.While booking the parcel of sweets to Thane from Kolkata DTDC at VIP Market, Phoolbagan, Kolkata, DTDC person advised me to book in National Blue service for the assured next day delivery. The charges for this service were almost double and I agreed to pay . But the consignment was delivered on 12 Nov.2015 evening i.e, almost after 93 hours. I booked the parcel vide c/n no.V24236845. I understand this is how they cheat and extort money from the consumers and give no heed on approaching them.

I sent a parcel by courier from Bangalore to Mumbai on 2nd nov 2015. Till date the courier has not reached the destination in Mumbai. The local office here not able to trace the consignment and they have given a no in Mumbai and the customer care no in Bangalore. All these nos always busy and I cannot get through to them. I had ordered Memory Cards through online shopping site Amazon.com, and the item was despatched by M/s. M.P. Enterprises, Coimbatore to my home address near Palakkad town (Kerala). But the Courier Office staff at Palakkad (DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd), just called up me and asked to pick up the consignment from their office. When I requested them to home deliver the item to my address, (which is just 3 and half KM from the town), they flatly refused and asked to collect it from their office, otherwise the same will be sent back to the sender. The lady staff at Courier office talked rudely over phone. Since I need the item urgently, I had to go to their office and collect it. This is not the an isolated case. On earlier occassions also, they called up over phone and ask to collect the item from their office.
Disappointed by the worst service by DTDC Courier.
Dont send items through DTDC, unless you can go and collect the item from their office.

I booked my parcel from ahmedabad to UK ON 5/11/2015 wide my consignment no N96362221, N96362222. They promise to delivery within 3 working days. I booked this parcel because of Diwali festival event. I paid higher charges for quick delivery. After paying high amount, company did not keep their promise and delivery my goods on 11/11/2015. It is useless for me. I loss 2, 00, 000 business because of delay. I approach so many time at UK-Dtdc customer center, After dialing 20-30 time, I get connected to customer care. They Didn't response and talk behavioral way . On 10/11/2015, Dtdc asm Mr Anil replay me on email that today he is going to delivery goods i.e. on 10/11/2015. But Goods did not delivered. Because of this delay I got 2, 00, 000 loss in my business. I want my buinsess loss and shpmaent charges £ 183.60 my contact details is 0044-[protected], email [protected]@yahoo.com

Hello, This was my first & the last experience with DTDC. Never thought that a Courier Service can be so pathetic. First time I gave my Courier (no C[protected] to be sent from chennai to sivagangai. But it was returned due to invalid address. But after it come sto chennai, we didnt get it back in our hand. Its almost 2 months. We are tracking the courier office in koyembedu, anna nagr, ambattiur and madhuravoyal. But they are not responding back.

Courier contails contains some original bills which we required to apply case against some bank. pls help us to get it back.

I have a worst experience with dtdc, my tracking number (Tracking No.: C[protected] . I send some bills worth 40K to my friend for claim via dtdc . He was unable to receive it, and it showing return in the online tracking. Past 15 days i was going to tambaram(chennai) office to collect it back, they are telling some lame reasons and i didn't got it back . today the worst thing happened, I came there the boss was not there and i called him via phone, he was so arrogant and provoking me by saying like you can give complaint and it is not going to affect me. I was so helpless . what i can do to get it back ?. I don't want to give complaint, I don't want my friend to loose money . Please help.

Few days ago I ordered products from P&G Reward Me website. They sent it via DTDC. As on 7th Nov the shipment was sent out for delivery. but its been 5 days and i have not yet received my parcel.
the customer care number is always busy.

They are not even providing proper information about the issue.

