request you to help me in this matter to get back my reimbursement cause the mobile phone was new and was quite important to me. I have all the mails which had been sent to them and replies which I have received as proof . Kindly let me know if those would be of any help.
I would be really grateful if this matter gets sorted out as alrady its been 7 months.

Hi,

I would like yo inform you that I had booked a courier on 11th of Dec from LAKE GARDEN - KOLKATA with consignment number V26688191 through DTDC PLUS service.
Knowing the importance of the courier as it is containing medicines still now I have not received the consignment.
If this stays the condition of DTDC then its worthless to do a courier through it.

Hopefully by knowing the importance of the courier you will take some action against the Franchaise.

We availed your DTDC Premium service on 12th February 2016 and paid 10 times extra amount to deliver parcel from Panchkula to Hyderbad. As DTDC plus assure delivery in one day but today is 15th February 2016 and still status is "IN TRANSIT" Consignment number is V25339660.
Please deliver this parcel immediately to the given address as it's been delayed already.
