Dear sir, i have purchased a data card through Amazon, Trades Avenue Services, D-4/245, Sanagam vihar, New Delhi-62 through online. Due to faulty item, same has been returned through DTDC courier on 22 Sep 2015 containing receipt number of DTDC courier K82065265 from Dimapur, Nagaland. But still now it has not been delivered by DTDC to the Trades Avenue Services. Lot of mails have been sent to CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com and Trades avenue services. Also, my friend has been approached at DTDC, Delhi Apex, Ph-I, Industrial area, Naraina, Delhi. But no fruitful results has been come out. There are so many calls through phone with DTDC, Delhi Apex has been made by me. But till now, the item has not been delivered to Trades Avenue Services. Hence you are requested to investigate this matter with DTDC, Delhi Appx and help to deliver the item to Trades Avenue services so that i can enable refund amount of that faulty item. Consignment No:[protected] Myself, Atanu Mazumdar, have experienced an awful service of DTDC where five boxes were delivered from Kolkata to Vadodara. All the boxes were packed satisfactorily at DTDC, Ranikuthi branch, Kolkata office in my presence by DTDC personals with packing tape and hard PVC tape, and surprisingly, all the boxes were found torn out. Books were damaged, pital(brass) utensils were found dented, box with food materials came out of the packing, and were placed inside a sack when received at Vadodara. I had never expected such poor service of DTDC who doesn't care about the condition of the materials, and now I'm regretting for my choice of DTDC. All these happened on transit to Vadodara from Kolkata, as understood. I had a talk with Mr. Purnendu Roy Chowdhury of DTDC, Ranikuthi Branch, Kolkata (Ph.[protected] regarding the packing made at his DTDC office, who was equally surprised. And, after sending immediate feedback to DTDC customer service thru' mail, they had not come up with a single reply, SO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMET. I had sent a Cargo reference number: N89030587 to India in Goa thru DTDC London Uk, last week, but Today When I called home My Mum said it was sort of a Bag wen I sent a Box, nd that bag consisted of all old used utensils which i never sent, whereas my goods wer lik new clothes nd chocolates nd household items lik curtains etc.. As christmas was approachin i thought o sending gifts too.. What do I do now?? I am missing my cargo nd the delivery guy jus keep sayin that its ours wen its not, so we asked him to take it back.. What do i do now? The picture attached is the cargo recieved which isnt mine at all

DTDC have taking order for courier r parcel service not with in there service area. and telling customer's to receive the parcel from even 100 km far distance also. Without service providing area why they r taking order's.

I have sent a courier from Ramapuram, Chennai to Nizampet, Hyderabad. Consignment number :C64344500 on 07/12/2015 but the item still not delivered and am not able to even track the shipment as the DTDC website not showing the details when i entered for tracking. I have paid 400 for the courier and the DTDC team is not even responding about my shipment delivery. I have personally enquired in DTDC Hyderabad nizampet office and they are saying ' We didn't get any courier' The courier need to be delivered immediately otherwise please take legal action on DTDC courier services.I also need penalty for the delay and for the no response. A courier of mine dispatched from Jaipur to Ramgarh on 11 dec 2015 consignment no F09284285. I have not recieved courier till 16 dec 2015. Kindly tell us whethet any time limit for deliver in your courier or not. If not then not commit any customer for delivery time. I am so regret to believe on you because my work had been hampered and time never comes back.

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier to Bhopal from Mumbai dated 20 /11/2015 with docket number M25358744. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to the consignee with in 3 to 4 days; but today as of 15.12.2015; the courier has not been delivered to the consignee. Upon inquiry they are telling me that courier is held up at sales tax and I need to pay penalty of 800. This courier contains faulty mobile signal booster and I am sending the same to pantagone satellite company for replacement. I had purchased this product from them 2 years back and I do have bill from then too. Before sending courier I already informed DTDC guy that this is faulty piece and I am sending the same for replacement and he reverted that no issues we will get it delivered in 3-4 days. However now they are asking me to pay penalty amount without any reason. I asked courier guy that this is not my fault then why are you asking penalty amount from me then he said you are correct but my senior asked me to collect penalty. Request you to get in touch with them and resolve this matter at the earliest as per your conveniance. Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with followups with DTDC Courier. Thanks in Advance!

I was expecting a delivery sent from ASANSOL to PUNE with the consignment number of D24209008. It was sent from Asansol @30/11/2015. The address there provided was my office address and it was supposed to reach my office. They gave us a time gap of arnd 5-7 days for the product being delivered.Instead there was a phone call from someone from DTDC Pune at around Saturday dated 12/12/2015 which is a non-working day. They told me that since its a holiday so they are unable to deliver it to us and asked me to rather collect the product from there warehouse which I denied and asked them to rather send it to my office address on the very next Monday(Working Day) dated 14/12/2015. They agreed to my point but later when I was going to track the product the status was showing Item is returning as it was denied.When I contacted them they said that since they have a reputed name in the market so they return unattended things.They gave us a time gap of arnd 5-7 days for the product being delivered but it took around 12days for just a phone call and that also letting me know to pick up the item from the local warehouse.The item was sent on a urgent basis and was also sent from my family.

