I hate this courier company. your guy delivered parcel to some other person without informing me. i dont even know the person. what should i do?? i called ur mysore branch but those people are not giving any proper solution and not sending any person to meet me. order no X15649146...

I submit a parcel to the DTDC kolkata office to Pune on 10.11.2015. The cosignment no is K83364862. It was delivered to pune on 12.11.2015. Till now it was not deliver. I contacted the DTDC office and also mailed them. But they do not reply. In this curcumtances what will I do? What can I do for legal action? I think this is very irresponsible company....

My parcel is received at DTDC Santacruz Mumbai franchise since last 3 days but it is not yet delivered at my place. If my address in not traceble, then i did not even received single call from DTDC. Have couriered 1 parcel to Amritsar on 09.11.2015 and till 23.11.2015 same is not delivered. when inquired while booking transit was informed 4-5 days.
