Dear Sir/ Madam


My consignment booked from surat on dtd 21.10.15 and shipping address was ghaziabad.


After so many follow up till date i haven't received my shipment. My compliant no. is 01000710 dtd 24.10.15 & it was assured by Dtdc shall be resolve in 24 hrs. However Shipment is already received in delhi Dtdc apex.on 26.10.15 at 2.35 Am but still not delivered to ghaziabad.
I have call to[protected] nd other no. is[protected] noida center but no body answering properly.

After my compliant in customer support know I comes to know that vehicle has been saized by sales tax on 26 th oct. So first wrong information given by DTDC that its not deliver to shahibabad.

Secondly DTDC is a reputed courier company they have a road permit & all consignment along with bills hows it's possible sales tax saized the vehicle.

Today is 28th & no further information that how much time it will take to release the vehicle.

Due to that my business is effected who will compansate that one.

Kindly take this matter on urgent basis & give me solution with dates.

The Most WORST service ever in all the couriers, and this is not first time. I have to receive this package (z70288134 is the AWB number), it dispatched on oct 21 2015, and today is 28th oct 2015, it must come from Delhi to Visakhapatnam, It reached to visakhapatnam on oct 26th, but i'm unable to get my package even today.
The person who is responsible ( courier boy) is not responsible at all. I was there in my office, and he said I was not there, afterwards i even contacted the office and they said, courier boy will dispatch the package, but now after 75 hours also, still he is not responsible to delivery my package.
This is not first time from DTDC, It happened many times before also. But package is important, that's why i have to write this.
May sure DTDC recruit people who can do "their work".

I arranged for a pick-up from DTDT Malad branch for a parcel to be delivered to Kolkata on 12-Oct-2015. Mr. Ankit Gupta came to pick up the parcel and gave a receipt with consignment no. V22374527. But till date the parcel has not been delivered after 16 days. I went to DTDC branch at Marve Road (Phoenix Enterprises) and met Mr Avinash Sawant and narrated the whole incident. He have me contact no. of Mr Nitin who is the area manager of Malad. Nitin contacted Mr Anil in Kolkata and told him to make the delivery ASAP. Whenever I call Anil he tells me the delivery will be done tomorrow. No Mr. Anil and Mr. Nitin both are not picking my calls to respond to my complaint. Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

We booked a fridge from Delhi to Ujjain, the DTDC courier accepted the consignment and the consignment number is D21754737, we have not received the fridge yet and earlier they use to say that it will be sent in a week or so but it has been 6 months and we have not received the fridge and the concerned person is also not answering phone now . kindly help us resolve this issue

We had couriered a parcels from Gwalior To Daman on 22/10/2015 but yet this a parcel not reach the destination.

I had taken too much follow-up with your DTDC team but nobody is giving proper answer.

This courier is too much important for us .

Dear Sir, I Book one court document, which has to be delivered at Ahmedabad from Bangalore Kumarswamy Layout Franchise on 21.10.2015. The tracker updated as Chennai on first day and then Mumbai subsequently i tried the customer care Bangalore they never pick my call. I called Ahmedabad customer care several time only to misguide that i have book parcel to Mumbai and i have written wrong PIN code no but none of them are ready to give the exact status when it will get delivered. I am an advocate and my client called me hundreds of time and told i have written mumbai address and now he refused to give my fees. Finally i got Bharkas area manager number [protected] in ahmedabad but she never responded. even ordinary post will get posted in 4 days and we are in 7th day and unable to track the docket. It look like no one wants to take responsibility and question for delay in transit and updating the web tracker. i paid 120 Rs for this worst service. Thanks for giving such worst service i will never trust DTDC and will not suggest others too. i may be a only one customer for you people which will not make any differences. you people only respond and call for pick ups and not for delivery. Hi, I had a parcel shipped, consignment number D23965922, through dtdc courier to my home address. I tracked the parcel online on the company's website which states attempted to deliver and from last 3 days its showing out for delivery. I have tried to contact and emailed to noida office and near by office. Contact number given at their website turned out to be of some banks Landline number. I can't get through anyone and got no response from the company's side after emailing the same. Please do the needful.

Both reached Kolkata on 20th oct 2015 as per the update available from your online tracking facility .One out of the 2 has been further dispatched from kolkata and the other is still lying at your Kolkata hub .kindly look into the matter and push the dispatch of the couries with ABN : D25133521. Also expressing my grievance for choosing DTDC . And special mention of the DTDC kolkata team's ignorance in the delay . Attached are the screenshots of the tracking details.

