DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

The dtdc courier agents never delivers a consignment nor they contact us when they receive any consignmnet. And they say they donot hav any responsibilty to deliver the consignment either.. N wat is their duty..!! Neither do they inform nor they delivers.. Pathetic service.!!

My particulars were returned to Chennai apex due to no service at my area and from Chennai apex it has been sent to tambaram branch to return to sender. But, it's been 10 days package is with tambaram branch and has not been returned to sender. I use to call tambaram branch more than 10 times daily. But, they are not taking up my call and not ready to respond back. Dtdc response is pathetic. Why did we choose dtdc. It's Because of the service you offer. But, it appears your reluctant in proving response. please let me know the status Asap. Thanks Prem [protected]

Customer mo. [protected] I booked a Courier at 31/08/2015 to Mumbai. And the tracking ID was A3Z412570 and When I tracked my Courier . I came to know that the Courier has been delivered after one month af the date of booking dated on 30/09/2015. But the receiver said that the and the courier contained Document and mobile and it was damaged in shipping. Which had insurance Cash back of 12500/- I request you that give me the certified copy POD Slip because without POD Slip I will not get my insurance cash back and I request to provide me POD slip in your Mota varachha branch they responded me we„ but as they tried their level best to get it from DTDC Mumbai branch. They had an conversation with them through e-mail but now Mumbai branch is not responding. Now as I am having harassment and its my request to you to provide me POD I within 10 days. If you won't help me to get POD in 10 days then as last option I have to go through consumer forum. Dear sir, Dtdc yamuna Nagar is a poor & liar service provider. They don't dilver parcel to my location in city. Even giving wrong information to the sender. Always they used to mention that the adresee not found & also the mobile is switched off. I found this two times in last week & came to know abt all this now. Shipment about which I am talking about is From Amazon.com shipment tracking id is:[protected]. Another shipment tracking id is:- Z74679304.

I couriered a Mobile phone(iphone 4s white) from Bangalore to Sheohar district(Bihar). After a month when it didn't reach the destination, I contacted the insurance company. After a week, they said that the parcel is lost. I asked about the compensation but i didn't get get any response from them. After that I tried calling them a lot but they are not even picking up my call. The tracking number of the courier is "B23911837".

I had a courier from Bangalore(B[protected] which was shipped on 30th November and the destination was Cochin. When checked the tracking status it shows it has reached destination city courier office on December 2nd but till now not delivered to me.Tried contacting over phone and email but till now there is no response.

Otherwise we have to tell the deliver for not sending through dtdc and find some other freight service. Dear sir, i have purchased a data card through Amazon, Trades Avenue Services, D-4/245, Sanagam vihar, New Delhi-62 through online. Due to faulty item, same has been returned through DTDC courier on 22 Sep 2015 containing receipt number of DTDC courier K82065265 from Dimapur, Nagaland. But still now it has not been delivered by DTDC to the Trades Avenue Services. Lot of mails have been sent to CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com and Trades avenue services. Also, my friend has been approached at DTDC, Delhi Apex, Ph-I, Industrial area, Naraina, Delhi. But no fruitful results has been come out. There are so many calls through phone with DTDC, Delhi Apex has been made by me. But till now, the item has not been delivered to Trades Avenue Services. Hence you are requested to investigate this matter with DTDC, Delhi Appx and help to deliver the item to Trades Avenue services so that i can enable refund amount of that faulty item. Consignment No:[protected] Myself, Atanu Mazumdar, have experienced an awful service of DTDC where five boxes were delivered from Kolkata to Vadodara. All the boxes were packed satisfactorily at DTDC, Ranikuthi branch, Kolkata office in my presence by DTDC personals with packing tape and hard PVC tape, and surprisingly, all the boxes were found torn out. Books were damaged, pital(brass) utensils were found dented, box with food materials came out of the packing, and were placed inside a sack when received at Vadodara. I had never expected such poor service of DTDC who doesn't care about the condition of the materials, and now I'm regretting for my choice of DTDC. All these happened on transit to Vadodara from Kolkata, as understood. I had a talk with Mr. Purnendu Roy Chowdhury of DTDC, Ranikuthi Branch, Kolkata (Ph.[protected] regarding the packing made at his DTDC office, who was equally surprised. And, after sending immediate feedback to DTDC customer service thru' mail, they had not come up with a single reply, SO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMET. I had sent a Cargo reference number: N89030587 to India in Goa thru DTDC London Uk, last week, but Today When I called home My Mum said it was sort of a Bag wen I sent a Box, nd that bag consisted of all old used utensils which i never sent, whereas my goods wer lik new clothes nd chocolates nd household items lik curtains etc.. As christmas was approachin i thought o sending gifts too.. What do I do now?? I am missing my cargo nd the delivery guy jus keep sayin that its ours wen its not, so we asked him to take it back.. What do i do now? The picture attached is the cargo recieved which isnt mine at all

DTDC have taking order for courier r parcel service not with in there service area. and telling customer's to receive the parcel from even 100 km far distance also. Without service providing area why they r taking order's.

I have sent a courier from Ramapuram, Chennai to Nizampet, Hyderabad. Consignment number :C64344500 on 07/12/2015 but the item still not delivered and am not able to even track the shipment as the DTDC website not showing the details when i entered for tracking. I have paid 400 for the courier and the DTDC team is not even responding about my shipment delivery. I have personally enquired in DTDC Hyderabad nizampet office and they are saying ' We didn't get any courier' The courier need to be delivered immediately otherwise please take legal action on DTDC courier services.I also need penalty for the delay and for the no response. A courier of mine dispatched from Jaipur to Ramgarh on 11 dec 2015 consignment no F09284285. I have not recieved courier till 16 dec 2015. Kindly tell us whethet any time limit for deliver in your courier or not. If not then not commit any customer for delivery time. I am so regret to believe on you because my work had been hampered and time never comes back.

I had used DTDC courier services to send a courier to Bhopal from Mumbai dated 20 /11/2015 with docket number M25358744. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to the consignee with in 3 to 4 days; but today as of 15.12.2015; the courier has not been delivered to the consignee. Upon inquiry they are telling me that courier is held up at sales tax and I need to pay penalty of 800. This courier contains faulty mobile signal booster and I am sending the same to pantagone satellite company for replacement. I had purchased this product from them 2 years back and I do have bill from then too. Before sending courier I already informed DTDC guy that this is faulty piece and I am sending the same for replacement and he reverted that no issues we will get it delivered in 3-4 days. However now they are asking me to pay penalty amount without any reason. I asked courier guy that this is not my fault then why are you asking penalty amount from me then he said you are correct but my senior asked me to collect penalty. Request you to get in touch with them and resolve this matter at the earliest as per your conveniance. Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with followups with DTDC Courier. Thanks in Advance!
