My tracking number is D44242064 IT'S BEEN a month and till now it's not delivered

From 11th june I'm watching my package is out for delievery again and again and after 4 to 5 mins it's showing delievery failed and the reason is area not serviceable.i called to the dtdc samstipur and asked them if i can collect my package myself, they agreed but again saying it's not possible RTO is applied.my tracking no is V64990036.Please help it's urgent.

The customer received the package from DTDC she made the payment for COD
And now the status says undelivered
Marking it undelivered so the buyer does not get the COD cash payment
How unprofessional and unethical of DTDC
We shipped via shiprocket but thats hella waste cause they dont look into matters! Hope it gets resolved here

Tracking id z76558540 is not delivery yet i complent many time customer support but no solution i understand dtdc is not a courier service but it is a thela service it is very bad service

We have sent a parcel to hyd from vskp but at bowenpally the parcel has lost and the consignment number is H66126049 but after many compliments they have registered that the item have been delivered to the customer by keeping sign of the customer.this is not the first time happened 3times by the same dtdc courier service

Its been booked on 3rd june and todays date is 14nth june . the shipment has not delivered yet . this is all the negligence of dtdc representatives .. They are not sharing the proper information where my parcel is ?
But in tracking it shows it is in guntur head office, till now no representative approached me . pls send my parcel asap amd do need ful.

I have initiated a shipment from DTDC Avadi, Chennai branch on Jun 4, 2022. My package has been stuck in the FORT branch as per the tracking for more than a week. I have been following up with customer support via call for the past 3 days. There have been no updates to my ticket also. I was promised 4 days to deliver the package, It's been 9 days now . Please help me deliver the package.

My vendor partner booked the courier in DTDC Noida office on 3rd June to deliver them to Hosur. Today 11th June, am still not receiving the parcel. Myself and my husband tried many times through phone calls and directly went to 3-4 DTDC offices (Hosur) but there is no clue where the parcel is but the tracking status is updating (Not delivered in many terms) regularly according to the consignment number.

My concern is, if there is issue with address or pincode, the delivery office person should call the customer number who need to receive the parcel. Why the DTDC office people not calling customer phone number o check the address? If there is issue at least you guys can hold the parcel any one of the office.

Now we are very frustrated by searching the parcel. Why DTDC people playing customers important documents. How we trust this courier service.

My orderid is 17617412|17617203. And it is out for delivery in the morning. But end of the day they have updated it as Not Delivered - AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR).

I have not received any call and update regarding this. And we have near by DTDC courier services as well. But Not sure why they are not able to deliver the product.

Please resolve the issue immediately.

I have booked shipment number Z76016570 on 3rd June to be sent to Solan pincode 173209. It was wrongly routed to Cochin and even after multiple reminders it has not been delivered till today. I was assured by the delivery partner at the time of booking that the shipment would be delivered in 4 days maximum.

Now the people for whom this packet was meant are leaving the location and will not be able to take it. Now I will need to arrange a pick up back to me so that I can get it back. It is a loss of business to me.

DTDC is the worst courier service in India.

They neither tried to attempt for delivery of package nor they contacted through mobile for delivery. But they updated the package status as "Receiver refused Package" and "Receiver Not Available".

They are pure Liars. Filed complaint also with them but no proper response.

If they are not able to delivery the package why do they accept the package for delivery? Waste of money and time.

We sent a parcel of fruits about 4kgs from gandimaisamma hyderabad DTDC on 30th April 2022 through air even after four days the receiver didn't get the parcel when we tracked it we got the message that the receiver refused to take(tracking no.H[protected].
But the receiver didn't get any cal or any parcel.
When we called dtdc Delhi branch (ph.no.[protected]) he talked very rudly told I do know anything if you want to give complaint you can proceed. Then we called to the hyderabad brach from where we sent the parcel he assured that he will enquire and give us the status .Again next day some another person from Delhi DTDC called(phone.no.[protected])
and told that I only refused it as it was smelling bad. We send fresh fruits and mensioned on the box (handle with care fruits). Who is he to refuse it without intimation. It's really very bad from your side we never expected it we are using DTDC from last 10 years. On 1st May they told he the receiver refused delivery and when we enquired on 3rd they told that it was smelling bad so we only refused if such thing is there they should have informed us. When we enquired they were telling cock and Bull stories after four days
That too we should be intimated with photoes and not even the branch from where we sent got any message. Only after we tracked we got all these information.
We didn't expect this type of service from DTDC. We need explanation regarding this and refund other wise we will give a complaint in consumer court. Expecting positive and quick response from you.

I have couriered a sweet Box from Bangalore to Assam. They informed that it'll be delivered in 4working days.
Now on 4th day when the shipment was out for delivery has been rescheduled without any information.

My wife's highly critical package with tracking ID K56018355 was shipped from Durgapur to Kolkata. The item tracking shows 'Delivered Successfully' today 09/June/2022 at 7:48PM but I have NOT received the item. I want to know where my parcel is, where it has been delivered to and I need the parcel to be delivered to my address immediately . Attaching screenshot of item tracking.

I send a courier on 23rd May 2022 from Hyderabad to Indore.

The tracking shows it has reached Indore on 26th May 2022 but it has not been delivered to me. The DTDC costumer care has not resolved the issue and keep telling it will be delivered in few days.
