Today i.e on the 16th of June, 2022, my order with consignment id D14027011 was to be delivered but it wasn't delivered as per the message that i received on my phone at 2:14 pm. It is an important package that I need to be delivered to me as soon as possible.
I urge you to kindly contact the people responsible and get the package delivered as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had to go to the office to retrieve my package, where one of the personnel was convinced that I had given the wrong address, but THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT all along; I don't know why they insisted on proving the address wrong. I guess this was a futile attempt on their behalf to hide their incompetence as they could not deliver the package.
I hope that the service improves in the future because if it doesn't improve, no one will use DTDC in the future.

with reference to our trailing mail, still our bike not delivered at our home indira nagar lucknow, and your official having contact no [protected] has assured yesterday that delivery will done today at the evening.Now i have contacted to this official no [protected] to know the present status, no body picking up the our call and nobody responding to our no.once again advised you to look at the matter seriously to avoid legal action from our side.
