Hi, i had sent My old phone to Kolkata for my wife through DTDC Vide docket no-V24019681 Dated 29/09/2015. I had also paid 2% for Insurance towards 4000/- value (Docket Enclosed). Same consignment lost by DTDC they confirm it after lots of followups. after that they asked to fill claim form to get insurance claim amount. i had filled claim for insurance amount on 16/10/2015 (Enclosed form). till now i have not received claim amount have called them above 100 times. now DTDC saying franchises had not paid insurance amount to DTDC that is why they didn't insured my consignment and franchises (Ravi International) saying they had given money to them. i have been following with them for last 3 months badly. have made above 100 calls they are making me fool every time by saying its franchises mistake or DTDC. I need money towards my harassment. i want them to pay towards falls commitments and claim amount. this not is only about 4000/- but they could have done with many others. Please help and advise. My AWB/consignment no-v26930105 is not receive and no correct information provide and no exact date of delivery and no receive my call any branch of dtdc

Hello, I am obliged to write this I am not at all satisfied with the false commitments DTDC makes. On[protected] I had booked an urgent parcel with AWB No: V27401469 from Pune Hinjewadi Branch and which was supposed to be delivered by yesterday[protected] as per commitment made by the employee in DTDC while booking the parcel. I had paid Rs. 420-/ for fast service (DTDC Blue) so that I can get it ASAP. From two day it is being laying in Delhi and showing the same status. What is going on with DTDC? DTDC people are taking huge money from us and in the name of Blue/Plus fast services they are providing us such a slow services. If I would have booked it from Blue Dart or any other courier spending this much of money, I might have got it earlier before. I just need compensation for wrong commitment made, failing to which I would be obliged to escalate this issue to next level. Regards, Rahul Arora

Sir, I am here to raise a complaint against DTDC office at Anantnag(192101) J&K.It is unfortunate to say that the courier persons are refusing to deliver me products at my home.The head( Javaid Ahmad) calls me and tell that i should come to office & collect it.Also sometimes they deliver the product at my relatives.i don't know what is the matter with them.I usually pay RS50-100 for the shipment of products, then what is the fun if i have to spend another RS20-50 to go there office and collect it.please look into the matter and solve my issue as soon as possible.

Sir D25038877 in this consignment, (stationary) parcel dispatched, on 15.12.2015 CHENNAI TO (V&M)NARSAPUR-(D)MEDAK PIN502313 we are contact to local courier office (RAMULU, MOB-[protected]) he is confirm this parcel delivered at MEDAK& they mob no also given. after we contact to medak office, (SRINIVAS, MOB-[protected]) but he not responded and telling irresponsible reasons, so kindly CONFIRM AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

My courier has been dispatched on 29th December .It was expected to reach its destination at January 3rd. But not yet received .

I went your one of the office located in Marathalli to courier my mobile, office owner was packing my item and while packed, in sudden i asked him about rates. He told 1325 for 250 gms mobile packet. I denied and he told you have to pay 150 rupees for cancellation now as he has created on receipt. However he doesn't show me the DTDC standard rates. I need assistance on this issue so that I can decide whether I need to go to police station to complaint about this office or to consumer court.

I have booked a cover to be delivered at Hyderabad and the DTDC Expess Limited Rajahmundry has issued consignment number E 72320599 dated[protected] by charging Rs.350/- and they said the over would be delivered by 10 AM on[protected] at Hyderabad. They also said they would ring up the addressee by 10 AM on[protected] and deliver the same before 10 AM. I have requested them if the same is not possible to deliver before 10 AM it is to be informed to the addressee so that he will go and collect the same from the local office at Hyderabad. HI, I booked a shipment from Delhi to Bangalore on 28th Dec'2015 and I was told that it will reach before 31st Dec'2015 . Today its 5th Jan'2016 the shipment is still not delivered at the receiving end. Totally frustrated from this type of service.

Hello Team, I have a shipment from ICFAI university sent on Dec 16th via DTDC D23414886 and I could see its arrived at Cochin DTDC APEX on 19th but not delivered so far. when i called up for an update I was told that the delivery address damaged. I was not sure if the delivery address damaged how its reached from Hyderabad to Kochi ? I have provided the delivery address at least 5 times now by mail, Facebook and customer support number. However not seen any update nor delivery. The team is really irresponsible and this was my critical books and the delay caused my studies for the exams on Jan. I have booked the consignment on dated 18/12/2015 from Aligarh to Bangalore vide CN No. Z73285927, but the same has not been delivered till 4 Jan 16 even after repeated oral/online complaints vide case number 01322086. Customer Care centre peoples of Bangalore continuously give us the FORGE information regarding the consignment and cheat us continuously by updating on portal that "ATTEMPTED" even though the consignment has not reached the nearest hub as per their portal... The online tracking Info shows that the above consignment has reached Bangalore on 20th Dec 2015 morning. He replied chaiye toh loh varna mein jata hu then grany intimate me of his behaviour...And i had gone where he had called me ...At that time he was not there...I had waited for 45 mins over there...He not there...Then i had remove my bike and gone to search him he meet me on road which is 15 mins far away from earlier destination...And unfortunately he was that person...Earlier also i had complaint against him regarding harrasment to my family members... I am very disappointed by your services. I have send my goods from Bangalore to Imphal(Manipur) on 10/12/2015 with Consignment no.D25501107 But on reaching the destination at Imphal on 16/12/2015, The DTDC Nagamapal office at Imphal call up and told us to come and collect the goods since it was dark and they said they cannot deliver due to vehicle problem. Thus, I call up my cousin bro to go and collect the goods. when my Cousin bro brought the goods at home, it was found that five shoes, two wallets and one Leather Bag from the goods was found missing. when we call up the Nagamapal DTDC office they said the goods was send broken from Guwahati office, when we call up Guwahati office they said they goods was send without any defect. Thus they were blaming each others and I really don't know what to do. They exact lost of my goods was more than 10k. Now, i am doubtful whether to continue with your services in future. Kindly put up this matter at the earliest. And request to compensate the lost or arrange to return my lost items