Hi, I have availed expresses service of DTDC, but the package is being delayed and its clear that DTDC doesn't have express services on ground. This is the second time I am facing this issue with them and this is cheating with the customers by charging extra for a service when DTDC actually doesn't have it. I tried(many times) calling there customer service care but no one attended the call. Even the complaint feedback form doesn't submit on their site. This time my package is to be delivered to Visakhapatnam and its already delayed by 2 days. No sense in going for DTDC courier again. I request for refund of extra charge I paid for express service. A courier has been dispatched via DTDC with tracking No. Z73585841 on Monday i.e 7 Dec 2015 and supposed to be delivered to pune. But till date I haven't received the same. Online status is Attempted at Wed, Dec, 09, 2015 12:00 AM. Are they serious? Who delivers at 12 in night. When I checked status via the courier person, he is saying that the consignee has been shifted and courier is coming back. I am staying here since 5 years, also the courier person should have called me if this is the issue. This is not acceptable that my courier is returned without any enquiry. That was an urgent courier that's why chosen DTDC service but due to their negligence and carelessness it has been delayed to 1.5 week and don't know how many more days to go. After all this, DTDC pune with number [protected] confirmed on Saturday that I will get courier within 2 days. Now yamunagar courier is saying it has been returned to yamunanagar. On what basis they are running their business. 1. Firstly they have returned my courier with wrong reason and without any enquiry. 2. Secondly, it being said that I will receive courier in 2 days 3. Thirdly, when I am waiting for 2 days, it has been confirmed that courier has been returned to yamunanagar. After this I got a reply on email from "[protected]@dtdc.com" the s/ment has reached the booking origin kindly get into contact with booking origin for rebooking of the s/ment and getting this connected to pune again. Again I got a reply from "yamunanagar_jagadharird.[protected]@fr.dtdc.com "THIS PACKET TODAY RCVD IN YAMUNA NAGAR BRANCH. I WILL REDESPATCH THIS PACKET FOR PUNE AGAINST AWB NO.- Z73602127. IT WILL RCVD VERY SOON IN PUNE OFFICE. Now I again checked online status of new consignment number which is displayed as "Z73602127, IN TRANSIT, Wed, Dec, 16, 2015 09:06 PM, CHANDIGARH". Are they nuts. It is just 10.43 AM of 16 Dec and status have been updated for 9.06 PM. Seriously???? How one can update status for future? I don't have any status update yet for my courier.

Dear Concern, I have send a very urgent doctors prescription from Karnal to Kishanganj through DTDC on 8th of December. The currier has come Purnea (Nearby Kishanganj) on 12th of December but still the shipment not delivered which is most urgently required. Kindly help

I have sent Parcel via DTDC Courier from Sawantwadi to Banglore on 01-12-15 bearing cosignment number P34408060 but uptill now it has not been delivered to the receiver. I have raised complaint to DTDC bearing complaint no. 01235556. but there is no action has been taken by DTDC. So kindly help me in the matter.

Hi, I have sent a courier via DTDC with Consignment No : B26870126 on November 7th, 2015 from DTDC Courier, 4th Main Rd, BEML Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 (Contact no : [protected] /[protected]. It was to be delivered to Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I was assured that the package would reach within a week's time and not yet delivered. Through the tracking facility from the DTDC website I could see on November 10th, 2015 it was dispatched from Mumbai. And now the tracking site is not working at all. Each time I tried to track with the DTDC person over phone or by visiting the centre they assured it would reach in few days. But at last, they made a statement the package is lost and asking me to raise a complaint on '[protected]@dtdc.com'.As suggested, I sent an email complaint on Dec 10th and didn't receive any reply till now. I asked the booking Branch person to refund the package amount and courier charges, he said its not possible. I kindly request you to do the needful to get my compensation amount I spend on the sweets and the courier charges and the harassment that I faced while approaching the DTDC courier service personnel. This email is in regard the harassment i am facing with DTDC courier against doc num z7056474 i ordered to delieiver a sweet box on Nov 26, 2015. through:- Vijay communication*, *RZ-62S, vashist Park west sagar pur* bus stand Police station. i was 100 % assured that it will be delivered Which is yet not delivered and in return on Dec 4 i received an information through Hoshiar pur that we can not deliever so ask your relative to collect your box from their office which is not at all acceptable. in return when i filed an email complaint on dec 7 i received response Dear Sir / Madam "on give below details address belong to Non serviceable are. Its belongs to village area. so we are unable to delivery this shipment at village area. If you want refund your amount and also courier charges so please contact to booking branch. They are pay for that." now i want you to help me out and i want an compensation of my sweet box which must have been ruined and the mental harrasment which i faced from past during contacting your company

This is regarding the AWB Z73738429 which was submitted at DTDC Gurgaon on 9th Nov 2015 at around 10:15 am. It was to be delivered to Jaipur on 13th Nov 2015 as told to us. Unfortunately it has not been delivered yet and we haven't received any call either. It's already more than a month now. We had words with Ashish, franchisee owner of DTDC where shipment was booked and Prashant from Operations team on 17th Nov 2015 and both of them committed that the shipment will be delivered next day in any case. But still I do not see any results. The shipment contained Bhai Dooj teeka which happened to be on 13th Nov 2015. Due to non delivery of shipment, our sentiments have been deeply hurt. Request you to look into the issue and take appropriate actions on urgent basis.
