This is rohit savaliya from ahmedabad gujrat i have done curior from surat to amreli on 19dec 2015 surat branch gave me commitment of delivery on 21st monday 2015 but today is 23rd not received me curiors still. and surat brach person not talking properly with customer. no one pick phone on office. and also rajkot branch office person nor receiving phone from morning to still evening. docket no. I am a frequent online buyer. I had just shifted to BS block in Sector 70, Noida recently. Few of my consignments are coming from DTDC. Since the last month my courier is about to Deliver through Sector 70, DTDC Courier. Every time when my courier reaches their office they inform me that your courier is at our office and kindly come to office to collect. Today 3rd time sice the last month they called me in morning and said to collect your courier. I refused and told them to deliver, after my 3 follow ups they said that courier boy is unable to find your address and i.e. just a 100mtr away from their office. Pathetic courier services.

Sent a courier by DTDC on 17 nov 2015 indore to Delhi ..nither deliverd nor received back. i have concern person regard this but still not resolved

Consignment no. K[protected] was booked from Burnpur (713325) centre of DTDC on 28.10.2015. When it was not delivered till 2nd. November I approached the DTDC person at Burnpur. He assured me that the consignment would be delivered shortly. On 4th. the tracking record showed 'attempted' but on enquiry from consignee it was gathered that no one called or came for delivery during all this period. On 6th Nov. when it was still not delivered we approach your representative at Burnpur again.After checking the records he informed that the consignment had been returned and was on its way back. After a week we enquired again at the DTDC local office and was informed that the package was sent again to addressee and this time the delivery will definitely be effected.It was end of November by this time . On 12th Dec. we went to the local office and confronted the person in-charge and was finally informed that the consignment was lost. The package contained a saree, a Deewali Gift for my daughter in law costing around Rs.2000/- beside the courier charges. I want compensation for the value of the couriered item and compensation for the harrowing experience I had to undergo. With regards,

Saying express courier service isn't important, you need to prove it. My certificates are booked from my college in bangalore to the joining institiute in hyderabad a month ago i.e on Nov25 and till date it is neither delivered nor returned. your recklessness, carelessness may lead to the cancellation of my admission in the college. your going to be responsible for my delay of certificates.

My Consignment number is D24347419. The item was totally damaged and pic for same has been attached. I am looking for complete compensation. really bad experience with DTDC

DTDC Couriers: Booked a document weighing abt 105 grams to Halol in Gujrat on 19th Dec 2015 vide Consignment note number V26136293 from Kolkata and was assured to be delivered by 21st Dec . Today 22/12/2015, 7 PM the document thro Online Tracking is showing "In Transit" status at Guwahati. The outlet where I booked (next to Chetla Police Station) the document is making excuses. Not sure what to do now... It is important document... the documents contained Bills which because of delayed in delivery has gone into a delayed payment to me by atleast 2 months... Its disturbing to note such pathetic service from such a courier.

Sir last week i have ordered an item in an online site. They sent my order via dtdc with tracking id z75925099.Now the courier has reached my nearby town . And your service providers are asking me to reach office & collect courier. I have ordered my package with home delivery. Hello Sir/Madam, I am Deepthi residing in Bangalore. I sent a courier from DTDC Bangalore located in hennur cross on 14/12/2015, the CN no. being B24339223 containing an important document to be delivered in Thrissur(kerala).This courier was sent by me paying an amount of Rs.190 as speed post that will reach kerala in 2 days. After 3 days this courier was not delivered and when called to the office in kerala they told me it was a normal post. I then realised that the people in DTDC cheated me by taking extra money. And also adding this courier has not reached thrissur even today(22/12/2015).

The dtdc courier agents never delivers a consignment nor they contact us when they receive any consignmnet. And they say they donot hav any responsibilty to deliver the consignment either.. N wat is their duty..!! Neither do they inform nor they delivers.. Pathetic service.!!

My particulars were returned to Chennai apex due to no service at my area and from Chennai apex it has been sent to tambaram branch to return to sender. But, it's been 10 days package is with tambaram branch and has not been returned to sender. I use to call tambaram branch more than 10 times daily. But, they are not taking up my call and not ready to respond back. Dtdc response is pathetic. Why did we choose dtdc. It's Because of the service you offer. Customer mo. [protected] I booked a Courier at 31/08/2015 to Mumbai. And the tracking ID was A3Z412570 and When I tracked my Courier . I came to know that the Courier has been delivered after one month af the date of booking dated on 30/09/2015. But the receiver said that the and the courier contained Document and mobile and it was damaged in shipping. Which had insurance Cash back of 12500/- I request you that give me the certified copy POD Slip because without POD Slip I will not get my insurance cash back and I request to provide me POD slip in your Mota varachha branch they responded me we„ but as they tried their level best to get it from DTDC Mumbai branch. They had an conversation with them through e-mail but now Mumbai branch is not responding. Now as I am having harassment and its my request to you to provide me POD I within 10 days. If you won't help me to get POD in 10 days then as last option I have to go through consumer forum. Dear sir, Dtdc yamuna Nagar is a poor & liar service provider. They don't dilver parcel to my location in city. Even giving wrong information to the sender. Always they used to mention that the adresee not found & also the mobile is switched off. I found this two times in last week & came to know abt all this now. Shipment about which I am talking about is From Amazon.com shipment tracking id is:[protected]. Another shipment tracking id is:- Z74679304.

I couriered a Mobile phone(iphone 4s white) from Bangalore to Sheohar district(Bihar). After a month when it didn't reach the destination, I contacted the insurance company. After a week, they said that the parcel is lost. I asked about the compensation but i didn't get get any response from them. After that I tried calling them a lot but they are not even picking up my call. The tracking number of the courier is "B23911837".

I had a courier from Bangalore(B[protected] which was shipped on 30th November and the destination was Cochin. When checked the tracking status it shows it has reached destination city courier office on December 2nd but till now not delivered to me.Tried contacting over phone and email but till now there is no response.

Otherwise we have to tell the deliver for not sending through dtdc and find some other freight service.
