One of our supplier booked one Parcel against Docket no. D25284737 as on 11/01/2016. which was supposed to delivered on 13/012015. And the Status is also showing said parcel laying in Neemrana Branch from 12/01/2016. from that day i am trying to call to branch but No Body responding properly. when they pick the Ph. get answer, we wait we have to check but after no response. from last 6 days i am trying to contact but the person is not responding. It's not about only us, even all the Customer in Surrounding of Neemrana, all are very un happy of DTDC courier.

I had to receive a parcel last Thursday n still not received. The customer service sucks, that's the least I can say. No proper details available n every time I call they say misroute. I'm the receiver n they want me to give sender I'd. Do u people even train these fools. They shout on ppl who call. For a week now I've been calling and talking to ppl who have no sense of time n they ask me to check with another centre n I've been pushed around. I need a reply asap.

A contract paper was sent on[protected] under express delivery and was supposed to be delivered in two days. it has been a week and it is yet to be delivered. What is the use of absconding money in name of express delivery when normal delivery takes lesser time by your courier service? Hopeless service. Atleast have the decency to refund the money!

It reached from Delhi to kolkata in 5 hours but it is taking 2 days to come from kolkata to Durgapur which is just 3 hour journey by road! This is ridiculous and today is the occasion where I was to gift it to somebody. Shall I give it to that person after the occasion is ove, after the birthday? Kindly look into the matter as I want it to be delivered today positively. It is urgent.

My POD No - 4779362, Pouch No -3917943 couriered on dated -14.12.2015 was to be shipped from Mumbai to Kolkata. The courier service centre from where we had sent the item says that the items have been lost. Yet I have not received the item. Can you please enquire regarding the same and let me know. I have booked a parcel at DTDC branch bali nagar on 29th december, 2015. It reached the malviya bagar khiki extension branch on 30th december, 2015.on 7th january i visited malviya nagar khirki extension branch and the branch manager showed me CCTV footage, i clearly saw my packet in the manifiest .from then the manager is blaming the document to be misplaced by other branch and that branch manger is denying that he havnot got any parcel . I booked a parcel from bangalore to howrah consignment no b23537497 but it reached at guwahati. I wrote correct address, name pincode didn't u check frist when u send

Dtdc courier customer care number :[protected],[protected].. Whenever any parcel comes through dtdc i know either it will be returned or i have to go and collect it personally why?? Is it you are not paid properly?? Do get information regarding courier name: dtdcairway bill details: b29377607 & z75943098 and tell me what happens with full details, especially what going on in chamrajpet branch bangalore and there delivery boy ([protected]) else i will damn filing pil suit against your company. At last make your damn any customer care number active and display same on your website.

My consingment number Z75943098 has been sent back without any informantion and without any notice. What the hell crap service is this . Iam really frustrated with this service of dtdc(chamrajpet branch) crappy delivery never ever any parcel from dtdc has been shipped and delivered properly on top of that the delivery boys are so rude when called iam going to lodge complaint regarding this in consumer forum for sure the number iam also attaching of that delivery boy [protected]. None of the your zone contact number is working or if working no one from your damn office workers ever recieve the call.

I have sent the packet from new Delhi to Varanasi on[protected].but packet not received yet and after tracking it is found out that packet lost by courier company

DTDC Courier - Worst Courier Company. A company that can't be trusted and relied. When dispatching they promise that it will be delivered in 2 days as it was urgent (paid good amount); but it was not delivered. Call them 4 times (Bangalore customer care) dint pick up the call; on my 5th attempt they pick up the call. They said it will be delivered after 2 days, that is, all together 5 days. That consignment is a 'Certificate', ...very Urgent for Job related work.

There are no any notification after 8th january.Why not updated regularlly My tracking no.isM30095907.please update the status as soon as possible and reply me.

I was expecting a very important letter from my office and when I checked with them they told me that they had couriered through DTDC, several days ago. When I checked with the courier company they informed me that the packet had been delivered, but he gave me DTDC, Dilshad Colony's number, handled by two Savita and Deepak. On calling them they rudely said that they can't put their 'whole force' into delivering one packet. When I insisted on having my letter delivered these guys handed over my important documents to some random guy and left. I mean it's heights of irresponsibility. Why would one use a courier service if the letters are delivered even later than those delivered by general posts and that too to just anyone? Particularly this branch has annoyed to the point that I can't let go off the matter this easily. This DTDC branch (Dilshad Colony) requires a lot of monitoring and a strict action should be taken against those two particular employee.

Hi, I have dispatched 1 handset Moto G worth 13000 on 5 jan 2016 from Noida sec 3 to Allahabad with consignment Z74967571. When i went dtdc office they are not taking any responsibility and saying you Mobile was not dispatched.

Dear DTDC, I have lost my mobile phone rs. 18000 thousand through your courier service. I have sent this packet on 8 Jan 2016 from Gurgaon near bus stand brach to patran.
