Hi Team,

My orderid is 17617412|17617203. And it is out for delivery in the morning. But end of the day they have updated it as Not Delivered - AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR).

I have not received any call and update regarding this. And we have near by DTDC courier services as well. But Not sure why they are not able to deliver the product.

Please resolve the issue immediately.

I have booked shipment number Z76016570 on 3rd June to be sent to Solan pincode 173209. It was wrongly routed to Cochin and even after multiple reminders it has not been delivered till today. I was assured by the delivery partner at the time of booking that the shipment would be delivered in 4 days maximum.

Now the people for whom this packet was meant are leaving the location and will not be able to take it. Now I will need to arrange a pick up back to me so that I can get it back. It is a loss of business to me.

My order hasn't been delivered since 3 days. I get messages as it will be delivered and end of the day the product isn't delivered

DTDC is the worst courier service in India.

They neither tried to attempt for delivery of package nor they contacted through mobile for delivery. But they updated the package status as "Receiver refused Package" and "Receiver Not Available".

They are pure Liars. Filed complaint also with them but no proper response.

If they are not able to delivery the package why do they accept the package for delivery? Waste of money and time.

We sent a parcel of fruits about 4kgs from gandimaisamma hyderabad DTDC on 30th April 2022 through air even after four days the receiver didn't get the parcel when we tracked it we got the message that the receiver refused to take(tracking no.H[protected].
But the receiver didn't get any cal or any parcel.
When we called dtdc Delhi branch (ph.no.[protected]) he talked very rudly told I do know anything if you want to give complaint you can proceed. Then we called to the hyderabad brach from where we sent the parcel he assured that he will enquire and give us the status .Again next day some another person from Delhi DTDC called(phone.no.[protected])
and told that I only refused it as it was smelling bad. We send fresh fruits and mensioned on the box (handle with care fruits). Who is he to refuse it without intimation. It's really very bad from your side we never expected it we are using DTDC from last 10 years. On 1st May they told he the receiver refused delivery and when we enquired on 3rd they told that it was smelling bad so we only refused if such thing is there they should have informed us. When we enquired they were telling cock and Bull stories after four days
That too we should be intimated with photoes and not even the branch from where we sent got any message. Only after we tracked we got all these information.
We didn't expect this type of service from DTDC. We need explanation regarding this and refund other wise we will give a complaint in consumer court. Expecting positive and quick response from you.

I have couriered a sweet Box from Bangalore to Assam. They informed that it'll be delivered in 4working days.
Now on 4th day when the shipment was out for delivery has been rescheduled without any information.

My wife's highly critical package with tracking ID K56018355 was shipped from Durgapur to Kolkata. The item tracking shows 'Delivered Successfully' today 09/June/2022 at 7:48PM but I have NOT received the item. I want to know where my parcel is, where it has been delivered to and I need the parcel to be delivered to my address immediately . Attaching screenshot of item tracking.

The tracking shows it has reached Indore on 26th May 2022 but it has not been delivered to me. The DTDC costumer care has not resolved the issue and keep telling it will be delivered in few days.

I have booked a shipment on 31 May 2022. Ref ID: D21661987. Today is 7 June and still not delivered even after raising query tickets many time.

I wanted to complain against DTDC Nautanwa. It’s my 3rd time experience, they never deliver to given address, instead always ask to pick it up from their office.

What’s the meaning of giving complete detail home address, if it has to delivered in DTDC courier office only?

They just always have some false reasons like delivery boy is not available to deliver, he met with an accident, tried to call on number...

What is happening with my courier subjected above?

Today is my wedding anniversary and i was anticipating the courier will reach my wife which had a smartwatch that i had specially bought for her and instead of being a day of happiness, it's rather disappointing that it's not traceable now and it's probably not reaching her as well?

Kindly respond at the earliest. This is a first such instance where i receive such an embarrassment because of your service.

Palakkad is afterall ~600 kms from Chennai and to such a short distance would it take this long? What is worse is it is not even traceable. Who can help?

I have not received my parcel but they have updated it as successfully delivered in their tracking site. Call multiple times and sent multiple mails still no resolution no response.

When i check my order status it shows NO DATA AVAILABLE please help and resolve this issue ASAP I'm requesting you please deliver my order product it's urgent for me. So please respond quickly and deliver my order ASAP.🙏🙏🙏❤️

My parcel has reached pune market yard hub at morning 1130am, I am staying 1.5km away from the dtdc office. Tomorrow is a holiday we will receive our parcel only on Monday. It contained an emergency medicine. Even after paying extra money also parcel not delivered.
Poor service.

We, Om Industrials, Nagpur, would like to lodge a complaint against DTDC Courier and Cargo Service regarding non-delivery of the consignment after laps of 45 days. We have booked a consignment from Nagpur DTDC Khamla office for delivery at Leptaka, Dibrugarh Assam on 16th April 2022 with docket no D78001316. The material content is Govt Ordered measuring instrument having declared value of 75200/- with Eway Bill. The consignment has not been delivered to the desired destination. In this regard we are constantly trying to get the status of our consignment from DTDC on email address [protected]@dtdc.com but they are failed to give any satisfactory answer. We asked DTDC for return of our parcel, in reply they bluntly stating that they have lost the parcel. It is really disappointing to us receive such a regretfully service from a reputed service provider i.e. DTDC. Now we want complete reimbursement from DTDC along with penalty. Although there was not any insurance made by us they should return our parcel if they failed to delivered it.