My consignment booked on date July 31 2015, but it is not yet delivered to me .

When I called to customer care few days ago they told me that is out of delivery area .
but during the booking of consignment pin code was clearly mentioned you should not accept the consignment if pin code is out of delivery area.

it is neither delivered at receiver end nor at sender end.

Hello, This is regarding a courier aw bill number Z70368745. I received a call from your outlet at HSR BDA complex from a person name Suresh around 4 in evening for delivery. I guided him the address which is very simple and prime location in HSRlayout Bangalore. After calling to your office again I got very rude response and they started lying that the attempted the delivery. The lady at counter named Hema is very rude and didn't even offer me to give my package at the outlet. This is under plus delivery and both the lady at counter and delivery person is lying. There is no mention of door lock and no record at my apartment of Suresh visiting. I would request you to please take the strict action and this has caused lot of problems. Kunal

An envelope (documents) was sent out through dtdc courier ) 0n Monday 9.40 a.m 19th October 2015 AWB no. F09391608 to Bangalore. They took 5 day 4 hours to deliver the envelope. They did not give any proper response... and vague answer like door is locked ( didnot visit the house), , , holidays etc., It was a bad situation for us...we got to postpone the registration, even goods train would deliver the courier services faster your DTDC I would not recommend nor i will not use your services in future. friends...just think twice before proceeding for the dtdc...

An envelope was sent out through DTDC Pune(which is hardly three hours by road from Pune to Mumbai)0n Monday the 19th october 2015 AWB nos P 34380286.It is now 5 days since we have not received the letter.All the phones of the Fort Branch from where it is going to be deliverd are switched off.Since the 21st morning it is showing as out for delivery on their Tracking site.
Have had similar experiences before also with them
Do not recommend them at all

Respected... To the above reference i would i like to get focus your attention one of this matter, on such date 21 may 2015. The dtdc franchisee booked my parcel delver at jalandhar punjab. This is for your information that not intimation such type things come to my knowledge by dtdc franchisee for not deliver the oil on the destination and they booked my parcel it for deliver.Now i find my parcel misplaced and i am not having proper response from dtdc side . I am so much disappointment by this . So please sort it out and return my parcel otherwise give me compensation . Hope yuou will sort it out...

Hi, DTDC from long time has been used from long time to deliver your couriers and items on time. But this time I am really fed up with the services being provided by the DTDC. My relatives had couriered some important items from Jaipur to Indore via the Jaipur DTDC courier channel. The consignment was dispatched on Oct 1, 2015. But till now the status on tracking system is being shown as InTransit. When my relatives talked to the Jaipur DTDC office they were not sure where the consignment is exactly and what is its status ? Isn't that strange? Some Valuable things we want to reach the destination on time and didn't expect DTDC to provide this kind of pathetic service. DTDC charged 240 INR to deliver the courier but service has not been worth the amount being spent. My Consignment Number is: V24661422. Sender Name is Mr. Kanhiyalal Nanakwani. I have ordered online for one of the product and ideally it should have been delivered by 16th Oct 2015.Till now i haven't received the same. I got a call on Saturday 17th Oct 2015 that my delivery thing is lying with them and i need to collect it .When they have take an order to deliver it then why are they not delivering at my place. Till now i haven't received my goods and when i called them they were talking very harshly. This is something i never expected.My consignment no is B27260295. DTDC SUCKS

DTDC courier service is one of the worst service provider as i experienced they return the courier parcel item without attempt for deliver stating the reasons that no one found at the address. DTDC khirki extension branch is very rude to his customer and merely reject or disconnect the phone stating dont tell your problem. I talk with a person on contact no. [protected] they are very rude and told that complain whatever you want to complain. My rakhi was undelivered and return back by this office without attempting to deliver and another parcel having no. Z65554066 is kept pending from 4 days in this office and reporting that attempted for deliver.
I am depressed and fed up with the service of DTC.

On 11/10/2015 with H49241381, I am couriered a parcel to Dumerbahal village, Rajkhariar mandal, Nuapada Dist, Odisha-766107, They had Promised us on 14/10/2015or 15/10/2015, But till Today I.E is 20/10/2015, They diidnt delivered and The worst thing Is Even Single num on google will not work that was Horrible . Worst Experincse with # DTDC...
