Dear All, A product which I bought from flipkart and the same thing siftted in the date of 28 and kalyani dtdc branch received and open the bag in the date of 01/01/16. Till now I not get the product. When I call to Kalyani office but the staff behabior is not good with me. My siffment id is [protected]. And the staff contac no is [protected].

Hi Sir/ Madam, I have to receive one consignment from DTDC on 22nd May 2015. But I didn't received it till now, so I went to their office 4 to 5 times, every time they are saying like they are checking but didn't get back. So I have sent an email to their management regarding the same. They are also not responding properly. I HAVE ALL THE MAIL COMMUNICATION WHIH I HAD WITH THEIR MANAGEMENT. Please help me on this. After that the boy told he has not delivered any product at my place. So i went to madiwala branch, there i met pradeep ([protected]) and explained the same.He suggested me to send this mail. Contents in Consignment: 1) Normal Spects with optical power of -8. 2) Cooling goggles with optical power of -8. Totally both of them costs 5000. I am having some questions regarding your service: 1) When i have to get one parcel, before that the delivery boy has to call me for delivering that product, but i have not received any call. 2) After 6 days i went to konappana branch, there i didn't get correct response from them. I went 3 to 4 times and waited for 40 min every time.Simply they are telling that they are checking. 3) Without delivering the product to the customer, how you people updated the status as "Delivered" ? 4) Why the delivery boy told at first he delivered the product and after that why he told he has not delivered the product? 5) Why the konappana branch people didn't showed that Delivery sheet ? Is this the service you people are offering to the Customers? Now its 27-jun-2015 . so from may 22, till now approximately more than one month still i didn't get my consignment. I am sending this mail because I hope that i will get a solution for my issue. This is to inform you that the dtdc branch at boomkar chowk next to sayaji hotel, pune 411057 has showed no interest in followingup with us and by not sending our parcel, and said that they have dropped it with the watchman on 24th dec 2015 reason being that no one was at home, but there is always someone at home. no watchmen in this society will accept any parcel as they directly send the delivery guy to our home. I beleive they have lost the parcel. We always had to contact them for an update, and the reply was that they will be sending it soon. Dtdc has been very careless in this, it was a very important document as it was a degree certificate. The delivery guys name is Arvind and his supervisor name is Eknath. ONE WORD FOR DTDC COURIER SERVICE - THIEF. Guys please don't use this courier service. This is worst organization. I think some gangs of thief opened this service to loot people in legal ways.

I'm a student of Amity, so they use this useless dtdc to courier study materials to their students. But bloddy DTDC guys, taken their service charges from university and called me[protected] to say that "we have recieved your books by mistaken because KHORA is a No Service Area and you have to come to collect your books from their khora branch" I mean does it makes any sense that they operating their office from no Service area. My company has using dtdc courier service from many months but from 6 months i having lot of issues like * the delivery is taking more than 1 month * if gone to outlet they saying they dont know * if call customer service that will connect * if connect they say they dont know any thing go to out let * and if go to out they even say same thing

A parcel was coming through DTDC courier to Balasore, Odisha, 756001. I have order with name Subhashree Behera. But It delivered to Someone named S.Singh. I didn't get the product. And courier boy couldn't tell about the product. Product tracking number is "X16053692". Take strict step against this. Apart this when I received other product some parts are missing from the packaging. I request you take immediate step against the courier service.

A dtdc courier supposed to be delivered at our address was kept by the company. When asked they said your office was closed on Saturday 26 the December but they didn't even tried to deliver the courier on Monday(28/12/15) that is working day for all offices. When I tried to contact the courier agency they told us that they visit once a week only to deliver the couriers to our place.

Hi this is shaik from kovur, on[protected] my brother sent one electronic product to Bangalore with DTDC courier (consignment no : V[protected]but the product not reached to Bangalore after they done primary enquiry they confirmed product got missed some where I applied claim amount for that, I have all bills, document, claim documents every thing I have with me but still i did not get any thing from them almost more then 7 months completed that product value 8999 rupees i sent many emails to customer care department no response please solve my problem and get my money from them contact me if you need more information from me. One of my parcel which was booked on[protected] vide docket no Z78731675 for Pilani, Rajasthan from Delhi has not delivered yet and neither the courier company could able to trace out the product. There is no update since[protected] when tried to track through their site. Hence, it is requested to look into the matter and order the courier company for compensation of Rs. 5000/-

We are highly suffering due to worst delivery system by Nyaykhand, Idirapuram, Ghaziabad(U.P.) Franchisee. He either do not send delivery boy to deliver or whenever he sends the delivery, incase the office person is gone for lunch, he returns the document to consigner without any call or re-delivery.it is badly impacting the business. This is the regular habit of this franchisee.His behavior is also very unprofessional. If immediate action is not taken, we shall move for a legal action against the franchisee and company.