Hello, This was my first & the last experience with DTDC. Never thought that a Courier Service can be so pathetic. I am a regular user of Blue Dart & very much satisfied with it. First time I gave my Courier (no Z[protected] to be sent from Jaipur to New Delhi on 5'th November. Today it has been 6 days but still it has not reached the destination, while the promise was that it will reach in just 1 day. Moreover, the Customer Care no given on DTDC's official website is a fake one. I would just say that its a superbly shameless attitude from DTDC. God bless you ...!!! Regards Parikshit

On[protected] my parents booked a consignment containing my medicines at the DTDC branch in Ambattur, chennai to be delivered to me (Sarada Seetharaman) at Hyderabad. The consignment number is C 63756910. Though more than two weeks have passed the consignment has NOT been delivered to the addressee so far. My personal visit to the Ambattur branch and phone calls to your customer care service have not yielded any result. I therefore request you to urgently look into the matter and let me know its status. Thank you

Hello Sir, Consignment was booked from Rajpura Branch on 2nd Nov and number shared as Z72723290 by my vendor, delivery address is in Andhra Pradesh (pin 524003) and status online is showing some wrong destination and irrelavant shipment travel history. Please help me in tracking my shipment.

So far the Item has not deleivered to My Daughter at Varanasi.

Non of the DTDC offices or Customer Care are lifting the Phone. This is height o[censored]nprofessionalism on Part of DTDC Courier.

But Dated 04.11.2015 send a urgent parcel to our Delhi office but till date not delivered.(Docket No. K829?9495

Kindly please check into the matter on very high priority basis and do the needful to deliver the same on urgent basis

Reached Whitefield branch on Nov 3rd 2015. And they are showing in Tracker that it shipped out for delivery on same date. And till Nov 6th also not received by me and not updated online.
When I went to Whitefield branch they told that it is not from Whitefield branch and it is from Brookfield branch (Bangalore). Then i went to Brookfield branch they are we are delivered to person who is coming out from office with black bag.
Then I asked tell me the person signed on the delivery slip. Then they told me that "it will be not available to us, we have send it to Chamrajpet (Main branch) and it will take 4 days to get those details.
What kind of service is this? To tell name of the person who signed the courier only they need 4 days.
STILL I NOT RECEIVED THE COURIER (NOV 7th 2015).
Please take some immediate action on this.
I want to proceed via consumer forum. Very dissatisfactory service from those DTDC people.

I purchased some items from amazon, all the orders were received/delivered to my home except the one from DTDC courier(Z[protected] which they dont want to deliver home instead they ask us to collect from their office which is 15km away. the DTDC staff behaviors over the phone was very rude and they said don't care about any complains. this will surely spoil the image and reputation of the DTDC courier for having such kind of service. after 4 hrs i called again he said he ardy send the parcel back to the seller and refused provide any info including their office details. i hope DTDC will take necessary action to protect consumer rights and amazon address this issue the courier companies for the business benefit.

My courier was tampered and one item was stolen before delivery within city limit. My parcel was from Bhayander to Andheri. Spoke to Nilesh Branch manager Andheri was rude and tried to put his mistake on Uttam who booked the parcel from mf1134 branch. I am worried about service after being a loyal customer for 5 years. Pathetic service. M25609381 tracking number.

I have made an booking on 28 Oct, itanagar to Mumbai but not yet delivered my parcel, when I call to guwahati office they didn't picked up my call and when I track my parcel is showing out for delivery from 2oct but not yet delivered my tracking no is K82638524 please delivered my parcel as soon as possible thank-you if you want to contact me please check tracking numbers you will get my no.

What kind of customer support service is this? There is no followup or interest to resolve the issue of the parcel missing and delivered to the wrong person/address.

Sorry to say that this is pathetic service and will not recommend this courier company to anyone.

I am in contact with the sender of the parcel who has already raised a complaint in this regard but still not getting any update from your end.

It looks like the parcel has been STOLEN from the Mumbai (LOWER PAREL BRANCH, MUMBAI) centre. The tracking D24441883 shows that the parcel is being received and signed by an EMPLOYEE.

Details of parcel : SURYA GS3B-BLKDOT-AI AUTO IGNITION AUTOMATIC bearing order id no 304 has been dipatched to you on 20th oct by DTDC courier.Your tracking id is D24441883 .

Not wrong to come to a conclusion that DTDC is a CHOR COURIER COMPANY.
