DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I was supposed to receive a consignment from my previous organization. They have shipped it on 16th November 2015 with AWB number K83363373, but due to negligence of DTDC courier I have not received till now. I have contacted regarding this to DTDC, yet no reaction from DTDC. Also send a mail to DTDC dated 15 december 2015 with a complaint number 01259114.

I have booked one Printer Hp through DTDC Courier on 17/12/2015 Vide Docket NoD25756457. to Bhadrakh Station. The Branch Co-ordinator is there, from my side person is returning back due to not pick up the mobile Phone

Parcel not delivered and no response : Docket Number : D26195341, A parcel was booked to me on 18th December, 2015 from Delhi and reached DTDC office Chamrajpet office. I have tried to call DTDC office, Head office, Regional Office and everyone no response and parcel is not delivered yet . Very Bad and worst service by DTDC. had a very bad experience

Worst company i have ever worked with. spoiled my career. i have sent a courier to canadian embassy from dtdc surat 21st dec 2015, i was told by staff ther courier will reach nova scotia embassy by 25th or 26th at most. i got a call from dtdc local office on 23rd that they need my photo id proof before they dispatch courier i sent them immidiately. by that time my courier was not even moved out from their office. and i called today asking when it will be delivered as its 27th today and nova scotia wont accept my courier application after 29th and i got a reply that he can tell me anything till 1st of january. so there is no use of me sending application i wasted 60 thousand INR for visa fees too. worst company i ever dealt with beware of this mf cheaters

DTDC has the worst tracking system. My friend made a courier to me and provided me the tracking ID. I tried to track the product which was dispatched on 24th December 2015. The tracking details showed me the status on 17th November 2015. Moreover, if you track it on dtdc.in you won't get proper details at all. And if you track on dtdc.com, if you will get partial information, where as courier made through blue dart has perfect tracking system where they even mention if the product is out for delivery or not. I am unsatisfied by this system.

I sent my parcel from Hinjewadi DTDC on 21st Dec. 2015 and the estimated date to reach that parcel was 24th Dec. 2015. However, the parcel was urgent and was looped in Pune then Nagpur and again then Pune. Although when that cleared up, the parcel is now looped in Bhopal and Indore. Thus, the parcel has yet not reached it's destination on time. If this kind of service is provided then Indian Post is better than them. The cost is less and time taken is same. Some action shall be taken so that some improvement should be there. If they take so much money then they should work accordingly.

Sir with due respect I would like to inform that dtdc is not providing home delivery in haldwani city, dist. Nainital ( uttarakhand). Due to this I have to receive by parcel myself by going there only. So its a kind request to dtdc to give home delivery in haldwani, uttarakhand (pin- 263139)....

Dtdc of Rajahmundry people told me subbarao NAGAR of Rajahmundry 533102 not covered for delivery of a parcel. They said me to collect the parcel from office. I'm not able to collect the parcel from office I told them to deliver the parcel to the address. Instead of delivery of the parcel they return the parcel with reason customer shifted. I'm asking you one thing why did you accept the parcel from the sender. If it a un serviceable area. ? My parcel AWB number is - X16029743.

DTDC misplaced my courier that was dispatched from simla to palampur . There was no reply or compensation from there end except misbehavior. Kindly look into the matter.

I wanted to courier an imp docummet which needs to be deliveres the nxt day. Kphb dtdc told me it will b delivered the nxt day evening for which they charged 450(100 extra for faster delivery). When i tracked the number it says it will b deliveres after 2 days. Kindly let me know what kind of service u r providing n why was i given the wrong information. Awb no. This is rohit savaliya from ahmedabad gujrat i have done curior from surat to amreli on 19dec 2015 surat branch gave me commitment of delivery on 21st monday 2015 but today is 23rd not received me curiors still. and surat brach person not talking properly with customer. no one pick phone on office. and also rajkot branch office person nor receiving phone from morning to still evening. docket no. I am a frequent online buyer. I had just shifted to BS block in Sector 70, Noida recently. Few of my consignments are coming from DTDC. Since the last month my courier is about to Deliver through Sector 70, DTDC Courier. Every time when my courier reaches their office they inform me that your courier is at our office and kindly come to office to collect. Today 3rd time sice the last month they called me in morning and said to collect your courier. I refused and told them to deliver, after my 3 follow ups they said that courier boy is unable to find your address and i.e. just a 100mtr away from their office. Pathetic courier services.

Sent a courier by DTDC on 17 nov 2015 indore to Delhi ..nither deliverd nor received back. i have concern person regard this but still not resolved

Consignment no. K[protected] was booked from Burnpur (713325) centre of DTDC on 28.10.2015. When it was not delivered till 2nd. November I approached the DTDC person at Burnpur. He assured me that the consignment would be delivered shortly. On 4th. the tracking record showed 'attempted' but on enquiry from consignee it was gathered that no one called or came for delivery during all this period. On 6th Nov. when it was still not delivered we approach your representative at Burnpur again.After checking the records he informed that the consignment had been returned and was on its way back. After a week we enquired again at the DTDC local office and was informed that the package was sent again to addressee and this time the delivery will definitely be effected.It was end of November by this time . On 12th Dec. we went to the local office and confronted the person in-charge and was finally informed that the consignment was lost. The package contained a saree, a Deewali Gift for my daughter in law costing around Rs.2000/- beside the courier charges. I want compensation for the value of the couriered item and compensation for the harrowing experience I had to undergo. With regards,

Saying express courier service isn't important, you need to prove it. My certificates are booked from my college in bangalore to the joining institiute in hyderabad a month ago i.e on Nov25 and till date it is neither delivered nor returned. your recklessness, carelessness may lead to the cancellation of my admission in the college. your going to be responsible for my delay of certificates.

My Consignment number is D24347419. The item was totally damaged and pic for same has been attached. I am looking for complete compensation. really bad experience with DTDC

DTDC Couriers: Booked a document weighing abt 105 grams to Halol in Gujrat on 19th Dec 2015 vide Consignment note number V26136293 from Kolkata and was assured to be delivered by 21st Dec . Today 22/12/2015, 7 PM the document thro Online Tracking is showing "In Transit" status at Guwahati. The outlet where I booked (next to Chetla Police Station) the document is making excuses. Not sure what to do now... It is important document... the documents contained Bills which because of delayed in delivery has gone into a delayed payment to me by atleast 2 months... Its disturbing to note such pathetic service from such a courier.

Sir last week i have ordered an item in an online site. They sent my order via dtdc with tracking id z75925099.Now the courier has reached my nearby town . And your service providers are asking me to reach office & collect courier. I have ordered my package with home delivery. Hello Sir/Madam, I am Deepthi residing in Bangalore. I sent a courier from DTDC Bangalore located in hennur cross on 14/12/2015, the CN no. being B24339223 containing an important document to be delivered in Thrissur(kerala).This courier was sent by me paying an amount of Rs.190 as speed post that will reach kerala in 2 days. After 3 days this courier was not delivered and when called to the office in kerala they told me it was a normal post. I then realised that the people in DTDC cheated me by taking extra money. And also adding this courier has not reached thrissur even today(22/12/2015).
